Domino's Pizza delivery driver

On June 15, 2017 around 8:30 pm, I was driving on Charles Town Road past the entrance to the V.A. in Kearneysville, WV when a Domino's delivery driver in a tan vehicle with plate number DRY 128 ran a stop sign and pulled out in front of me. I was forced to hit my breaks to avoid colliding with this vehicle. The driver also had his trunk open, flopping up and down as he drove.

Domino's Pizza manager, delivery, phone

I was trying to order food for delivery to someone else but I was paying with a debit/credit card. The kid on the phone said I needed to talk to someone who had been there longer than he. I spoke with a Mathew who said he needed to ask his manager. I asked if I could speak with the manager directly, he said yes please hold. 8 minutes later I hung up an hit redial, Mathew answered and before I could ask for the manager again told me I could not order for some one else. I said that is not true as I have in the past worked for Domino's and it was something we did regularly, (parents ordering and paying for pizza for their children at home) he said his manager told him no exceptions. I was not allowed to speak with the manager and my kids got to go hungry. I do not live in the same state as my kids but when they need something such as food I do what I can to give it to them. I used to eat Domino's 2-5 times a week, I order for my self and my employees as here in VA they are fast, polite and usually get the order correct, AND I USED TO WORK AT THE STORE I order from. I never thought I would say I will never order Domino's again but here I am stating if this is not fixed in the morning I will not be doing business with them again. If one of my managers refused to speak with a customer, or if one of my employees would not allow a customer to speak to a manager, they would no longer be employed. I have 10+ years experience in restaurants and I have seen things like this happen before and guess what? It only happened once

Domino's Pizza pasta bowl

TIME: 7-750pm

I just ordered my order and I realized upon opening my pasta bowl that it was the wrong order. I called to inform them if there was something that could be done and the receptionist said she'll reorder my order. I informed her that the only mistake was the sauce. It wasn't alfredo sauce like I had asked because I'm allergic to tomatos. When I received my 2nd order from the delivery guy. I asked to see the bowl first and it was still marinara sauce. I had told him sorry for the run around and explained to him I was allergic. He told me he doesn't speak English. I asked him to call his store to clarify the mix up and in doing so the ppl on the phone at Dominos on allen st. were very rude to me telling me marinara sauce isn't tomato sauce, being very condescending. I was trying to explain to them i cant eat tomato sauce. They switched over to some woman who spoke English, but the delivery guy by then just hung up his phone and said go call from your phone. Which was so rude since i tipped him very well when he first came. He just left me in the hallway and jumped on his bike. I went to walk there to complain how messed up it was to be going through all of this over sauce but at this point i just want a refund. I mean i would like to not go hungry tonight to be honest. Because i spent the last bit of money that i have on this option of food. But now im stuck with no money and food that will send me to the hospital. I don't know what to do and Im very upset for being poorly mistreated. I order from here often.

Domino's Pizza service

I ordered 2 items today for game night.
I ordered at 3pm and called the store to inform them I will be picking up the pizza by 6pm. I arrived the store at 630. There were about 20 people lining up to wait for their pizza. Lady said mine was not ready. Showed her my tracker that indicates order has been ready. Lady said the tracker "just says that. Don't mind it because it doesn't know what we're currently doing. It's not accurate" I told her I called at 3pm so I expect my order to be ready. She then shows me the lined empty boxes at the front of the cashier and tells me they are back logged and couldn't tell me when my order would be ready. There were SO MANY EMPLOYEES and none of them bothered to ask what the person in line needed. The customer had to call for their attention to get noticed!

I understand it was game night, but it is NOT AN EXCUSE especially if I put my order in 3 hours in advance. Also, to tell a customer that the Domino's Tracker is not accurate and is made up makes a customer not believe in the company (Domino's) !

Domino's Pizza dominos pizza

I ordered a pizza last night for a delivery and waited and waited and it never came so I called up there and they told me I didn't order a pizza but I knew for a fact that I did and after telling them how much my total was they still tried to tell me I didn't order a pizza so after fussing with them I just told them to forget it. I was checking my email today and they sent me a email last night confirming my order for the pizza. So I did order it but they just never sent it and was telling me I didn't order anything.

Domino's Pizza service

We went to Exeter Honiton Road store to get a pizza. We were told it would take 20 minutes, but it took 40. We were given some free cookies for the wait which is nice but I would have preferred to get home quicker (after a 12 hour shift). The biggest thing I picked up on though was the lady who served us (I think she was the manager) called Rebecca, she was really quite rude to everyone. She was constantly shouting at the staff, who were all clearly not happy with her shouting at them. Someone called but that shop didn't deliver and she was ride to the possible customer on the phone. We saw our name had disappeared from the order board so my partner went up as we thought it was ready, and she bluntly told him "I will shout your name when it's ready" I was just appauled by her attitude, and I think a few other customers waiting weren't happy either.

Domino's Pizza waiting for 1.5 hrs, and ask me to pick up myself!!

9/6/17, 7.33pm order 2 regular pizzas and a garlic bread, been told have to wait for 1 hour. I replied ok. But waiting until 8.53pm they still not turn up. I called up to check... after confirmed with the store... the reply is " I ordered self pick-up"! Wtf! If i still want my pizza, ask me to wait for another half and hour!My dinner already become supper! Stupxxxxxxx!

Domino's Pizza delivery service

Hi. I am trying to place a delivery order and the stores I call keep telling me to call another one because they do not provide the service to the address I am giving. How can this be possible when the store I first called is in the avenue right across where the service is being requested.
What is wrong with you people? You sure are not offering the service you claim to do.

Domino's Pizza bipolar delivery

The dominos on Stagecoach in Little Rock Arkansas has delivered pizza in my area long as I can remember (Lawson Road) I place an order this evening and not only they gave me the price, but told me time of delivery. Called back after 90 minutes now they say they don't remember the order and They don't deliver here. If they didn't deliver here I would not have gotten my order on Wednesday and my roommates wouldn't have gotten theirs. All I wanted was my order and not lied to about the order. I've been a loyal customer for years. When has lying been a part of customer service...

Domino's Pizza orders not being filled in a timely manner/ awareness of surrounding etc

Love your pizza and was thrilled when you came to our small town in Canton, Texas. But everytime I have been to your place it's been a disaster. I have even had to get out and knock on drive thru window after sitting there 15 + minutes. I say never again. Tonight I tried again. Even used the app for the first time. Order placed 710, ready 810. I was literally in the drive thru 30 min. 1 hour for a 15-20 min wait. I would rather use your facility in the town I work than go to the one in my own home town.

Domino's Pizza delivery service

I have been a customer for a long time. I was even an employee for a while. To experience the serve I experienced tonight have put a bad taste in my mouth about this company. For me to wait an hour for my pizza and not have it delivered is frustrating. I have always had my pizza delivered to my place of work. Everyone who delivers here knows that it is busy and it's difficult to come to the curb. The driver was rude and very disrespectful. The business is ground level u can literally look inside the window and see me. And then I have to wait three days for my money back. I don't like my money being held hostage. I feel this is wrong and feel like I'm being robbed. How can this be corrected

Domino's Pizza poor customer service

On monday may 28, 2017 I haven't ordered from domino's in two years, so that day I decided to order. Nothing was wrong with order, the person who took my order was very polite. Well, my order was delivered. Soon as I opened my door all I see is a bag hanged in my face ready to be handed to me, I greeted the lady "how you doing ma'am no response. My two year old son was speaking to her even tapping her trying to get her attention nothing no response. My total was $39 and some change I handed her $60 only told her give back $10. Even though she was rude I still tipped her because I know that's their pay check. So moving forward... 3hrs later I get a voice mail stating that I shorted her $10 and if I didn't pay it, they will no longer deliver to me. After delivery, after the voice mail, I still called back politely and told her she made a mistake because I have her $60, her presence wasn't even worth being in. I was in a bad mood and a simple hello could have made my day better. This was definately worst customer service.

Domino's Pizza customer service over order dispute

I called for assistance because it wouldn't complete my order online
1. When I called store # 3622 I was hung up on 3 times by an employee named Emdee who said he was a supervisor.
2. My problem never was solved

This can't be the way I am treated for my patronage to your business. Please address this issue and let me know what steps are taken to resolve the issue.

Domino's Pizza pizza topping portions

I placed an online order for a half pepperoni half cheese handmade pan pizza. I used my pie points too. I then called to request that only 1/4 of the pizza come with pepperoni. Although I offered to pay the full price I was hassled about asking for it with less toppings. I was given the excuse the it was against company policy to customize an order as such. After which my order was canceled. Then when my wife called back to speak to the manager she was put on hold for too long. While she was on hold I called the stores other line and immediately got an answer, and immediately was given to the manager BY THE DISHWASHER who answered the call. My name is Brandon Hiltzman, and I've been a steady regular with dominoes for several years. My friend Joey was general manager at my regular store for a year or so and I never had these kind of problems. Since the beginning of 2017 I've had nothing but trouble from the store and because of this last incident I will no longer be buying from dominoes. I will be deactivating my pizza profile account, and the pizza hut down the road will now be receiving my business as I'm sure, that, I can have a quarter of my pizza only pepperoni if I wish it to be. I do not approve of this service and I will not accept another hassle when it comes to MY CHILDREN'S treat.

Also because I cancelled my order my children started to cry. I smacked them all and told them to go outside. Unfortunately my busy body [censor] of a neighbor called the police on me and now my children were removed from my home and placed in an emergency foster home.

Domino's Pizza pizza

I ordered a pizza from Dominoes and upon delivery I found the pizza to be quite heavy. I open the pan cheese pizza which was to be well done and was disgusted by the amount of cheese they had prepared this pizza with. You couldn't even see the bread and the cheese was oozing out unto the box. I called to complain and wasn't offered an alternative option or a refund. I cancelled my order and returned the pizza. I have never been so disappointed. The customer service sucks and the only question I was asked was "what's wrong with it". Dominoes needs to hire better individuals who care about their job and the customers that keep you afloat.

Domino's Pizza worst customer service and worst experience in dominos for me and my friends

1401 niagara falls blvd. I had a [censor]ing worst experience of my life here. I don't know why you guys service. I had ordered and waited for freaking 1 hour and even they didn't made it on time and the employees were rude while talking with us. When I asked them about my order they said they forgot it and when I asked how long it will be they were rude asking me whether I need the pizza or not which was [censor]ing embarrassing for me for paying money and wasting my time. I hope this doesn't happen to other customers.

I hope via this portal really can be sent in my serious complaint againt your dominios staff at Taman Maluri Branch by the Name of : Aidee Farhan.

Withness by: Zulhilmi (Manager of Taman Maluri Branch) I wish to compliment the Manager for such well manner and politely discussion with me.

At Today 24 May 2017 @ 02:30pm When I was about to drive from One shamelin Shopping Center (Taman Shamelin Perkasa) heading to KL and because of your staff trying to rushing for delivery orders as he ( Aidee Farhan ) admit to me that he was rushing for orders causes into an accident, after discussion with your staff (Aidee Farhan), he denied to be settle the issue in the first place and react in a very rude and bad attitute and wanted to look for fight as well, vulgar word againt me and my family which it was his fault of reckless driving.

I hope Dominos will really take serious reconsideration to upkeep your service and the quality of your staff being hired or upon hiring staff. I assume bad quality of staff like this will affected your business. Hope Dominos really look thru into it and investigate for this issue and hope Dominos will really take serious action againts this type of staff.

Domino's Pizza online pizza order

Dear Dominos pizza,
Next time, please have the manager double check the pizzas made before they're sent out.
My husband and I were very hungry, that is the only reason we ate this. The only thing we had requested to be light was the sauce, NOT the cheese or the dough! The center was like eating a crunchy tortilla with no sauce or cheese!
I do not believe we will be ordering from you again. I am sorry to have even downloaded your app.

Domino's Pizza one location in brooklyn

Hi,

I love what dominos did and completely transformed itself. I recently moved to Brooklyn NY from Miami Florida where I was a regular customer at least once per week but this location on Brooklyn really giving dominos a very bad name...

On numerous occasions pizza arrived uncooked or toppings were messed up and 2 slices had pepperoni instead of half of the pizza. I tried calling that location but they put me on hold and after 30+ minutes I simply gave up and decided to give you heads up and how this location is ruining your reputation.

I am girl happen some incident with my friends really rood on manager named satendra working in pandav nagar out late domino's they slapped my friend catch hands fold it behind back, also took her in cheelor room (Walk-in) beat with empty dough tray. Tell her "jao jaha jisase kehna hai keh do mai kisi se nhi drata hr jana hai chale jao kuch nhi hota hr me bahut karenge mera tranfer kar denge ur kaya' and my friend also complait with gdm (Store manager) he told her" mere smane to mara hi nhi maine dekha hi nhi" its cluture here..

Ere something is wrong day by day issued regarding manager behavior and so many thing at time of hiring they show us big dream here you can billed your career... It true we can build up but here some kind of people who did't do that...in restraint happen so many kind of for e. G expire non-veg using for saving food cost.. Manager behavior so rood with mostly new hire employee, or against him employee, 12 hrs or more shift timing. They did't took checkout at time of shift over, they told stay more other wise go home don't need come on shift from tomorrow etc, so many incident happen against the employee.

Plzz help me out this I just want to ask mr prateek sir why happening with a girl in domins its a mnc co... Why why why... Plzzzzzzzzzz revert as soon as possible.

में भारत लाल domino's में जॉब करता था तथा ये वीडियो मेने बनाई थी ये वीडियो मेने अपने domino's whatsapp group में पोस्ट की थी परन्तु इस वीडियो के कारण मुझे अपनी जॉब खोनी पड़ी और इस वीडियो को इस वेबसाइट से हटाया जाए मेरी आपसे विनती है तथा अपने youtube channel से भी हटाई जाए धन्यवाद
