pizza delivery and manager
I ordered two pizzas from dominos pizza on base on Camp Lejeune. I use the app so it shows the drivers name and time he left. The pizza left at 1834. I called before 1900 and around 1912 to see where was the pizza. The driver later returned to the store after 1930 and said he called me which he didn't. I even asked the manager to message the driver when I called. Finally the manager and driver got loud with me and said it's my fault. Then she hung up on me before verifying that I will get my money back. The driver Jeremy is a liar and the manager on the phone is unprofessional and a liar as well.

I'm from hosur had ordered pizza from dominos pizza hosur and recieved confirmation for the same. After 45 min I got a call from delivery boy with contact number [protected] telling that I have to collect pizza as my house is in un coverable area. I regularly purchase pizza and get home delivery from dominos but today suddenly my house became in covered area. The delivery boy took some one in conference telling that thats to manager (fake person not manager actually). I told you wait there then I called the landline and when I was in conference with the person to whom I ordered. The delivery boy told he was ready to wait for 45 min till I reach (as I was in office) but he could not deliver to my home which was just 2 min away. When I questioned this the so called delivery boy told me you cancel your order. Small children at home hungry were waiting for pizza and I would take anothee 1 hour to reach. No use of complaining at local office and this is the worst behaviour to a customer. No body should every buy pizza from dominos. Service industry runs because of good customer support. Dominos has given me such a bad experience. Will never turn up again and will ensure that my friends also ban dominos

I was going to eat taco bell but decided to stop by dominos to place a order around 11:30 pm so I did I ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and a 2 liter coke I payed the cashier and I told them to give the driver the 4$ and change to the driver well I waited til 12:15 and decided to call the store and it is closed I again thought well maybe they "got busy" on a thursday night well it is now 12:45 and I do not have a pizza and am 20$ out of money because nobody came to deliever pizza I normally wouldn't be so pissed but this is the 2nd time! Seriously I filed a complaint around january or february with my name because I placed a order and waited for 2 hours and nobody showed up! I have ordered from dominos plenty of times and my order never gets messed up. But since last time that happened I stopped ordering dominos and decided to order pizza hut and they know where my address is so idk what the problem is. This time I thought I would give it a shot and give y'all another chance but the same thing happens and last time the driver claimed to have knocked and called me but I recieved zero calls and I was on my couch next to the door this time I had my lights turned on with my curtain split open in case maybe last time I didn't hear anyone but nobody came and I have proof! This is ridiculous seriously what kind of drivers do you have delivering for you because this is just crazy I lost my debit card and paid with my last 20$ I had in cash and I have no food at my apartment because i'm moving across state in 2 days that is why I came out to eat and now I can not eat anything because I have no money on me my bank is closed and y'all took my money from me!

The manager Shawn is very unprofessional. He called my phone at 8:25 when I called him back at 8:26 pm he told me he had already returned back to the store. He told me he knocked on the door but he didn't I have cameras that shows he never knocked. When I asked him did he knock at the house with the boat he said the house does not have a boat. He is very unprofessional and needs to learn how to deal with customers.

So I placed n order at 7:10pm tonight, I was told that my order would arrive in 30 mins, so when it did not arrive by 8:10pm I called for them to tell me the driver came an no one answered the door, that is a lie there is 5 of us here, so they said they would send the order out, so they sent out the same order an when it arrived it is ice cold, I am so upset with this order, my boyfriend had asked if the food was as cold before signing for it an the driver said no. So I called back to let them know my food is cold the guy picks up the phone doesn't even say thanks for calling dominos he says yup ur food is on the way n should be there, I said yup it here an Its cold, he hangs up on me! My boyfriend calls back an asks for a manager an he tells him the problem I get on the phone n tell him I got hung up on an he says yea that doesn't sound like him or something he would do.. well y would I lie? I ordered a pizza and pasta bowl online for delivery on 7/18 at approximately 18:13. I decided to sign up for text alerts and received a text at 18:28 that Luis was in route with my order. I. allowed the 40-50 minute delivery time, even though the store is 1.0 miles away from my apartment building (220 East 161st St Bronx, NY 10451 to 488 E 163rd st. Bronx, NY 10451). I called the store in an attempt to speak to the manager, Jimmy, but was immediately placed on hold withOUT being greeted. I used my work phone to call the store, and after waiting on hold for 9 minutes, I was finally able to speak to the manager Jimmy. I explained my grievance and verified my phone number. According to him, the last digit was incorrect. I'm not sure how that's possible, since I have a MacBook Pro with a touch bar and I press the Touch Bar for the phone number to eliminate human error. However, if there was a mistake and the phone number was entered incorrectly into their system, the driver could have at the bare minimum, exited his vehicle and pressed the buzzer for my apartment and I would've come downstairs to retrieve and pay for my order. Jimmy was so non-choulant and had such a nasty attitude that I no longer wanted to do business with that establishment. I'm appalled that a two item order that is traveling 1.0 miles away ended up in a lost customer.

I made an online order for delivery on Tuesday 7/10/18 at 9:00. Said it could not deliver, so I called and told the manager I've have deliveries at least 2 times from my phone # 903-292-8355and my address 703 VZCR 2322 Canton TX 75103. She said yes you have, but now we have a block on your address. I asked why and she would not explain except for being as RUDE as she could by saying that's all she was gonna tell me! VERY HATEFUL! I don't understand why they delivered twice at my house, and now NOTHING! My husband is disabled and we had nothing to eat at our house and was planning on having pizza so I would not have to get out of the house and leave him alone! I don't understand why our address was blocked after 2 times of being delivered here and if so, someone should have warned us before hand so I would have dinner for us ! This is NOT right. Hello, I ordered two pizzas last night for my family and both pizzas came burnt. I attached pictures of both. The crust was inedible and they were both extremely thin pizzas, even though one was supposed to be gluten free crust. They had a bad burnt taste and most of the pizzas were left uneaten. We were extremely disappointed with the service from this store in Pomona.

I ordered online two choco lava cakes with 2 icings On 14/07/18 but they delivered only the Choco lava not the icings. I called the store and they offered for icings delivery right away or a free large pizza.i opted for large pizza as icings would be of no use for me after I got the cakes already .next day I called the store to order my free pizza and the person just denied for giving me a free pizza saying that we don't give a free pizza for improper deliveries.i was again pissed off hearing that.why they are pissing off their customers.Worst customer service ever.one time I ordered online for some stuff but the driver wasnt able to find my house two times he came to deliver but was not able to find the building where I live.thats terrible

i went to your perth amboy n.j. store on sat 07/14/18 at approx / 4:30 pm .i ordered my pizza and waited for it .i was there about 1/2 hr, and the store was busy . i asked how my pizza was, and the girl said it was coming up . i water for another 10 min. and asked again, and she said it would be right up . after a few min. she looked in the bin and found my pizza .I HATE BEING LIED TO.instead of tasking care of customers they were playing with their cell phones . your manager, instead of keeping on top of what is going on she was sitting and playing with her cell phone .

Hello, my name is Senen Flores. Today I downloaded the Dominos App to experiment for the first time. I ordered 3 large pizzas, after half an hour they called me from the store that is near me located in Shingle Creek in Brooklyn Center, MN, 55429. I live 5 minutes away from the Store. Cale calls me 30 an hour later at 12:00am when I placed the order. At 12:30am Cale calls me telling me my order would arrive in 3-4 hours. How is it possible that my home placed 5 minutes away from the store, would be delivered within 2-3 hours? You have very bad service. In the future I do not plan to buy from Domino's .

I puchased a coupon card from a friend daughters school for a fundraiser. So we order 2 deluxe pizzas and when i went to go pay the manager would not accept my coupon card wich was for buy one get one. Then he took his time getting my pzzas cause he couldnt find them. I turned and told the ladies behind me if they have any coupons they dont accept. The manager then told me to be quite that i can not say anything to them and then refused to give me my pizza. He wouldnt even give me his name. This just happened about an hour ago. Im sorry but when he told me to be quite yeah i got pissed off. I never onced cussed at him i did say that this is bs that they wouldnt accept them. cleanliness / making boxes on the floor
We just went to do a carry out at the Domino's in Crosby, tx 77532. While we were waiting for our order, we saw an employees yound xhild sotting on the floor folding pizza and bread boxes. The boxes were placed on the floor while he made them and then set on the counter to be filled. It was extremely unsanitary. Not only that it was on the floor, but that a child was in the back touching things. I am sorry she had to work, but we all pay for xhilcare when we go to work.

The manager at the Dominoes near me (Marinette, WI) is VERY INAPPROPRIATE there are 16 and 17 year olds working there and he is constantly flirting and being inappropriate. His wife was also harassing a female whom works there who she thought was flirting with the manager. Pretended to be him over text and was harassing her saying she better not be flirting with him. This is NOT okay. Also there was a 16 year old girl that was denied a job because his wife wouldn't allow him to hire her. THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF! I ordered an extra large bacon & pepperoni pizza from the Domino's in Virginia Beach, VA and they forgot to cut my pizza. When I called to inform them the girl on the phone insisted that my pizza was cut because she cut it herself. I had to go down to ask the hotel staff for a knife to cut my pizza myself (they were nice enough to provide me with a plastic one). I do not appreciate being called a liar. I have never had such rude customer service from any Domino's and have provided pictures; tho unfortunately I hadn't thought to take them until after I had begun cutting the pizza myself.

We order 3-4 times a week spending anywhere from $10-$25 every order. The last 2 times we have ordered we are getting non existing toppings. On our online order we ask for double chicken. Our 1st complaint had 5 pieces on it. We got a gift card for $10 but was told the gift card would be much higher considering how frequent we are there but was lie to. Now the second complaint today we got a couple more pieces of chicken but I would never think it would be $2.50 worth. And our twists have no spice at all. At 6:41pm on July 3, 2018 I place an order online. I immediately attempt to contact the store as I wasn't sure whether the phone number had updated. For some strange reason, the phone rings 3 times and disconnects. I redial and it happens again so I assume the lines are either tied up or that they just aren't working. (It happens)
About an hour later I try calling the general number as the tracker indicates that my food is still "in the oven". The rep attempts to connect me to the store to no avail as I experience the same thing. So, in effort to be proactive, I wait outside prior to the tracker's "out for delivery" phase. I stand in front of my residence for 30 minutes when I look at the tracker and notice that apparently my food is marked as "delivered". How on earth! I'm out front empty-handed and there's no sign of any delivery guy (on foot or via car). Perhaps a mistake? Maybe. So, I give it another 10 minutes before I start my trek to the store.
When I get there, I express my concerns over the situation and an employee with glasses tells me that the tracker is never accurate so my food could still be on it's way. I tell him that I'd like the delivery fee waived. He responds by saying that I have a credit so I should just apply it to something else like a lava cake or bread-sticks to which I decline. After some resistance, I ask for a manager.
The delivery guy waltzes in so I ask whether he has anything for my address and when he nods, I ask what happened. He says he kept calling me. However, when I tell him that we were standing outside and never saw him, he became defensive and sarcastically asks if I'm gonna "complain". I explain that two hours is an unreasonable amount of time to wait when I'm only four blocks from the restaurant and that I don't believe that he was at the correct address. The rep in the glasses asks him for the receipt to which he replies that he doesn't have it. (Hmmm... I'll leave that one alone)
It's reprinted and the guy verifies the address and number. He mentions that the number is the old one so that's where the problem was. I tell him that it's not an excuse because even if that's the case, no one at the location was picking up the phone. (I prove this by calling the number in front of him and again, it rang 3x and disconnects. The crazy thing is that there is no sound of a ringer anywhere in the restaurant. Wow, right?!) He verifies that I had the correct store number and says he'll have to check the line, maybe it's unplugged or something.
I remind him that I want to speak to a manager. The delivery guy calls me ridiculous to which my brother-in-law says, "Please don't do that. Don't get disrespectful." I tell my brother not to worry about it or go back and forth with the guy as he's just clearly being unprofessional. The guy smirks and continues talking to me, clearly bothered by the fact that I am complaining about his "attempted delivery".
A woman comes to the front and asks what happened. I explain the scenario and inform her that I requested that the fee be waived and the other employee was telling me that the whole order would have to be redone and that my card would be charged again with the first order being refunded within 3-5 days. I state that this won't work for me and that I am not interested in a credit. I also communicate with her regarding the delivery guy's unprofessionalism. She apologizes for the inconvenience, mentioning that she was short-staffed. She voids the order altogether in attempt to resolve the issue.
As we continue to converse, the delivery guy gets aggressive and begins to threaten me from behind the counter. He shouts out that he gets off at 10 and that he'll meet me outside.
I point out to the Assistant Manager that his behavior is unacceptable and that this was what I was referring to by his mannerism. I ask him whether he is threatening me as he tries to come out towards the front. He makes it through the first door but is held back by his coworkers, who are telling him that he's wrong for acting this way. I tell the AM that this kind of behavior is inexcusable and I ask her if she hears him threatening me. She continues to say sorry but never addresses the employee directly. I tell him that if he puts his hands on me that I will have him arrested for assault and I reiterate this to the AM.
I ask for the name of the irate employee as well as her name to which she replies that she's just the Assistant Manager. I ask whether her manager is available and she states that she's in the back office and she'll have her come and speak with me right away. I continue to wait until she returns to the window alone. To my surprise, she mentions that the manager was "about to clock out" for the day. For clarity, I ask whether the manager is on the clock right now. She responds, "Yes, but she's about to clock out". I was completely floored!
I restated that I wanted their names and I also wanted the name of the manager in the back as I was appalled that this matter was not enough of a priority for her to handle at the present time. Perhaps if he had gotten out the front door and put his hands on me, that might've been enough to warrant her presence.
I was given a paper with their information and I left the store. I contact customer service to explain that I want to file a formal complaint. I am told that I would have to contact corporate the following day as the office closed at 6. I follow those instructions and speak to a gentleman who says that my concerns will be brought to the attention of the District Manger as well as the Safety team. He states that someone would be following up with me within the week.
It's been well over a week now. If anyone called, they have not left any messages nor updates which is extremely upsetting in itself. I know I shouldn't generalize but while this is the first experience where things have escalated to such an extreme level, it is not the first time that I have encountered attitudes and unprofessional antics from individuals at this particular location.
The staff is extremely rude and could likely benefit from some kind of mystery shopper insight and customer service training to expose these awful experiences as they are far too common. People complain but their concerns seldom make it to those higher up on the chain. Should this continue to be the calibre of persons working at Dominos, whether it's in this location or another- they will only contribute to giving the company a bad name. Regardless of their clever and witty commercials, the delivery service is more like a disservice.
Google it. You'll find tons of horror stories from those who take the time to report it. The proof is in the pudding.
