Deliverr, Inc
Deliverr, Inc. (http://www.deliverr.com/) is just what I was lookin' for to meet all my needs on every platform, 'cept Amazon.
Onestar is way too good for them - beware - don't do it!
Onestar is way too good for them - beware - don't do it! They have a great idea, but not ready "for prime time yet." Absolute terrible customer service!
I tried this company for the first time
I tried this company for the first time. There was a mistake and they charged me some fees. Then they found out that it was a mistake and instead of sending the money back to my account, they gave me credit! Again, I repeat, I used them for the first time. It took me an effort to get my money back. But the question is, I only sent a small amount and already have a problem. What happens next? I think all these negative reviews are true.
Deliverr is like the worst platform to partner with, seriously
Deliverr is like the worst platform to partner with, seriously. Their customer service is like the absolute worst, they don't even bother replying to the problems they create for you and your customers. And let me tell you, teaming up with Deliverr on Walmart Marketplace is a big no-no. They'll totally wreck your ODR score and your whole relationship with Walmart as a seller. I mean, seriously, Deliverr's operations team has no clue how to deal with issues at their outsourced warehouses. And don't even get me started on how they handle customer orders, it's like they don't even care about doing it in a timely manner.
After a whole year of using Deliverr to ship our stuff, they turned out to be real sneaky
After a whole year of using Deliverr to ship our stuff, they turned out to be real sneaky. They sent us an email talking about some crazy long-term storage fees that they wanna charge us. Can you believe it? They want $26,000114 per month (yep, PER MONTH!). We only got a few little silicone rings in their warehouse, like seriously tiny. They weigh less than an ounce, man. So now I got this ticket open (#***) to tell them to get rid of all our stuff ASAP! Hey Deliverr, if you're reading this, please open ticket number *** and get rid of all our stuff right away so we don't have to pay these insane bills. Oh, and make sure to hide that last invoice too! Tomorrow, I'm gonna call up my company's lawyer. This ain't right, man.
I agree with what others said before
I agree with what others said before. Besides all the other mistakes and mess-ups that people talked about, we had big shipments of stuff that just disappeared. The customer service folks are trained to make things harder for clients instead of helping them out. We went back and forth with them for three months through email, and all we got were robotic responses. Because of all this, we missed out on the whole Q4 sale season, lost our goods, and didn't get any money back for the lost stuff, shipping costs, or labor costs and stuff like that. We had to give up and get rid of our inventory or bring it back, and find another company to work with. We stuck with Deliverr for more than a year, and we were patient enough to let them figure things out. On the outside, the company looks good and they're good at getting money from investors. But our experience shows that they don't care about the quality of their service or products. Their culture is dishonest and tricky, to say the least. If you're a small business looking for a reliable and trustworthy third-party fulfillment service, stay away from them!
Don't do it!
Don't do it! I've been a Deliverr client for 16 months. Their service is a great concept and prices are great, and it started out OK, but they are growing way too fast or something. The service has seriously gone downhill in the last few months. For example: - Orders over Cyber Monday took 2 weeks to ship out and almost got canceled by Walmart. Despite what Deliverr claims, this still hurts your Walmart delivery metrics. - They are CONSTANTLY losing inventory now - both inbound and inventory in their warehouse. They sit on orders for a few days and then email you saying you should manually fulfill it, because they lost the inventory, leaving you to scramble to ship it out yourself. This is happening for 30-50% of orders lately. - Their support is helpful but EXTREMELY slow. It takes WEEKS and multiple messages to hear back from them. Several times, I had to email their executive team directly to get any kind of response. - They don't add any bubble wrap or protective packing to boxes. They literally stick your product inside a big cardboard box and seal it up. Absolutely indefensible for a reputable fulfillment company like them. I emailed about this multiple times, but they didn't seem at all concerned about it and didn't promise they would change anything. I do not recommend them anymore!
Deliverr, Inc
Deliverr, Inc. has been a complete disaster from start to finish. We've had over 2000 orders with them in just a few months, and let me tell you, it's been a nightmare. Here's a rundown of our experience:
First off, a large portion of our inbound shipments never even made it to the sales floor. Deliverr just lost them during the shipping process. And guess what? They won't reimburse you unless you bring it up with them. And even then, they only reimburse the cost of the items, not the shipping fees. We lost over $1,000 on one shipment alone. It's just not right.
The inbound process takes forever. Sometimes it's 30-60 days before our shipments are even available for sale. We have to constantly email Deliverr to get them to do anything. We had a big holiday shipment that never made it to the sales floor until January, and then the boxes ended up getting lost. It's a mess.
Once we create an order and Deliverr marks it as shipped, the tracking status never changes. It just says "waiting for pick-up" for days or even weeks. Our customers get angry and email us asking what's going on. It's happened so many times that we've received countless complaints, bad reviews, and lost sales because customers don't want to wait for their orders. It's killing our business.
Deliverr is also terrible at shipping fragile items. They're supposed to send them in boxes, but they keep sending them in flimsy envelopes. We've had customers send us pictures of broken products because of this. When we bring it up to Deliverr, they apologize and promise it won't happen again, but it keeps happening. We've raised this issue multiple times, but they still send fragile items in envelopes.
And get this, when we make a removal order, Deliverr sends us the wrong items. We ask for product X to be removed, and they send us product Y instead. So now we're stuck paying for removal fees, without the right inventory, and we have to send the correct items back. It's a mess, and Deliverr's inventory numbers don't even reflect the mistake. It's just crazy.
But the worst part is when inventory goes missing. We've had hundreds of units disappear without any notification or reimbursement from Deliverr. Their reports are useless and show the wrong numbers. We've lost thousands of dollars because of this. It's so frustrating to have to manually track our inventory every week to figure out what's missing.
And don't even get me started on the low stock issue. We'll create an order for an item that supposedly has 3 units in stock, but then we get a message saying it's out of stock. We have to investigate and submit reimbursement claims, all while losing sales and dealing with upset customers. We can't trust Deliverr's inventory numbers at all.
Oh, and Deliverr loves sending duplicate orders. Customers have received double the amount of items they ordered, and Deliverr never explains why. They only reimburse for the cost of the extra items, not the shipping or other fees. It's happened multiple times, and we still don't know why.
To make matters worse, Deliverr sends items in a way that messes with our account on ***. They use shipping carriers that *** doesn't recognize, so our tracking numbers are invalid. Our account has been in jeopardy multiple times because of this. It's a headache.
We've had so many other issues with Deliverr, it's ridiculous. In less than a year, we've raised 65 cases with them. We should be focusing on growing our business, not dealing with all these problems.
But the worst part of it all is the customer service. We raised a case with Deliverr and asked to speak with a manager to address all our issues. Instead, they directed us to someone named *** M, who hasn't done anything to help. We scheduled a phone call, but he was unprepared and promised to get back to us with answers. Weeks went by, and he never responded. We followed up multiple times, but still nothing. It's like they don't care about their customers.
We've emailed every point of contact at Deliverr and raised cases, but we keep getting directed back to ***. It's frustrating and hopeless. We have so many issues with Deliverr, and there's no solution in sight. We can't even switch to another fulfillment provider because there are too many missing units and other problems. It's a nightmare.
I hope our experience serves as a warning to anyone considering doing business with Deliverr. It's been the worst nightmare for our business.

Deliverr sent our inventory back bad packed and it was damaged during the delivery (altho at this point we aint sure how it was kept). We need creadit for all damaged inventory.
Deliverr is offerin' a promo where ya can send in yer inventory and get free inbound shipments (promo attached)
Deliverr is offerin' a promo where ya can send in yer inventory and get free inbound shipments (promo attached). Ya just gotta use the link in the email they sent ya to schedule and send yer stuff. They even attached a *** showin' the dates and amount of inventory ya sent in, which qualifies ya for the free inbound shipment. Deliverr is all about advertisin' them free inbound shipments and they even provide a link in the email to promote the promo. Seems like they're tryin' to trick businesses with their first page claimin' to have clear and simple pricin' (snap attached).
I been tryin' to close my account with Deliverr for like a whole month now and they keep givin' me the runaround
I been tryin' to close my account with Deliverr for like a whole month now and they keep givin' me the runaround. They say they can't close my account until they get back all my stuff, but they still dealin' with shipments from February 4, 2022 and February 19, 2022. Them orders got PO#*** and PO#***. Ain't nobody at this company seem to know how to speed up this process and it's just plain silly that it's takin' this dang long. They even told me they ain't got no customer service phone number for me to call and get help with this mess. All I keep gettin' is a bunch of emails sayin' thanks for my patience. Well, my patience done run out and I really need some help fixin' this problem. I think Deliverr done had plenty of time already.

Invoice# *** billed $731.99, but it was supposed to be $0
Invoice# *** billed $731.99, but it was supposed to be $0. They told us to 'prepare my free inbound shipment now' in an email, so we followed the link and made the shipment without any extra approval or limitations. They claim to have clean and simple pricing, but that's not the case with promotions. We have attached the email and a screenshot for reference. We have formed a group of others who were also tricked by this 'promo', but we want the fees credited as they promised. They need to stick to their promise of clear and simple fees and prices on their main page.
This review is about our brand, Hystar Products
This review is about our brand, Hystar Products. We shipped a bunch of orders with Deliverr. We sent them a whole 20ft container (FCL). The container was packed with only our stuff and sealed up tight by the manufacturer. We gave Deliverr more than 16 documents to show that the container was loaded up completely. But guess what? Deliverr says we didn't send them all the units we said we did. So now, we're missing 48 boxes. That's a whopping $13,542 worth of inventory costs, $1,987 for shipping, and $413.99 for labels. Can you believe it? We sent them a container that was sealed up and filled with only our stuff. They got their half of the shipment, but the other half just sat in a corner for over a month. And now, after 2 months, those 48 boxes still haven't been given to us. We tried to investigate, but it didn't lead to anything. They won't reimburse us for no good reason. So now, we have no choice but to criticize them and maybe even take legal action to get our money back. Any normal person can see that Deliverr messed up and should take responsibility.
On Jan 27/2022, I requested Deliverr to recall my shipments
On Jan 27/2022, I requested Deliverr to recall my shipments. They were to deliver 16 shipments from different warehouses, but their site failed to provide the download. I created a detailed spreadsheet for tracking the returns. The boxes, lacking packing slips, arrived damaged with missing items. They were overly heavy and could have been split into smaller boxes. Even FedEx loses packages at times. I documented the returned items and invoiced for each DSKU. I got a refund confirmation and advised refunding to my bank, check, or PayPal. Yet, they won't refund and keep asking for my bank details, despite my account being linked. It's impossible to reach someone who can assist or escalate the issue. Deliverr seems to find resolving this too challenging or costly. This ordeal has cost me thousands in labor and time. I have all the documentation and a 72-message email thread, but it's too extensive to share here.
I started using Deliverr in June
I started using Deliverr in June . Right from the start, I had a problem. I sent them inventory, and they said they could intercept it and send it back to me. But turns out, they couldn't divert the inventory and instead checked it into their warehouses all over the country. It took them a few months to do this, even though they promised it would be done quickly. That was the first problem. Then, months later, I made a removal order for 100 units with the order number RYTRCJDOY. It's been over 5 months, and they still haven't completed the removal order. I also placed another removal order with the number B1LQ2USZQ about 2 months ago. They said it would be done by April 1st, but it's still not completed. And then there's another removal order with the number #BJB2BGHNC that I placed over 1 month ago. They promised to ship it in the middle of April, but almost half of the order hasn't been shipped. For the part that did ship, they claim to have only received 3 units out of 100. There are many other issues I've had with this company, and honestly, I can't keep track of all of them. These are the ones that stand out to me. Throughout all these problems, Deliverr has continued to charge me over $2,000 for basically nothing. Ideally, I want three things: (1) a refund for all the late removal order fees, (2) a refund for the inconveniences and Deliverr's false promises, and (3) to remove all my inventory from Deliverr to avoid storage fees. I'm scared to place the removal order because it seems like Deliverr can't handle it. It seems like they've taken on more than they can handle. They can't deliver on what they promise. Relying on Deliverr has cost me over $5,000 in shipping fees and now $2,000 in their own fees. Please look at the attached screenshots. Some say the items have shipped, but that's not true.
