Credit One Bank How to reach your bank

Dear Sir. Mi name is Carlos Serrano and I have a Credit card, ending in 99322.At this time I am living in COLOMBIA, and at the beginning I can log in

to my account and make my payments, see my balance, etc. But about two months ago, I am unable to do so. Every time my computer says> Access denied. So I have to call [protected] to see my balance and make a payment. That's not fair, since at the beginning I was able to enter your page. If I using www. bankone.com as I was told by your customer service, the computer respond> access denied.

How can you help me ? It seems you cannot accept any inquiries from overseas. But months ago, yes I can.

My e-mail is: [protected]@msn.com. Will you please send my information about my account, using my regular e-mail, since I cannot reach your bank by other means.

Credit One Bank American Express Account

I wish to speak with a Senior Executive with this company to resolve multiple issues including that of there lack of customer service even from a so called Manager, "Jeremy Op#[protected]". I am beyond tired of the lack of customer care and/or concern from this company and now there wish to charge for something that isn't even owed of which I have records of showing and so does their own system however they still charged a late fee and then finance charges on top of such. Please have a Senior Executive contact me immediately at [protected] or I will be forced to take things to the oversight in the government and potentially legal actions. I can now see why this company is showing a 2 star rating unlike what they portray it as. My name is Shane Hughs and hopefully this can be resolved immediately.

Credit One Bank Platinum visa account

They will charge you $75 now, just for having the account (Annual Fee) so when you get the card you'll only have $225 available credit.

Ok. Not great but...at least it will be paid off.

I was approved 11/18/22. Received card 12/26/22. Was supposed to take 10 days. Was told the delay was from "miscommunication about your account", then "It was mailed on 12/12/22 already", then "there is a delay with the shipping and it has been sent on 12/18/22. It finally arrived 12/26/22.

But the billing cycle started on 12/8. What? Why?

They clearly did not send the card out (according to them) until 12/18. One month after being approved. How could I have an account balance at that time let alone need to pay by 1/8?

On the call I made on 12/12/22, I was told the card was sent out already and the due dates would be adjusted to reflect when I activated the card and the next time after that...I would assume it would be at least on 1/18 (the day of the month that I was approved) or 30 days after I activated the card (12/26/22 so due date of 1/26/22). Right?

Nope.

Still showing 12/8. It is now 1/3/23.

Made first payment of $224.88 to cover what of my paltry $225 credit limit I needed to. So I should have available credit abain of $225. This payment should've included and covered the $75 annual fee then started paying the balance I spent. So my available credit should have been brought back to $149.80.

My available credit was only $74.80. And they started declining charges as small as $11.99 for a subscription. I was told it was because of suspected fraud, that the card has been reported lost or stolen (by whom? not I) and that I would need to wait for a new card to come in ...10 business days. (we know how that went last time...10 business days = 1 month).

I said no. Went through 6-7 agents and 3-4 "managers" who said I would have to send in my ID documents for verification.

Wait...why again? I didn't report the card stolen. I didn't try to overcharge anything and I was even stiffed half of my available credit. All to make it look like I still owed a balance.

The difference was not reflected in the balance owed either.

I only got to use the card from 12/26 - 12/29. And on 12/29 was when the declines started. I made a payment on 12/27 when i spent my available credit.

How is this such a hard thing...a big mess...just 3 days possessing and actually being able to use the card?

On 12/30/22 my balance owed became $60..60 (ominous number I say). I paid it with their "express pay. (as I also did with the previous payment) for a $4.95 charge. Their site and agreements say the payment from express payment would result in immediate reflection in the available credit. (Meaning I could use the amount immediatley)

The $60.60 payment posted just today. (is that affected by shipping and trucking too?)

Then, my balance went up to $219. Wait. I just paid you $285.40 in total in my payments. The credit limit is $300. But now I only have available credit of $219?

Total credit used was only $224.80 (what I paid originally.) And the annual fee charge was never included with that payment...though it was the first charge ever made on the account?

Anyway...even not getting bogged down in the annual fee mess...I still paid $285 on a $300 balance. I should at least have $15 balance owed and $285 available credit.

Nope.

They are counting the $75 annual fee against my available credit...thus charging me AGAIN FOR IT.

I'm being charged twice for an annual fee that is already double what they advertised to...apparently from reading these complaints...many other customers!

When we're serious about rebuilding credit and get an opportunity to do good and pay off our balances...we shouldn't be stiffed and shuffled around like little nothings.

I paid this card a lot after only having it one week. And this has been the most annoying experience ever.

Desired outcome: Unblock my card. Reflect the correct available balance ($285). Reflect correct balance owed ($15). Accept my final $15 payment. Close account as I request. Report to the credit bureaus paid in full / paid as agreed / no late payments

Hello,

I was approved this month for the credit card. I can only assume that you have credit issues like myself, but I knew ahead of time the annual fees. I'm not sure why you're complaining about the fees being charged upfront, which is clearly stated in the terms of the CC agreement.

Credit One Bank Credit card

I have the same complaint as another person on here. I was told that I was approved for the credit card about 3 weeks ago. To date I have not received it. Today, I received a bill for the annual fee which is due 1/24/23. I am refusing to pay it on a card that I never received. Would really like to know who anyone makes phone contact with them, because all I get is a busy signal. Tried for 15 minutes and never even got a menu. Just a busy signal. Today I am sending them a letter asking for closure of this card and also telling them that I am not paying their annual fee. My credit score is already low so one more hit wont matter to me. Then I will contact the BBB in my area.

Desired outcome: A discharge of the annual fee on their part and an explanation of why they can't be reached by phone.

Credit One Bank Visa/mastercard incredible dishonesty

Haven't missed or been late on a payment in three years. Accidentally missed a payment and all of the sudden can't pay online and can't set up autopay. Supposedly suddently can't recognize the bank account I've been using for years and never had a problem with before.

clearly credit one trying to force me to miss another payment. Sadly, I am not surprised credit one is so dishonest. My husband has already closed his accounts and I will be closing both of mine once paid off. We will also be letting absolutely everyone we come in contact with (here's where having large families and working for large companies is beneficial) that credit one is to be avoided. We will do our best to counter your dishonesty by making sure that you not only lose us as customers but a whole lot of other people too.

Desired outcome: $100 credit on each of my cards and immediately allowing me to set up autopay. as soon as my accounts are paid off I will leave credit one and encourage everyone I know to avoid credit one.

Credit One Bank Receiving statements with payment due dates and have not even received card.

I understand that there is a delay in shipping my Credit One credit card due to vendor issues. No problem — I understand. My issue is that a statement was issued on December 28 which includes the yearly fee of $39 and the first payment is due January 24. Obviously you cannot charge and expect payment for something which has not yet been processed on my behalf. The website shows the credit available balance, the charge for the yearly fee and the minimum payment due on or before January 24.

I have been unable to communicate the issue with the customer service people at the appropriate phone numbers. I do not want a "late" payment to show up in the payment history nor to be reported to the credit bureaus.

Desired outcome: PLEASE amend / change or modity my new account with you so that I am not charged for something I cannot use yet. Thank you.

Credit One Bank Online Credit Card Payment Acceptance

For several months now I have been trying to get Credit One Bank to accept payments from my debit card and switch telephone numbers for them to send text messages to. I have taken over my aging mom's account (Mattie Lawson) account #[protected] and have provided you guys on multiple occasions with the information necessary to make payments on her behalf but to no avail. I have even gotten my financial institution involved to verify the funds are in my account for retrieval. It is no wonder you guys have 318 complaints against you for similar issues and other related matters. Please waive the late fee for December 2022 and accept the future payments I am trying to give to you! Read the notes in your system prior to contacting me. We cannot continue to do business this way in the future. Awful, just plain Awful!

Credit One Bank Customer service

I have had my card for about 6 months without any issues. I attempted to use my card in December and it was declined. When I called customer service, they told me my card had been frozen since November 9, 2022, due to lack of being able to verify certain information. The company did not notify me at all. I've been attempting since 12/14 to get my card unfrozen. I've provided the documents they requested and the managers just lie to you and give you dates when you card is going to be unfroze. they just yesterday asked me for more information. Like how the hell do you give someone a card and then 6 months later want to do additional verification. Mind you i have never been late on a payment. very dissatisfied customer.

Desired outcome: I want my card unfrozen!!!!

Credit One Bank Credit card

To whom this may concern; My complaint is about Credit One Bank services. I sign up for a card credit on 11/13/2022 and never received it in my mailbox yet. Today I received a email from Credit One Bank ; their reply stating I have a different dates pertaining to a payments that is due on 12/27/2022. I call Credit One customer services they told it be 10 business days to received my card. And still don't have a credit card yet. Please look into this situation ASAP! Thank you Menessa Wilson.

Desired outcome: Credit One Bank has terrible service for customers who sign up to get a credit card. I believe this a scam.

There are one billion plastic cards with embedded chips unable to be sent out world wide due to a shortage of the CHIPS! Credit One is just one of the affect companies. They are doing the best they can under the circumstances. Chips come from Taiwan and China. Need I say more?

Credit One Bank I have been having issues with signing in since I got the card

The system keeps going around in circles. When I call customer service is not able to help we sign in and when they transfer me to the IT department,they put me on hold for a very long time. I want the issue resolved. I want to be able to get into my account using my desktop, laptop or iphone. Right now I have been blocked from my account and I want to be able to have access so that I can pay and view my account when I am ready. I don't want to have to call in to pay or view my account.

Desired outcome: Solve my technical issues and allow me to access my account with my username and password no matter what platform I use. I need this done ASAP.

Credit One Bank Still no card

I was approved 3 weeks ago and received an email stating that the card had shipped and would arrive in 10 business days. 10 days later I received the exact same email. Still no card. Today I received an email from Credit One asking how I was enjoying my new card! I immediately contacted them assuming that my card had been lost in the mail. The woman had informed me that they were experiencing "shipping delays" and that the card would [censored] sometime next week...hopefully. I can't wait for this card to show up just so I can cut it up and cancel the whole account. Scam company.

Desired outcome: Credit One to fire everyone in their shipping department and issue me an apology.

Credit One Bank Put a hold on my card and other offenses toward me since opening my account last month

I have had to speak to 6 an 7 people per call because the reps answering the phone says anything to you with no truth or hangs up. So after being transferred to the "Senior Account Manager-Trina" she told another fallacy. Saying to email a copy of my bank statement. I have used my debit card when making payments, the same debit card but now..there's a problem with my card. No way..then I started reading other complaints same as mine. If you pay off your debt they do not like that that can't make interests off you. I believe it. So I sent my statement in to them via an email [protected]@creditonebank.com only to be told three days later which is this morning that I should send it online. Well the interesting thing is that I told all all, the reps, rep.supervisors, the account manager and finally the senior account manager I could send it online because I am a paperless customer and no, I was told to email it in. Only to speak to the Jennifer, Dee in the fraud department this morning that I should have just sent it online. WHAT? Really? So can anybody tell the truth. This hold caused me to be stranded in order to travel home and once I got home and in need of grocery for three days causing me to have to go to find away to feed myself somehow else where. Take Creditone Bank out of business so innocent people such as myself do not have to be further abused because at one time in our life we lost jobs and/or survived tragedies only to be preyed upon by this credit voucher.

Desired outcome: I want the hold off my card immediately and I want to transfer my account to a better reputable credit card company. Also for CreditOne Bank in Las Vegas to be taken out of business. They are corrupt.

Credit One Bank Credit Card

Applied on Nov 9 approved Nov 14 emailed that card was mailed on Nov 17 on Nov 28 I called them and they stated the card was not mailed yet and to call back in 24 hours. I did and again was told the same thing. It is now 3 days later and still the card was not mailed and they give you the run around and [censored] excuse that the holiday is causing the delay. Well the holiday was 10 days after you claimed to mail the card originally. This is the worst customer service and the worst experience ever.

Credit One Bank Customer service

I'm overseas in the Philippines and cannot connect to creditonebank.com. I'm getting the error "Access Denied." When I called them a month ago, they told me that they no longer allow access to their website from outside the US, so I cancelled my cards. But there are still charges being added to my cards based on emails I've received, and I got an email a few days ago from Credit One bank informing me of a balance due. I'm set up to automatically pay my balance from my Wells Fargo bank and I can't turn that off without contacting Credit One Bank. I'm in a catch-22. But, now, I can't call them anymore from here and I don't know why. I've tried using my Filipino phone service and VoIP services like SKYPE. With SKYPE, I get a message saying "unavailable," but I can call other US phone numbers just fine. I've tried all of their phone numbers with the same result. The only way I can contact Credit One bank now is through messenging on their Facebook page. But every time I try, I get a standard reply thanking me for contacting them but they can't help me through Facebook; then they give me their phone number and website URL for getting help. I'm stuck in an endless circle yet my credit card is still being used and I can't report it. I can't return to the US because I was injured in May 2022 here in the Philippines and can't travel. Credit One needs to provide a way from people to contact them from overseas. Note, too, I can't use my credit cards here as any attempts get declined.

Credit One Bank Credit One Offers

I keep getting e-mails with a promotion to get a pre-approved Credit One American Express card. When I click accept, it takes me to a page asking my financial information. If I'm "Pre-approved" why do I need to provide this information. The reason I refuse to fill out their application is that I don't need another inquiry on my FICO score. I have good credit and I have an American Express card already. Why should I take a chance. Please stop e-mailing misleading offers.

Credit One Bank credit card

have a credit one credit card i very rarely use. $500 limit with a balance of aprox $300. make a $30 monthly payment per usual method. standard payment from my bank account. a couple days later receive text informing a different payment was made in the amount of the total balance. same day new charges were being accrued at retail business’s in sacramento (i live in san francisco and incidentally have never been to sacramento). so now card is maxed out. the second phony payment that credit one coincidentally accepted and credited to my account is returned since the account provide to draw that payment from doesn’t exist. Bam, how a balance of $270 goes to nearly $1000 on my account in matter of couple days. meanwhile, contact these lovely people in india, they claim to do an investigation and determine i was the one who did the charges. had no investigation on the fraud payment to the account since like they said, it had bounced anyways , except it had been bounced after the money was spent and tacked onto my account balance—so conveniently. It’s a mess. my credit score is down 40 points. Credit One obv have criminal cells within their ranks. I hope they enjoy their Cheap fashion and togo’s that they decided to have me treat them to.

Desired outcome: banish the criminals within the company to a poverty stricken place with no opportunity for upward mobility

Credit One Bank credit card

I got this card initially to build credit and it has helped. The app works fairly good as long as you have your card number, which leads to my issue. 5 months ago today, I saw a fraudulent transaction on my account. I contacted credit one and they cancelled my card immediately and said they would send me a new one in 7-10 business days, no problem. As of today 10/21/22, I still have not received my replacement card and I cannot access the app without the new card. I have reached out to credit one multiple times and each time it's the same thing, they will send me a new one. my account has apparently accrued interests and fees even though it had a zero balance. what made me call again was a major drop in credit score due to these fees adding up and me not receiving a statement. Credit one did waive the fees but still does not fix the problem with the drop in my credit score and still not receiving the physical card. I have asked if they can help me get back into the app and they do not have access to help with that.

Desired outcome: I would like my card to get to the address that I have confirmed with them the past 5 times.

Credit One Bank Customer Service

99% of reputable banks have email addresses, but not Credit One Bank. For a few reasons telephoning is not easy for me so I conduct all my business via email, but not Credit One Bank. If nothing else, an email allows for a "paper trail" and that avoids any "Well, he said this..." and "She told me yesterday that..." With an email, you just say "If you reference my email from yesterday morning the answer is right in front of you !" I think Credit One Bank's policy of No Emails is archaic, troublesome, inefficient and more and I could not be more put out by their unwillingness to join in with the rest of the banking human race in remaining current with today's trends. Actually, emails have been around for decades and decades now and why it is not a part of Credit One Bank is beyond me !

Desired outcome: Simple ! Join in with the rest of the world and add emails to Credit One Banks communication options.

Credit One Bank Charges placed on my account for a 7-10 day period

10-01-2022 at 14:40, my husband went to Murphy USA [protected] South 1st St - Chickasha, OK 73018 to fill his truck up with gas. TOTAL PRICE was $63.43. He came home and I logged into Creditone.com to check the charges. Imagine my surprise to see $175.00 charged to our card.

I called the police to ask them to check the pumps for a skimmer-there was not one on the pump. I called Murphy and they asked me to contact my creditor, since they are known to do this. I called Creditone and YES, they had charged my card $175.00 and said this was standard procedure; the original amount would be credited BACK to my account in 7-10 business days. This is a $111.57 OVERcharge to my credit card.

I am sending all the documentation that I have and would like to know if this is legal? I have never been faced with this in my life and I have used credit cards for all of my adult life.

Also, when I make a payment online, sometimes it is the day before the due date, but by all rights, it is ON TIME. Right? WRONG! They informed me that I need to allow 4-5 business days for the payment to POST. If that is the case, why do I have a due DATE?

I just wish someone would look into their business practices, because times are hard for everyone right now and this is just not right in my eyes, but my question to you...are these things legal that they are doing?

Desired outcome: I would just like to notify others of this practice, so they won't have a panic attack like I did and to let the BBB know what kind of practice this creditor is running.

Credit One Bank Credit One Credit Card

I received this card and have not had the chance to activate it or do anything with it. I put it to the side and a few days later I get a bill in the mail stating that I have an overdue payment. It says I owe $105.64 when I haven't even used it once. I want to cancel my card and my account. I don't have to money for this. I'm out of work right now.

Desired outcome: I would like to be relieved of these charges and my card and acoount completely deleted from this site.
