Haddad Dodge-Haddad Kia I traded my vehicle in on Saturday February 6

I traded my vehicle in on Saturday February 6. Today March 3 (almost a month later), I was contacted by TD auto finance requesting payment with late fees included for my vehicle. When my wife and I tried contacting the business in question, no one answered our calls and we were forced to leave messages. Under California law, dealers must pay off your trade-in vehicle within 21 days from purchase. If the dealer fails to do so, you may have a claim against them. If your trade-in vehicle is not paid off, you may be liable for additional payments. If you do not make these payments, your credit may be affected.

Haddad Dodge-Haddad Kia Haddad Dodge used an electromagnetic spray to spray disinfectant into the cap of my truck after performing an oil change

Haddad Dodge used an electromagnetic spray to spray disinfectant into the cap of my truck after performing an oil change. I entered my truck immediately after, and once my doors were shut, I realized there was a thick fog inside the cab. I started the truck and rolled the windows down, but by this time, I inhaled several breaths the disinfectant. This caused my throat and lungs to burn, followed by severe nausea and headache that lasted from 1pm until I went to bed at 10pm. I was not warned to let the disinfectant spray settle, and a simple warning would have avoided the while situation. Additionally, when exiting my truck, I noticed two scratches on my door. I showed my service advisor, ***, and he rubbed the scratch with his finger which is not the way to fix a scratch. He laughed at what he viewed as an inconsequential scratch.

Haddad Dodge-Haddad Kia I just recently took my car to my local Kia dealership to have the batter changed

I just recently took my car to my local Kia dealership to have the batter changed. I took it in right before Christmas so I knew it might take a little longer to get back. It took 2 weeks before they changed my battery. I though this was a little excessive for a simple fix. Regardless, I was understanding and was willing to look past the issue. I had went to get a few things out of my trunk while it was parked at their service department and noticed my drivers window was down (not at my own doing). When I got my car back, the interior of my car was covered in dirt and items I had in my back seat were thrashed (I am assuming an animal got in). Not only was the inside of my car a complete disaster, there is a large scratch in the middle of my back seat in the leather and an animal had urinated in my car. I am beyond upset with the service I have received from Kia and this is not my first bad experience. I truly hate owning my vehicle and have never received kind service from anyone at Kia. I can't wait to get rid of my car and will never be purchasing another Kia again.

Haddad Dodge-Haddad Kia On December 30th my husband and I traded in our 2012 GMC Acadia and purchased a used 2019 Dodge Durango from the Haddad Dodge-Kia

On December 30th my husband and I traded in our 2012 GMC Acadia and purchased a used 2019 Dodge Durango from the Haddad Dodge-Kia dealership. The next day on December 1st around noon a 'Service Electronic Stability Control' light on the Durango appeared. As soon as the light appeared I text messaged *** our Salesman about the service light. By text message, he responded and told me to take the Durango to the Dodge Service Department. When I arrived to the Service Department and explained that I had bought the car the day before and the service light appeared, they responded and said they could not look at the car and I needed to take the car to the Sales Department. When I arrived to the Sales Department I encountered ***, ***'s boss, who had interacted with my husband and I during the purchase of the Durango. I explained to *** the service light and what had happened at the Service Department. *** then assured me the Service Department would look at the service light that day and the car would be returned to me. I handed *** (Sales Manager) the Durango key and left the dealership. That evening the Durango was brought to my house with no service light indicator. The next day on December 2nd, I was driving the Durango and the same service light appear 'Service electronic Stability Control'. The same evening my husband took the Durango back to the dealership and demanded they thoroughly examine the Durango and the service light that had appeared twice. The dealership called my husband when the Durango was ready for pick up. When I arrived on Friday Dec 4th to Dodge Service Department I was only given the Service documentation from Wednesday Dec 2nd. I explained to the Service Department the Durango went in for service on Dec 1st and Dec 2nd. *** and *** stated to me the Durango was looked on Dec 1st but the Service Department was only able to provide me paperwork from Dec 2nd. I have requested service documentation from Dec 1st. from both *** and ***. I still have not received the Dec 1st service documentation.
