Dollar Tree sobre el periodico miami herald

hola mi nombre es beytsy, y mi queja es sobre la tienda dollar tree ubicada en Palm Ave, #6228.
El dia de hoy Domingo 7 de abril del 2019 llegue a las 8:50 de la manana para comprar el periodico, pero ya he ido varias veces y nunca puedo alcanzar a comprarlo porque ya se acabo, resulta que hoy llegue a la hora que puse antes y todavia no habia habierto la tienda pues claro habre a las 9:00am y apenas anrieron a las 8:57am yo fui la primera en entrar pregunto por el perdioco a la cajera y me dice que lo tiene la manager en su oficina la llama y cuando llega esta delante de mi me dice que el perdioco ya se lo habia vendido a una mujer, yo asombrada le pregunto que como podia ser eso posible si yo habia sido la primera persona en entrar a la tienda y me dice que ella se lo vende siempre todo el periodico a esa mejur todos los domingo y antes que habra la tienda, mi queja es porque la senorita jeny manager de la tienda me trato super mal y me parece fuera de la ley que una manger le venda algun producto a una persona sin haber abierto la tienda. espero se arregle la situacion porque hoy en la manana de la manera que esa manager me trato no es la mas correcta. gracias

I sent my 10 year old daughter and her friend in to buy a couple to us with their allowance and the manager was very rude to them for having some loose change. She yelled at them for 'Expecting her to count change and wasting her time'. I will not shop there until this woman is fired. When I called she answered and refused to let me have the number to the corporate office.

Dollar Tree service

I just want to say the black lady (I think the manager) is very rude. I asked for some balloons and she had an attitude. She laughed in my face and cussed me out.
They young man named jonathan was the most friendly! He was so polite and so respectful. He needs to be recognized. I have seen him in the store multiple times and he is always greeting with a smile and cheerful voice! He greets every customer, helps them find items, helps them to there car and so much more. He needs to be the store manager. The store would make more money with him giving great customer service. As I watched him, he was keeping the shelves stocked! He is the hardest worker there! The other people need to be fired! I will never go back to dollar tree as long as the black lady with the scarf on her head is there! Please talk to her!

Dollar Tree service

This is a brand new store. great stuff, but management is terrible. I just came from this store. there were over ten people in line and only one cashier, obviously new.
the Manager never even came out to see what was going on. I waited at least 10 minutes and there were 20 peop0le behind me. When there are more than 3-4 people on line (at a dollar store) where some patrons purchase 50 items. They should send out another cashier. what's the use of having three lanes and one cashier.

Dollar Tree store cleanliness

Store#29 @ 864 cypress pkway in poinciana, fl 34759 is always messy and put of items. Also now there is a guy singing outside and begging for money as well as people selling flans and soliciting people to buy life ins. I feel it harnesses the customers plus it brings the look of the neighborhood down. I feel they should enforce the no soliciting plus they need to stock the store up since handicap people like me can't drive further for other stores. Dollar Tree customer service

As I shopped in your South Euclid, Ohio store on Sunday March 17, 2019 at 11:30 am the store was not only unsightly, I overheard the store manager going on and ON about how customers confuse him for a "regular" employee. How funny he thought it was when customers ask him to do something. He stated that he doesn't go in the stockroom to get stuff, "if it aint on the floor, you don't get it". He went on to say "if customers want a $5.00 experience they needed to go to Dollar General or Walmart". All while unpacking boxes with a hoodie on, earbuds in his ears, while customers were stepping over empty boxes and trash.

I asked him for help finding a toy in the toy Aisle. His response, "we call this the Aisle where everything goes to die, because no matter how much we clean it up, customers mess it up", and he walked away. Meanwhile I found a full box of journals in that aisle (nothing to do with toys).

Upon checking out, I approached the register and the first cashier could see that the line was growing long. I asked if she was open? She looked at her customer and laughed. I then noticed that her light was off. She then walked away, upon her return she began waiting on two young people. They were short on money. The cashier, loudly made fun of the fact that they did not have the.08 tax to pay for their purchase. She went on to say, "oh you know there's gonna be tax right for yours too?" Then she said to the next customer, "I just need to get outta here". Once I finished my transaction, I went to the manager (yes, the same one who had been making all those comments) and I asked for corporate information. He asked what was wrong, and I explained that between his comments and what she had just said to those children I wanted to voice a complaint.

As I stood outside of the store, I noticed the cashier leaving for the day.

I frequent this Dollar Tree and I hope that there will be improvements soon. Not only to the inside, but also to the way that customers are treated.

Dollar Tree male supervisor

This store has always been pleasant to visit in obtaining items and working with the kind employees. I live in a row home next to the store and has always had a pleasurable experience in your store. There is change in the staff and store over the last month. I was looking for a manager, which I was informed that she was out for a little I wanted to inform her of the attitude of this male supervisor talking down to the young men in the back of the store towards the stock room. It was a cold and very windy day a couple of weeks ago that this manager placed a young man outside to clean the parking lot, which while in the store the manager was stating I'm going to make him do this today and work his butt more when he comes in. This is horrible. I felt sorry for this young man, who is always nice and helpful as with the other young men that works there. This manager talks about how he's in control and wants work done as if working at Amazon. I have not seen most of the guys who works there and will be sad to see that they have left this location. Reason being, these young men made you feel safe in the store and walking toward and away from the store. We need to keep good workers like them.

Dollar Tree unstocked shelves, disheveled store, dirty and unkempt

I visited your Clinton, MD store on Sunday, March 10 at approximately 1pm to specifically go in and get some minced garlic and some seasonings. However, upon my arrival, I noticed a store that wasn't a store by merchandise. The shelves completely unstocked, ransacked, dirty, bare and in complete disarray. This store is notorious for having dirty floors, and terrible customer service. Only 1 check out line during rush hour times when folks are getting off and just need a quick something to pick up for dinner or a project. But this was horrible. I went in for minced garlic and walked out empty handed. Not only was there no garlic, no seasonings, only empty shelves. I have decided to write you. This is my area, if you care so little to staff the store properly or keep the shelves stocked, close the store. It is embarrassing to me a tax payer and local customer. It is unacceptable and needs immediate attention to this matter. Please help!

Dollar Tree manager and asst pt manager and cashiers

There is several issues in the Towanda dollar tree store. First is there are two cashiers who work Friday nights named Carla and tine . they ware blue jeans every Friday night and they have been told its not the dress code. They have nasty remarks to the full time asst. manager saying what are you going to do fire me ! Or if corporate wants me in dress code they can pay for the outfits then. It has been brought to the head managers attention several times and he lets them to get away with it even when they get wrote up for being out of dress code. The part time Asst manager Naomi does not do her job on the night shift . She never does recovery, clean bathrooms, vacuume or take out the trash and cardboard before dark. This has also been a complaint to the head manager and he dismiss it as well . These issues have been brought to the head manager several times and he does nothing but make excuses for her. We have customers complain about how the store looks first thing as we open and ask why do they need to step over stuff all the time. We also have other cashiers complaining because they cant ware blue jeans and the other two can . The last problem is the head manager he wont help on the register cause he is always out smoking even if there is a long line .There is a lot of favortisum going on here. Could you please help do something about these issues they have been going on for way to long. Thank you so very much!

Dollar Tree cleanliness/appearance

I have included a picture of the your store front. This was yesterday and I assure you this is the norm. Using a Walmart cart for a trash can is a first. This store is always trashy and dis-sheveled. Does not help your store nor the other stores in the complex. Additionally, why do I need to use 350 characters to tell a story that can be told in less - does not make sense!

Dollar Tree Cashier

I went to Dollar Tree in Moody, AL on 03/08/19. I purchased 2 items a car charger for my cell phone and a huge lollipop for my 2yr old. To begin with all I could find was the huge circular lollipop but I was really looking for the long, swirly kind that looks like the horn of a unicorn. So I asked the cashier and she pointed us in the right direction where my older son grabbed the sucker. I told him to check it to make sure it wasn't broken because I didn't want the baby to get choked. I explained to the cashier why I needed it unbroken and why I needed that particular kind of sucker and told her my sons age so she was fully aware. She rang up the items and I paid with all silver change. I gave her the exact amount so she didn't owe me any change. I got my bag and walked out the door. Upon arrival at the car my son wanted his surprise so I pulled out his lollipop and my older son opened it. It was broken in so many pieces there was no way a 2 yr old could eat it safely. I told my older son to take it back in and exchange it because it was broken and the baby was crying for it. He brought it back out and said he needed the receipt to exchange it. Now mind you by this time only about 5 minutes have lapsed since the purchase was made. I looked in the bag and there wad no receipt and then I remembered I paid with change and gave her the exact amount so she didn't hand me anything back including a receipt. My son went back in and informed her she didn't give us one and she STILL refused to exchange the lollipop. So my son screamed and cried until I got to another store to get a sucker. She was in the wrong for not giving me a receipt and then not exchanging a clearly broken lollipop I had just purchased a couple minutes prior. Until they get someone who can do the job better than that I won't be going back which is a crying shame because I shop there regularly and normally spend a lot of money. I didnt catch the girls name but she was an overweight blonde and I believe she wore glasses.

Dollar Tree store manager/ tara

As a loyal dollar tree customer, I am shocked at the level of disrespect this store manager Tara is allowed to run. When I visit the store, boxes of products are full on the floor with mouse droppings on shelves, trash piled out back in the restrooms not in service. Each time I visit it seems she only hires woman and together they gossip about employees I suppose because they are passionate when talking about the people. So much so, as a guest I am not given the service I should. There was one man working at the store Reginald Morrison and he would have the shelves stocked, floor clean and the trash out back handled. He was scheduled once a week until Tara terminated her chosen male because he would not exceed to her personal advances unrelated to work. The work environment under her leadership is distasteful, arrogant, disrespectful and very unprofessional. If this is the leadership Dollar tree approves of in there store, I will be sure to inform others this is not the business you want to work for, neither spend your money. The Location is fairly new here in Middleriver at 1448 Martin blvd and it's a shame someone that unprofessional can move about in that matter with no regards of decent customer service. I would also like for someone to investigate the termination of Reginald Morrison. From the look and information of the matter it is discrimination against him since he is male and the store is run as a social gossip session instead a place of business. I really hope someone is concerned. Lots if decent people are losing their jobs and customers not shopping at the store because of the store manager Tara.

Dollar Tree customer complaining about store manager

African American Store Manager around 5'4 in height weighing around 170 lbs. No name was given but this is my 6 th time complaining on the customer service I am receiving at this store. The manager refuses to give me cash back by saying they do not offer cash back after seeing another customer receive cash back. She also uses a very unnecessary and rude tone when communicating with customers. I am elderly and this store is more convenient and closest to me so it would be an inconvenience to me. Can you guys please just hire another manager or get rid of her. She does not deserve the position as much as I don't deserve the horrible customer service I continuously receive. Please be considerate of your consumers. Just because the product is a dollar does not mean the service should be at the same value.

I am a customer service rep with dollar tree and I am so disgusted with companies regard for us as reps. We rarely have any nice customers calling because most of the calls are complaints, refunds or people who just have been mistreated at a dollar tree store. It would be nice to have some sort of recognition or acknowledgement of some sort. How? An opportunity to be surveyed or recognized for a call when a customer wants to leave good reports on our service. Every since the new system update back in September all has went to hell with Dollar tree. The website goes down everyday, sometimes multiple times a day, enabling the company to lose money and sales. The website also gives off false information by allowing customers to purchase items that are out of stock . The order goes through then cancels and the customer is never notified and has been waiting or expecting to receive an order. It is very frustrating and adds on loads of stress to the agents and the customers. I have experienced multiple encounters with rude employees with horrible customer service as an agent calling the stores and also as a customer at a store. The product is more valued than the customers and the employees. The company needs alot of work! From the inside out. I hope something is done internally so that the company may thrive.

Dollar Tree falsely accused of shoplifting

I went to the archer ave store 02/26/2019 @ 9:50pm. I went through the store but didn't find what I wanted. I got to the exit only to be stopped by a man, I assume he's the security, he said I had stolen items, I put my bags on the floor for him to go through and he refused, I asked him to call the police several times and he refused, I was kept in rhe store against my will for abt 10 minutes. The manager came, went through my stuff with my permission and found nothing, she seemed like the only well trained employee there. I've never been so humiliated in my life, this happened infront of other customers. After they disgraced me, what hurts the most is they didn't even apologize for the false accusation.
