Matthew was a tremendous help getting the wheels and
Matthew was a tremendous help getting the wheels and tires figured out for my wife's Christmas present. I appreciate his expertise, and taking time to get the right wheels and tires for her 2021 Ram 1500 4X4. I can't wait to see her face when they come in.
I will definitely be reaching out to Matthew again for wheels and tires for my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave.
Trying to get wheels shipped to Germany was a nightmare!
Trying to get wheels shipped to Germany was a nightmare! Up until I reached out to the excellent service at Custom Offsets. Derrick picked up almost immediately and didn't hand me off to another department. He called them instead and worked everything with a quote in a little under 5 minutes. Wish they shipped to my military APO address here but other than that this company is excellent!

Brennan S******** from Appleton, Wisconsin responded to my inquiry about Kryptonite Shocks in less than half a day
Brennan S from Appleton, Wisconsin responded to my inquiry about Kryptonite Shocks in less than half a day. Unlike other sellers who either didn't respond or took a long time to reply, Brennan provided me with the necessary information to make an informed decision. It is crucial to choose the right product in this industry, as making the wrong choice can be costly and there are no returns. Thanks to Brennan's prompt research and direct communication with the shock manufacturer, I have decided to purchase from CustomOffset.

UPDATE 9/28/21: Mitchell helped assist me with a shipping/tracking issue related to my order. He was able to get the info i was after quickly, gave me the exact progress of my order and provided a new tracking link via email due to the online acct misinformation. I'm very happy with the customer service.

Customer service A+++++
Customer service A+++++. Keizer L had emailed me the next day after my purchase informing me of a possible problem and sent a few links with possible solutions. I then emailed him back with photos of what i had purchased from a different site and he did his own research to see how it would workand found success with photos and customer reviews. Also informed me again of better solutions with URLs from their website that they know would in fact fit perfectly. Once again customer service with my experience was fantasticrapid, informative, reasonable, diligent, etc. Not often now days do you see people appreciate their jobs or do them well. Keizer was great.
This was my first time ordering a full set of wheels and tires online in recent times
This was my first time ordering a full set of wheels and tires online in recent times. Offset Customs website made me feel confident that my tire and wheel package would fit my truck. Only issue I had was there was an update glitch in the website. My wheels and tires were shipped but the ceramic balancing beads that I purchased were still in an ordered status. I emailed OC about my order and got a response fairly quickly but didn't get a clear answer on if the beads were installed on the shipped wheels/ tires. Once I received them (slightly ahead of schedule and in great condition) and got around to installing them, I could hear the beads inside as I moved the tires around so sigh of relief. Good experience overall and would recommend to any of my buddies looking for a new set up."
I always saw there store and products online and through YouTube
I always saw there store and products online and through YouTube. I recently purchased a truck and have always wanted to customize it to my wishes. Honestly I love the customized features in the website specially the ability to see how your truck would look like with products you choose through what’s called the gallery. It’s so easy to navigate as well. With COVID I understood there would be some waiting around to be done but none the less when I had questions on my recent purchase the answers were given to me quick and to the point. I have to thank Brennan for that personally. Not only did he take in my question but gave me the wonder news that my product would be shipped faster than I had originally expected! They definitely take care of there customers. I highly recommend them to whoever is reading this!
Brennan, was prompt with his replies
Brennan, was prompt with his replies. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable when assisting me with my fitment questions. If you have questions or concerns regarding fitment. Then reach out to their team and they’d be happy to assist.
Placed an order for a 6" BDS Lift Kit. Saw the exact kit elsewhere for less during Black Friday. Contacted Brennan who is the rep that had worked with me on finding the correct kit for my truck. I provided him with all of the information necessary for price matching. He followed up with me the next business day to confirm that Custom Offsets would definitely price match the other company. I turned around and placed an order for a dual steering stabilizer with the money I saved (which they also price matched) Brennan has been awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable and super quick to reply to any questions or concerns that you may have.
I needed coil overs for one of our company trucks that will be in several expos this year
I needed coil overs for one of our company trucks that will be in several expos this year. At first, the lead time was too long for me to have the truck ready for the first 2 expos. Chase H from the suspension team seems to have connections. I had sent an email to cancel my order because I found a shop in SoCal that had the same lift, but it was $1300 more expensive and I had to go through a lot of trouble to get it shipped to the Midwest. Just minutes before I was about to place the new order, Chase called me to let me know that BDS had called to confirm the cancellation because they were already preparing the order. That call saved me $1300. I really appreciate that, especially as a small business. That kind of customer service is what I aim for with my own customers. If you're looking for anything suspension related, definitely work with Chase. Jon Xtrusion Overland
Buyer Beware
Never Again! Once they have your payment method and you get the sorry we are out of stock email all phone calls and emails will go unanswered. Customer service will pull a cease and desist. If you have questions, dont bother calling, it is as if they have caller ID and if your payment has cleared they cant be bothered talking to you. You will get the voice message that they will get back to you before the end of the day. Dont hold your breath waiting for that call. If I can save just one person from this BS company than this post was worth it.
Recommendation: Stay far away
I'm extremely happy with my buy, when looking for rims I felt like I was 15 again playing need for speed underground 2 for the first time again
I'm extremely happy with my buy, when looking for rims I felt like I was 15 again playing need for speed underground 2 for the first time again but this time it was for my real vehicle lol. They gave me a month wait time and I think it came in three weeks. When I got them the driver said he's never seen them wrapped that good and he delivers a lot of tires from Custom. They went on super easy and they make my WJ look 100x better than it did with the stock wheels. I even get people looking at that awesome sticker you sent me and then they check out my tires and honestly it feels good to see people check out your vehicle, especially since I'm one to check out others rides that they build because I am a hoonigan at heart lol. I bought the Ridgeline rockcrushers with the arturro tires and I'm very satisfied. I would definitely order through them again for my truck especially since they have that leeway option with katapult, can't beat it. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family or random strangers.

Quick delivery - although mismatched wheels sent.Customer Service is great and working with me to remedy problem.Wheels look great and anxiously awaiting to get final two and mount them on my vehicle.
Seamless delivery, no hassle and everything was in the boxes. Truck looks mean
Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but that wasn't Custom Offsets problem. Custom Offsets was easy to work with and gave me great advice. I love my new wheels and tires! I will definitely make them my go-to wheel and tire provider.
Definitely one of the easiest companies I've ever worked with. Great service and fast delivery! These guy know their stuff!
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. They rush the call and promised to call you back the next day, but never do. Then you call them back 2 days later to get more information on the wheels i requested and they don't have that ready. They told me they will call me back later, hung up on me and never called me back. I guess they don't want to sell me the wheel and tire package. I will be taking my money somewhere else.UpdateI decided to give them another chance after they offer me a $150 discount if I remove the previous negative review I posted. This was the biggest mistake I made. I decided to buy wheels and tires, but the tires they had was out of stock and on backorder. I put a $300 deposit to hold the wheels which was in stock and wanted to wait on the tires since they were on backorder. After waiting a few weeks, I called them and ask them to just sent me the wheels I put a deposit on, which should be in stock. Now they are telling me that the wheels are back order as well and should take another 6-10 weeks. Dont do business with them and learn from my mistake. "

Perfect and way nicer in person! Thank you! Cant wait to install them
Used Custom Offsets twice, have to say it was a pleasure to do business with them...
Amazing service, and fast delivery! Thank you so much. Would definitely purchase from again.
Fast delivery, everything was packaged perfectly and correctly. Thank you custom offsets!
I'm very disappointed with my experience with Fitment Industries (aka Custom Offsets)
I'm very disappointed with my experience with Fitment Industries (aka Custom Offsets). I ordered a full set of new wheels and tires through them and I was initially impressed with the catalog of wheels, even though it seemed like everything was out of stock no matter what I looked at. I finally managed to find a set and ordered them. I waited over FIVE WEEKS to receive my order and when I got it half of the order was missing! I wasn't sent center caps for the wheels nor did I receive the wheel cleaning kit I added on! And the absolute worst part is I was sent wheels drilled with the INCORRECT BOLT PATTERN... Then there was the hassle of actually going through customer service and going through the gauntlet just to get them shipped back. Took a week just to get sent a shipping label... I ended up getting fleeced out of $800 because due to their return policy. I was hit with paying for shipping, a 20% restock fee, and the ceramic coating on the wheels was nonrefundable. Do yourself a favor and buy your wheels from another site or straight from the manufacturer instead of dealing with Custom Offsets.

I ordered wheel bearings and they took about 10 weeks to be delivered. They were drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer and it was of no fault to Custom Offsets. They were great throughout the whole process and went above and beyond with communicating updates. I am and will continue to be a return customer.
Easy site to use and quick shipping I will be back
Wheels and tires are great! Received on time as promised
Amazing work and quick delivery! Thank yall. Very professional! I will use them again!
I ordered wheels and tires on Jan 1st and I knew they were on back order so I was willing to wait
I ordered wheels and tires on Jan 1st and I knew they were on back order so I was willing to wait. So after 2 months I called to see how much longer get it was going to be to find out the wheels were discontinued. So I ordered a new set of wheels the beginning of May and I was told everything was in stock to find out 2 weeks later the tires needed ordered in because those were out of stock. And every week since I've been getting told that they are ready for shipping until last Fri I called and was told now they are still waiting for one of the wheels to come from another warehouse so they can be mounted! So basically every person I've talked to has lied to me.. I even asked one guy for expedited shipping a few weeks ago and he told me that since they are getting ready to be shipped it will slow the shipping process down! Haha. I've never dealt with anything like this in my life. I understand that products are hard to get ahold of right now but I would be less mad and frustrated if they were just honest when I call them and not keep getting different responses which none of them have been truthful.."

Chase is Awesome Im excited about the lift kit I purchased, First lift ever, chase was very informative and helpful on picking the right suspension Called back to check on the order, he was on it and emailed me back with all the great information Thanks for putting me at ease lol Definitely have a new customer
I had a specific issue with my vehicle (2017 Q70L AWD 3.7 Infiniti) My ride quality wasn't where I wanted it. Chase guided me through very patiently until he was able to gather the pertinent information and was able to line me up with the exact parts that I needed to fulfill my driving needs. Great experience and I will be telling everyone about it too. - Jason B
Great at solving all my issues and concerns. They actually call you back!
Great wheels and tires. Very happy but it did take a while to arrive.
Custom offsets promotes customer service
Custom offsets promotes customer service. Not what I and many have received and to make it even worse I was recommend by a person that is sponsored by them. I made an order for new wheels on May 3, waited 15 days for a response or status update on Custom offsets web site like the invoice reads that a customer can do. After the 15 day wait period I decided to call the agent that originally help me with my order. Yea...that was to no answer of phone and emails. So I decided to call Custom offsets main number, I did get someone on the phone and she went over the invoice with me. She stated that the wheels were going to be shipped directly to me, oh but wait, these wheels were to be ceramic coated by Custom offsets before I received them. As she spoke some more on the status of the wheels were now not being able to be found from the manufacturer. Wait a minute weren't they just on the way to me. See where there is going. After days of trying to get a refund for the wheels that I ordered, I might see it one day. I will not do business with the company again and if you do I hope you have a better experience than I did.

So after two days of receiving my wheels and tires one of the TPMS sensors that were provided in my set which is an additional cost was defective. Upon contact with Fitment Industries, they recommended that I take it to Discount TIre which I did. The nearest discount tire was an hour away, and upon inspection by a discount tire employee, he found that the TPMS sensor was defective. I decided to have it replaced instead of wasting more time and sent the quote to Fitment Industries so that they could refund the repair. I thought that they would simply cover the $75 replacement since it is a brand new product that they supplied and called it a day. To my surprise, they offered at first to pay only half of the repair, and even after a continued conversation they only refunded me $50. WARNING to all customers out there, don't bother spending thousands of dollars with this business when they won't bother covering a $75 TPMS replacement from their own defective product. Their excuse was that I didn't give them the opportunity to make it right. Which basically involved having to wait for a new sensor to then take the car again to a shop and get it installed. I shouldn't have to take so much time out of my life for a product that was defective and especially since they can afford to refund a $75 replacement.

STAY AWAY ZERO STARS IF POSSABLE!
I'm telling everyone considering a wheel purchase to STAY AWAY from Custom Wheel Offsets! I called and the sales person was helpful. That is the ONLY positive thing I can say about my experience with this company. I had to coordinate my own pick up from fed-ex(not a bid deal) I get my wheels and tires after work, unload them from my truck and start unwrapping them and notice something isn't quite right but couldn't put my finger on it. Stack them in the garage and plan to put them on the next morning, snap some pictures to show them off, and that's when I notice THEY MOUNTED THE WRONG TIRES! They mounted cheaper tires that were the same brand! The next morning I'm mounting the first wheel and notice THE WHEELS HAD BEEN MOUNTED ON A VEHICLE BEFORE GETTING TO ME! I snap pictures and send them to Custom Wheel Offsets. LET THE GAMES BEGIN! According to the FIRST person I spoke with "They are unable to take them as a return since they had been mounted to my truck" THEY WERE SHIPPED TO ME WITH SCRATCHES AND SOCKET MARKS ON THE LUG CUT OUTS. Then they say they'll give me something like $20 for the difference of the tires, I said no way. When you get emails from them it's usually from someone different each time, and the new person has not taken the time to look back through email chains. I mount the wheels thinking I'm going to have to eat the scratches... Drive to work Monday morning and my truck starts shaking violently on the interstate! I work for Ford and take my truck to the service dept. and they try to road force the wheel I tell them I feel is shakeing... The machine stops the balance process and shows an error that the wheel is either damaged or bent! I send them a picture and the tech's write up and tell them, the 1st strike was the incorrect tires, 2nd strike is the scratched wheels, strike 3 was the bent wheel! At this point any legitimet company would just offer to replace the wheels and tires with the correct product, or offer a refund and return... NOPE, This process began around 22 November 2021, and as of today 8 December 2021 I have not been able to get this resolved. They sent an email 2 days ago stating that they'd consider taking 1 wheel back under, BUT I have to choose to BUY a new wheel and tire, ship my messed up wheel back to the crooked company, TRUST that they will give an honest assessment of the faulty wheel, then REFUND me the "deposit" I made after they check the wheel... The same company that COULD NOT put the correct tire on a rim, sent USED wheels and refuses to fix the problem even after I had ALL 4 WHEELS checked and the tech said the wheels are unable to be properly balanced because the wheels are not round and would require TOO MUCH WEIGHT. Yeah... I'll trust these crooks. My next step will be getting representation and filing a suite against this company for fraud! Not small claims, but fraud! To give you an idea, here is the list of people that I've dealt with through the process so far: Krystal, Casey, Donnie, Hazel just to name a few.
I had ordered wheels and tires for my truck on 3/27/2020
I had ordered wheels and tires for my truck on 3/27/2020. The ordered included 4 rims and which were originally rbp silencers. 4 Dunlop tires. 4 tpms sensors. Mount balance and tpms sensors to be preprogrammed to my truck. Well I Financed then through affirm credit. The total was $2,186.41. After weeks of waiting I had reached out to the company concerned about my order. They had stated they had to order product into their warehouse which is understandable. Well a few more weeks go by between emails and phone calls (all on record) I was given the run around saying they were going to be shipped in a few days only to find out that the wheels I had ordered they do not have nor have they had in well over a year. The one sales rep I spoken to talked me into the set of rims and tires I currently am having issues with. Even then once again “not in stock” had to wait when I was assured they were in stock. (Understandable). Finally after back and fourth emails and calls finally wheels were on their way. I was again told that shipping company would notify me day prior to set up time for delivery. Well I got an email Memorial Day weekend the wheels were delivered. I contacted custom offsets yet again to explain I never received my wheels but the website said they were delivered here in Springdale where I live. They said they didn’t know and for me to contact the shipping company in which I did. That shipping company then stated they had dropped them off to another carrier and to contact them. Contacted them and needless to say I had to drive an hour and a half to go personally pick up my wheels and tires. I pick them up bring them home and proceed to put them on. Well I get to find out they didn’t send me a necessary bolt for the center cap and the tpms sensors were not programmed to my truck which sends light on my dash. I drove the truck to car wash only to find the truck was shaking uncontrollably. I called a garage close to my house and dropped my truck off there. They said the balancing was so messed up it’s surprising that I didn’t wreck let alone able to hold onto the steering wheel so I had to pay for a rebalance of the wheels custom offsets balanced. . So I drove the truck home and it still shook. Not as bad but still unsafe. I called the garage and let them know it still was not correct and dropped the truck back off. When I went to pick it up the mechanic said they were originally 5 plus ounces out and the machine balanced them the best they can and that the wheels or tires were messed up and there was nothing more they can do and that I needed to contact the company I got them from. So I did. I did speak with someone a little more professional and had an understanding about my issue so he did say he was sending me out the center cap bolt and a set of hub rings. When they finally came in I put them on. Needless to say it STILL didn’t resolve the issue. I called back spoke with a manager he suggested another garage in my area he found. One they suggested was over an hour away from me and I was not risking that drive. So I went to the close one. The maintenance man there stated in 30 plus years of business he had never seen anything like this in his life and said the tires are defective and they couldn’t get the balancing squared away. I contacted custom offsets again. Only to keep getting more and more run arounds. Submitting pictures and shop recites and one thing after another. Was told have to go through warranty and do this do that. (Ridiculous) there is a lot more details but I’m trying to keep this simple as possible. So submitted the info they requested just to keep getting asked more and more dumb questions and requests. I have gotten nothing but the run around and excuses from the get to of this whole mess of an experience. I just want what is right. Nothing more nothing less. I’m tired of waiting and waiting and passed to every person under the sun only to get nowhere even with managers. I have not driven my truck because it’s unsafe and I am not risking anything to happen. Plus it’s more wear and tear on my suspension parts which will end up costing me more money to fix and replace if I let these go.
Bought Rims and Tire package from them. Upon receiving the rims and tires, with the provided order number, I found that 3 out of the 4 rims were damaged, and the tpms sensors were broken as well. Paid a significant amount for this package. And I'm very disappointed in my purchase with them, I hope they can resolve this issue, before I have to consider legal action. Will provide pictures upon request.
Transaction 4/30/22 Order number #*** Tires were purchased from custom offsets, once put on my vehicle the truck was shaking very badly. I took the truck into the shop and tried to get the tires balanced and the shop was unable to balance them fully. Another shop did a road force balance test and the results of the test indicated that the tires have a manufacturer defect they were all out of round and exceeded the limitations of the tires. Which was written on the receipt. After that I got new tires put on the same day and reached out to custom offsets for a warranty claim because these tires are known for having this issue. I followed the entire template for the warranty process and provided all photos that it said was needed. Then custom offsets wrote me back a few days later saying what I sent was not sufficient for a manufacturer warranty. They stated they needed actual photos of the machine with the tires on the machine proving a road force balance had been done. So they could not help me without that. I told them they never specified that was needed during the time the claim process was submitted. The tires are no longer on my truck or on a set of wheels so this is no longer possible for me to do. They told me that they knew the manufacturer wouldnt honor the warranty claim without those photos, but with them know that they should have specified that in the warranty claim template. They told me what was needed after the tires were already off of my truck, due to them being so shaky that it was unsafe to drive the vehicle on the road. I would like to be reimbursed the $112 it costed me to get the road force balance test done as well as the price of the tires which was $950.
I orders wheel and tire package, through an employee over the phone and was guaranteed the wheel would fit my make and model car. They will not clear my brake calibers.Fitment requested pictures, so I sent about 20 pictures, and as of 12/21/2022 they will not answer my phone calls or emails for a return and replacement.
On 10/17/2022, I purchased a set of custom wheels with tires mounted & balanced from this establishment in the amount of $1894.00. I was personally helped by salespeople a few times before I made the purchase. A salesman put the items in the cart for me. When the shipment arrived, the wheels would not mount on my car. The bolt pattern was too small. After a few days of sending pictures and answering questions, they paid to have the wheels returned to them. I ultimately opted for a return of my purchase price, noting that the establishment is slow moving and slow to respond. While waiting for them to 'inspect' the wheels (they had agreed that I wasn't liable for any shipping damage), after about 2 weeks of emailing them about my refund, they told me that someone there had measured the wheels and that the wheels were of proper specs and sent me a picture of a measuring instrument on a wheel that was 112mm (proper measurement). As a result, they were charging me a $400.00 restocking fee if I wanted a refund or I had to pay return shipping to me if I wanted to keep them. We had a couple of email exchanges while I was disagreeing with them about the wheels. While I was thinking, they sent my refund minus $400. Upon seeing the refund in my bank balance, I emailed Fitment letting them know that I had still been considering my options when they had sent the refund. I proposed keeping the wheels and refunding the tires (thinking this would reduce the restocking fee). They responded that the restocking fee would still be $400, effectively making that deal worse than what was offered. I haven't responded. I know how to lift up a wheel and place it on a car, and I had a friend there with me who has been working on cars for decades. He knows what he's doing too. I also have several pictures documenting the issue, and I am sure that they would not fit. On the other hand, they are a wheel distributor, so it's pretty easy for them to make a picture of a wheel with a measurement of 112mm.
Date of Purchase 7/25/2022 - Purchase price for just the wheels was $2332.00 of a total order of $4148.00 for wheel/tire package
Date of Purchase 7/25/2022 - Purchase price for just the wheels was $2332.00 of a total order of $4148.00 for wheel/tire package. $583 per wheel. I purchased in good faith a wheel and tire package from this company, the shipment arrived 5 days late and 2 of the 4 wheels are damaged. Not lightly scratched, or blemished but metal is gouged out, they are damaged. I've been in contact with someone from the company for over a week. Initially I was told by a customer service rep, literally before I let the delivery driver leave my driveway as that is the moment I reported the damage, that I would have two new wheels, shipped at no expense to me, reimbursed for mounting and balancing of new wheels and the company would cover return shipping of the damaged wheels to them. I'm contacted by a member of the "returns and warranty" team, I send pictures of the damage to the two wheels, damage is verified, I'm then contacted again stating would I be willing to accept partial refund and keep the wheels and to give them a price I would accept. I stated I needed to think about it as the wheels are visibly damaged from a dozen feet away, and I reiterated what I was told by the *** rep about the new wheels/mount&balance/return of old wheels. The *** rep said this was something they would also do. After much deliberation and reviewing complaints on here I settled on a price and sent it to them, that I felt was fair to both parties. I received a return email with a offer of $100 per wheel for $200 dollars? These are almost $600 dollar wheels a piece. They are GOUGED in several places. $200 is a slap in the face when I did NOTHING wrong here and ended up with a late shipment that was damaged and now lowball offers to "make it right". Also these were not damaged in shipping, the wheels were packaged extremely well. This was neglect at their location during mounting and/or ship preparation. I either want a legitimate fair refund offer or the wheels replaced as offered.

I ordered a set of tires from Custom Offsets, when I got them in I took them to my local tire shop but they quickly called me and said that the tires were out-of-round and extremely dangerous that they wouldnt even put these tires on my vehicle they were soo out of round. While still at the tire shop I called Custom Offset to let them know what I was told and they wouldnt refund me the $1,300 that I had to submit a warranty claim on their website. While still at the tire shop the technicians helped me get all the information that was needed to be sent over to Custom Offset, I paid the shop $40 and left. Several days later Custom Offsets asked me to go back to the tire shop for more information so I took the tires back to the shop and paid $80 to do what they requested. Several days later I still havent received a refund or warranty approval so I sent them another email that I wanted to cancel the whole thing for a full refund at which then they told me, I'm very sorry, but due to the fact that the tires were driven on, they are non-returnable. If you are interested in purchasing a new set of tires, I can certainly send you some options and see if we can offer a small discount.Theyre completely aware this entire time the tires never were driven on and cant even be put on a vehicle. This is a 1st class case of bad business, I received tires that are completely unusable so bad that a tire shop wouldnt put them on my vehicle even if I requested them to be put on. Once I clearly stated that Id like my money back they flat out made up a story that *** used the tires and will not help me any further. Ive sent multiple photos of the tires still covered in all the stickers over the treads in the bed of my truck. I have 20 plus photos that a toddler can look at and easy notice that the tires havent been used! Please help me resolve this terrible case of bad business.
On July 29 2022 I placed an order for 4 rims and tires with lugs and valve stems for $5285.42. The tires were recommended by the sales rep on the phone which turned out to be not rated for my vehicle based on the load index rating. I needed 114 or above and these tires ( Nitto NT420V 295/35r24 ) are at 110. Then after inspecting the rims at delivery time I found 3 of the 4 rims had damage. A claim has been started but I am not able to speak to anyone on the phone and getting an email response has been taking over a day or two. It's been almost a month now and still not able to place the new order or get these current wheels sent back. Customer service is horrible unless you're a new customer placing a new order.
My husband purchased tires from this company for his Jeep gladiator. When asked the rim size my husband told the guy 18 however said he wanted to make sure they would fit. The sales rep assured him that since the rim is original manufacturers and they deal with Jeeps all day long he was sure it will fit. When my husband took the car to have the new tires fitted he was told the tires are big. 1. No one ever picks up the phone when customer service is called. However if you call sales they pick up or call you back immediately. 2. They only want to correspond via email and they told my husband to exchange the tires he would have to pay a total of $633.84 for the difference, restocking and shipping. We told them why should we have to pay that much for their mistake. The guy pulled the recording and said they cant help because my husband specifically said 18. However if you listen to the recording my husband also told that guy he wants to make sure they fit and the guy said they will and they deal with Jeeps all day long. I asked to speak to a manger and I was told this was what management told him. I said I would like to speak to someone. He tells me he will call me back. He calls me back and tells me no one will speak to me and that I need to have all correspondence via email with their return department . I was still talking when he hung up the phone on me. Everyone that calls gives the same standard script of this is the company policy. It is not fair to the customer if the company is not doing their due diligence to ensure the customer is ordering the right tires when their company return/exchange policy is so stringent. I would greatly appreciate your assistance on this matter as these tires nearly cost us $1900 and now due to the sales persons neglect to confirm the proper rim size we are stuck with these tires. We are also not getting any assistance from the return department or allowed to talk to upper management.
On 11/5 I purchased a set of wheels and tires from Custom Offsets online. I was specifically looking for the right tire in 20inch that had raised white letters as these are not easy to find in the size I was looking for. I found a set of *** Discoverer tires that were raised outline white letter and the wheels of my choice and placed my order. Specifically requesting Raised ***s out on my mount. I had a specific look I was going for on my truck. First of all this seemed to take quite a bit of time after ordered to ship. When I received my shipment and un-palleted them I realized these were NOT raised white letter tires. I quickly contacted Custom Offsets to try and sort this out. I was told that they shipped a newer version of the tires which were no longer available in Raised White *** and that I could ship them back. At this point I had already sold my stock wheels and tires and this would mean I would have to put my brand new truck on blocks until this was sorted out. I opted to install these wheels and tires. Almost a year later I absolutely hate that I didn't get what I asked for for this amount of money and the company responsible simply blew me off when I initially complained. Wish had shipped these back. Cannot believe companies are allowed to treat customers like this.

Date of transaction: 12/22 The amount of money you paid the business: $348 What the business committed to provide you: One "00551440SR12MBLK ESR SR12 20x10.5 +40mm Black 5x4.5 5x4.5,5x114.3" wheel What the nautre of the dispute is: They provided me with a 20x9 instead of a 20x10.5 wheel that I ordered. They sent me the wrong wheel. I am not a tire technician and it is unreasonable for Fitment Industries/Custom Offsets to assume that I have the means to compare physical wheel size to the correct size that is documented in my invoice. I took the wheel to ***, still sealed in the original box. They removed the wheel from the box, removed the original one from my car, mounted the tire onto the new wheel and placed the new wheel onto my car. After they finished, I went to retrieve my vehicle and I noticed that the wheel is about 3/4" deeper in the wheelwell than it is supposed to be (The fitment is incorrect and it's not wide enough). I contacted the seller and they told me that they can't help me because I mounted the wheel. They sent me the wrong item, it's not my job to serve as the quality controll department for their company. They failed to do their job correctly and they are refusing to fix their mistake. Whether or not the business attempted to resove the problem: They told me they will sell me another wheel for $300.00. They sent me the wrong wheel for which I paid $350.00 and now they want to sell me another wheel for $300.00. This is absolutely absurd. They need to send me the correct wheel and take this one back because I have no use for it. As a result, my car handles poorly because this wheel is of substantially different width from the other three, the stretch on the sidewall is incorrect, and the footprint of this driver side rear wheel doesent match the one in front of it. They need to fix their mistake ASAP because this is my only functional vehicle and it is not safe for me to drive this car like this.Invoice/Order Number: #

I ordered new wheels for my car in early July. The company notified me the fit was not good for my car. and that my order was placed on hold until I confirmed the order. Upon further research I too thought the fit incorrect and immediately thanked them for bringing this to my attention and that I would appreciate them cancelling my order. I received confirmation from them that my order was indeed cancelled. Now I'm being charged for additional parts that I did not receive and cannot use without the wheels. This is ridiculous and I should not be paying for items I clearly cancelled and did not receive!
purchased a set of lowering springs, they were not correct according to specifications, on description it stated that it only lowers vehicle less than 1 inch, ended up lowering vehicle 2 inchs and the front 1 inch. i then emailed and my response from fitment was no refund or exchanges in other words your stuck with something you can not use. My thought is the this is not a proper way to treat a client, i purchased something that was described wrong now i have to keep them? I dont think that is fair.
Their website misrepresents the availability of items. I ordered a tire and wheel package that was listed as in stock and shipping in less than 7 days on 8/4/22. I then found out that they did not have them in stock and had to order the items from the manufacturer, at this point I was asking them to refund me and cancel my order as this was a misrepresentation and I would have never knowningly ordered them knowing i had to way over a month to receive the items. At this point they threaten to charge me a restocking fee of 20% for the items ordered. I told them i would wait a week, and i called back today ( 8/17/22 ). On the phone the customer service rep was clearly lying and I pressed him about the contradictions in what he was telling me. Someone previously this morning had told me that they items were in stock. I called and talked to someone who told me they were in transit to their warehouse, then later told i would charged the restocking fee because they have the items in stock and are currently mounting and balancing the tires on the wheels. I asked him why it changed in the last 5 minutes from not having the items in their warehouse to the items would be eligible for a restocking fee since they're being mounted as we speak. He had no answer for this and when I asked for proof, either way, he said he has no way of providing details and I would "have to take my word for it". I asked him why I should trust him for his word when he just contradicted himself, and contradicted his co-worker. He then said he wan cancelling my order and issuing a restocking fee and would not be "going back and forth with you about this".I later find on a sub-reddit this morning that there are numerous people experiencing the same issues with them right now and no resolutions have been found for this unjust restocking fee they charge for items that were misrepresented on their website. They're scamming people left and right.
On 10/04 I placed an order for 17"X7" **** Wheel Rocket Racing Fuel 5x4.5 Quantity of 4
On 10/04 I placed an order for 17"X7" *** Wheel Rocket Racing Fuel 5x4.5 Quantity of 4. Also Falken Azenis RT615K Plus performance Tires. Size 225/45/17. Quantity of 4. The invoice #***. Invoice total of $1,651.32. I received the above items on 10/16. Upon inspection I noticed that the provided center caps for the wheels did not fit the wheel. I promptly notified the employee, *** whom had been communicating with me on my order status via text messages, regarding the center cap issue. He instructed me to email or call, so their customer service team could assist. I called and spoke to *** on 10/18. He sent me an email requesting photos and a short video of the center caps and wheels, of which I provide both the same day. I have sent/received dozens of emails which I can provide, and phone calls. I have dealt with ***, and another girl yesterday, but I didn't get her name. They keep telling me the are waiting for a resolution from the manufacturer. I received an additional wheel and center cap on 11/06. No communication or notification about the wheel what so ever. The new center cap fit the new wheel perfectly. All 4 original center caps fit the new wheel perfectly. The new center cap does not fit the original wheels. I have presented them with 4 options; A) Provide me with new center caps that fit my original wheels. B) Provide me 4 new wheels and tires with proper fitting center caps. Shipping and returns by vendor. C) Provide me 4 new wheels and center caps. Reimburse me for dismount, remount, and balance. Shipping and returns by Vendor. D) Refund my purchase price and provide shipping return. They requested more pix of the original caps with the new cap, and more pix of the wheels. I sent them 11/18. They state they are sending pix to the manufacturer. I have never driven the tires that they sent. They are brand new with stickers on them I just want my money back. Enough is enough. Thank you

I worked with *** who gave sent me a list of wheels that were supposed to be the exact spec for my car (down to the sub model which I have proof of). I purchased a full set of new wheels and tires from the list he sent me but unfortunately he sent me the incorrect information/product and didnt actually account for my submodel so the wheels didnt fit over the front brake calipers since I have bigger brakes. The company has been aware and Ive tried to be more than cooperative to make these wheels fit on my car (trying to fit multiple different spacers on the car etc.) but it was found that the manufacturer of these wheels dont even make these wheels in a spec that fits my submodel meaning they shouldnt have been on the list the rep. sent me at all. I unfortunately had to drive on the back set of tires being that I dont have anything else to drive on. The company has accepted full responsibility for being wrong and wanted to accept the return but because the back tires were driven on they no longer want to help me with the return/exchange. I just want to return the incorrect product I shouldve never received and get the correct product. The company continues to try to put the burden of the mistake they made on me which is not acceptable. I would like to get proper wheels and tires that fit my car like I wanted from the beginning and already paid for. If more information is needed I would be glad to cooperate but please help resolve this immediately. Thank you!
Date of purchase was 4-28-22. Purchase price was $2430.60. The business sold me rims and tires. One of the rims were damaged and two of the center caps were also damaged. They also sent me the wrong Lugnuts for my vehicle. They did refund me for the wrong *** and gave a partial refund for the damaged wheel. They have sent me to center caps twice that were the wrong one. The problem hasnt been resolved is now the tire pressure sensor is faulty and they havent resolve the issue. I paid $179 for the sensors. And now they want me to have them removed and sent to them. Which would mean I would have to pay to have the tires removed sensors removed new valve stems installed just to send them back the sensors that are failed. Its a very huge inconvenience for me and my family.

I recently purchased new rims and tires from custom offsets. After receiving them I noticed the vehicles ride performance was in adequate and there was a terrible vibration after having them aligned and balanced. I then reached out to custom offsets and they told me to provide video as well as a report indicating a balance report which would indicate faulty, bent rims. See pictures attached. When I reached back out to the company after paying a substantial amount, I was told they would file a warranty claim but I would need to send the two faulty rims back. This would leave either my truck up on *** till they determined the outcome or I could purchase two more rims and if the company that handles their warranty claims felt they were in fact bent they would reimburse me. The cost to have the wheels realigned and balanced would be out of my pocket as well as shipping for the new rims. They also indicated if the warranty company felt like they were adequate I would have purchase two more rims and been out the two that I sent back to the warranty company. The bottom line is they are putting all of the warranty claim process and financial responsibility on the customer.I understand they work through a third-party warranty company but they must honor their product without additional financial burden on the customer. I am requesting they issue me 2 new rims in exchange for my 2 faulty rims which have been proven to be bent without me having to purchase 2 more.
I purchased a tire and wheel package from this company
I purchased a tire and wheel package from this company. with that being said, purchasing a tire and wheel package means you purchase tires and wheels that come delivered mounted to the wheel, balanced, and ready to be bolted onto the vehicle and driven on. When this package arrived everything went downhill from there. One of the wheels had a broken tire pressure monitoring sensor in it which I had to take to a local shop and have them replace it out of my own pocket which they did reimburse eventually. The sensor was replaced the next day but the shop that replaced the sensor gouged on of my wheels which they claim they are replacing but its been 3 months since that happened. I drove home from work the next day with a terrible vibration and took it to another shop who told me that all 4 tires were "out of round" and are unable to be balanced. At the time I had reached out to this company asking for a resolution but I have yet to have any type of resolution. I asked them for a full refund after having so many issues and they once told me they would and then 30 minutes later they told me they would not. I asked for a new set of tires from a different brand and they told me id be paying the difference after they gave me a discount which after looking on their website there was no discount given. At that time I had given up any hope that they were actually going to help me and I filed a dispute with my credit card company on 11/16 that is still in process. My overall complaint is that this company sent out a set of wheels and tires ready to be mounted to a vehicle to drive down the road and they were far from capable of doing that making this a major highway safety concern and I will be filing a complaint with DOT and/or NHTSA. If they would have sent me a usable product I would not have had to spend money out of my pocket and I wouldn't have a damaged wheel due to their negligence. All I want is for them to take the product back and I will take my business to a local business.

Custom Offsets subsidiary Fitment Industries dropped shipped me wheels from a wholesaler named Heritage wheels. A few months into ownership I noticed the silver wheel finish was flaking off exposing a hot pink color underneath.I contacted Fitment Industries to attempt to warranty the wheels, in turn they reached out to the manufacturer who completely denied responsibility for the issue. Fitment has remained complicit while the manufacturer has dodged around the issue and blamed me for the wheels being painted incorrectly. The issue is clear and I have clear pictures showing the issue, there is nothing I could of done as a consumer to cause the issue yet Fitment Industries is sticking with the default judgement that Heritage has given.I simply want the wheels I ordered, I did not order painted over pink wheels, I ordered silver wheels.
I purchased a *** Package from them as well as the Lugs Nuts on Friday - 06-04-22' on-line for my *** S430, Everything came in on Friday - 06-17-22' by *** I checked everything and everything was there but when I went to start the install I seen where the Lug Holes in the wheels where drilled to 12mm instead of 14mm which is what my car takes, so there I was stuck on a weekend and them not being open back up until Monday Morning - 06-20-22' to talk with them about my problem. I sent them an E-Mail on Saturday - 06-18-22' and another one on Sunday - 06-19-22' telling them about my problem as well as sending them pictures of everything. They never called me on Monday - 06-20-22' so after about half the day went by I called them, I spoke with a *** at 1st and then he pasted me on to a Caden which could not understand my problem and was not much help, he said that I would get a E-Mail from the *** it took the rest of the day for that to happen as well as them never seeing my weekend sent e-mails nor my pictures, I had to re-send all of that, later own that day I received an e-mail from a *** and he said that he was going to pass this along to the wheel company and see if the wheels were defects and to see if they would be covered under warranty, so at this point I have heard nothing back from no one, my car is on *** stands and I feel like I have wasted $1,037.00! I have tried calling them back but get switched around to different departments and put on hold, Since then I have ordered me a Lug Nut Conversion Kit from Amazon that cost me $83.28 and the Lug Nuts that I bought from them for $49.00 I cannot use.
I purchased a "brand new" set of offroad wheels from Custom Offset on May 17th. Upon receipt of wheels I purchased a brand new set of tires from a local tire shop. The tire shop tech noticed one wheel took a marginal amount of weights and another took a large amount of weights and never would zero out on the balance machine. I contacted Custom Offsets and they wanted proof of an out of round wheel. I took mybtruck to a shop who specializes in hard to balance wheels. They were not able to balance the wheel either and my truck continues to have a horrible wobble and shake on the highway. I sent the information Custom Offsets requested and which cost me $108 out of my pocket. They are asking again for further proof from another shop which will cost another $100+ . It's been one run around after another since the problem started. All I want is the 1 wheel replaced even though another is border line out of round.
On 4/02 i placed an order for a new complete set of wheels and tires
On 4/02 i placed an order for a new complete set of wheels and tires. After getting no update on them by the 4/15 i called Custom Offsets to try to find out what was going on after speaking to a customer service rep there he told me he was very sorry didn't know what was going on with my order and told the warehouse to pull my order that day. Once again noticing no update on there website i called again on 4/21 to which i got a guy who said he would give me a call back shortly and took my number down, waited all day never got a call. Called back the next day and spoke to Carly where she told me she raised my order to priority at the warehouse and that my order would ship out that Friday 4/24. Friday came around and i saw no update on the website once again saying they had been shipped so i called and this time spoke to Tyler who told me he imputed it twice to the wear house so they would for sure see it and get it done and then told me he had no estimate to when i would get my products i have already payed 2600$ for, but that he didn't see any reason why they hadn't been shipped to me yet. I Then called on Monday 4/27 to see where my order stood with them when i got connected with *** again who told me she had no update at the time but would have an update around 2 pm and would give me a call. 2 pm came and went cave them till 4:30 until i called back and tried to speak to a rep was on hold for about 45 min until around 5:15 where to call hung up and said leave a voice mail. tried to them call back and it said they where closed to call back the next day. i want my product it says when you call them that orders ship to you within 10-15 businesses days but most customers see there products within 8-12, it has been 17 businesses days now and my order hasn't even been pulled for mount/balancing/packaging according to there website and every time i try to talk to someone about it i just keep getting fed lines saying its the warehouse we cant do anything about it we dont have any information.

2 orders in 2 months that went awry
2 orders in 2 months that went awry. Placed the first order and everything proceeded as planned until I received an update that the order went from "Preparing for assembly" to "Product inbound." Called customer service and was told that the tires ordered had been allotted to another order and was given the option to change tires to ones that were available. I agreed to change to a different size of the same tire Kenda Klever RT 35/10.50 R17 rather than 35x12.50 R17. The website clearly shows a price difference of approximately $80 but the customer service rep states that the tires are the same price. The tires get mounted on the wheels and I receive my order as expected. Now approximately a month later I place another order for a spare wheel and tire of the same make. This order I call and ask the availability of the product in which I am told they have 1 Ion Alloy 171 in stock, which is exactly what I need so i place the order by phone with the rep. Fast forward 5 days and I receive a text asking if I had a chance to review the emails they had sent. At that point i had not received any emails and I let them know the last email was thank you for your order. I immediately get an email stating that my wheel has been put on back order for 4-6 weeks and am given the choice for an alternative. I choose an alternative and wait approximately 5 days for my order to be updated, which it does not. I call to check on the order and the gentleman tells me that the tires I ordered had been allotted to another order. I explain to him that I did not order a set of tires but only a single tire and I did not order the type of tire he had told me I did. At this point I ask that the order be cancelled and a refund issued as they are unable to fulfill the request to which he agrees to do. I also submit an email stating my wishes and ask for confirmation that they understand my request. Five days pass by and no correspondence. I call again to find out that they were trying to sort out what had happened with my order and that it had been mixed up with another order and would be resolved by the end of the day or the following day. I am still awaiting an update or any correspondence on this. A simple phone call, text message or email could have alleviated this entire issue. This business has no problem with communication when taking an order involving your money yet will not take the necessary steps to communicate when things turn sour.

Started good but quickly went down hill after receiving order
Started good but quickly went down hill after receiving order. Ordered black Arkon Lincoln Wheels and Fury tires. Delivered stacked on top of each on a pallet with original packaging. Unwrapped first wheel and noticed few light scratches on paint inside barrel of wheel. Same issue on the other 2. 4th wheel was a winner. 3 deep gouges/scratches about 1/4 inch long near the same area inside barrel covered with sharpie black ink! Scuff and scratches all inside the barrel. One section had a light white/Grey milky discoloration in paint. Called customoffsets right away and sent pictures. How did these past their inspection process? Shawn's video look legit. Called them and I agreed to be reimbursed some money for 3 wheels with light scratches. 4th wheel we agreed to have customoffsets send a new tire and wheel. Told them I had a lift install scheduled in a few weeks and as I made appointment 2 months prior. Need these sent ASAP. Said the return department will be contacting me. Got my email for reimbursement right away. 1 week later no response from return department so I emailed for an update. I get the same "understand your frustration" that seems to be used a lot looking at these other complaints. I finally get an email to send wheel back and they will send a new one and compensate me to have tires dismounted and remounted. So I have to call and talk to a manager to explain we already agreed to have a new wheel and tire sent as I am not wasting my time going to a shop to dismount and remount tire. Also I needed these ASAP to support my install date. He assured me this will taken care of and delivered in time. Signed promissory note charged $1 that I will return wheel or be charged $ for defective wheel and tire. $1 will be refunded upon return of defected wheel. Finally get a text that my new wheel and tire is inbound to warehouse. I later suggested if customoffsets agreed at a discounted price I would possibly buy the defected wheel and good tire to use it as a spare. They make an offer. They also responded there will be a shipping charge. For what? My original shipment was free! Why would I pay any fee? Customoffsets sent me defective Wheels and agreed to send me new ones. Shipping should be paid by them not me. As of now my new wheels and tires are still in inbound status. 10 days from my install. It took that long to deliver original order to my house. Calling customoffsets again to contact someone who can actually be truthful and get me results. No way ever recommending this company. Will respond with any results

I placed an order with Custom Offsets Thursday, September 19, and ever since then I regret it
I placed an order with Custom Offsets Thursday, September 19, and ever since then I regret it. I ordered a set of wheels, and paid an additional $20.00 for a certain color center caps. My first issue started Monday afternoon when one of my packages was going to get returned to Custom Offsets due to the incorrect address.. they forgot my lot number (I placed the order over the phone). I had to go to the post office and hurry before it was shipped back, it was only a thank you kit. Due to the incorrect address I had to hunt down the UPS driver in my neighborhood and explain the situation to him about the incorrect address, and exchange numbers because I was expecting my wheels the following day (Tuesday, 09/24) per the tracking information, and I didn't want it to get shipped back. I realized that same day (Monday 09/23) that one of the four of my tracking numbers for the wheels wasn't shipped. I contacted Custom Offset and they said they would get in touch with UPS about it to see whats going on, and would get back in touch with me. Tuesday comes around, and I contact the UPS driver to see how many wheels were on his truck for me & he confirmed only 3.. I then called UPS to check and see what was going on with the other wheel by providing them the tracking number and they informed me that it was never shipped, and only a label was created. I called Custom Offsets AGAIN and explained this to them and they said they would open an investigation. I asked them if they could just send another wheel out since obviously it was never sent and they declined. I called again Wednesday 09/25 to attempt to get a resolution once again and was told they would call me by the end of day.. after waiting.. and waiting no call so I called them AGAIN & stayed on hold for 30 plus minutes with their wait time only to get hung up on & had to do the process all over again just to be told THE SAME THING. I am BEYOND frustrated with this company it is RIDICULOUS.. They have no compassion, and do not care about their customers at all. I've been told they have to call their vendors, warehouse, UPS, almost everyone just to see what's going on since Monday and it is going on Thursday and they still can't tell me whats going on or ship me out another wheel. I am fed up! I explained this to the sales guy and told him to send me a return label and he said I would have to pay a restocking fee of 20% when their website CLEARLY states "Always contact us with any issues or return questions, we will always work with a customer, however understand that most of our items are very expensive to ship so we must recover these costs, unless the mistake is ours. *** for wheel/tire returns and *** for all others." THIS IS CLEARLY THEIR FAULT THAT THEY DIDN'T SEND OUT THE 4TH WHEEL THAT I PAID FOR! ALSO THE ADDITIONAL $20 I PAID FOR THE CENTER CAPS NEVER CAME IN AS WELL! This company has stopped responding to my emails and constantly hangs up the phone on me & still don't have a resolution and tomorrow makes a week.

Where do I begin I I called custom offsets because I don't know anything about wheels and tires that's why I called the supposed experts I told them what I had for a vehicle and what I have done to the suspension they came back with a list of wheel and tire packages that will work for my situation When I received my wheels and tires I brought them To my mechanic and they were missing the lug nuts and bolts to hold on the center caps so I emailed Custom Offsets and they sent out the parts I was missing but I only received the lug nuts. So I emailed them again explaining what happened and they said they would send out the bolts I was missing. I received another packaged and I was sent 7 center caps for 4 tires which I already had and still no bolts to hold on the center caps. So I called again explained the situation and they said they would correct the issue. Which I do not have high hopes for. In the meantime I had my mechanic install the wheels and tires and he informed me they did not come with hub adapters and spacers for safe and complete installation. So once again I emailed Custom Offsets and I was told this is not part of the complete wheel and tire package and that this would be an extra charge they also they told me i have to measure the hub and inner hole of the rim with a machinist tool. I dont have these tools im Not the expert if I give the wrong measurements I could severely destroy the wheels, tires and or my truck. They sell a Complete wheel and tire package But don't sell everything needed to make this a complete wheel and tire package This should not be the responsibility of the customer to make precise measurements on something that should come with a complete wheel and tire package Complete means everything you will need to make this safe and correct installation. I was also told that this wheel and tire package I should have no rubbing well guess what my wheels rub the inner Fender so now The complete wheel and tire package not only does not come with everything needed for safe and proper installation but it's not the right size wheel or tires. I am sick of calling and emailing this company I just want everything needed for a safe and proper install. i spend $3000 for a complete wheel and tire package that i need more parts for to make it complete and for the wrong size wheel and tires. Lastly after I ordered the wheels and tires I found the tires on 3 different web sites to be at least $400 cheaper. I emailed Custom offsets with links to these other web sites and asked if they do competitive pricing. They said they do but when they got my emails and said it was the cheapest price they could offer and they have the best pricing which is complete bull *** They are a rip off and they are clueless as to what they are doing. They are not experts at what they do and totally unprofessional DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT MORE AGGERVATION IN YOUR LIFE. All I am asking for is everything needed to make this a safe and proper install and for $3000 I thought thats what I was getting only find out I need more parts and I would have to pay for them. Totally unexceptional.

I bought a set of JNC 005 wheels from Fitment Industries (Custom Offsets) and received them in late July (July 24th to be exact)
I bought a set of JNC 005 wheels from Fitment Industries (Custom Offsets) and received them in late July (July 24th to be exact). And ever since then, they have been an issue. First, they arrived in a color other than the one I had ordered. But it turned out I liked how the color I got looked more than the one I ordered, so I moved on and assumed it to be a harmless mistake. I was wrong. As time went on, I learned about more and more issues that the wheels had. For example, as I previously stated, they were the wrong color. After test fitting them and deeming that they were okay, I drove on them for about a day. That day is one of the two days they have been on my car since I have owned them, since the wheels are unusable. After going on the interstate, I learned that at speeds of 65-70 miles per hour, the wheels vibrate and shake the car. That is uncomfortable and unsafe. After consulting a shop and some research, and just looking at the wheels, I figured out that the wheels were not balanced. The company was to both mount and balance the tires/wheels before sending them to me. They failed to do that. They did end up covering the cost of balancing the wheels, but the important part is that it was not done with the original order as it was supposed to have been. I thought that would fix the problem. But I was wrong. The wheels continued to do the same exact thing. High amounts of vibration at interstate speed. Also, I had the shop rotate the tires as well, in case that could contribute to the issue. It didn't help. So after we (my grandfather and I; he works on cars a lot, so I requested his help) looked into the situation some more, we figured out that the wheels were actually made incorrectly from the manufacturer. The hub bore on the wheels, by manufacturer spec, was supposed to be 73 mm. The wheels I received are 66 mm. Not even close. I was given a poorly made and unusable product. After talking to the company, we worked out sending me 3 different sets of hub rings that they thought might fix the issue. They were wrong. I still have just as much of a problem as before. So all in all, after a month and a half of messing around with a product I paid nearly $1,200 for to be sent perfect and ready to go, I am tired of encountering issue after issue. I told them that I wanted to return the product for a full or as high percentage of a refund as possible, but they say that since the wheels/tires have been driven on, it is their policy to take no returns. Had I known there would be issues, I would've returned them before I drove on them. But there was no possible way for me to tell I would have issues at interstate speeds without driving on them. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with the product quality and service from this company. I have called many times and talked to representatives from Fitment Industries such as ***, ***, and ***/*** (not sure how he spells his name, I just heard it over the phone). They have been very polite, but not of much help, obviously. I was told by *** that if I took pictures of the wheels showing the issue and explained the issues in an email to them that they would work something out, quote being "I'm sure we can work something out", but after the email was sent, I received an email stating that nothing would be done.
