I recently brought my dog to this place for grooming
I recently brought my dog to this place for grooming. However, less than 2 days later, I noticed that he was scratching his ears violently, causing scabs and bleeding. Additionally, there was oozing from his ears. To my surprise, I found a few fleas on him, even though he didn't have any before. Concerned, I took him to the vet, who diagnosed him with an ear infection. The vet explained that the most common cause of ear infections in dogs is when water enters the ear during bathing and is not properly dried. The vet bill and medication ended up being quite expensive.
Afterwards, I called the establishment and spoke to someone, although I didn't catch her name. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and refused to take any responsibility. She dismissed my concerns and claimed that there was no way water could have entered my dog's ear. I tried explaining to her that it is indeed possible for water to get into a dog's ear during bathing, just like with humans, and that proper drainage is necessary. However, she continued to talk over me and didn't acknowledge my concerns. Instead, she insisted on speaking to the vet who treated my dog, as she didn't like being told what she did without witnessing it herself. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and puts animals at risk.
