Dis-Chem Grove Mall Namibia. I worked at Grove Mall and almost make a turn at Dischem on a daily basis. I am very disappointed because so me of your staff members very unfriendly. My first bad experience was at your pharmacy 2 weeks ago. I always bought the Novilin needles loose at Dischem. That day a blonde lady who assist me told me that they are not selling it loose. I told her but I bought it every time and the other lady helped me. She said no they don't sell it loose. She was so arrogant that she told me its on the shelves do I know where it is. I said yes and showed her the strips in my hand where the needles is also on the same shelve. I even told her the name of the needles. I asked her but cant you just check on your system to see that you are selling it loose, she just look at me as if I am stupid. She was arguing with me instead of asking for assistance from the others. Then the lady who normally assist passed and I said she is helping me normally. I asked can I please have her name because I wasn't to lodge a complain but they refused and said that she is going to take it up. This morning again another unfriendly assist me at the pharmacy. The cashier Selma Lipumbu (name on cash slip) gave me 4cents less change. I asked he why you give me less change she said she don't have change. I ask her name she refuse to give her name because it is the Managers problem. She said just go to the Manager and complain. Why should I loose a 4cents and Dischem don't want to loose. Please round it off and give correct change and also give your staff name plates so I cannot immediately see who assist me. Thank you very much.
