Mixed Experience with Dennis Kirk: Great Products, but Returns Could Use Improvement
I'm a big fan of Dennis Kirk. I've been using them for years for my snowmobile parts needs. However, in January of 2019, I ordered a new helmet and it didn't fit me properly.
I was disappointed, but I decided to return the helmet. Unfortunately, when I returned it, the tags weren't still attached to the helmet. They were in the bottom of the box. As a result, they docked me 25% of my return value.
I was upset about this, as I felt like it wasn't my fault that the tags weren't attached. I understand that there are certain rules and policies that companies have to follow, but I felt like they could have been a little more understanding in this situation.
Despite this negative experience, I still think that Dennis Kirk is a great company. I've had many positive experiences with them in the past, and I think that they offer a great selection of parts and accessories for snowmobiles.
That being said, I do think that they need to be a little more lenient when it comes to returns. I know that other companies are more understanding in these situations, and it would be great if Dennis Kirk could be more like them.
Overall, I'll still shop at Dennis Kirk in the future, but I'll definitely be more careful when it comes to returning items. I hope that they'll take my feedback into consideration and change their policies in the future.
Disappointing Experience with Denniskirk.com: Selling Unsafe, Old Tires & Poor Customer Service
So, I ordered my tires from DennisKirk (denniskirk.com) and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. When my tires finally arrived they were already over 4 years old! Can you believe that? That just shows how careless and inconsiderate this company is, they obviously don't care about the condition of the products they sell to their customers.
When I called their customer service line to complain about the tires that I received, the person on the phone was so unhelpful and unapologetic. I asked her how this could happen and she just told me that they can sell tires up to 6 years old. Well, let me tell you, I have been in the tire business for years and that is not how it works. No reputable tire store would ever sell tires that are over 3 years old, let alone put them on a motorcycle!
The "woman" on the phone was so rude and unprofessional, she didn't even offer me any solutions or apologies for the terrible experience that I had. Needless to say, I will never give this company my business again. It's just outrageous that they would sell such old and unsafe tires to their customers without any regard for their safety or well-being.
Please, if you're thinking about shopping with DennisKirk, I would urge you to look elsewhere for a company that actually cares about their customers and their safety. Don't make the same mistake that I did, and don't waste your hard-earned money on a company that couldn't care less about the quality of their products or the satisfaction of their customers.
Disappointing Experience with DennisKirk: Cheap Chinese Products & Poor Customer Service
So, I ordered wheels from denniskirk.com, but there were some hiccups along the way. The front wheel arrived okay, but the back one took a little longer to show up. And when it finally did arrive, I noticed that there were two dents in it.
I couldn't do anything about it at first since everything was on lockdown and the shops were closed. But when I finally had a chance to take a look at it, I was pretty disappointed. I emailed DennisKirk to let them know what was going on, but they said that it was already past the warranty period.
I didn't want to give up, so I sent them some photos and videos to show them what was up. But even then, they didn't seem to believe me. I had to email someone in China who wasn't really good with English, making it even harder to communicate.
It was a frustrating experience overall. I just wish that they would have taken my concerns seriously from the get-go. I feel like this is just another example of an American company trying to cut corners by selling cheap Chinese products.
DennisKirk Review: Unreliable and Disappointing Customer Service
So I ordered from DennisKirk about 2 moons ago using affirm. They said the thing I wanted was backstocked so I had to wait for it. But then when it came back in stock they couldn't take my payment! WTH? I got on the phone with some lady named Joy and she said to ask affirm to re-process it and they'd hold my order for me. So I did that and everything was cool. But then I called DennisKirk again and they said my order wasn't on hold and some other dude already got it! Can you believe that? I was so mad! I said forget them and ordered from MustangSeats, even though I had to pay more, it got to me in 2 days! So don't go with DennisKirk, they're not the best to work with. Go with someone you can trust!
DennisKirk Review: Good Website, Poor Customer Service and Returns Process
So, I was checkin' out DennisKirk and I gotta say, their website ain't too bad. They ask ya to enter your sled's make and model so they can show ya all the stuff that's supposed to fit just right. But, let me tell ya, sometimes that "Exact Fit" only works if you've made a buncha changes to your ride. Ya know what I mean? It's a bit of a bummer 'cause somebody might think they're gettin' the right thing only to find out later they gotta send it back.
And don't even get me started on their customer service. I called up to talk to them and I got stuck with this really unpleasant lady. She was all about arguin' with me instead of helpin' me out. Like, come on, lady, just do your job and make it easier for the rest of us. In the end, I had to return my $172 order 'cause it wasn't cuttin' it, and they only sent me back $58. That ain't right, ya know? And then when I called back they said I shoulda got another refund, but I never saw it in my account.
So, overall, I gotta say I wouldn't recommend usin' DennisKirk. Their website ain't bad, but their customer service and returns process are definitely lacking. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get your gear from.
Unhappy with DennisKirk: No refund policy and damaged product return
I've been ordering stuff from DennisKirk (denniskirk dot com) ever since I was a teenager racing MX. Man, that's like 15 years already! I've spent so much money on them so you would think they’d show some love. You know what I mean? Like a VIP treatment or something? But I don’t feel that kind of love, not now, not anymore.
So I ordered an intake for my 2019 Harley RKS and it turned out I didn't need it anymore. It’s a bummer, I know, but it happens. And since I’m a responsible boy, I tried to return it to them. But guess what? They said "no refund"! And they shipped back my stuff all damaged and destroyed! Like, come on! I mean, after all these years, that was how they treated me? That’s not cool, man.
I mean, I get that they're a business and it's all about money, but seriously? I have been a loyal customer to them! I would expect them to be loyal back, you know? But it seems like they don’t care about me at all. I thought we were brothers, you know? And now they’re treating me like a stranger.
Well, I’m not taking this lying down. I’ll tell you what: I have the power of the internet, and that means I can spread the word about this company. I’m not happy about my experience with them, and I want the world to know it! I’m not gonna stay silent about this. People need to know what kind of business DennisKirk is.
Anyways, that's how I feel. I’m just a regular guy who loves to ride his Harley. Maybe some of you guys had a better experience with DennisKirk, and that’s great. But as for me, I’m done with them. I'll be looking for a new online store to shop for my biker stuff. Maybe you should too.
My Terrible Experience with DennisKirk: Incorrect Product, Rude Customer Service, and Hidden Fees
Well folks, let me tell you about my not so great experience with DennisKirk (denniskirk.com). I decided to order a Mustang seat from them because it was a pretty good deal, but boy was that a mistake. When the seat arrived, I realized that it just wasn't comfortable in the seated position. So, I did what anyone would do and called up their customer service number, which you can find on their website, which is ***501. They told me to go ahead and use the label that they had enclosed so I could ship the item back to them.
So, the next day I shipped the seat back to them and waited for my refund. That wait ended up being a week before I got a call from Ashley in customer service. Let me tell you folks, she was very rude and not at all helpful. She told me that I never called them before I shipped the item back and that they wouldn't be giving me a full refund because of a restocking fee of 35%. She even went so far as to say that the seat was badly scratched and that they had used a marker to cover up the scratches. Can you believe that? That was absolutely a lie. I refused to pay the restocking fee and demanded that they ship the seat back to me.
When I finally got the seat for the second time, I decided to give it a close inspection. Imagine my surprise when I noticed that the seat was previously used! That's right folks, they sold me a used or refurbished item, which was not at all what I ordered. I would highly recommend that you buy from somewhere else. I personally will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will dispute the charges with my credit card.
So, if you're thinking about ordering something from DennisKirk (denniskirk.com), I would highly recommend that you think twice before pulling the trigger. You may end up in the same boat as me, waiting for a refund that may never come. Save yourself the headache and buy from another retailer.

Disappointed with declining customer service, it's time to take my business elsewhere - A review of Dennis Kirk
I've been a Dennis Kirk fan for over 30 years now. When I first started ordering from them, they were the go-to destination for anyone looking for motorcycle parts at an affordable price. Their customer service was top-notch - I always felt like a valued customer whenever I called or placed an order.
Over the years, I've ordered everything from tires to headlights to handlebars from Dennis Kirk. Many times, I would call their customer service team to see if they could match a lower price from one of their competitors. More often than not, they were able to help me out and I would get a great deal on the part I needed.
However, my most recent experience with Dennis Kirk left a bad taste in my mouth. I had to return a headlight that I had ordered, and when I did, they accused me of damaging it. I was frustrated - I knew I hadn't done anything to damage the part, and I couldn't believe they were questioning my integrity. In the end, they gave me my refund, but the experience left me feeling disappointed.
Recently, I reached out to Dennis Kirk again - this time, I was looking for a high-ticket item and was hoping they could price match a competitor. The customer service representative I spoke with seemed to have no idea what Dennis Kirk's price match policy was, which was surprising given how well-versed their customer service team used to be. After some back and forth, they ultimately denied my request for a price match, citing a number of reasons that didn't quite make sense to me.
Overall, I'm sad to say that my once-loyal patronage of Dennis Kirk has come to an end. They had a good run back in the day, but I can no longer rely on them for the quality customer service and affordable prices that they used to offer. It's time for me to take my business elsewhere.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Denniskirk.com's Sarah: Check out RockyMountainATVMC.com Instead!
So, I had this kickass cart with more than $3k worth of items on denniskirk.com and decided to call them to see if they could hook me up with a discount or something. Talked to Sarah or whatever her name was and she didn't sound too happy about it. I mean, come on lady, I'm a repeat customer with a big order, show me some love! She said she would ask her boss about it and call me back the next day, but of course she didn't. So, I had to call her again. And then, she dropped the bomb on me. Apparently, they refunded me for some old stuff I bought from them over a year ago and now I had to ship it back or pay extra. What?! That's some bull*** right there. That's their mistake, not mine, and I'm not gonna fix it. I told her that and she didn't seem to give a damn. And then, she hung up on me while I was still talking! That's just unprofessional, you know? Like, who does that? Anyway, they didn't seem to care much about my $3k order, so I took my business elsewhere. If you need parts, check out rockymountainatvmc.com instead. They know how to treat their customers.
Poor customer service and missing package from DennisKirk - DoNotOrder!
I'm tellin' ya, I shoulda checked out DennisKirk before ordering from 'em again. We had an alright order before, so I thought it'd be fine to order from 'em again. But boy, was I wrong.
We ordered a windshield for our Harley on January 21 and got confirmation on shipping that same day with a tracking number and expected delivery date of January 25. Sounds fair to me, so we waited.
January 25 came, and the package didn't arrive. But we thought, "Okay, give it another day." We were busy, so we didn't check the tracking. January 26th came, and still no delivery. So, we tracked it with the USPS number only to find out that the package never even got picked up!
We called customer service to find out where our missing package is, and boy was the woman who answered rude. She tried to tell us that it's not their problem and that we'd have to call the post office. She said she couldn't file a missing mail case before 15 days had passed. When we asked to speak to her boss, she said he'd call us back and hung up on me.
I mean, come on. I sell stuff too, and I deal with this exact same thing sometimes. I've filed missing package reports with the PO within 3 days, and they've always helped me find them. It takes a simple phone call, and it can't be the recipient calling. It has to be the sender.
The only good thing about this mess is that the supervisor did call back and spoke to my husband. He wasn't rude and promised to get it investigated. If the package didn't get scanned and moving through the postal system within 3 days, he said he'd reship it.
Now, we wait to see if that's really gonna happen. After reading some of the reviews here, I still have my doubts. I'll update with what happens in 3 days.
As of right now, I think it's best if you don't order from this company.

Disappointing experience with DennisKirk.com - inaccurate product images and incomplete descriptions, unhelpful customer service
DennisKirk.com was a total letdown for me. First off, the pictures of the products I was looking at were not what I received in the mail. I was so disappointed about that. Also, the descriptions of the products were missing some important details that I really needed to know. It made me feel like I couldn't trust the website to be accurate.
To make matters worse, their customer service was a pain. I had some questions about my order and when I called, the person I talked to wasn't very helpful. They seemed like they didn't have time for my concerns and didn't want to deal with my issues. It was frustrating and really put a damper on my opinion of the company.
Honestly, I would not recommend shopping at DennisKirk.com. There are just too many issues with their product listings and customer service. Save yourself the hassle and buy from somewhere else. Trust me, it's not worth the trouble.
Customer Service Fail: DennisKirk.com Mailed Unwanted Items & Dirty Gear
So, here's the deal, folks. I had some issues with DennisKirk.com. They went ahead and mailed me back some stuff that I specifically told them like, three times, not to mail back. What's up with that?
Anyway, when I got the items (a bib and some boots), there were a bunch of random dog hairs on them. Now, don't get me wrong, I love dogs and all, but I didn't really want them on my gear. It wasn't a total disaster though, because I was able to clean them off pretty quickly.
But still, man. That's not cool. So I'm gonna be sending these items back for a full refund. I just hope that DennisKirk.com can get their act together and do better in the future. Maybe pay a little more attention to what their customers are saying. That would be nice.
Buyer Beware: Returning Items to DennisKirk Can Be a Hassle
If you're thinking about making a purchase from DennisKirk, be forewarned that returning items can be a bit of a hassle. It's important to do your research and make sure you really want what you're buying before you hit that "add to cart" button. If for some reason you do need to return an item, the process isn't always smooth sailing. They'll tell you that they'll give you a full refund and cover the shipping costs, but in reality it's not always that simple. Even if you have eBay buyer protection, which is supposed to safeguard you against issues like this, it's still possible to run into roadblocks. It seems like DennisKirk may have a tendency to protect their sellers rather than their buyers in some situations. So, just be careful and weigh your options before making any purchases from this company. It's always good to be cautious and do your homework before you shell out your hard-earned cash.

Warning: My Unfortunate Experience with DennisKirk's Poor Customer Service and Return Policy
I recently had an unfortunate experience with DennisKirk and felt the need to share my story. I had purchased snowmobile boots and bib online, which arrived in a timely manner. However, upon trying them on, I realized they weren't the right fit for me, so I decided to return them.
To my surprise, the return process was not as smooth as I had anticipated. DennisKirk accused me of wearing the items and returning them in a dirty condition, which was not the truth. I'm an honest person and would never do such a thing. The boots were only tried on in my kitchen, which was clean at the time, and there was definitely no food on the bottom of them. As for the bib, it had tags attached, and I assure you, it was never worn and not dirty at all.
To add insult to injury, the customer service representatives I spoke with were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They refused to acknowledge my side of the story and insisted on only reimbursing 65% of my money. I was shocked and disappointed by their lack of understanding and empathy.
Overall, my experience with DennisKirk was a negative one, and I would caution others to be wary when making purchases from them. It's unfortunate that their customer service and return policies are not up to par, and I hope they will take steps to improve in the future. If you're considering buying from them, my advice would be to proceed with caution and be prepared for potential issues.
