Purchased new RAV4 car at the end of June
Purchased new RAV4 car at the end of June. Car has issues when driving as it drifts to the left and right creating a safety hazard. Want new car. Purchased new RAV4 car at the end of June. Car has issue when driving as it drifts to the left and right creating a safety hazard. Spoke to Toyota corporation customer care. Told them we wanted a new car (it has less than 100 miles on it) because repaired car is a used car and therefore defeats the purpose of buying a new car. Case # *** opened. Dropped off car Told was going to receive a call by noon on 7/9. Call never received. Called Toyota corporate again. Found that this is a known issue on the Internet (Tech Tip: TT-T-0616-20). Service Manager Sarah did not care about information. Spoke with dealer Consumer Relations Manager Thania *** who was supposed to call by noon and never called. Claimed she never received request. I am getting the run around from the dealer on this brand new car with known issues. I just want the new car I originally paid for.

They used my SSN and other personal information without my consent
They used my SSN and other personal information without my consent. I had a service appointment for my car and I wanted to talk about leasing a car while I was there. As soon as I sat down and started to talk about options, they asked my some personal info(Address, SSN etc.) and asked me to sign the paper. I have read the paper and realized it is credit application and I asked the guy is that for running a hard pull? The said not it is just a soft pull and it will not effect my score. However, I took my time and read the form and decided not sign it.The guy said it is for accurate estimate, but I said do not want it then. I also said I may show my FICO score if you you want to see it in my phone. And they said okay.So I did not sign the credit application form and received a notification in the application states that pull was made without my consent. After I realized pull was made, I was *** and talked to manager about what just happened. However, he ignored about it and tried to sell the car. So he did not help me on that either. He tried to explain it is not a big deal and said it does not effect my score overall.

Windshild washer reservoir damaged during the service
Windshild washer reservoir damaged during the service. Steering column came loose during the ride. I brought my car to David Wilson for conventional oil change on 6/30.. On my way back home all of the sudden steering column started to move. Somebody at the dealership left steering wheel lever in unlocked position almost causing me to loose vehicle control. When I got back home I noticed a puddle underneath the vehicle. Under the hood windshild washer reservoir was almost empty. I tried to refill it but it did not hold a wiper fluid. All of it leaked on the garage floor. Windshild washer reservoir was filled up before I went to dealership .It was damaged during servicing. I want dealership to pay for the replacement cost. I was offered to bring my car back to David Wilson so they could fix it. I'm not bringing my car back for service at David Wilson since they proved they don't care about customer's car. The car was brought in for routine maintenance and yet damaged during the service. They also left steering wheel tilt adjustment lever unlocked which is major safety issue. That could lead to an accident. I just want them to cover the cost for damage they are responsible for.

They prmoised me a car from the factory
They prmoised me a car from the factory. Salesman said That vehicle is mine after we made deal and I just had to come in to sign paperwork DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went to buy a 2020 toyota Rav4 hybrid. Spoke to LEO F on the phone (don't buy from him) and he said there was one coming from factory and I would have first opportunity to make a deal. Long story short, a deal was done and Leo said I would have to come in to sign paperwork when VIN was available because car was still in factory. I agreed and patiently waited. I then stopped shopping around because LEO said the car is mine already and just have to sign paperwork when VIN becomes available. I then get a call from LEO 2nd week of AUG 2020 and he states VIN isnt available yet so we would have to wait. I agreed and then the 3rd week of AUG 2020 Leo called me and said VIN isnt available still so we would have to wait until 4th week of AUG or beginning of SEPT because car won't arrive until SEPT 14th at the dealer. I agreed once again. So today AUG 31st, Leo calls me and says I have bad news, the car sold. I asked him how is that if you said the VIN wasn't ready for paperwork to be signed several times. He said well the other customers payed more so we have to sell it to them. I was very upset and told him why he wasted my time for a month on this car that he reassured me was mine. His only excuse was well we have to get more for the car. Don't go here they are liars and don't mind wasting your time when you put so much time and energy in making a deal.

I was a victim of fraud by David Wilson's Toyota who told me I was part of a Toyota ran company by a salesman named Alexis. On 10/26 I went to David Wilson's Toyota and was told by Alexis A V that they have a first time car buyers program that is a Toyota program to assist young people like myself to gain credit and act as a trade up program. I was told that I would be trading in my car and would be receiving a car for 1 year that if I made all my payments on time that I would return and they would use this car as a down payment into a new vehicle with a lower interest rate. I was told that I would not be out any finances and that because I am part of this program and showed to make all of my payments on time that I would start at 0 dollars and can pick another car on the lot. I made several calls over the past year and spoke to Omar who told me that this was true and that I didn't not have to worry as I was part of this program. I made an appointment to have my car appraised on 10/07 and when I arrived they told me that the person that I was supposed to meet left branches and I would be meeting with someone else. I spoke to three separate people who provided three different scenarios of what the Toyota program meant and they were unable to provide any documentation or pamphlets. Even had one of them say that the programs are run through the bank and not Toyota. I explained that this is not what I was told and that I would like to speak to a general manager and another person showed up Harold who explained that I would be responsible for paying 9,000 depreciation on this car. I explained that I was part of a Toyota program etc. he informed me that since Alexis was no longer there that they are unsure of the program and that they would be unable to assist me but if I would be willing to have the car repossessed then I would be able to get out of the loan. There is nothing worse than being lied to or misled but this is fraud. They bated me and used a fake program to get me to buy in. Causing me financial hardship and offered nothing but fear based tactics to again attempt to bait me into giving them more money. I would like to you to investigate this company and see how many other young adults were preyed upon. Thank you for your time
