reliashave product and I don’t trust assured product
Okay I'm very upset with the fact that they are not selling or bringing in the Reliashave shaving razors coming in for both 6 blade blue and pink as the four blade as well. I'm not pleased with the assured product type of shaving razor and I DON'T trust it. Reliashave is the most trusted razor brand that I can find. If they cannot get it back in then I'm feeling compelled to buy them at another store. Or even purvhase 24 dollars worth on the website and there's really no point doing. This incident has caused me to lose faith in the dollar tree to some extent. These razors shaved pretty well and because they are not in store right now I would have to order online. This complaint is not just a particular store in general but I am filing it against the whole company Dollar tree altogether. I would like this complaint to be sent and read by the whole company and not just one particular store in general. Please I would like that Reliashave back up please and I am asking you to please put it back on the market. Please I don't care for the assured product. Please I would like this complaint heard and understood. I'm asking and requesting seriously please that these shavers be put back out on the sales floor thank you.
employees discriminating customers.
I'm the general manager of the Domino's pizza in Sellersburg Indiana 2 doors down from the dollar tree. I sent my employee over to buy a case of bags when he comes back distrot over the employees picking on him over his clothes. They refused to help him while making fun of him. He came back asking me to walk out with him and sure enough they are outside smoking at the door while laughing and pointing at our employees. Now of course we tried talking to the manager but all she had to say was they didn't do anything. I've ran this company for 10 years same store and never been treated that way by a fellow company. This must be stopped and something done. This employee represents your company and poorly. The name of employee was Joshua Little if the provided correct information.
not eligible for hire
I recently applied for employment with Dollar Tree, there after I was asked to come in for an interview and then was told that I wasn't eligible for Rehire, due to past Family Dollar employment issue. My concern is I've never had employment with neither Dollar Tree nor Family Dollar. If I may be informed with further information regarding this issue that would be great.

rude manager
My 12 year old daughter and I were at Dollar Tree in Walker, Louisiana on Nov 14 at 6pm. I had 4 Christmas items that I wanted to exchange. The cashier said she didn't think she could do that but went and asked the manager for me anyway. When she returned and explained that she couldn't accept the items because it seasonal, I explained that we were not made aware that it was final sale when we checked out and I asked to speak to the manager about it. When the manager came out of the office, I told her we were not made aware that it was final sale when we checked out and I wanted to see if she would allow me to exchange the items for something else. She said that it was printed on the bottom of my receipt. But I explained that I didn't get the receipt until after I had checked out and then it would have been too late. She then said that she didn't check me out, so I asked if she tells people that it's final sale when they check out and she said no. So I'm not sure why she said that but she was getting really rude with her tone and answers and she said "you just want me to be lenient and give in!" I said you don't have to be rude about it and she said "you're the one being rude because you're still standing there after I already told you I'm not letting you exchange it". I said "wow" and left the store. Then I returned to the store after a few minutes to make amends. I walked in and said "I don't want there to be any hard feelings and I want to explain why I was trying to exchange the items. My daughter is in the beta club and they were making wreaths for the nursing home. I let her buy a crap load of items with the intention of exchanging what she didn't use." She immediately got rude again and said "you should have read the bottom of the receipt". I again said that I didn't get the receipt until after I checked out. She stormed off and I said "I basically came back to apologize to you". Then she said "I wish you wouldn't have!". As she was walking away I asked her for her name and she said "I don't know". So I turned to the nice cashier and asked her. She said it was Ms. Allison.
It's only $4, so I'm not concerned with the money but I thought you should be aware of this manager's rude behavior, if she even is a manager. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Thank you [removed]
refrigerated food products.
At store number 5050 I have noticed that in the food products refrigerator case there has mold growing on the bottom of the case. It starts from the eggs down to the foods. This is on the bottom of the enclosure. I've noticed it for a few weeks now and I do not see it being cleaned. They just put food in without cleaning the bottom.
Should I mention it to the store manager or just have you check things out? I've never complained before about any store, but I am worried about the mold as mold grows. Perhaps not as quickly in a cold area, but still it is mold around food.
Please tell me what should I do about the most concerning matter.
unbelievably bad service
On October 30th I ordered $120.00 worth of merchandise for a school event on November 14. I also submitted the tax exempt form that day via email. On November 8th I called to check on the order as it had not arrived. I was on hold for 30 minutes, and when the representative finally answered, they told me that I needed to call back later in the day, and to expect the hold time to be no less than 30 minutes when I called back. That afternoon, I called back and was once again put on hold for 30 more minutes. The representative that I talked to could not help and promised to email me the status of my order within 24-48 hours. The email never arrived. I called again this morning and was again put on hold for an even longer amount of time. I was told that they had no idea when the order would arrive. They said that there may or may not be a truck that picks up the order on Sunday . They couldn't be anymore specific. The school event is tonight and yesterday I had to order from Amazon and have the items express shipped, costing my school (a Title 1 school) a bundle of extra money. I have never dealt with such a lack of customer service in my life. Three phone calls, and more than an hour and a half of wait time, and still not even a guess about when my supplies may or may not arrive. How on earth do you run a company this way? I had hoped to order many more supplies for our School-Family events through Dollar Tree, but I have certainly learned that Dollar Tree is not customer friendly and not trustworthy. If there is any hope of changing this reputation, you might consider refunding at least the extra money that I had to spend ($68) to get the materials I need for tonight from a reputable and trustworthy company. Never did I imagine that when I placed my order with Dollar Tree that I would have to beg for the status of my order 2.5 weeks later, only to be told you have no idea when it might ship. Just amazing.
having to call the police, while purchasing bottled water in your store.
To whome it may concern, my name is Habibatullah J. Evans. I merely went into the Dollar Tree store #995, to purchase bottled water. A young rude immature woman threatened my life in your store. She appeared to have been sitting behind or beside the counter wearing a sweat suit. She started walking around the store speaking loudly and saying things that made me feel threatened. I'm sixty one years old and unfortunately in this society the disrespect from younger people is devastating. I filed a police report. I realize that you have no control over how people are raised, but hopefully you are concerned about the way your store is being operated. Why was she anywhere near the counter? I asked for a manager, but due to her irrational behavior, I decided to call the police. My cell number is+[protected]. Thank you for your assistance in handling this very disturbing matter!
customer service / discrimination
The family goes to the Dollar Tree in Santa Maria Ca.. The one on north Broadway to be more specific. My Daughter just got a service dog and took it into the store.(The dog did not have a vest but does have tags). The manager on duty at the time (Sylvia) informed my wife and daughter the the dog did not belong in the store and told them to leave with the dog. They explained that the dog is a service animal and is allowed in the store. The manager argued with them for a few minutes before my wife and daughter continued on their way.this happened twice. The third time I went to the store with my daughter and again she was told not to bring the dog into the store. My daughter explained that the dog is a service dog, I then showed the manager the registration tag and she proceeded to get an attitude and yelled at us in front of other employees. now the employees are giving my wife dirty looks. I would like to know your policy on animals in your store.
code violations
I was in the Woodinville, WA store today and I could barely walk around and boxes almost fell on my little kids. They have to be breaking major code rules; someone needs to take a look at this store and make sure it's safe for customers. Boxes are littering every aisle, you can't move a cart through the store without running into anything. The only way out of the store is the front door which is really hard to get to.
Should watch where you're going and you'll be fine.
unethical behavior
I am a customer and I have seen other customer's in the store ask for help finding things. This one particular person which I found out she is a manager is very very nasty. She yell's at people, gives attitude and curses through out the store, I cant believe how rude she is. How did she even get hired with an attitude like that. She gives off an attitude like she doesnt care either or I guess she feel's she can treat people badly and get's away with it. I asked for her name and I was told it is Chrissy. Who ever hired her needs to have her fired or step down from manager.
I hope you're willing to provide for her eats and overhead if she gets fired. Smh
horrible customer service
On 11/8/18 around 3:00pm, I went to the Dollar Tree (store #2299) on North Abbe Road in Sheffield Village, OH. Dollar Tree needs employees that are respectful and know how to give great customer service. I was checking out and put my basket on the belt and the cashier Maranda didn't greet me, just dumped the basket upside out so aggressively, wasn't careful at all. I thought my stuff was going to break. It was so rude and disrespectful. I did not appreciate shopping there after that happened. Maranda gave the worst costumer service and needs to change her attitude.
Its a Dollar Tree, not the Taj Mahal. Can't expect 6 star service everywhere.
food
I was at your West Burlington, IA dollar tree yesterday and bought some of your Christmas candy. I was going to eat some today and checked the expiration date and it expired in September of this year. I have had this experience before in this store. I am not going to get sick eating expired food from this store. You need to do something about this.
cashier took money, and then said she took a $10, when it was clearly a $20
I laid my money on the shelf by the charge device. The total for my bill was $9.61, I was getting change out of my purse, when the cashier grabbed the top $20 dollar bill from my money laying on the shelf. I doubled looked at her hand to make sure she only took $20 and not more. I gave her the change of .61 and received one dollar back. I told her she took a $20, she was sure it was a $10. The store manager checked the drawer, did something wrong and had to do it again (weighing each coin drawer and bills). The manager said the drawer was off by $1.
I had two $20 and two $10 when I went into the store, only one $20 and two $10's when I left.
I will never shop at the Lancaster store again, thank goodness the Canal Winchester store is cleaner and doesn't steal from the customers.
#Call of Booty: Thot Ops
It's hard out here for a NICCA.
Nice try Costanza
You probably don't know how to count your own money.
You sound like a quick change artist. I'm sure they're not going to miss you.
store
I went into your Carbondale loction on 11-5-17. The store was a total mess. Every time I go into the specific store it is always a mess. It makes me not want to shop there. It just weird because if I go into another loction I do not experience this. It seems there is never enough employees working at this location either. To me all some Of the pictures that I have submitted look like a hazard to a customer or even an employee. The store stinks and is always messy! Shelves are always empty.
Shop at the other location then.
sexual harassment
I have personally seen on several occasions a man named Nate putting his hands inappropriately touching the cashiers at the dollar tree In Newport vermont. Also a family member works there and she came to me today asking me what she should do about his unwanted attention. SHe called him out on his advances and he told her he would turn the tables on her. He has also been very flirtatious with me to the point where I don't go to store when he is working. No one should have to feel uncomfortable when going shopping or when working.
I work at the dollar tree in Roswell, Ga. (The new one on Holcomb Bridge). The managers name is Mark Bolds, his behavior toward me is inappropriate when it comes to the comments he makes about me smelling good, and how he would like have a glass of wine with me and so on. I confronted him, and he became very angry. I have filed a complaint against him, and hopefully they will investigate.

1st...there is no way to email this company with a complaint...i assume they have so many complaints that they have had enough...and are blocking any communication...this store i went today 11/3/18 had a trashy black woman following me around asking for $2...even did this at the checkout line...the black cashier did not say a word...then this black beggars friend started into me about another concocted issue and again the black cashier did nothing...seems to me at this store there is a race problem and the black employee is condoning it...just a matter of time before a shooting or other at this store...these blacks are still under the obama influence and they feel entitled to everything...plus and i know you have noticed...they are full of hate...yes mainly the blacks...full of hate...so for this store they need better trained people plus...definately need a security guard...particularly with racist employees working there...
former associate
I was transferred to the Dollar Tree store on 2734 N Salisbury Blvd in Salisbury Md, Prior to this i had already been working for Dollar Tree in Dover Delaware about 9 months. Right from the beginning when i first started at this location that i was transferred too i was very overwhelmed! lets start with the backroom, theres boxes everywhere you cant get to the break area or microwave, the lack of communication within management is terrible, nothing's organized. The worst part is this store can not keep people for processing freight positions because it is expected for you stock a certain amount of freight in a certain amount of time when theres's not enough stockers. Their regular truck days and frozen truck days conflict. This is the only Dollar Tree store that I have been to that will stop unloading a truck for over a hour in order to unload a frozen food truck. then there's only 3 people working on the trucks, barely any u-boats to stock the boxes and very limited space to but the boxes in the back. Hours would have to be cut because extra hours were needed fro the truck due to lack of teamwork and extra people. So I switched to cashiering, but my manager wasnt as accommodating to my schedule due to personal circumstances. She basically fired me for trying to call and switch shifts with someone else. I then pursued a transfer to the Fruitland Md store. All my status was rehirable until my last boss realized i was going to another store, sometime between the process of my transfer she went back in the system and changed my status out of spite to non rehirable. And I feel something needs to be done about this
store closing early
😖I Arrived at the store at 8:15 pm: where I witnessed the Mgr and Sales Associate leaving.🤔 I approached the door to find it locked/ closed Posted Store Hrs State that the store should be open until 9pm. I called the other Dollar Tree location on the other side of town and asked if they were closed they stated that they were not and that this location should be open as well there not sure why was closed This is not the first time I've come to this location to find it closed early since I've been tonight there here 9 Other customers trying to shop as well Only to find the doors closed. This is very inconvenient and very annoying and would be considered the worst customer service I have ever experienced especially when you know the hours and you make it here on time I could have easily have gone somewhere else to shop. Instead of wasting my time and gas to come to this location. What good is a sign listing hours of operation If the store employees and management are not going to follow it. 🤔🤔😤😒

The Manager at the 43rd and Ella Dollar Tree in Houston, Texas is very unprofessional.
The store is very nasty and a hazard. Someone is going to get hurt in that store. There are boxes and articles all over the floor. It's like walking a maze there.
I do not understand how Dollar Tree allows their store to be in such a mess and a manager who is unprofessional. She speak to the customers in a nasty tone and the employees.
(Chelsa). About to lose some valuable customers.
service
Dollar tree located at 528 and Bay Area Blvd Webster or Friendswood TX. 10.31.18 approximately at 8pm. I enter into the store. I shopped for 30 to 45 minutes. I get to th he counter with a hand full of things and that is when the cashier say the cc machine is down and they only can take cash. Now mind you I have been in there 30 plus minutes. Nothing was on the door when I came in, no one said anything when I came in and there was nothing on the registers. I pissed because I don't carry cash, I go to CVS and come back to speak with the manager. I tell her that she need to be more professional and put a sign on the door and she said ok and went back to the aisle she was on and never put a sign up. if this is how Dollar Tree runs their stores then I will reframe from shopping there. I think that it's a way to run a business and she don't make Dollar Tree proud
officers and board members / disgusting store for years
For years I have been complaining to management about the store being filthy and the bathrooms being BEYOND DISGUSTING! Nothing is ever done. Yes the parking lot is under construction but it's not dusty it's dirty like hasn't been dusted or vacuumed for years! I am done shopping there! Don't you have policies for these owners? Really sad... I would rather pay more on amazon and have it shipped then drive down the street.
Just thought you should know before another company gets closed down, I can't be the only one feeling this way. It won't let me load the video, look for it on twitter
