Dollar Tree security

On, 05/10/2017, at the dollar tree located at 2294 Nostrand Ave Brooklyn, NY 11210 was robbed. Two men with guns were in the store! All the customers and employees were running around scared! Even though I spoke to the store manager Christina about hiring a security guard. However, they never got one. There is only ONE male associate that works in this store. I feel so bad for him! The best two employees that work there are James and Lessey. Both are and so sweet!

Dollar Tree rip off and unethical behavior

The date is 5/9/17. The client's name is Cindy. Today, i bought 5 dollars worth of items from dollar tree. One item was no good, and i asked her can i exchange it for another item before i even left the store. But she refused. She was being very, very rude to me. And talked very disrespectfully to me. Dollar Tree management

I was shopping today in the live oak florida dollar tree. A lady was shopping when management went up to her and very rudely demanded that she left. The manager then went into cussing her and followed her to the door continuing to do the same thing and then had the nerve to tell her if she needed anything to come back after 5. Very unprofessional in my opinion and I will not be back. This is a small town and word will get around how rude and arrogant that manager is!

I went into the Live Oak dollar tree today, was doing my normal shopping just like any other time I am in there, when I was approached from behind by the store manager. She asked me what the F*** i was doing. I responded, shopping. Then she told me to get the F***out of her store. I looked at her confused mean while asking my 15 year old daughter to hold on( I was on the phone with her) asked what was wrong and she stated that I needed to leave from her store asap. I grabbed my keys and wallet and started walking out. She yelled profanitity and be littlted me until I was out of the store. This is completely unprofessional! I will be contacting my attorney.

Dollar Tree customer service

I was in your store located at 2542 W Manchester Bl Inglewood CA 90305 5/8/17 at 12:09pm, for the 3rd time and like the other times, there was only 1 basket and it was being used, I needed a cart because I had my grand baby with me and need more than 1 item. I tried to speak to the Manager Steven who was extremely rude and keep talking over me and trying to make a scene. The store was dirty and messy. He should be fired! I had a baby in my arms and he tried to squeeze by me and my grandbaby with his disgusting body! I have pictures of him and the very messy and disorganized store. This store needs to be rid of Steven, clean the store and add carts with locks like the other Dollar Trees. I will post this on social media as well. This is unacceptable.

Dollar Tree matteson, illinois

I have shopped at this store for years and won't go back to this store. What a mess and so dirty it is. It is to my understanding there is a new Manager in this store for a few months now. The store was in great shape before this new manager started. They don't sweep and the product is all over the place, not neat at all. Looks like a tornado hit the store. Bathrooms are so dirty as well. Well I made my last purchase in this store and while I was at the register I heard the cashiers complaining that the Manager does not put her hours in the store and she sits in her car for hours at a time on the clock leaving them alone. No wonder the store looks the way it does. Hey Dollar Tree get a Manager that cares about your reputation, their customers and their employees. I work in retail and its clear the Manager is not there by the way the store looks. Horrible! Get it together in that store or you will lose customers.

Dollar Tree basic solutions hair brush

I purchased a pink basic solutions hair brush from the Mount Airy Store, I went home to straighten my hair and get ready for work, after I was finished I had pink dye in my hair, I go to wash my hair and it doesn't come out... so I schedule an appointment with my hair stylist and she tries everything she can to get it out to avoid dying my hair or taking my natural color out, nothing worked. She ended up dying my hair to avoid taking my natural hair color out, but she also said she couldn't promise me that would take it out... therefore I spent $95.00 to get my hair fixed. Dollar Tree manager unprofessionalism

We go to the dollar tree on Figarden Dr several times a week. The manager Rosemary has accused my son of stealing on multiple occasions. He never steals. You can even call and verify with her. He takes an empty backpack because he doesn't want to pay for bags. This is super unprofessional. I'm demanding an apology from corporate headquarters. I'll also be reporting it to any local news station. She is either super racist or just doesn't like my son. This is not OK. She asked him "do you have anything in your back" as he was about to exit the store. I asked to make a complaint and they told me I could not speak to the district manager. They refused. What kind of company allows this?!

Dollar Tree customer service

I went into the Ayers location in Corpus Christi Texas to get a few items found what I needed very quickly when I get to the register there's a long line the cashier is ringing customers with one hand because she's busy on her cell phone she continues to ring customers while talking on her cell phone which seemed like for I don't know maybe 10 minutes I don't know how long after I left she was on the phone I could tell she realized I wasn't happy so she made it a point to say out loud that she was on her lunch so either way she's working on the clock talking on the phone or working off the clock it's still a bad situation that needs to be fixed

Dollar Tree customer service

I came in this morning I saw the assistant manager and a cashier cleaning windows and window ledges of the entrance of the store. It felt so good to walk in to the fresh smell of a Pine-Sol clean store. I love coming to this dollar tree the associates and some of the managers are so friendly. This happened around 10am. I came back with my husband to get a few more items and there was another manager on duty his name is Sam. I walked up to his line and he snapped at me telling me that his register was closed. There was only two other registers open and their lines was extremely long. The assistant manager Sam walked outside and got on his phone gathering one shopping cart at a time while the line continuously getting longer. Another customer went outside to ask the manager if he could get on to help the lines he responded by telling the customer "no". What a difference of treatment that I received earlier this morning. I was very unhappy with the service I received this evening. The atmosphere was totally different at 3:30pm. I don't know the assistant or the cashier names that worked this morning but they greeted me and other customers with a Good Morning and a smile. The assistant and cashier came in when she was called and also jumped on the registers when needed. When they got their lines down they went back and continued to clean. Much praise for the morning crew at dollar tree 1329 augusta west parkway, augusta ga. They need recognition for their friendly customer service and keeping their store so clean on 5/6/2017.

Dollar Tree customer service

Visited the Dollar Tree in Highland, IN today. I will not be returning. Although I am a huge fan of Dollar Tree, I am not of that store. The Caahier was extremely rude. I picked up an item separator to put between my items and the customer's items behind me and she snapped at me by saying to put that back where I got it and leave it. I'm guessing she was using it for something? But no explanation was given and her tone was unforgivable. Sorry Highland. I gave you a try but Griffith will continue to get my business.

Dollar Tree management of store #1622

I like Dollar Tree and shop at several. The most convenient location for me is Store #1622 at 800 Bustleton Pike Richboro, PA [protected]-6533.
Unfortunately, this is the most poorly run Dollar Tree I've experienced.
My most recent trip was typical. I went in to get bread and rolls (outstanding value, btw). I picked up a few other things and got to the bread where I wanted 3 items - a loaf of bread, hot dog rolls and hamburger rolls.
As usual, I couldn't purchase them. Bread was not fresh. There were no hamburger rolls. I put the hot dog rolls in my basket and headed for checkout.
Aaaagh, one elderly checkout clerk and six people in line. So... I retraced my steps, put everything back, left the store.
This is typical and pathetic! About once a month I go to store #1622 to see if it's gotten better. It has NOT.
On my trip before this, there were three employees - one stocking shelves, two filling 10-12 helium balloons for the customer ahead of me. Again, I put the items back and left.
Richboro, PA is a relatively affluent suburb of Philadelphia and deserves a Dollar Tree that is well run, stocked and with a satisfactory shopping experience. When stores like this are allowed to deteriorate to the point where this one is, it's a reflection on the community, let alone an inconvenience. I hope your company addresses this. Thank you.

Dollar Tree how the manager talks to their employee and the customers

I was a customer in the Dollar tree on Jefferson Ave in Newport News and one of the manager is so rude to the employee she is so unprofessional you don't talk to your employees or fuss with them in front of customer. If you have a problem with them you pull them to the side and talk. I even heard a couple of your manager cruse at customer. And when the customer say something back to them they get scare and want to call the police. It is a certain way to talk to people. They are rude and very unprofessional and it need to be address. People don't want to work like that I was going to apply for a job until I heard that. Will be going to another Dollar tree until it is handle. I know everything is a dollar but I also want to be treat with respect. I will not let anybody or anyone talk to me any way I don't Care who you are.

Dollar Tree customer service

I'm 4/15/17 I entered your store while on my cell phone with a friend, upon shopping an older white lady approached me upset and chewing me out for parking in a handicap space, I was first very shocked and told her to not judge a book by it's cover and told her to get away from me because she was in my personal space and getting closer to me as she continued to verbally attack me so I engaged in a short argument saying I will admit 1 curse word and that prompted her to walk away but still hollering through the store she passes Carol your manager and as I'm telling her to go away Carol verbally attacked me with the the angry lady. I was appalled as I tried to explain to Carol whom heard the entire assault that I was being verbally assaulted and her reply was to tell me to shut up and that she doesn't care other shoppers verbaverbalized their dislike of how Carol was handling the issue also. I explained to Carol that she was treating me unfairly I'D HAVE SETTLED FOR TELLING US BOTH TO BE QUIET and Carol retriretrieved a phone and I thought that she was calling for help with the entire situation but I then found that she was calling on me, all of this going on and the angry lady was still hollering slurs as she walked out of the store. I decided that I wouldn't spend $50 bucks in a store that not only didn't protect me as a customer but also joined in on the assault I LEFT MY ITEM'S IN THE STORE. I walked out to my vehicle and the angry lady was standing at my car waiting on me how appalling..she really got belligerent outside and I demanded that she removed herself from my vehicle and as I look up Carol is outside also hollering slurs at me, I did not reply but removed myself from the situation completely by driving away. It is unbelievable that still in this world of many different colors, many sexuality, an array of DIFFERENCE but acceptance that I am still being judged and mistreated because of my color and even more appalling that I was discriminated against because I DON'T "LOOK" DISABLED ! I have over 30 different disabilities that attack my nerves in my body, eyesight, hearing, ability to walk and a lot more. I possess a disabled parking sticker that was in my vehicle window at eyesight on the day of the assault and which has to be approved by a physician in order to qualify for it. I did not break any laws nor did I come to engage in a negative conversation with anyone. I was minding my own business. I just came to your Dollar Tree at 2710 S. Harvard Ave Tulsa 74114 to supply my needs as I've been doing for the past 6 year's and your staff has always been very polite and we've actually had some really nice conversations and have been helpful to each other at times and that's why I was very surprised by the way that I was treated by your staff and manager Carol as well as the angry lady that started all of the messamess and whom I had never seen in my entire life. I'm writing this complaint this late because I really tried to let it go but as I spoke to a para friend and I was reminded that I couldn't, I couldn't let it pass because I'd be hurting other handicapped people that doesn't look like they're disabled and I'd be going against everything that I believe in and that I myself work hard for, you see my profession is to advocate and help the disabled, I've been in this field for 13 year's if I was to walk away with very hurt feelings and victimized I'd be failing other's that will enter your store and be treated as I did. My friend was a witness to the entire assault and also encouraged me to not allow this to go unnoticed. I really hope that you pull your film from that day and view it and that Carol is not only reprimanded for her unacceptable assault but retrained on her managerial position focusing on discrimination against all indifference, while at work you like everyone but when you're in the confinement of your own home it's your prerogative to do and act as you like

Dollar Tree dollar tree's registers refusing my checks due to telecheck

I have visited two different Dollar Tree locations in Oklahoma City and a $6.50 check and $14.09 check was refuseed. I have had my checking account for over ten years and have no returned checks. Dollar Tree used to take my checks and now they won't. I want to know why. I called Telecheck and got the run-around by an hispanic woman whose accent was so heavy I couldn't understand her part of the time. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold for five minutes and when she came back said no manager was available but that one would call me. More run-around. It is 6:30 p.m. and I have heard from no one. I want to know why my checks are being refused.

Dollar Tree cashier at dollar tree

I was fired today it being my third day on the job. I had to do orientation first day. Lasted two hours. Manager let me watch the cashier for an hour. I was told to come back same day for my shift. Manager put me by myself on register. I told her I wasn't ready. She knew I had no experience previously. My second day on my job I kind of knew I was being fired. There was already a new cashier on my shift. Manager let me clock in and get my register ready. I had my first customer that day I forgot to push total..enter ...bank card. She made me nervous. I knew to do that procedure. She then shut my lane off. Told me to follow her to the stock room. She said I wasn't cut out for the job. She didn't have time to waste to train me. I was feeling so inadequate being this was my first cashier job. I'm 53 and cleaned for thirty years. I feel terrible. I hope I can get a job where someone can have time to train me. Now I have doubts. I just wanted a part time job with 15 hours a week. I feel I could have been ok there... just needed more training.

I feel The Dollar Tree in Middletown Ky wasn't being professional. My first day consisted of orientation on a computer. Then one hour with a cashier. Had to come back that day to work my scheduled shift. Manager seemed upset I wasn't running register on my own. Second day scheduled I was fired. No training on register. I tried to Google training at home. This was really shocking. I'm 53 and never fired from anything. I did have to miss a four hour shift. I had told manager I had to go to immediate care because of a serious pain. I had a doctor's note. I came in on next scheduled day. I was fired. There was already a girl hired in my place. My manager didn't give me a fair chance.

Dollar Tree rude and unprofessional employees

I was at the Dollar Tree in Tucson Arizona on Ajo and 12th to customers were in a line that was apparently closed but the light was on number one register I was in number 2 they were there for about a good five minutes the employee Andrea going by the name Drea did not inform the customers that it was closed the customer asked if it was open she said in a rude voice no I said well maybe she should have turned out the light and once again in a rude voice she said she's throwing out the trash she will whenever she comes back I said you didn't have to be so rude she said she wasn't being rude I set the tone of voice you gave was rude the ladies behind me that we're in number one register agreed I asked for her manager she said she was right there I told the manager the manager walks away and goes into the room me and the customers behind me start talking among ourselves about my grandchildren Drea the employee was mumbling under her voice and I said to the customers some people do not need to be working with the public Andrea made a comment at least I have a job I told her I was going to call corporate she said I don't care call corporate the other manager came out I was paying for my stuff at that time and Drea said have a good day I said oh now you want to be nice and I looked at the manager I said you have employees like this that shouldn't be working with thePublic and the manager said that I was egging her on her name I believe is Francis or Francine all I did was say my opinion the employee did not need to be rude to me and other customers I will not be going back to that store or recommending it to anybody and another thing the shelves were not fully stocked the frozen food section was empty! Dirty store with very rude employees! Out of frustration that the manager let her continue I called her a name! Thank you

Dollar Tree foam decoration

I made a purchase last week I bought 7 foam items and noticed till today I didn't get a receipt and I paid cash. Today I went back to the dollar tree I made my purchase from and the store manager Juana told me she can't exchange it for another item since I don't have the receipt I said how can I have a receipt if the cashier never gave it to me she barely speaks English. I got very bad customer service didn't expect that from this store. Knowing that I've come here all the time for my party's stuff. All I wanted was to change it for something else and they denied it because of their own fault not giving me a receipt

Dollar Tree cashier dorrell

On May 2, 2017 I shopped at the Dollar tree at metro square in Phoenix Arizona and your cashier Dorrell was rude to me.
I had inserted my card to pay for my items and I had accidentally pushed yes for cash back. I said oops cancel and I was barely able to hit the red X before Dorrell spun the card reader around and stated " I'll do it this time!" I then stated " I guess I won't be coming back. "He said "Its a yes or no for cash back!"
I said I understand it was an error he then proceeded to yell at me stating don't shop here I have 200 other dollar stores that don't need your business either!"
My daughter told him to "please don't speak to my mother like that"
I will never step foot in that store nor will any of my friends and family you need to educate your employees on customer service.

Dollar Tree management

I was currently employed with your store. My doctor wanted to put me on a medical leave for my heart. I lost my job cause of this. I worked off the clock when he told me too and said of I said anything I would lose my job so I never said anything until now. Muy check was over $200 short and he never fixed it. He also told people i was a drug user and I'm willing to get tested for anything. Sean was handing Xanax and tramadol to his employees and then firing them when they took it. There's so much more. I have even made a statement for sexual harassment against another employee and he didn't do anything. I have all text messages ever sent between us. Sean also has a girlfriend in company named karen, Sean is a married man and David seems to ignore everything and Sean and Karen works off the clock all hours of the night.

Dollar Tree employee

On 04-25-2017 i Michelle Marsh -Langley enter Sheridan Oregon store,
A employee was very rude walk off front counter to the back started cussing and slamming boxes like she was mad then when leaving she walked off again this as we went to cash out and started freaking out in back room screaming cussing throwing fits . Saturday went in select market sheridan across from Dollie tree employee started yelling at me from the enteresway after I was at the back of store to get out I was 86 from Dollor store and select market because same management. I asked what for that employee from Dollor tree said I verbally and physically attacked her.her name is Rachelle.
Now my ex of six years, recently moved in with her he finally moved his stuff out the week before of my storage.
Well now she's telling everyone in town I beat her up. And I been going to select market before I was five. I never said a word to this lady except hello, I'm furious and called a lawyer I can not believe this has happened [protected]. [protected]
