Lack of handicapped accessibility.
I was in our local Dollar Tree store twice last week. Both times, I made sizable purchases. Both times, I was accompanied only by my son, who has Down Syndrome, and both times I had to leave my purchases, unguarded, at tge entrance of the store, in order to go get the car. I was told that carts are not permitted to be taken out of the store. The second of my two trips, I saw a man, who was both elderly and handicapped, struggling to get out of the store with his purchases. Th st same day, I also witnessed an elderly woman also struggling to get to her car, purchases in hand. When people make sizeable purchases in this store, they should have the right to know that they can get those things safely to their vehicles. I called Corporate last week, left a detailed message on voicemail, and to date, have heard nothing back.
Desired outcome: Get more carts in this store and allow people to take the carts to their cars.
Rude
Saturday July 24, 2021 at approximately 9:30 A.M.
Purchased cold medicine. I told the cashier That I don't need a bag. I (did) say please, though I may not have seemed pleased, I was not rude or mean.
She slapped the credit card machine around to face herself and pressed buttons herself.
I told her that she may want to watch her temper.
She redirects that statement to me.
I explained that I merely asked to have no bag.
She referred to other times when my attitude is bad.
My attitude has nothing to do with them.
I believe she was referring to last year when I protested that the truck driver/ delivery man was not wearing a mask after the manager told me to put mine on, and also there was a customer behind me that agreed and also was not wearing a mask.
Then your security team escorted me out without even trying to be unbiased.
He saw everything that happened.
I don't appreciate the fact that your employees can pick and choose whom they will treat as they wish.
I believe that this store in Hobbs, M.M. Should be policed/governed just a little bit closer. They are getting away with rude behavior with whom they may disapprove.
If they wish me to stay away I would be willing to do so.
However they should be watched more closely, and security should be unbiased.
That cashier is risking breaking equipment.
Thank you:
Martin Losoya.
Hobbs, N.M. 88240
Desired outcome: Please call, text, or email.
Manager
Montana fogarty a manager at your carthage mo location is stealing products, selling and using meth at that location. He keeps his stash in his wallet wrapped up in a bill. Plus money that went missing about 9 months he claimed the bank lost, he actually took and used to buy more meth. Hes been bragging about. Pull a hair folicle test and youll see hes been...

We've been going there once a week for years, now they have the public bathrooms PADLOCKED, and every time we ask about them being fixed, they are hateful, and act as if we're out of line. We have to drive from out of town to get there, and sometimes we would need the restroom, if only just to wash our hands. Many of the staff are very hateful and arrogant...

I put an empty can in the garbage inside dollar tree and right away the cashier Tondra became confrontational with me about it. All she had to do is tell me not to throw it out inside the store and I gladly would listen. Someone asked her where an item was while it was my turn and she walked slowly away to show her where the item was, she also took her time...

Visited the Radcliff, KY store today, 7/16/2021. To say my customer service experience was unsatisfactory is an understatement. A little background on myself, I have been in customer service for over 40 yrs and know the difference of great customer service. I visit and spend well over 10k a year in dollar tree locals. My experience today was the worst I...

Upon finalizing my check-out at the Store register, I did not see the amount due on the transaction screen. I informed the woman processing my transaction that I didn't see the amount due.
"Sharadon"...'that's because I've already completed the transacation'
Me: ...'is there any way I can see what I'm been charged'?
INDIDENT: 7:01pm (7/6/21), Tuesday
Sharadon (who is behind the Store counter) reaches -- angrily -- spins and shoves the large register "monitor" brazenly towards me! ...
...the monitor hits the -- pandemic plexi-glass -- then violently swings towards my face !...
I demanded to speak to the Store Manager, she says 'I'm the Manager'.
She then with a transparent attitude said her name is 'Sharadon'
I then told her ' why aren't you wearing any type of identifiable name tag that you're the Store Manager'?
I then told her 'I didn't appreciate what she did' and I asked for the Corporate office number and Customer Complaint number. She says 'she didn't know it or the Customer Complaint number.
On 7/7/21, after this upsetting incident with Dollar Tree's -- belligerent -- employee, I searched the internet and found the Company's top executive (Michael Witynski, President & Chief Operating Officier)
I emailed Mr. Witynski 7/7/21 at 1:43pm
[[protected]@dollartree.com], nor could I reach anyone through Dollar Tree's Customer Service number [protected].
No response todate from President Witynski.
Desired outcome: Disciplinary Action of Employee's Behavior
This store needs an entire overhaul. It is disgusting. There is no excuse for such a poorly run store.
This is the absolute worst Dollar Tree Store I have ever seen with rubbish, dirt, boxes, food remnants on the floor. The shelve are in total disarray. Today July 14, 2021 at store #1185 there was a lone employee filling the frozen food cases. While 3 employees were in the front talking about trying for a job at Wal-Mart. They did nothing. I will take pictures and send later.

The DT where I live is always dirty, shelves are never stocked, This store never has what other stores have.. Memorial Day & July 4th is now over and they just put decor for these two holidays out to buy 😂😂 We never have seasonal decor like other stores. Most of the time we shop out of the boxes that are sitting in the floor. Please do something about this store
Read full review of Dollar TreeThe district manager for the Albuquerque, NM area
The district manager for the area of Albuquerque, NM is not doing her job, she doesn't give the stores that are in her district, except for her store, any hours to stock or set up for the next campaign. Then she will go to the other stores and complain to the manager that they are not doing thier jobs. She will also leave trash around and tell manager there to keep the store clean.
I am doing this, anonymously becuase I know someone who works at one of these stores and I was told that they have a high turnaround of managers and employees. This not away of doing business with such a high turnaround.
Desired outcome: Giving the managers and employees time to thier jobs and keep the store stocked.
Coastal bay confections starlight mints
Whar happened to the shaped? I loved what I called "flatty patties". But these fatty patties I strongly dislike.
I love the taste. Made with real peppermint oil delights me.
Did the processing machines change?
What happens within a company to change the shape and size?
Will they ever go back to their original size/shape?
Even the back of the package shows the original shape.
Desired outcome: Answer & possibly go back to original shape.
No air conditioning in Astoria,NY store.
On 6/28/21, I Michael McLeish entered the 19-80 Steinway store.
On this day temp was above 90F. The store temp at this 625pm
Exceeded the outdoor temp. The AC in the store was blowing hot air.
This made the shopping experience unbearable, the cashiers face was
Glistening with sweat. This is cruel and unusual punishment for employees
And shoppers. The temps tomorrow could exceed 95 degrees, this matter
Needs to be rectified ASAP. If I enter this store again, I pray the AC is fixed.
If the AC is still not fixed, I will walk right out of this location.
Dollar Tree you can do better, you owe it to your employees.
Let me say that I am a regular loyal Dollar Tree customer. I shopped
Earlier at the Hazlet, NJ location on 6/28/21 no problem AC working fine.
Best regards,
Michael C. McLeish.

Simply said disrespectful store manager. The way he spoke to his employee is just awful. My hopes is the she files grievance against this company for a hostile work place. Just awful I would think the managers would go to some form of training. Without me as a customer and the employees to work. He would not have a job.

I live in the Ironton Ohio/ Ashland Kentucky area and there are several DT within just a few miles of each other. The manager at the Ironton Ohio store is the rudest unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I have seen her yelling at the DT associates and talking to them so mean and hateful. If you ask her something she always has an attitude. Why would you have someone who has no respect for your customers or other associates managing one of your stores?
My second complaint with the Dollar Trees in my area is your never have any if the merchandise that people in other areas of the country show on YouTube. Do you think we are backwoods ignorant people that do not deserve to have the same merchandise other areas of the United States are given. You also need stricker rules about how your stores are maintained. There is no excuse for a dirty unorganized store. The square footage of these stores is not that large that the up keep is that difficult. If you want your stores to remain out of bankruptcy like so many companies in this country are heading then make changes to provide the consumer a clean, well stocked, organized and friendly place to spend their money!
You offer some great items for just a $1.00 and I applaud you. Just please make changes to your stores presentation, stock and management staff!
Thank you
Desired outcome: To make changes mentioned above!

Went into your store in Bainbridge, Ohio to purchase 2 cases of facial tissue because I am putting together book bags for homeless children before the start of the school year. Asst Store Mgr, Monica McKnight, is rude & condescending, hateful to customers & employees. She has no people skills. Gets flustered very easily, has no patience with customers or employee's especially new hires. Ive been told she's had numerous complaints on her but it seems to be "hard" to fire someone. There are some employees that refuse to work with her.

The Dollar Tree store at 3301 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 is so filthy & the shelves are rusted so bad you don't even want to walk the isles nor take anything off the shelves to buy. Most of the stock is gone so there is slim pickings anyways with what is left there. The isles were loaded with stock, but no one was doing anything with stocking the shelves. Disgusting!! Just plain disgusting!!

I checked to see what time the store (dollar tree on Pueblo Blvd) at 8:55 and the web site stated 10:00. I showed up at 9:00 and was told the store was closing because the store was short staffed.
I'm pissed because if that's true (and I'm not sure it is) then the web site should've been updated to reflect that.
I made a trip into town for nothing. So yeah in this day when everyone uses their computer to check to see what the stores hours are that shouldn't change arbitrary.
Today is June 18th.
Check into this. This shouldn't happen.
Roddy
Desired outcome: Store shouldn't be able to close early if the web site isn't updated.
Rude Store Manager - Seal Beach CA location
Carla, the store manager at Seal Beach, CA location, needs managerial training. I came to the store to purchase graduation balloons . The only balloons were high and touching the ceiling. I asked for assistance and was told by Carla, the manager..."we are out of helium..." I asked if I could purchase the graduate balloon s above me, and she told me "no"...and then walked away. I was stunned by her response, as she walked into her hole in the wall office to hide from customers. That was it, she was finished with me. I called Dollar Tree Corp office, and was told to leave a message for the District Manager...he/she never called me. Just another reason, why I shop online. At least the online is not rude.
