Good day
I went to dischem Brackenhurst, on the 4th of May.
I was looking for 50plus vitamins and asked a lady named Lizzy which was the better supplement between Centrum and Biogen brand, which said they the same and I told her I find that hard to believe with a attitude she responded then why did u ask me and walked away.
I met a guy who was a colleague who notified me that Biogen had more vitamins and minerals then centrum, so I opted for the Biogen brand.
On Sunday 7th May I went to Brackenhurst dischem again, looking for woods cough mixture I asked Lizzy and the co worker and she was quick to respond we don't have that without double checking. I then asked her if she remembered that I asked her about vitamins and she said they the same where as her Co worker said Biogen was a better option, she said " well they the same Biogen has more vitamin B ect that you can get out of food so it's not really necessary", and I i formed her but u failed to tell me this last as said they the same and once again with a attitude she responded well the the same and left. The co worker went to check for the woods cough mixture which Lizzy had already dismissed as unavailable.
I find this behavior very disturbing, hee service was bad as she failed to help me with something she is clearly well informed about and on the 2nd encounter she didn't even attempt to look for the product and her people skills definitely need to be looked into. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter.
