I understand everyone needs to work, however, if you come from a foreign country to work here, the least you could do is learn the language before trying to work delivering orders. Second is I work in restaurant industry in fast food, and heard stories from drivers about how they will scan orders to see who tips or not and how much and will refuse to take an order just because someone does not tip. They also have a problem with picking up orders and not delivering them, then we get the customers calling the store asking where is their order, and then door dash (supposedly) calling our store asking if we can remake the order. We have to REPEATEDLY tell the customers that once it leaves our store, it is a door dash problem. And tell doordash that we CANNOT REMAKE an order until they send it back to the store into our system, which never happens. You guys are really working a crappy business model here. Just saying. The whole system needs restructuring, streamlined and some guidelines and rules put into place for drivers in order to work for you.
Desired outcome: Just make some changes to how you hire drivers and train them how to properly use the app and navigate it. That causes problems for the businesses and the customers because of lack of training and understanding.
