At my local Culvers, I find the price listed online is considerably different from what they charge at the drive-up, yet they were supposedly up-to — date as of Sept. '22. This is annoying, so what's going on here? Culvers # 351 dated 10/8/22 Price was listed at about $4.19/$.29 online, but was over $5 (w/ senior discount) at the store. I no longer have the receipt. I have run into this situation before.

When I ordered my food I said a single not a double burger and they charged me for a double. Then when I opened my burger it was burnt around the edges to the point where it was black and crumbly. I could taste the burnt meat. Would like a refund or something because, on top of that, the fourteen-year-olds at the window have terrible customer service skills.

It was September 18th, 2022 at about 6:00 pm and we decided to get culvers at waukesha, wi. 164/main street. We placed our order and paid for it and we were told to pull ahead and wait. We did that and as they were approaching our car 2 of your african american employees gave us our order and they were both laughing at us because we were wearing masks. We heard them comment on our mask, little did they know that our window was down. Maybe someone should educate those employees about making fun of loyal customers and they should worry about cooking food correctly and not serving it all burned. We got home and opened our family size onion rings and they were all burned. We were pretty disappointed on the onion rings. It’s pretty sad you hire young un educated staff that makes fun of customers that way. So what can you expect from them if they were simply making fun of us because we were wearing masks. So you can imagine how they would make fun of people that would come in there with disabilities. Pretty sad and disappointed on my order and your 2 employees. You should educate them. Thank you! Drive through cashier rude and dismissive
I just went through the drive through at my local Culver's and had the rudest, most dismissive cashier I've ever run into at a Culver's. I know this is not what Culver's promotes as far as professional ethos is concerned, so I decided to file a complaint.
When I arrived at the payment window, the cashier had her back to the window, but then turned around and opened the window and took my card. She did not ask if I wanted a receipt (this is another overall complaint I have about Culver's but I am usually offered a friendly smile and am given a receipt upon request), just ran my card, handed it back, and said something so fast it was unintelligible, immediately closed the window and turned her back to me. I waited a little bit and she turned around, seemingly annoyed at me; I said, "I'm sorry, what did you say?" and she rudely spat out, "Pull up to wait for your order," immediately closed the window and turned her back to me. She was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was bothering her. It's the absolute worst experience I've ever had with someone at any of your businesses. She was a thin white girl who couldn't be bothered to be in the least bit friendly and made it clear that she resented being bothered to do just do her job.
Desired outcome: This person needs to be reprimanded & her file noted in case of other complaints if Culver's really cares about their customer service. I'm reluctant to ever return to this business after this experience.

I placed an order in store because the drive through was wrapped around to the street. I placed my order then I notice everyone had got their order, but me and the man that received my order was saying he didn't get his ice cream. I figured that was my order at this time he had touch the bag, so I was going to wait for food anyway if it was, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and wait more time. after more time passes an employee tells me she is sorry another employee gave my food to someone else. I was only offered a side or drink? I turned that offer down because I deserve to have the option to have my meal replace on another visit I paid 21.90 for 2 burgers and an onion ring when someone else got a free meal plus and icecream and I was the one inconvenienced also the employee that gave my food away had on a glove the same glove was worn throughout my visit this employee scratched her head, played with a chain on her neck, touched doors coming in and out with peoples food and waited tables all while touching peoples food in times diseases are heightened by touch. check your camerasfor store 435 at 13.40

Roast beef & cheese.
Ordered salad & roast beef & cheese. I live exactly 2 minutes away by car(traffic lights if not red). Got home & pulled the sandwich bag out & the bottom fell out & sandwich on the floor. It need to be put on plastic bagging, not paper because of the juice & humidity made paper soggy & broken down. Food was replaced but not delivered. As it was an error of the packing & should be replaced & delivered.
Very unhappy with male manager talking over top of my trying to explain what happened. Rude. I did not use any foul language but did get loud when I asked him to ”Listen”. Find a new way to package wet food. Maybe the salad bowls?
Desired outcome: I had to return to store. Long at first & long line when I went back. I was given my order again, but in two thicknesses of sandwich boxes, w/juice in a separate container. Good sandwich presented poorly.

I ordered 4 Concrete Mixers from inside the store as a Carry Out. I brought other members of my family who had never eaten at Culvers. I told them how good the frozen custard was. When we left and began to eat our Concrete Mixers there was a heavy greasy taste to them that even stuck to your teeth. The additives were pecan and bananas. I was so VERY dissapointed.
Desired outcome: The total was $29.20 for the order. I would like that amount of store credit or a check.
Customer service
Last night I drove over 15 miles to go to Culver's, my brother and his family came into town and wanted to have Culver's. It was late about 9:30 when I arrived at the store, on the order speaker there was a sign that asked for patience when ordering because they were short-staffed.
I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes waiting to place and order and no-one came. So, I drove up to the window and there were two young ladies inside and when they saw me, they ran and hid. I drove back around to the speaker because the sign said be patient.
Well, in all, I spent 20 mins in all waiting for them to answer.
Well, today I stopped by the store to tell the manager if they were going to close early, they should put a sign-up like the one that asked for patience. Well, first off, the manager was too busy to speak to me and the shift supervisor said that it was against corporate policy for them to tell me that they were closed.
The way that she was treating me made me even angrier and I said that I wanted to speak to the manager, she said to me "I am the manager" when I knew that she was not because in the beginning she said that they were too busy to talk to me.
Then I called the store and asked for the manager, and she answered and said, "I told you I was the manager, and then she told me not to bother to come back".
Desired outcome: To speak to someone who at least can be courteous
Paying for two double mushroom Swiss sandwiches but only got two single mushroom swiss
9/10/2022 we stopped at the Prairie du Chien WI drive through at 11:46 am. We ordered two double mushroom Swiss sandwich’s one French fry and one cheese curd. After we left and opened our sandwich’s we realized they were both single mushroom Swiss. The wait for our food was quit long so we didn’t want to go back and wait even longer. They were very good sandwiches just not happy we paid for doubles and got singles

I am employed at culvers in minot North Dakota on 8-6-2022 I was at work and was assaulted and got my nose broke patti haggmen is the owner which she was there and the woman who broke my nose her name is lakisha don’t know last name but her twin daughters jayda n jayla worked there 16 years old money has been missing and jayda was on my till I told her very nicely that I got from her and she got mad and attacked me then they had called there mom lakisha she had aske patti the owner to talk to me she told her no I was in the back filling a incident report now patti brings lakisha to the back where I’m at also there’s 15 other employees back there and yet lakisha and her daughter’s were all able to come in the office and hit me n it’s all on tape coped we’re called I pressed charges I have to see a grief counselor and might have to have surgery and now I don’t feel safe and it wasn’t right wat happens so I have a lawyer but workers have a rights too and wat happened ain’t rife and patti never even apologize for wat happen to me
One of many incorrect orders
My family and I haven’t had the correct ice cream order in quite sometime now. We don’t usually complain, but tonight was pretty bad. We pay a lot of Monday for our sundaes and we would like to for once get the correct order. We got three hot fudge Sundaes and there was hot fudge on only one. This happens all of the time at this location in Kenosha. When my mom and I got to the window, the young man said the F word because he didn’t know what to do. We are not young ladies so this is disrespectful. We will be going to Shirl’s from now on.

My daughter was an employee of Culver’s. She was fired for calling in one time. The time that she did call in the manager wanted her to take a picture of the reason why she was calling in. I am a manager and I work in the service industry. This was uncalled for and Appropriate. I know the laws. She should never been fired. I’m sure she was taken advantage of by a manipulative manager. Who also cues her of asking other associates for vapes? Also a supervisor who was 16 years old followed her into the bathroom while she was cleaning it. And this supervisor patted her down. Nobody is allowed to touch any employee not even a manager. Under any circumstances. I want this situation looked into. As well as the manager also told my daughter that she would not get paid for any orientation that she went through. I know as a manager that you do get paid for orientation. She also did not clock in because nobody showed her where to clock in for the first two or three days that she worked. So she lost hours. If I do not hear back from someone I will be calling you. My name is Chrissy This is the council bluffs Iowa culvers that I’m speaking of. Please look into this.? My daughter is distraught over this and is going to therapy. She’s 14 years old and she was treated Unfairly! I will take alternative measures if I have to. As a mother I don’t want to see my 14-year-old daughter treated in any kind of inappropriate manner. Management / owner
I have 2 sons ages 15 & 16 that were/are employed at the Culver’s in St. John In. For about a month and a half maybe two months they were not given any hours at all.
I will say that our sons did not reach out in the beginning to management to find out why they were not scheduling them.
This is their first job and they do have to take their job seriously. I know they did have other employees take several shifts of theirs. As I don’t blame management for being upset with them if they had other people take their shifts.
When they did send a text message because that is how they were told they need to communicate the manager did not respond back to them.
However they had several employeees who work there have been told by Management That they were fired even know they were never officially fired they were just not being put on the schedule.
Our sons on August 28 2022 went in twice to talk to management about why they have not been scheduled.
The first time they were told those managers were not there.
When they went back the owner JP made our sons sit there for two hours because she refused to talk to them. She also told the other employees that they are not allowed to talk to them and to ignore them.
She was disrespectful she walked away from them she refused to answer their question so our 16-year-old quit and our 15-year-old still has not officially been fired yet. This is not the first time our sons have tried talking to her and she has walked away from them.
If our sons were not working to their potential then they should have been fired they should not have been strung along and been treated the way they were treated it is unprofessional to make two teenage children wait for two hours to speak to Management.
Also other employees told our son that she said they are not allowed to step foot into that place again it is a public restaurant if they want to come in and order food they can do that there is not a law against them ordering food in a public restaurant. However we will never step foot in that restaurant again to order food and we will make sure that we tell everybody we know how rude and unprofessional they are there.
The management and the owner are extremely unprofessional. I am very disappointed of how the adults in this situation have behaved they have no business being a manager.

Haven’t ate literally nothing all day. Been busy working. I come to Culvers, literally hungry & then I wait 30 mins for my food (understandable), finally get my food, start eating & I see this. All they gave me was a refund. Health department should be visiting this Culvers. & these little [censored] kids that work need to be trained better on sanitation, etc. i Literally feel so gross. I have been throwing up since. I go in to get a refund & the managers shorts me $5, I paid $25… why are you giving me $20. Finally I get what I paid. Why this much of a hassle… to be compensated. Good job Culvers!

Failure to get the order correct
We have been regular customers at culvers for many years in Racine Wisconsin.
Ever since the new culvers has opened on Douglas Av we started using the drive through instead of eating in as we live close by.
There have always been some issues with getting the order correct but never enough to complain.
tonight is the exception. The drive up was very busy so I went in to the counter to order. When m order was brought to me, I checked it and found major problems. No smoothie was in the order. that was corrected. I neglected to check the contents of all the bags in the large bag and went to the car with the order and then checked. I did have a coupon for m wife's birthday of a scoop with topping which was not in any of the bags. I then noticed it was written up as a child scoop. I went back in and got that. I think it was pretty skimpy, feel it should have been a full scoop. My original order was for a basket and they wrote it up as a dinner which cost more and I had asked for a military discount and got the senior discount.
The counter was very crowded with a least six employees and or trainees and when I placed m order I had to repeat several times each item, Very poorly trained employees I was treated with very little respect and was told if I didn't like the service I didn't have to come back. So I will not ever go back to culvers after being a loyal customer for six years and I have mentioned this to others on my block an they agree not to go back to culvers either.
So this is good bye and good riddance to a once good business in our area.

Condiment absence in my combo meals
I go to drive through at Culver’s every Sunday. Despite politely asking for ketchup for my fries, I never get it, and I have to ask the runner to go back and get some for me. This happens every Sunday. I have decided there are three absolutes in life: Death, taxes, and the absence of ketchup with my fries at Culver’s. You guys are the only drive through that consistently has this problem I have complained many times but no fix has ever been applied. Help.

Rude and immature employees/ not putting my full order in my bag
Went to Culver’s for dinner tonight. Ordered two full adult meals and two kids meals through the drive through, got home only to realize neither of the fries for the adult meals were in the bag. Called the restaurant, girl said come back tell drive through I need the two fries they forgot. Bam! I go do that get home eat most of my fries and realize their is a big black hair in the bottom of my almost gone fries. Pretzel bites 2 orders
Store number 799 on 08/14/2022 both orders of pretzel bites were burnt. I ordered at 5:18 pm a curbside order transaction 441990. I love Culvers and order from there a lot. This is the first time I have had a bad order. Please credit me a replacement. I don't know what else is needed, why would you make filing a complaint about a burnt food item so difficult? It should not be this hard to look at and give a credit.

On Friday August 12 at 1:15 PM my wife and I ordered a meal, we were excited, we don't eat out much.And we were hungry, well 30 minutes later we realized, people who had sat down after us,had not only had their meals but were finished and leaving. So we ask someone to check on our meals. Guess what the kitchen said they didn't have an order number 86 . We , handed our number card to the cashier, stated we never got our meals, and walked out. You know what I was still hungry but felt enlightened. I could have had family from out of town, and spent a lot of money on this same situation. Wow, I learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN !
