Bad breaks engine trouble
Bad breaks engine trouble. The day the truck was picked up it was having issues. I was advised it was because it was cold outside I was told to make an appointment to bring it back in for service. I callled with no responce back I told the truck back to the dealership 24 hours after having it because the breaks was slipping and the check engine light was on. I never got a call back. No one ever returned my phone calls. I also never got my down payment back. They also never called the finance company to make them aware that the vehicle had issues.

I recently bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from pars cars sales on 10/27. Truck's motor begin ticking verly loudly. I need a refund. No one is returning my phone calls or giving me any insight to what to do, we have driven the car for one day and it's been at pars in the shop NOT being repaired. I paid 4 grand down and still have to take ubers to work. Tony is the finance manager and he keeps leading me on and lying to me. This business is unethical and needs to be shut down. They manilpulate and finesse first time buyers. I need my down payment back, you guys can keep the Jeep that doesn't work. Pars has a "service department" that doesn't service cars; how ironic.

car is being sold at 80% above market value
car is being sold at 80% above market value. Upon finding out this information, and within 24 hours, I tried to bring the car back but they refused! I was informed that the car is being sold at fair market value, but my phone's internet was not working to look up KBB value. I come home and my dad told me that the car was sold to me at 80% above market value. It is a 2010 Toyota Camry with 121,000 miles and they sold it to me for $14,900. The market value on KBB as well as other dealerships were in the range of $7,500 (with even LESSER miles!). I called the first thing in the morning to see if I could bring it back as it appears I have been priced gouged and the salesman said NO. I asked to speak to a manager and he said no also and that they were a "credit" building place and do not sell cars based on value. I said This is absolutely unethical and to please allow me to return the car back since its only been since 8pm from the night before and not even 24 hours later. I paid $1000 for the down payment and I just want to void the bill of sale and want my $1000 back and if they have to deduct money for the mileage then I respect that too.

Sold car stating it was in perfect working conditions
Sold car stating it was in perfect working conditions. Lied about fixing the vehicle, and then stated that they were no lemon laws. To whom it may concern, My name is ***, and I am calling for immediate action and YOUR assistance. On July 3, my family and I purchased a 2004 GMC Sierra 1500 from Pars Cars on Mt.Zion Blvd, in Morrow, Georgia, by a salesman by the name of Grandson AKA G-Money. I should've known just by his alias we were being scammed from the beginning, however he played a genuine-like role of a concerned and empathetic individual who just wanted to help families in need get a vehicle. He sat with my family and I asked us exactly what we needed, which was a safe and reliable vehicle for my fiance and I to get to and from the hospital to visit our youngest son who was in the NICU at the time. He boldly and proudly ensured us that the vehicle just had its engine and transmission rebuilt. He promised us it was a good working vehicle, that would be just what we needed, as we explained to him that my fiance had recently started a lawncare business and needed to haul equipment. He worked with us and got us in the vehicle the same day. Not even 10 minutes later, after leaving the dealership, my family and I found ourselves stuck on the side of the road, minutes between the dealership and our home. A bystander saw us, stopped and offered his assistance, helping to get us back on the road. I immediately called Grandson and explained the situation. I asked if there was any way to get our money back, as I was unwilling to risk my families safety for a vehicle I was promised was in excellent driving condition. He assured us it was probably something minor, and asked if we could bring the vehicle back to the dealership for their mechanics to look at it. He had his mechanic take a look and said that the air compressor needed to be replaced and that would correct the problem. Considering it was a holiday weekend, we were forced to leave the vehicle there for its entirety. We then received a call Tuesday, saying the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Once again, Grandson assured me the vehicle was safe for us to drive and we would have no more issues in the future. A week later, the vehicle broke down as my infant son and I were traveling along the highway. It completely stopped in the middle of the highway, in the midst of traffic. I was forced to decide whether I should risk taking my son out of the vehicle, taking my chances running across the highway to safety, or staying in the vehicle and risk getting hit by oncoming traffic. I am a woman of faith and I believe in the power of prayer, so I quickly prayed and begin to take my son out of the car, preparing to make a run for it -as more and more traffic built up. However, I felt the urge to try to start the vehicle once again. Thankfully, the truck started up and I was able to get my son and I to safely and out of traffic, to the nearest gas station. This is where the vehicle had to stay overnight, until I was able to get it towed back to my home. I then had a mechanic come out to look at the vehicle and was told that the battery cables were old and rusted and needed to be replaced. I brought the vehicle back to Pars Cars and spoke with the General Manager Malcolm, frustrated and overwhelmed, I explained the life threatening danger my son and I went through after being assured by his sales rep and mechanic that the vehicle was safe to drive. He promised me answers and asked if I could leave the vehicle for a while in order for him to have it thoroughly inspected and PROPERLY fixed. Reluctantly I agreed, however I explained that I had a medically fragile newborn recovering from multiple surgeries that I visit everyday and although I would give him the time needed that I needed his word that the vehicle would be returned fixed completely as I was unwilling to pay for a vehicle that was unsafe for myself and my family to travel in. Malcolm gave me his word that he would have the mechanics work diligently and as quickly as they could. none of this was true. I am now without a vehicle
