i got a custom two tone line jacket from custom greek store. i paid in full and got an order proof. but i never got the jacket and they never hit me back on phone, email, text support or IG DMS. don't buy from them, you won't get what you paid for.

I paid $226 for 2 jackets from Custom Greek Store on 8/26. They showed me what the jackets would look like and I said yes to making them. But I still haven't gotten them yet (2/17/22). They keep saying there's a delay with shipping or that they're working on it. I want my jackets or my money back if they can't make them.

I checked the jacket on the image and agreed that it was what I wanted. When the jacket arrived at my house, I saw that the image on the back was crooked. It was much narrower than the proof they showed me. I asked them why it was different than the proof and they said the design was as big as it could be. They didn't tell me that the actual design would be narrower and the proof made me think it would look normal. They didn't take responsibility for giving me a proof that didn't show what the design would be like. They could have told me before production. They didn't answer my question or fix my problem. They just said the design was good.
