perennial bulbs flowers
I have for the last 3 summers purchased flower bulbs from your Niagara Falls New York 14304 on Military Rd and on Niagara Falls Blvd stores. All years not one time they never grew this is not a good sale practice for long time customers to spend money and not get anything out of the money spent. This was the last time i will ever wast money in your store on things like this Iwish that I kept all of the packages and receipts to prove this but this Spring I was going to give your store one more try and guess what. They did not grow and they have been in the ground long enough to grow. So there is one more time of wasted money that could of been spent at a real greenhouse this is what happens when you try to save money in life and learn you waste money. If you think that Iam due some type of refund you can send to my adderss or

Customer service
I was in the Euless, Texas Store this morning making purchases. On my way to the exit I saw a Table/Bin with a fairly large sign that said something like Dollar Day Deals/2 for $1.00. I was going through the items and a woman came out of the office and without saying anything to me, reached in front of me, grabbed the sign and removed it. The sign underneath said $1.00. I almost turned and said, "that was really hateful." But I opted to immediately leave the store. The Bin was right by the Exit. I retired as a Retail Executive after 40 years. Our signing team would have made sure that sign was changed before store opening. If a customer saw that sign and the signing team missed it, we would be obligated to honor that sale.
That was an obvious Customer Service Fail on their part.
[protected]@gmail.com
I'm done here, nothing is getting accomplished.
Dan straight! Your complaint is justified. If the sign was up while you were inspecting the merchandise, that woman should not have run out of her office and yank the sign away. My guess is that this woman should have taken the sign down before the store opened as this was what she was told to do. If you bought any of these items, she would be in trouble because she did not do her job. You were a victim of this woman's cover up. She was rude and hateful. I would have raised my voice and told her a thing or two. Remember that if you get into an argument, whether you are right or wrong, a store can call the police on you. They can charge you with disrupting a business. You have more restraint than me.
sales associate behavior and poor service
I was in your Store # 1235 Peabody Rd, Vacaville earlier this evening. So I paid for 11 graduation balloons with the cashier/Sales Associate Susan and paid for it as well as the other items we bought. I already took 6 ready made balloons so I needed 5 more, she put air on 2 and she told me and my husband to wait for the other 3 since she has to serve the other customers behind us on the counter. We waited for 25 mins and I followed up with her and she said her line is still not done. I said should I wait for everyone to get done before you give me the rest? And she said YES I have to wait some more. I insisted on the rest of the balloons and finally after 30 mins of her being rude to us not even saying sorry, the other cashier pumped 3 balloons for us in 30 secs. I mean we waited and tolerated the rudeness for 30 mins just for them to pump us for 30 seconds the balloon they lacked. What kind of customer service is that. We patronize your products because it is cheaper but should the service be cheap too? Is it not that she should finish our order first before serving the next customer? Is it right to tell us to line up again in the cashier to her the remaining balloons when in fact I paid for it all at the same time?
cashier take cash back and hide the receipt
that happen in dollartree location 1402 S 42 ND Kansas city ks, my wife was busy with two children and she take advantage, she told the receipt were inside to the bags, and somehow she charge 20 dlls, plus one dlls, We comeback to the store next day, and the manager say he will take care, that never happen, so we comeback again and the general manager ask for statement, we bring to him that statement, and now he want a statement showing the time of transaction, I can see he is protecting this person making excuse. could be easy to just see the video and prove who is the thief.
customer service
The dollar tree located at 15032 s. Lagrange road orland park illinois 60462 is an utterly and complete joke. Please do not shop here! This store should be closed down. I am an caucasian senior citizen and was even appalled by the customer service staff that I over heard having a conversation. "if any blacks come in the store, follow them around." the older staff are biased as well to african-american people and minorities. It's horrible that in 2019 this disgusting biased behavior still exists!
employee
Hello
I am an employee at Dollar tree in Everett Washington. I was on the website attempting to locate an email address to send this to corporate. I was unable to locate such email address, therefore I am writing this.
My name is Nicole, I am an employee at Dollar tree in Everett Washington. My work enviornment is an unsafe place, we regularly have people who come in who are aggressive and combative, and we have constant amounts of theft happening in store by customers. I was checking a customer out in line the other day and he became aggresive and began calling me names and cursing at me, He left the line then he called the store, in which my manager answered the phone only for him to threaten to hurt me after working my shift. He told my manager that I needed to be careful when leaving work period. This was such a threat that I called and reported it to the police of which I never heard anything to follow up. Because there are just two of us in the store at night the area we are in makes for an unsafe enviornment. We are told not to ask people to leave the store, to look the other way when we see people stealing or doing anything that presents risk to us and others.
I am considering quitting my job just because it poses such a danger to me. I am told that we are unable to hire security.
Working here has shown me that Dollar Tree doesnt seem to value its employees as much or even as close as they value the customers. We are bag checked at the end of every shift to ensure that staff isnt stealing which I understand however we are told to do nothing and to just watch people stealing constatly each day. Each day I work I witness at least $200 dollars in theft during a 4 hour shift. Most come in are comabtive and very extremly aggressive. I endure so much verbal abuse from customers and am not backed up by management to defend myself and am treated as a punching bag for those who steal and destroy property in our store.
I have a particular manager that rarely helps me out and makes clear that she doesn't care to be there. I am making this complaint because I do not feel safe, just a month ago the pizza hut next door was robbed at gun point.
When I was threatened over the the manager acted as though it was a problem for me to call and report it to the police. I have even been spat at by customers at work. I have been called a [censored] and a [censored] by customers and told that I am unable to ask them to leave the store after they have done so.
I want to know what Dollar tree is doing to protect its employees? What can Dollar Tree do protect me ? What will you do in response to this complaint? I understand that it is a place of buisness and most of us in our store do the best we can to keep up with the loads of work that is expected of us, To do that in a safe manner in our store would require security.
My name is Nicole and I am an associate at Dollar tree in Everett Washington and I do not feel like I am safe when I go to work.
service
My name is Mrs. Virginia Best and I went to dollar Tree at 8829 Branch Ave Clinton MD 20735 store number 1122 and when I got there I was a little disappointed by the lack of food and snacks that I get for my grandchildren but I found some other non food items. When I went to pay I asked the young man his name was Mr. Marquette who was ringing me up "what was going on with the store" and he informed me that the store is remodeling but will have food soon. I thanked him for his help and the information about the store and I heard a young lady who was just yelling and had a very NASTY and EVIL attitude with the cashier and with the customer I believe she is a manager because she went into the office with a key. Now I don't know how your business is run but that is very unprofessional. I worked in retail for 28 years and I would have never talked to my co-workers or customers in such a manner. I don't know how she got this job but acting in such a manner she doesn't need to be working in that field. I personally felt bad for the employees and customers and disrespected for her even talking like that around me it was just awful.
I
condition of store
The Dollar Tree in Crookston, Mn. is a total mess. The isles are almost blocked with products and the shelves are in total disarray. There is "stuff" all over the store laying or thrown on shelves. The help is absolutely worthless and really kindof scary looking.
I will drive the 30 miles to Grand Forks, N.D. to shop rather than enter this store in my hometown of Crookston. At least there you can get down the isles and find things easily. The help is dressed appropriately and the bathrooms are useable.
I can't imagine this is the image your company wishes to portray. I have heard nothing but complaints on this store from the management (or lack of) on down.
I certainly hope something can be done because everyone was so excited to have the store in town.
Thank you for listening to my concern.
harassment from manager angela to my son handicap and me
Dear Sir and Madam
I live in Danvillle 17821 at one block from the store, my was family was happy we have an store closer, but unfortunately, Saturday June 1, 2019, the manager Mrs Angela, kick us out from the store bc my son make a little wet spot on the store floor, we were in our way to the restroom, I call a worker to make her aware so nobody get hurt in wet floor, so my son has Down Syndrome and incontinence problems, my apologize wasn't enough for this worker Angela taking retaliation against us and told us we are no welcome here, she said I no get pay enough for clean your son's mess, is the second time so I told her shes crazy is no fair was an accident she is not good, she is not considerate or cordial and respectful she is inhuman she has no compassion no compassionate, she no like to heard the true, she call the cops ! omg I didn't committed a crime ? a costumer had and accident she no want us in the store. inappropriate treatment from store manager
Went to store located in Sault, MI., on 5/24/19 @ 830 pm. Noticed a household bag of garbage in parking lot & brought it to can by store entrance. Cashier, actually manager, started yelling at me, thinking it was MY garbage. As she yelled at me, she was waiting on another customer & one was also walking in behind me. Horrible customer service. Tyvm.
store is never stocked or clean
I went to your strore in Westrerville Ohio, store number 3367, on 5-31-19, at 14.04 time,
The store looked like a hurricane came through it. Two Asst. Managers both working and one employee working the register. I was told by both Asst. Mgrs that corporate will not give them enough hours so they just sit boxes out and tell you to open them. I have money, wanted to shop, but not much on the shelves at all. If corporate wants a store to make money then they need product, and if corporate does not think much of the customers to let there stores look like this. I'm a customer, I don't wanted to be told that corporate will not allow enough hours to stock and corporate will not listen to there employees so they told me to send corporate an email and tell corporate about this in hopes corporate will listen to the customer. I have been in your store in Lewis Center Ohio and I have waited in LINE to be checked out for 16 minutes while 1 or 2 employees are just standing there doing nothing and the manager is pretty hateful at that. I don't want to be treated like that and I don't want others to be treated that way either most people will not or don't know how to contact corporate office to complain and if we do, then the manager says she or he gets into trouble and then if I come back in to shop, I'm treated like a dirty step child. Please explain all your reasoning behind this and let me know if it is going to change and get better or do I just need to get my items elsewhere, Myco-workers and other family members said they would like to know when I find out.
cleanliness of store
I have always shopped at the Dollar Tree in Georgetown, TX and until recently have been pleased with the store and the service; however, within the last year the cleanliness of the store has deteriorated badly.
The floor looks as though it isn't swept daily, and not mopped even monthly. It actually looks unsanitary. I'm sorry but until I hear that is has returned to its previous state of cleanliness, I'm going to have to forgo Dollar Tree shopping at our local Dollar Tree.
manager mike
Rude to a customer snatch balloon out of her child's hand child might have been 6 at the most .he's response and attitude was unprofessional and uncalled for .I shop at Dollar tree stores all the time but I will stop if that is the way your manger gonna treat people especially children. My name is Wanda Peyton [protected] it was at store6006 Olive Branch Ms.
i'll take my hard earned money elsewhere
I visited the Dollartree store # 5818 in Sugar Land TX to purchase several items and the associate forgot to put one of my items in the bag. While inconvenient for me to return to the store for the item, I understand mistakes happen. I contacted the store by phone and the associate Mahesh could not have been less caring. He acknowledged my item was still at check out, but had an arrogant attitude and failed to apologize. I returned to the store to pick up the item the following day, and I politely walked up to Mahesh. He recognized me but rudely told me to wait, upon which he spent the next 3 minutes playing with the helium balloon equipment, although he was not servicing another customer. I politely told him an apology was in order, but Mahesh failed to do so, only stating he had apologized twice to me on the phone when I called the day earlier, which was a complete fabrication. I don't need to be treated like a second class individual where I spend my hard earned money. I'll take my business elsewhere.
not adhering to company policies
As per receipt, company policy printed, " We will gladly exchange any unopened item with original receipt."
My uncle tried to surprise my children buying little snacks for them not realizing he picked out products containing pork. As I am an American-Muslim, I do not consume pork. So my uncle provided me with the receipts so that I can go exchange the products, 3 packs of breakfast sausage and 2 packs of dumplings containing pork.
When I went the cashier said, "Oh, I have to ask the manager about this, " who proceeds to come out and says she can not do exchange on food, that it was store policy, and this was the ASM. I kindly asked where was this policy printed, because on the receipt clearly says ANY UNOPENED items with ORIGINAL receipt, which I did have. I kindly made my purchase as she locked herself in the manager room and was still proceeding on about the event. So I told her I would be contacting corporate, to her response, she did not care if I contacted corporate that's what she was told to do.
Not only am I ashamed for your employees not having any compassion or empathy as I explained my story to the cashier, but to also not honor a clearly printed company policy and make up there own is harmful for your brand.

To Whom It May Concern :
The floors in the store are filthy . The floors look like they have not been cleaned in weeks. I have shopped in other Dollar Tree Stores, and never have I seen a store look like this before.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

store appearance and cleanliness
I was in the store with my son shopping in cleaning department area about a month ago I already called and complained about how I went to pick up AJAX and the whole bottom came out, my 9 yr old son ran away because of the amount of powder that flooded us. Then as I went to check out and let a manager know, promptly after, the manager thought everything was ok and did not think much or do much about it. Didn't even apologize. I'm appalled and still angry and won't step foot in your store until resolved.
store manager was unreasonable and very rude to me
About two weeks ago I purchased six solar lights for outside at the Dollar Tree at 5100 N Florida Ave in Tampa FL. Two had had little hummingbirds on them. Five lights were fine and one of the hummingbirds did not light up. Today I attempted to return it to the same store in exchange for another one just like it, which were still available. I had my receipt, but was not asked for it. Instead, the checker I had approached took the defective light to ask the manager if she was allowed to exchange it. She reported back that the manager said "NO". The checker acted scared of the manager too, which was odd. I asked to speak to the manager myself. Now I understand why the other associate seemed afraid
The manager came near to me and said, upon seeing me and before I had said a word, that she had already made her "ruling" and that was final, so what did I want. I told her the little light had been outside about two days and never worked, so I put it aside to return. I told her I had purchased several and this was the only one that did not work. She told me it had NOT been used for two days; it was used for much longer than that and that I was lying! She used that word.
I asked for her name and she told me I did not need to know her name! I told her I needed it because I intended to complain. She told me her name was DaVon. I asked for her last name and was told she was not required to give out her last name to customers. She then hollered across the store to confirm with another associate that a first name was all she had to provide me.
I left without purchasing anything else I had planned to buy, and I threw away the defective light in the trash can outside the store. I have no intention of going into that store where DaVon is the manager ever again. I have no problem with Dollar Tree and have been a frequent customer for years at other stores before this one opened. She alienated me over a single one dollar item.
I don't much care about the solar light at this point. I am complaining, because I have never been treated that rudely in any retail establishment before. I thought you should know how your manager treated a customer (me). I hope you terminate her and she is required to find another job, where she can make her "rulings" and insult people. She is not an asset to your company.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Lea Melchior

My husband and I (who are Caucasians) visited the Dollar Tree, store #:174 in Roseville MI, on Monday, June 27, 2019 @ 1:59 p.m... there was one register open until we started to get in line, another worker, name on our receipt is Janet Anne, opened up another register and called next person in line... there was a young black woman in front of us (and she was next in the already open register), we started to go over as did she. My husband told her go ahead, she smiled and said, no that's fine, go ahead. Well, your cashier, this Janet Anne starts getting rather nasty sounding and says, "no, I called her, I don't play those games", I replied "what games are you talking about"? She responds and says I called her over, I said I don't play those games". Well, the young black woman went first and when she was done, my husband says to her,"have a nice day and thank you for trying to let us go first", once again she smiled and said"no problem, you too"... the cashier says"well she probably didn't have the nerve to take her place but I don't play like that"... I was pretty livid by then and told her"I don't know what games you're talking about, we weren't trying to cut in front of her, maybe she was just trying to be nice"... I just feel this cashier was VERY rude, almost embarrassing and it was uncalled for. None of us had a problem with the situation, she made us feel like she thought we were rude/inconsiderate people trying to either be racist or take advantage of a younger woman and I was NOT happy about it at all. When she gave my husband his change, he told her"thank you, have a nice day"she replied a snippy"yep"... VERY VERY rude woman who in my opinion should NOT be dealing with customers on a one to one basis. I will not go back into that Dollar Tree I can tell you that much.
return policy
I purchased 37 items and didn't need 7 of those items. I tried to return them at that time I was informed I had to exchange the items for something else. I left and returned on Monday to exchange 7 items for 7 items, I was informed there was .45 cents remaining. There is nothing in the store for .45. I am totally dissatisfied. Will rate on Yelp.——-
