Culver's Drive through

The Duluth, MN drive through had a wait time of 15 minutes, which is too ne expected. But when I pulled up to order there was a sign saying they were not open today, so I just sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes for nothing. There should've been a sign posted prior to the ordering spot. I don't know why the line was 15 minutes long if they were closed, maybe people didn't read or see the sign, but that then caused me to waste my own time. Also, why was culvers closed at 7pm on a Wednesday?

Culver's Service

First Time Ever - I have a complaint for service at a Culver's location.

On July 29, 2021, I placed an order at the drive thru on Larkin in Joliet, IL. In the past, the meal and service at this location was superb as it always is at Culver's. The attendant gave me the wrong change and did not correct it when I told him about it. The total was $14.66. I had given him $15.00 but he did not give me any change. My companion and I a deluxe single burger. Neither of us thought the quality was the usual Culver quality - and we were disappointed. I have been to Culver's in other cities and all were great. Maybe the men working on July 29 were new. We were very disappointed that day. I hope someone will check on the workers at that location.

Desired outcome: Investigation as to quality of meal and service at this one location.

In my area, stores are experiencing change shortages and either round up or round down, if you don't have the correct change. Example: in Walmart a few days ago, my total was $23.15. They rounded down and my total was only $23.00. My friend's total was $12.58. They rounded up and her total was $13.00.

Culver's Cashier

Cashier was extremely rude. She rang in my order wrong and than yelled at me when I told her she didn't have what I was ordering. I am a general manager of food service and never would I allow an employee to talk/yell at a customer like she did me. The general manager of that store saw what was happening and didn't do anything until I asked to speak to a manager. How unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Culver's Kid's meal

About an hour ago, I ordered the kid's meal (hamburger, fries and a drink) - I get this every time I go to Culver's. When my meal was delivered, I noticed that it wasn't in a bag, as is customarily the case - however, I've read about recent paper shortages affecting another burger franchise, and I thought that it must be the same issue for Culver's. After finishing me meal, I looked for something to allow me to redeem for my 'free ice cream'. I didn't see anything and when I inquired, I was advised that I didn't order the correct meal - surprising to me because what I ordered was exactly the same as every other order I've placed. The store staff wasn't very responsive and rather than tie up the line I just shrugged and said to forget about it.

Not happy - its certainly a trivial thing but its the principal - what do you suggest?

Desired outcome: A free ice cream.

Culver's Swiss Cheese Mushroom Burger

I found a piece of folded paper between my cheese and burger . It was small folded over. Must have been from the individual slices of cheese or burgers.
Store was on Mineral Point Road by West Town Mall in Madison, Wisconsin.

Culver's Fish fillet

I went to culvers on center point road in hiawatha yesterday. I ordered a burger basket, fish sand and med cheeseballs. The fish had brown lettuce and tarter smeared everywhere, fish was so greasy it would even stay on the bun. Cheeseballs was about half full so maybe 10 total. For what I payed to eat there is quit disappointing. Very highly disappointed. I usually enjoy your food but I feel thus was totally unacceptable.

Culver's Reg:4 trn:1653687 culver's 530 sturgis, mi

I was grossly over priced. I purchased 2 Butter Burger Baskets. 1 was with a plain DBL Burger. Was charged $8.29 2nd one was a DLX. DBL. I was charged $8.49 for this. We exchanged beverages for Shakes. Both added $2.90 each to the basket price.
We were charged $1 extra for my curds..
Our total was $25.63 for to Butter Burger Baskets. Your menu has them priced significantly lower.

Desired outcome: A free replacement meal would be appreciated, and someone should check the employees training.

Culver's drive thru

I was on my way home from Church last Sunday. It was raining so I went thru drive thru, which I don't usually do. I ordered 2 cod 3 piece dinners no tarter, coleslaw and onion rings instead of fries. 2 single burgers. I paid $42. and some change I did not get a receipt. I waited awile for my order they were busy so I understood that. I got home I have a husband with heart problems that stayed home from Church. So he was waiting for lunch. I opened it up I
has lots of tarter. no burgers. the fish dinners were fine as I ordered. So I called Portage Culver's in Indiana where I purchased my food. I asked for the manager she said she would help me. When I said I didn't get my burgers she said yes I have them in my hand, you can come back and get them. well I felt they made the mistake they should bring them to me. anyway she said she was going to send coupons in the mail for the burgers and some free ice cream. Have not seen or heard anything. I have in the past visited quite often but not anymore.

Culver's Hamburger and cheese curds

The cheese curd breading was over cooked but the burger was terrible. The edge was burnt all around. The bun looked smashed and also looked like it had two tops.
Adding pictures. This looks nothing like I see on the commercials.

Culver's Food was tainted

On 02/07/21 at 5:36 pm, myself and husband ordered from store # 291 in St. Louis, Mo. 2 reuben's and 1 large onion ring for a total of $18.04 o re 5, trn 83270. We both became extremely sick for over 24 hours with severe diarrhea and stomach pain. We have ordered this several times at different locations and it is always the same perfect. I was concerned the meat on our sandwich went bad so I called the store and informed the manager whom stated he would check the meat and call us make because we were considering urgent care. we waited for hours and no call! Thank goodness we woke up today fine, but now I would like a full return from your company since I tried to make sure no one else would get sick and didnt even rate a call. Culver's Inadequate service from drive thru, then again after complaint in person.

Ordered at drive thru, order wasn't complete; explained to person who brought it out; she said manager on duty couldn't, or wasn't willing to rectify situation.

Culver's Service

We are néw to Culver's here in Summerville Sc. We haven't had very pleasant service. Very long wait for ice cream. We have waited up to 15 minutes for 4 custards. Tonight April 29th we ordered 2 waffle cones and 2 custards. 4 employees were standing at order window talking and appeared to be hanging out while the line is wrapped around the building. We were handed the waffle cones when we paid and had to pull up and wait for the other two. We had 4 cars in front of us. They all were served. We pulled up and watched the cars behind us pull around us. We sat in line for 15 minutes waiting until my husband had to walk in and get our ice cream. We will not be giving Culver's another chance. I am unsure if this is management slacking but we will go to our little ice cream shop here in Summerville instead.
