Dollar Tree review: Dollar tree store manager attacks my 3 year old son 144

I frequent the store routinely. With hesitation, I'm writing about the unpleasant condition of the store. It is not clean and shopping carts are almost never available. When complaints are voiced at the store, no one shows an interest in caring.

Can these issues be resolved? I would appreciate a call.

The hand held shopping baskets in your stores are filthy and are full of germs they need cleaning bad.Every time I go in to the store in Garden City the baskets are never washed out .I would suggest that during your inspections you should check the baskets and carts for Tomsk sure they are clean.

The Largo Maryland store is the nasty store every manager suck floor dirty.never will I step foot in that store again.The company need to hire people that can deal with the customer.The manager need to be able to keep the store to a clean and safe place to shop.

I bought a package of frozen pork riblets, and when I opened it up to grill it, it was almost all bone. My family and I will never buy that product again. Complete rip off. I do like most of their other products though.

This store is a big mess ever day. You can't walk through the aisle, since they have unpacked boxes blocking the aisle. It's s big A Safety issue, since they have boxes pile high on top of each other which can fall on top of a customer. This store really needs a lot of help and a whole new management team ASAP. I

I recently went into a dollar tree and purchased the little ninja looking masks in the Halloween section of the store. I purchased 3. As soon as they were put on by my 3 boys..their faces got scratched up! These needs to come off the shelves immediately! I had to put medical grade tape where the nose and forehead go to prevent further injury.

there are no earphones in stock at the Ocean View avenue in Granby street location. This is disappointing considering it is such a regularly purchased item. I am a regular customer and, like everyone else who owns a mobile device and/or uses the internet at the local library, value the earphone device. Please restock as soon as possible.

It would not hurt you to complain to the general manager if the staff hurt you, and what about the complaints about the whole brand of the chain of stores?
They work for you, respect their practices, pay attention for your child or do not be offended.

After reading all these negative comments, I feel compelled to post some favorable ones about our local store, Sumter, SC. It is amazing how the very few staff employees maintain the store in a clean, organized, customer friendly way. I am 84 years female and sometimes need assistance, and am always helped by courteous respectful clerks. They welcome you to the store and wish you a "good day" when departing.

I purchased $40 worth of units a few months back and it ended up being "lost" in transit.
I have gone back and forth with them and nothing? it's been maybe 3-4 months waiting for it and nothing.

Will only allow 4 coupons not alike in a day. So i got nothing.

We went into the dollar tree in lindon at 1:00 today the shelves are empty they have boxes of freight all over the floor it is not a good picture for the customers or the company any we walked in and I was very disappointed at how it is ran and walked out you can't walk down any idle with out boxes being everywhere and this is not the first time

Every time I go in dollar tree on 301 W Chelten Ave f, Philadelphia, PA 19144 the floors is nasty it's very uncomfortable to shop there they never have things in order or where they suppose to be! the people that work there is not friendly near helpful I asked to speak with a manager the manager didn't even care

They are hard as a Rock! Was unable to bit chew eat...just nasty and this is a favorite of mine ish. Is it the fist time I brought them from this store.The dollar tree but the date on them Dec. 8 2017 and they are nasty today July 31 2017.Dont just post this I want someone to contact me ASAP and I will be returning this I just brought them today.

Went to dollar and my card was having a hard a hard time not working. The Manager didn't look to interested. So I went to another dollar tree and didn't have a problem.. store isn't very stocked and doesn't have any cashiers..

On July 18, 2017 I went in to the Greenfield CA, 93927 w/ my youngest boy when he was accused of stealing a laser toy from the store. Never was the laser in my sons pocket or seen with my son leaving the store. The manager rudely came to inform me about the "situation", banned my son from the store & gave me a lecture on how my child should behave

I'm having a hard time getting along with the new assistant manager Zamariah hoard she don't give me enough time to do anything I don't know why she does it to me but she don't treat the other cashier's like that

Why can't we use your bathroom? Older people have to go and can't hold it. Why would you do that. Make us leave and go to another store and expect us to come back to finish shopping. Enough said ignore if you want.

A manager hired me, then refuse to tell me that they have to order your shirt, so she told me to go to goodwill to find a shirt that's green. I didn't have no money. Later they are hiring I called to see if she would take some blame, she told me I can never work there again.

We were looking at the pet toys and she said do not play with the toys if your not buying

I recently purchased balloon for my son's birthday party. Gave the children some to blow up. Not long after they returned with the a couple of the balloons wanting a explanation of what these were. A few of the parents left with their children and my son age 8 felt like his birthday party was ruined.

This is the second time I got sick from these sausage's from Dollar tree. First time the exp date was close so shrugged it off to that. This time date was 4 months away and I got a bad stomach ache again. I believe they are no good and bad for people.

For the last 4 day I've been going to dollar tree located on Altavista and Bernard in Bakersfield ca. Every time I visit the store the restrooms are out of order. I have a kidney disease waiting on a transplant and to me is big the fact that after I go and visit a store and consume their product the least the can do is have a working rest room

Barbara the General Manager is very rude she talks nasty to customers and always have a snobbish attitude towards customers and workers. She needs to be talked too or replaced.

DON'T BUY this particular laundry detergent bottle labelled Tropical Scent. It is blue in color and it WILL COLOR YOUR WHITE CLOTHES BLUE. All my white underwear now has a blue tint. It should be removed.

On Wednesday, 6/7/17 around 10 am, Debbie walked into the store, went into the office and took a handful of heavy duty Zip ties to mend her fence at home. This incident is on camera, but the other 4 times she's done this, I can't recall the time or date.

On 10 / 11/18 I went to check out at the store on 24th st in Holland Michigan. I had $6.24 worth the merchandise. I gave the cashier $20.25 & she claimed I only gave her $10.25. I know I gave her a $20 bill & the manager told me it was against corp policy to refund money. I will keep posting on this website untill I get my $10 !

What type of sliced cheese is in the Dollar Tree coolers marked "Swiss Cheese"?

This is the only store that is dirty, garbage on the floor boxes all over the place a lady almost fell I am disgusted the way this store is runned shame in dollar tree they make so much money and it looks like this.

This location only has one shopping cart for customers to use. This is beyond ridiculous and should be a complaint forwarded to a higher government division.
If Dollar tree can't afford shopping carts and baskets, then they should not be open for business

The management and lack of staff are rude and some of them I are to busy standing outside smoking while there, s customer in the store when I go there..
