Dollar Tree store manager

My 15 year old son went inside to buy candy and other snacks. When he was leaving the manager stopped him while she was outside having a cigarette... She asked him a lot of questions as if he stole the candy or something else. She snapped at him saying he needs to be with an adult if he wants to shop there, I find this very unprofessional and just plain disgusting. My wife called her to ask what her problem was and she started yelling at my wife! This is a manager? When my wife asked for the corp number she gave her a few wrong numbers. She even swore at my wife. I feel like she was racist plain and simple. Store #4710 on 53rd st w bradenton.

Dollar Tree employee

I went to the Dollar Tree store #1596 on 04/10/18 at 20:18 check out time. I want to start by saying I have never complained on an employee in with this company or any other company before, as I know everyone has bad days and doesn't need to be fired over it. However, with that being said, this particular employee Faith, went above and beyond to make me feel humiliated and disrespected. She clearly does not value her job and needs to step aside for someone more appreciative. I went in for a few household items and was having trouble finding a mop. I went to the check out counter with the other items I was purchasing and asked where I could find a mop. Faith rolled her eyes and stated the mops are kept where all the other items I was purchasing were. I told her that I did not see any over there despite having looked all over the isles. She rolled her eyes and ignored me. I asked if the store was closed figuring that was the reason for her being so disrespectful, maybe she was trying to rush me out of there and lock up, but she stated the store wouldn't be closing for another hour and a half. She then told me the total of my items, and as I handed her the money I asked if she could help me find a mop. She again rolled her eyes and walked toward where the mops should be with me following behind her. She glanced down the isle and said "nope they're not here they must be in the back." I asked her if she meant the back of the store? She said yes and that the back of the store is closed, locked up, she did not have access to it. That clearly was not the case since the doors to the back of the store were being held open by boxes, everyone had access to the back of the store. I continued to follow her back towards the register so I could retrieve my already payed for items when she noticed 2 mops in the broom box located at the front of the store right by the registers. I told her "thank you" and grabbed a mop as I followed right behind her to the register. On the way back I noticed 2 other customers had come to the register. I watched as she shook her head about me to the customers and grabbed my already payed for items and tossed them on to a cardboard box located by her register, I had to quickly grab my items before they tumbled onto the floor. She then preceded to ignore me and check out the other customers. She also made faces about me with one of the other customers while I stood there looking stupid, being ignored with my mop and already purchased items. I will never step foot in a Dollar Tree as long as this employee is working there. I would much rather spend my time and money with a company that values their customers.

Dollar Tree employee service.

I wanted to exchange 1.20 in Faygo cans that i had purchased a few days ago at that store to get 1.00 dishsoap. Instead i was told she wasn't returning my Faygo cans. And when i asked the cashier why the other worker wouldn't take my returnables she said quietly that the other girl doesn't like doing bottle returns hense her job. Then she accused me of throwing change at her when i sat the change on the counter due to i couldn't lift my injured arm to throw it. Change i had borrowed from another customer. I wouldn't have had to borrow it if the 2 cashiers would've taken my Faygo cans as a return so i could purchase the dishsoap. I asked to speak with a manager instead i got kicked out so i told them i am contacting district management to handle this matter. I felt intimidated by the 2 women cashiers. And i felt discriminated due to i was the only minority in the store and they made me feel incompetant in front of other customers.

Dollar Tree I am complaining about a manager at dollar tree in hazlehurst, ms.

The manager Gail Goodwin at dollar tree in hazlehurst, ms. And the cashier kim Henley at dollar tree in Hazlehurst, ms. Both of their attitudes are very nasty, they never are willing to help you find something when you ask the. They talk to you with a very nasty attitude. I have came in that and get to kim Henley register and she walks off and I hear her telling one of the other customers I don't like her so I'm not ringing her up. Its very unprofessional and its rude. Because whether or not I like a person, its still my job to treat all customers with respect.

Dollar Tree store cleaners and stock

Good morning, my complaint is concerning dollar tree located in washington dc banning road ne hechinger mall. The store is filthy never any stock on shelf. No help in store I have gone on my occasions and there only 2 checkers. I hate having to go there! The store in my neighborhood should be as nice as the one in forestvill, md. I love fostervill md store one next shoppers food warehouse. It is always clean well stocked enough checkers who are pleasant and well. Please help my neighbor dollar tree

Dollar Tree poor customer service from manager

We went to the Dollar Store on Edinburgh Ctr Dr., Brooklyn Park. My children were pretend playing on the mega foam cone and they DID NOT put their mouth on there. The manager came and yelled at the kids. She was mean, rude and disrespectful. She was pointing her finger at the kids face and saying that the kids had put their mouth on the item and we had to buy the item. I told her I will buy the item if she showed me which one it was. She couldn't prove it or bring us the item. We understand that there's sanitary issue involved and we're willing to pay for it if it did happened. She then threatened us saying that we can't come back to the store and yelled really loud. We paid for our things and left the store.
As a manager you should be composed at all times. You should never treat customers like that or you'll loose a lot of business.

We have to deal with irresponsible parents like yourself every day. You all come in with your brats kids and just leave them to roam around the store and tear it up, while YOU, the parent, pays not one bit of attention to them and just continues to shop. We're not babysitters and some of these stores are so poorly looking because of people like you who obviously have no respect for what we do and how much hard work it really does take to keep these stores clean. Yet, you customers will nag about the store being dirty. We deal with the bottom of the barrel every day when it comes to you customers. The people who suck the government dry, continue to have children you can't afford so you can get thousands of dollars in food stamps and then don't even watch your little brats while in the store. So if you wanna show zero respect for the store and the work we do you don't deserve respect back. Customer or not, we don't give a damn about you when it's all said and done and laugh behind your backs at how much of a pathetic loser you people are :)

Dollar Tree customer service

I went to your Dollar Tree in Berea SC. There was a long line of customers waiting. There was 7 people in front of me and my wife. I asked the cashier if she had any help or was she along. She said that someone else was on break. Then said if I needed to be helped sooner that there was 5 other stores in the area, go to one of them. I asked her where they were? She didn't say anything. My wife and I continued to wait. When we were getting close, my wife started putting items we were going to purchase on the conveyor belt. She then asked my wife if we were together. Upon my wife saying yes, she then proceeded to tell my wife that she would not serve her. And if she didn't leave her store right now, she would call the police. My wife just shuck her head, left everything there and walked out with me.

Dollar Tree needs restocking store #3016 philadelphia, ms

Disappointingly D.T. store #3016 in Philadelphia, MS needs a major help! While watching the progress, and disappointment due to lack of products, I intentionally waited a while to properly gauge this empty store. People are stealing from your stores due to carelessness. Pay attention workers! The only positive for this store is the quality of care and hard work ethic that I witnessed regularly from your worker Lane. She always has time to help us customers all while multitasking between properly stocking, and cashiering. Overall, She exemplifies what I expect from an attentive, well dressed, genuine, & courteous employee. I suggest that if you want to see why your sales numbers are low and or unusual (improper scanning), take some time as "undercover boss" and watch what is actually going on these stores. Teamwork works if you work it!

Dollar Tree item not on shelves for more than 2 weeks

I came in over two weeks ago to get and items I need for my job. I asked the store employees if they had it. They said no check back with us by the weekend. I did still no iteam. I came in every day the next week asking the same question. Every day it is the same thing not here. I saw the truck on Thursday at the store I asked if they had it on the truck the employee was rude to me and said we haven't even started unloading yet. I came back again today. The next day. She said it didn't come on this truck. No sorry or anything. I am very disappointed in the costumer service I received at the Warsaw location.

The stores only get what the distribution center has available, we can't order anything for the stores. If you need it that badly, order it from the website.

Dollar Tree manger angela

I was shopping for soup and crackers. My ex angela makes a comment low enough where only I can hear it and she steps close to me and says I am glad your dad is dead. I get chased out of the stote after that and harresed with woth some woman named tess yelling look at me you damn coward taking phots. I told her I did nt say nothing to her. This was lunprofessionasal. I want an appolgy. I have alearning disiblity. I struggle enough. This is discriminsation

I schould have reviewes my spelling first. My grammer is terribile. Tess was taking photos not. Tess is not her name .It is trish. I schould have proff read it first. I am not a psycopath but i do not blame you for thinking that because I wrote it wrong. Stote is spelled wrong . I meant store.Who are you to say who has a learing disiblity or not?

My spelling is terrible. I schould have reviewed it first before posting. I ment tess was taking photos not me. I don.t blame you because i schould checked spelling first. I am new at this and i wrote it in a rush. Proff reading is important. And her name is trish not tess. I have bad grammer. Another mistake was saying stote not store. I am surprized you did not notice this. But i have the right to be heard just like anyone else. And i am not a psycopath. Who are you to say who has a learning disablity? Are you a qualified teacher? What are you basing it on?Of coarse you are entitled to your opinion just like anyone else

I went into a dollorstore. I was shopping for soup and crackers. This manger angela starts cussing at me. I walk out of the store confused with tess hollerin at me following me outside the store calling me a [censor] coward. She accusing me of saying faul things to some woman called angela who use to date me who I avoid. Can ex get away with behavoir like this in a family store. A customer named henry paul witnessed this and his family. He borrored my phone and called the one of the dollor trees asling about thier policyies.

Accourding to the law you can take phots of people in public but the subject has to be aware. Tess at 10000. E Alamedia fells she is above the law

Dollar Tree employees

This is happened several times to us we went to the Dollar Tree in Dahlonega Georgia they were three ladies working there and they were cussing while they were working I mean very ugly words in front of my children plus they were talking about everybody that had been in the store like they were dogs one woman had to blow up 50 balloons for a birthday party she was complaining and she got mad in front of everybody and busted one very ugly people nasty talkin not a nice company representative at all that place needs employees brand new ones ASAP I'm an ordained minister and I can't believe I had to be submitted to that let alone my family.

Dollar Tree on coupon policy

I, went to the dollar tree located on harlem rd. And not only was the the cashier debbie rude and disrespectful to me she was rude to a customer ahead of me who ask for another bag she snatched the bag and tossed it towards the young lady for her to re-bag her on items after the bag busted.

My issues with debbie is the fact that she was not open to hearing me explain to her the coupon policy I have been couponing for the last 8 yrs. Or so and I find that a lot of these cashiers have no clear understanding to how coupons truly work at all and she falls into that category. She look at the picture instead of reading the wording on the coupon she really didn't want me to use my coupons in the first place. I told her she was out of line by yelling we have been having a lot of issues with people using coupon in our store! I, corrected her and said i'm not one of them people you have the issue with. It upset me because she said this while other customers where in line and another young man came over to see what the issue was and I explained to him what rights legally she has since she thought she knew so much but never stated I told him she has the right to refuse my coupons and not give a reason just "cause" based on the store turn over on use of coupons being used. She then yelled and said until corporate calls our store the store policy is to except on 4 coupons for the day. I told her dollar tree don't have a bonus card to keep track on how many times a person comes in with coupons to purchase item in this store and to check her tone while addressing me. I really don't want to think this lady is prejudice but her body language and actions are leaving me to feel an think differently.. Something has to be done the lady is out of control and I will not allow her to stop me from shopping at the store I use coupons on a few items all of my party supplies I go there first please please someone help on this issue

Dollar Tree product/return policy

I understand the fact that they sell everything for only $1, but the fact that something has to have the original receipt is totally wrong, when what they're selling is total crap! I purchased glass mugs, not of course knowing that the color was actually spray painted on the outside rather than the mug being of colored glass. Why would anyone think they needed to save a receipt from something like a glass. ? I have had these glasses approximately 1 week. I'm already finding that when they're wet & being washed, the color is flaking off of the glass. Now they totally look like crap! I will be very cautious before buying such items ever again at the Dollar Tree & will warn anyone I see purchasing certain items as well.

Dollar Tree treatment by an associate

3225 Yosemite Ave, Modesto Ca. 95354
On April 1st, 2018, to pickup some last minute Easter items for childern, Mary was my cashier... very professional & I beleive she might have been in training. Ok... I went $3.00 over the amount I had & didn't want to go to parking lot to ask husband for money, so I asked if she could delete 3-items & the cashier heard her & me... and comes flying over saying; "Do you know what we have to do now"! "We have to do the whole transaction over!" And I'm like, No. I didn't know & I apologized several times... She started yelling with her finger pointed at me; "This Lady Dosen't Have enuf money So We Have To Redo Transactions" I told this Teresa she was rude & didn't have to yell my problems out to other customers! That was my business! The manager wouldn't listen yesterday & Corporate won't call back & they won't give me District Managers Nbet!

Dollar Tree trashy

I live across the street from dollar tree in calais, me. I'm tired of picking up trash, plastic and cardboard boxes out of my yard! If your employess can't keep the trash in dumpster, like I have nicely suggested before next time I will take trash from my lawn and throw it in the store!
They should not keep the dumpsters open, if it full don't cram more trash in it because it blows in my yard.
I've spoke with the manager sarah and nothing has changed!

Dollar Tree manager behavior

This Dollar Tree store is close to my house. I used to love going there. The last 3 times I went into that store there were issues — all with the manager. The first of the three the manager was so rude to the employee (that had worked there only three days) The line was long and the poor kid was trying to be so kind and polite. The manager just yelled at him — not offering any help and stormed into his office. Everyone in line were shocked. I think it was just the two of them running the store (probably because everyone else walked out). I would have.
I went back to that store another time — to see if anything changed. The manager at that time was a woman. She was in her office when two UPS drivers knocked on her door for a delivery. She screamed at the top of her lungs what do you want. The UPS drivers were shocked at the response.
Today was my third and last time I will go to that store. There was another line of about ten people with no one to check people out. The manager wouldn't step up to check people out. He went looking for the only other person working in the store. Everyone in the line were very patient and felt sorry for that kid.
I'm not going back to that store — it's too depressing. There are two other stores pretty close to my house — I will be going there.

Dollar Tree sexual harassment ; janie harper, michael jett

Good morning my name is Joseph Jones I was an employee at Dollar Tree for five years in the Sedalia store. I ended my time with Dollar Tree because of over the top sexual harassment which included but not limited to statements, pictures, Facebook emails etc from Jett. Michael Jett sexually harassed me at a major level every time I worked with him. Unbeknownst to him I have copies of texts including pictures Etc to back up what I'm saying. The last thing Michael Jett did to me was rub up against my butt area as he was doing the cash pull from behind me. It should also be known there was an employee working at the same time of occurrence that witnessed this incident and even said something to him at the time. The next major incident was me working on a ladder where Michael jet came up to me and said if I was two steps lower he could give me a blow job. During an unemployment hearing this morning Janie the district manager confirmed she was told by Terry Sloan store manager at the time of this incident. Jamie Harper sat there and lied during this hearing and said I asked her not to say anything. I was told chain of command was to inform the store manager which was done who in turn spoke with the district manager Janie Harper about the incident who did nothing. I proposed on March 30th in an email to Janie that I'm willing to just let all this go cuz I'm not into the drama and just let my unemployment benefit go through uncontested which I paid into which is a measly $75 a week. Janey used that against me in this hearing thinking it would help her case. It's my intentions to now seek counsel Sue Dollar Tree because of this managers blatant sexual harassment. I have pictures I have copies of texts and I have eye witnesses as to Michael jets over the top sexual harassment. And I also want to add I'm not the only one. Be advised Michael jet is an extreme liability to Dollar because of his continued sexual comments to employees. I would also like to add working for Dollar Tree for 5 years receiving or Goldstar brought out by the district manager at the time for over-the-top customer service along with numerous customer call ins complementing my work as a cashier. I have never witnessed such a blatant disregard for stating the truth Under oath as I did this morning during this hearing. Not only did Janie Harper not have enough class to use the word yes instead of the word yeah during questioning
But she flat-out lied. I received the packet Friday of write-ups I allegedly got while working with Dollar Tree. Three of them Michael jet wrote and forged my signature it's obvious not only that - they were so hastily put-together for this hearing that the dates the times don't even coordinate with the email correspondence between you and Jamie. These documents were clearly forged by Michael jett. It is my intentions to seek counsel and file suit against Dollar Tree for sexual harassment for Michael Jett due to the blatant disregard for under the oath testimony from Janie Harper and Michael jett. The problem for Dollar Tree is I can back up my allegations I don't need to lie. Thank you for your time and if you have any questions feel free to give me a call at 660.221.3498

Dollar Tree store manager

I went into dollar tree on 3850. the name tag was named Cheryl. She is a very rude lady. I told her to have a nice day and she looked at me like I was crazy. I don't think she should be the manager of that store because she has a very bad attitude and she's not very polite to the customers. When the lines are backed up, I see cashiers calling her for help and she has attitude, if that's the case you should get more workers. There is no reason the line should be that way and when the cashiers ask for help, it is a problem. We need a better store manager THERE IMMEDIATELY.

Dollar Tree the restroom

The bathrooms are very disgusting when I entered the bathroom at 4:38pm and the toilet seat was discolored and had stains at the 11824-3 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville dollar tree there was no toilet paper they had a tile in the roof missing and water pressure was low and also the floor tiles was dirty and the toilet would nat flush no water in the tank please fix!

Dollar Tree customer service/ management

My name is Evans Barreau I visited the store weekly. Store # 5848 817 van Siclen Ave Brooklyn NY 11207. This location the shelves are always empty and the line are long. I have spoken to the store manager regarding the shelves are always empty. Today again on Easter Sunday I visited the store again must of the shelves are empty and the have two long lines. I would like to be able to shop in my community instead of going way out to others community to shop. Please look into this matter. Please contact me at [protected].

It is Easter of course they will be short staffed. Just because your family does not want to spend time with you because of your attitude does not mean other people feel the same way with their family.
