On the 14th February 2020 I uploaded the Debonairs app as per sms I received that also granted me a voucher for a 50% discount on my first order placed on the app. I did everything as instructed and received my 50% discount. I then got an sms that my order was placed but no discount was granted. I phoned and complained and they manually changed the amount on the receipt. I paid and collected my pizzas from the delivery man. The next minute, the manageress phoned and told me that I didn't use my voucher and I need to pay in the other 50%. I told her I'll cancel my order and redo my order on their app and claim the discount voucher. This I did and the app said I have redeemed my voucher. The manageress then sent the delivery man back with my money and took my pizzas back. Apparently the problem was on my side and not theirs. Thanks Meerensee Debonairs, I will not be using your services again. Your customer relations is despicable. So now I am going to say "Hello Peter" 😡😡😡😡
