Mixed Experience with eBay.de: Fast Shipping and Good Product, but Watch Out for Spelling Errors and Higher Prices
So, i was pretty disappointed with ebay.de. But, i decided to give it another chance. I found a seller with good reviews and decided to order a phone case for my new phone. The process was pretty easy and the shipping was fast. I received my phone case within a week and it was exactly what i was looking for. I was pretty happy with my purchase and the overall experience.
However, i did notice that there were some spelling errors in the product description. It wasn't a big deal for me, but it did make me question the professionalism of the seller. I also noticed that some of the prices on ebay.de were a bit higher than other online retailers. So, it's important to do your research before making a purchase.
Overall, my experience with ebay.de was a mixed bag. While i did have a bad experience with a seller not delivering my package, i also had a good experience with a different seller. It's important to be cautious when making purchases on ebay.de and to do your research before making a purchase.
Ebay.de and Dyson_Deutschland's Fraudulent System: My Unpleasant Experience
So, I recently made my first purchase on Ebay.de and I have to say, it was not a pleasant experience. I bought a Dyson Vacuum cleaner because there was a big discount on it. However, since it was my first time using the platform, I was a bit skeptical about the seller's reliability. So, I contacted Ebay.de twice to confirm if the seller was trustworthy and if the purchase was legit. Both times, Ebay.de assured me that the seller was reliable and that I could go ahead with the purchase.
But, just two days after I made the purchase, I received an email from the seller, dyson_deutschland, stating that there was some unusual activity on their Ebay marketplace and that the offers published were not genuine. They also recommended that I contact my bank to seek their advice on any action that I should take and that I should be extra vigilant in looking out for fraudulent activity.
I was shocked and angry to hear this. It was not my fault that there was a fraud in their system, yet they were making me responsible for getting my money back. I contacted Ebay.de again, but they did nothing to help me. I also contacted the seller, but they were not helpful either and just told me that they were evaluating the situation.
This is a complete joke! How can Ebay.de and dyson_deutschland not take any measures to refund the money I lost (200 euros) due to a fraud in their system? It's not fair that I have to suffer the consequences of their mistake. I trusted these companies, but they let me down.
I hope that Ebay.de and dyson_deutschland will take responsibility for their mistake and refund my money. I also hope that they will take measures to prevent such frauds from happening in the future. It's important for companies to be trustworthy and reliable, especially when it comes to online transactions. I'm disappointed with my experience on Ebay.de, and I hope that others will not have to go through the same ordeal.

eBay's Lack of Customer Service and Seller Accountability: A Review
ebay.com used to be the best place to buy and sell things, but now it's not so great. They only care about themselves and not their customers! They say they care about customer service, but they really don't. They have things like eBay bucks and buyer protection, but it doesn't help. They only did it because they knew they needed to protect buyers when things go wrong. I buy a lot on eBay, but I don't sell because I sell privately. I'm glad I don't sell on eBay because it would be twice as bad. The biggest problem is that eBay lets sellers with bad reviews keep selling. They say they have a process, but they don't punish sellers who scam buyers. I had a seller scam me out of $85 and leave a bad review. He even cussed me out in an email, but eBay did nothing. He's still selling! I also bought something from a seller with 1,759 negative feedbacks. How can they still sell? Feedback doesn't do anything to punish sellers. Scammers can still get your money and eBay can't stop it. Buyer protection takes too long to get your money back. eBay needs to let buyers block shady sellers and show seller ratings prominently. Sellers will do anything to keep a good rating. If eBay showed seller ratings like food places show their ratings, buyers would know what they're getting. I'm going to stop using eBay soon. I'll keep my account open, but I won't buy anything. I'll probably delete my account when they start sending me annoying emails. Etsy is better now. eBay needs to protect buyers and be clear about seller ratings.
I agree 100% ,that has been my experience.
My Experience with eBay: Pros and Cons of Buying and Selling on the Site
I've been using eBay since 2009 and it's been a great source of secondary income for me. I love that my products are exposed to a worldwide audience and I can build up my reputation as a seller. However, there are some downsides to using eBay that I want to share in this review.
First of all, eBay takes a 10% fee on whatever value you sell your product for, up to a maximum of $250. This isn't too bad compared to other auction sites that charge upwards of 20-30%. However, there are some hidden fees that can be confusing for new sellers. For example, eBay charges a 10% shipping fee and PayPal takes a 3.9% transaction fee. This can add up quickly and make it difficult to calculate the right price for your item.
Another issue I have with eBay is their "protection" plans. While I understand that eBay wants to help buyers and sellers, it can be taken too far sometimes. For example, if a buyer claims that a product is not in the condition as described, they can open a case against the seller and request a refund. If the seller doesn't comply, eBay will step in and deduct the money from the seller's account and refund the buyer. This can be frustrating for sellers who have provided proof that their product is genuine.
One of the biggest issues I have with eBay's protection plans is that they require the buyer to send the product back to eBay for inspection. If the product is found to be fake or not as described, eBay will destroy it. This can be a huge loss for sellers who have provided proof that their product is genuine. It's also frustrating for buyers who may have received a genuine product but are forced to return it because of eBay's policies.
Overall, eBay is a great place to buy and sell items. However, it's important to be aware of the fees and possible issues that may arise when using the site. If you're looking to buy an item for a lower price than retail, eBay is a great place to start. If you're looking to sell items for profit or to get rid of junk, eBay can also be a good option. Just be sure to do your research and understand the fees and policies before getting started.
eBay's Buyer Protection Program: A Warning to Sellers
I had a customer who bought a "high value" item from my eBay page for $750.00 or more. I shipped it with insurance for the declared value of the purchase price. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged, according to the buyer. The buyer received the item at a FedEx facility, removed it from the shipping carton, and discarded the carton. He placed the large, 50lb item in his car and drove 45 miles to his home. He removed the item from the internal packing and messaged me to inform me that the item was damaged. I apologized for the inconvenience and proceeded to submit the shipping insurance claim using the documentation/images of the damaged item provided by the buyer.
Obviously, I am at the mercy of the buyer providing the required information for the claim submission, or the lack thereof in this case. Insurance claims for shipping always require pictures of the outer package, the inner packing materials, and of course, the damaged item. The buyer claimed to notice slight damage to the outer shipping carton while he was at the FedEx facility where it was received, indicating that it had been dropped. However, he said nothing to facility personnel and discarded the box. Later, he apologized for not noting the damage while he was there (if in fact there was damage). So, no outer carton pictures were provided. Consequently, the FedEx claim was denied for lack of evidence of a damaged shipping carton.
So now, guess what? Yep! The seller has two options. Pay for the repairs to the item (which declared insurance coverage would have sufficed), or accept a return and refund the buyer for the full purchase amount, along with return shipping as per all the information above. ($1100. 00 USD total) The item was declared "Not As Described," as the item arrived damaged, at no fault of mine. The buyer had a fiduciary responsibility, and HE failed, not me! The fault here lies on the buyer for not disclosing adequate information to produce a positive outcome to the insurance claim.
Numerous messages were sent back and forth to eBay customer service stating that the buyer's negligence to produce adequate information resulted in the insurance claim denial. I thought, "Yeah man, I got this thing beat!" NOT! I submitted two written signed statements from the postal business center on their letterhead, where the item was shipped from. One stating that the package met required specifications for shipping, the other stating basically that the buyer did everything wrong and the seller did everything right. There was absolutely no swaying the decision of customer service to rule in my favor, even when creating reasonable doubt that the item was damaged prior to receipt (during shipping) as the buyer did not report any damage to the carton to FedEx, while he was still at the facility, which he had every opportunity to do so. The buyer failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the damage in fact did occur during shipping, hence the claim denial.
I was ultimately held liable for the cost of repairs to the item, which amounted to $800.00 USD. I guess I got lucky, as the buyer agreed to accept a partial refund for the cost of the repairs. The return shipping would have been $100.00, and the refund of the $999.00 purchase price.
Representation on the seller's side of eBay's bargaining table is non-existent in all "Request To Return" cases. The seller is always the bad guy no matter what and has absolutely no say in the ruling. NONE! ALL seller testimony was blatantly disregarded. If a case is opened against a seller by a buyer, don't waste your time fighting it. It won't do you any good. YOU WILL NOT WIN!
In a recent email, I asked eBay's customer service, "You obviously have the buyer protection program. Where do your seller protections lie?" She said, "The seller protection is the shipping insurance that you purchase." Well, what good is that if the buyer doesn't provide adequate information to produce a positive outcome to a claim? And neglects to report shipping damage to a facility where he received the item? I exercised that protection. I was told by customer service that eBay has limited resources to provide a ruling on a case, and shipping insurance was not one of those resources. WHAT? Their main limited resource is their narrow little minds!
As a result of this experience, I am no longer an eBay user, and neither is my wife, as she had a similar "not as described" experience. So, if you decide to become an eBay seller, this is what you can expect. Absolutely ZERO seller representation under the buyer protection program. Make your decision wisely. You have been warned!
Ebay Doesn't Care About Sellers: My Nightmare Experience
I've been sellin' on Ebay since 2002 and let me tell ya, it ain't all sunshine and rainbows. Ebay makes all their money from the fees they charge us sellers, but they don't do much to protect us from dishonest buyers. They always side with the buyer, even if their complaint ain't legit. And get this, they won't even let us leave negative feedback on a buyer's account! But buyers can leave negative feedback on our accounts, even if it ain't warranted. It's a bunch of baloney if ya ask me.
I had a real doozy of a situation with a buyer who bought one of my new items, used it, and then claimed it wasn't as described. I know for a fact that I described it accurately, but Ebay didn't care. They took control of the return process and charged me for the shipping costs both ways. And get this, they didn't even communicate with me until after the return had already been processed and my account charged! They didn't even give me a tracking number so I could see what was goin' on. And to top it all off, the return address they provided was wrong, so the package went to the wrong address. When I called to ask about it, the Ebay rep told me I was outta luck and that I should just "suck it up" and consider it a business loss. No apology, nothin'. It's like they don't care about us sellers at all.
And get this, they lied to me about being able to go through an appeals process once I got the package back. But when I tried to initiate it, they told me I couldn't because the package was delivered to the wrong address. So basically, they took the buyer's word over mine, charged me for the return, shipped it to the wrong address, and then refused to let me appeal the decision. It's a load of hogwash if ya ask me.
I'm done with Ebay. I pay $1100 a month in fees and they treat me like garbage. I'm movin' over to Amazon where the fees are more reasonable and they actually care about their sellers. To all you current Ebay sellers out there, be careful. If this happens to you, good luck gettin' any help from Ebay. They don't care about us at all.
eBay: A Thieving, Fraudulent, Mafia-Like Monster
I've been selling on eBay for a while now, and I used to be a top seller in both the United States and the UK. However, I've had some issues with scamming buyers and the fact that tracking wasn't available. Some buyers demanded a full refund for non-receipt, and I offered to re-send the product. However, instead of responding, they just escalated to eBay.
As a result, eBay punished me by making my Global Seller Rating: Below Average. This was unfair, as only one case was actually in the global region, and the rest were in the US, UK, and Germany. I thought it wouldn't matter since I was still a top seller in the US and UK, but I was wrong.
When I started selling on eBay again, I subscribed to an eBay store subscription. However, to my horror, I saw that no one was even finding my listings! I couldn't find them in search either! eBay support repeatedly gave me bogus reasons, such as that it's because I'm searching my own listings or that people from other regions see other results. But that's not it! Before, I could find them!
It turns out that just because my global seller status dropped below average, not only can no one from worldwide see my listings in search results, but no one from the regions I still have top seller status can find my listings either! eBay intentionally sabotaged and censored my listings without even informing me before not only paying $$$$ for many eBay listing features to be shown everywhere, but not even informing me that no one will be able to find my listings before subscribing to their store subscription!
I tried everything, contacting them over 20 times, but nothing worked. It's like they intentionally want to sabotage us! I tried to cancel the eBay store subscription, and to my horror, it wanted to charge me $94 for an early termination fee! For what?!?!?! They already charged us $20 for a store that is censored and hidden and basically for a service not provided!
When I contacted support to cancel the early termination fee, they said to cancel my subscription and have my account charged $94 and to contact them again for a refund. When I contacted them for a refund, they said I'd have to wait until next month when the invoice arrives, to "try and request a crediting of my account and hope it gets approved." To try and request?!?!? As if it's at their discretion to commit fraud and theft for services not provided?!?!?!?!?
I contacted them next month, and they didn't reply. I had to pester them and eventually told me they're sorry they can't refund me anything because my account has been credited last month, when in fact eBay support specifically said they won't credit me anything for my listing fees for listings which were censored intentionally without informing me beforehand! And after that, they dared to say "we value your business and as an eBay seller" and wishing me good health. Simply outrageous and insulting!
So what happened: even though support said they won't credit me anything for the listing fees, someone intentionally credited my account without informing me a measly $0.61 (61 cents) just so they'd have an excuse not to refund the illegally and fraudulently charge of $94 for an early termination fee of an eBay store that was censored and useless to begin with!
eBay fraudulently charged me $114 for services which they intentionally did not provide! eBay sabotaged my business and nearly bankrupted me if it wasn't for Amazon, killing my future and future businesses I would go and create. eBay lied, stole, and abused at every turn.
eBay shouldn't have restricted my ability to sell in the US and UK regions since I still had and have top seller status there, or at least they should have informed me beforehand! Before committing to spend money!
I went to BBB to no avail, they're useless, and eBay just gave me copy-paste templates. More so, I suspect going to BBB is what triggered them to intentionally sabotage me further by crediting my account with $0.61 just so they'd have an excuse not to refund the illegal charges. They then proceeded to threats that if I don't pay, they'll send collection agencies...
They limited my account and put it on hold. I paid their fraudulent $117 charge (they put penalties on it) and asked for my account to be reinstated. I asked when my global seller rating would be reset. No response whatsoever. They stole my money and buried me to the ground!
I swear, because of this, I'll make it one of my life's purposes to see this thieving and fraudulent company burned into the ground, along with everyone that was complicit in this sabotage, from support members to key people that put such illegal policies into place brought to justice.
And I urge everyone to do the same, everyone who's ever been wronged by eBay, to stand up and bring it to justice! To expose eBay for the thieving, fraudulent, mafia-like monster that it is!
And now my hand twitches uncontrollably due to the levels of stress, outrage, and anger these scams have subjected me to.

Ebay Review: High Fees, Confusing Rules, and Unhelpful Customer Service
I've been using eBay for over a decade now and I must say, it has been quite a journey. I have sold hundreds of items and paid thousands in fees, but I have never had an issue with eBay's services. However, I have noticed that their rules can be quite ridiculous and their fees are unprofitable for sellers. I have also listed items that get hidden every month from the audience, which is quite frustrating. If my listings truly got full audience, eBay wouldn't have to nag me to lower my prices constantly, which in turn is getting pennies on the dollar. They always find ways to milk money out of you.
Moreover, the scammers on this website are unbelievable. I never had an issue until I sold a digital code, where eBay doesn't CLEARLY specify that it's prohibited. In fact, tens and tens of individual sellers sell codes and upon listing, eBay doesn't say it's not allowed, their help page was confusing. I sold a digital code, the buyer left feedback, and I sent the code to him via eBay messages (in eBay's platform). Days later, he files a dispute with his original payment. Upon research, I find out that the buyer was a scummy 12-year-old kid who made an account, hid his feedback (yes, they can make feedback private now) so no one could see he only buys digital game codes and then does chargebacks on them. In other words, this buyer preys on sellers yet gets away with it. Imagine a platform where the company cares so little that 12-year-olds are on there scamming honest sellers? This is so embarrassing for me.
There's no way to leave buyers negative feedback and now they're even allowed to hide their feedback. Also, he's still allowed to have his account after he made a chargeback. eBay refused to help me because I didn't have a tracking number. Apparently, eBay doesn't "recommend" selling digital codes but they don't flat out ban it. Yet the buyers are allowed to buy these codes, scam and sellers can't do anything about it. We're living in 2021 and this is how eBay is set up which is unbelievable.
Not only that, but eBay's pages are all confusing, their website is different designs, mixed up and completely impossible to find real info. Seller central is a mess. Some of their help pages still say "Paypal" this and that yet eBay has ditched Paypal some time ago. This website has been outdated and customer service is useless and won't help if you're scammed. EBay doesn't flag these scammers?both buyer and seller. I reported scammer accounts, nothing was done.
Also, the "local pickup" concept is very confusing so be careful. If a buyer contacts you to buy your items outside of eBay, but doesn't actually buy it on eBay to "pick up", it's an automatic temporary ban on you, eBay will give you a defect, can't sell for two weeks AND eBay will take the final value fee for that item. How does eBay justify this? They have a bot that picks up messages between buyers/sellers and if you end the listing of the product around the time you spoke to the potential buyer, eBay will assume you "sold it" even if you didn't (and sold it elsewhere).
Lastly, avoid buying from Chinese and foreign sellers. I was scammed by one. The item's shipping time was about a month and it never came. I contacted the seller, but the next thing the seller said was that s/he shipped another one out but refused to give a tracking number for it. I stupidly waited because I thought the seller was honest, but it never happened. I waited and contacted the seller constantly who kept saying the same thing "hold on, we'll check your order", which isn't true. I realize the seller purposely delayed just to get out of Paypal's refund window. So basically, Paypal refused to help me (at the time) and I couldn't leave negative feedback for the seller. The seller also continued to sell and wasn't penalized.
Paypal is no longer used on eBay but now eBay can directly take money out of my bank account whenever they feel. Sell your stuff anywhere else. There's plenty of other platforms.
High fees! They said their fees may be less after leaving Paypal but instead, it's been the same flat 12.5% + $0.30 per sale which eBay can now hold for more interest. It only deposits on "business" days, so if you're waiting on that money to pay for shipping or need it immediately, tough luck! Their fees are RIDICULOUS. I've worked hard to list and sell (2) $1800 items and eBay got to keep $216 for each of them FOR NO REASON. They didn't even help me when I was scammed yet they were taking these ridiculous amounts of money on commissions! A serious rip off!
A good suggestion from me is to simply spread your products on multiple platforms. Every platform has bad customers but at least I feel like other platforms actually work on banning scamming sellers and buyers. Ebay just lets this happen over and over. If you're a seller, be careful and don't sell to people who have no feedback, new account or hide their feedback. For buyers, ask all questions before buying and do research. If it's too good to be true, then it is. Lastly, how silly are buying scammers on eBay to pull a scam after they provided you their full physical/shipping address, name and everything. So insane!

Ebay donations
I am an avid purchaser with Ebay and have maintained an account with them since 1996. Many is the times upon purchasing something from a seller weather it be a personal item or that of a store or business through them, I would find, at the BUY NOW level, an oportunity to donate to a to worthy cause such as The Childrens Cancer Society, Chrones Colitis Foundation, Muscular Distrophy, M.S. and so on. Donating to a cause such as St. Jude, for example, helps parents whose children have been strickin with Cancer, a devastating illness which impacts the lives of all concerned and who of which, need all the help and support they can get. I went to make a pudrchase on Ebay on June 10th. When I got to the BUY IT NOW page, I was asked if I would like to make a donation to this comunity. This is what I found.
Donate to charity (optional)

As of today, I am canceling my 7 year old account with Ebay. Donations are supposed to help people in need. This is disgraceful.
Desired outcome: Remove this donation request from your website. Ebay does not allow you to send emails directly to them, that is why I am complaining about it here, in the hopes that you can make it reach the proper channels at EbayThank You

Product not received: wooden hammock frame, Order #[protected]
Ordered wooden hammock frame from (?) eliezer-64 back on may 20th, 2023. Received notification it was out for delivery, and delivered on may 24th. It was not. I never received the hammock frame. Instead on may 24th, I received a large box with a jigsaw game board inside, via amazon. Not even sure this was from eliezer-64? Requested hearing. Was told to wait until after june 6th. Received email on june 6th saying case closed, without getting to give my imput. Gave my cell, [protected], to customer service on (?) may 25th via email. Requested to have ebay, and or shipper call me to straighten out problem. No one bother to call me. Just case closed. Shipper is insinuating I received, and am a liar. Shipper never called me. I am boiling angry. I want my full refund: $197.06, and I want a live reply from your customer service today. Call me. I sent pictures of box and shipping label to you. No reply? Call me, I will be civil, [protected].
Desired outcome: I WANT A FULL REFUND, A CALL FROM A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER. AND AN APOLOGY FOR INSINUATING I STOLE YOUR HAMMOCK. TO DATE YOU/SHIPPER HAVE STOLEN MY $197.06 FROM ME. I WILL NEVER STOP UNTIL I GET MY JUST DUE FULL REFUND.
EBAY/SHIPPER: eliezer_64 are stealing from me, $197.06. How does your inept Customer Service not respond to my request for a phone call for 13 DAYS, and then just close my case without giving me a chance to provide input. Very insulting, when you insinuate that I stole the hammock frame, THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. I think shipper sent the wrong item, which I still have. You can pick it up anytime AT YOUR EXPENSE, FROM MY HOUSE, AFTER A LIVE CUST. SER. AGENT HAS THE DECENCY TO CALL ME. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! MOST INSULTING. EBAY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DESIGNED NOT TO ALLOW A CUSTOMER TO SPEAK TO A LIVE AGENT. MY FIRST, AND CERTAINLY MY LAST TIME USING EBAY. HOW CAN A MULTI BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION HAVE SUCH AN INEPT, UNRESPONSIVE, UNCARING, NOT-GIVE-A-DAMN CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT? WORST CORPORATION I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THE WORST. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. EVERY PENNY.

Account suspension
Twice Ebay has temporarily suspended my account for mistakenly charging me for violating their alcohol sales policy. The problem is I didn't and don't sell alcohol, just collectible empty bottles. That is clearly stated in my For Sale listing. They are telling me my representative photos are not allowed. Their written policy makes no references to photos at all, let alone what are and are not acceptable. They promised me they would review my case and notify me in 48 hours. They never got back to me.
Desired outcome: Remove all Suspensions action and return my account to full operation.
Stealing massive amounts of time screwing with my shipping options and prices, preventing sales
They say the system is down. And now down intermittingly. Right now it has free Overnight shipping to the buyers. This after taking me through some major maze to put shipping business policies on the computer (one that I don't know will jive with the multiple items discount, looks like it won't -- assuming this is ever corrected). I was revising to work around and it suddenly stopped allowing me to revise. They have done a lot of strange stuff in the name of "security" to block me from my account (from them?) . I can change my profile name again on 6/3...I NEVER CHANGED MY PROFILE NAME. Thanks, ebay for that "security help" and NOTHING WILL SELL TODAY with screwy shipping messages. I have also not received feedback for the last 20 items. NO WAY they didn't try to send feedback. Something is very dirty.
Refund
on April 17, 2023, I sold an iMac computer to a buyer on eBay. On April 21, the buyer requested a refund because of damage. I believe the buyer did the damage because the box was not damaged. I called eBay & the representative told to pay to have the item returned. When it arrived, pay the refund & then file an appeal. I did what I was told & when I tried to start an appeal, I was told that since I had refunded the buyer, I couldn't start an appeal. when I complained, I was told they would look into it. On May 6, I was sent an email stating that I would receive a refund because I was given wrong information. On May 16, I received an e-mail stating they would not refund me anything. I can send a copy of both emails if you can make a way to send documents.
Desired outcome: Get my refund.
Ebay sent my items to the wrong address. When I contacted them they locked me out of my account. My email address is [protected]@aol.com.
My name is Terry Trainor promblem started today 03rd May 2023.
Hi I am an Ebay customer and I have just bought five items and they have been sent to the wrong address. After talking to customer services for so long my phone ran out of charge. Five of my purchaces have been sent to the wrong address. Customer Services said they would help me but instead they locked me out of my account. Because I could not access my account there is no way I can contact the sellers, I have paid for all my items. I repeatedly told two customer service advisors the had the wrong address on my accouny. They kept on telling me it was the correct address. I told them the correct address several times but the would not listen. I paid for a lot of camping gear including tent and hook up cables. I am going to play the age card is it is important so you can see the problems. I am an elderly, disabled gentleman who's wife has recently passed away, to make things worse I buried my son last Christmas. I have been indoors on my own for some time so I was looking forward to this holiday. I have paid all the holiday costs and travel costs on top of what I spent on Ebay. What a terrible way to treat somebody.
Desired outcome: Let me into my account and then re-route my items to my correct address. 8 Puxley Road, Deanshanger MK196JB.
Concrete bench, reindeer and others
Please can you tell me why when I have sold my stuff ( a number of items ) I still haven’t been paid? I have sold them a while ago and you have kept my money? That is theft!
When a seller sells an item it is to get paid for it and yet you repeatability keep keeping my money?
Give me my money, it belongs to me!

Selling's listing was a fraud.
Seller listed a Dyson V10 Power head as being genuine Dyson Product.
Called Dyson with the serial number and was told it was Not a Dyson unit.
Including shipping, I have 97.50 invested in this knockoff unit. Bought it to replace the V10 I have since I have all the accessories for the V10. Turns out it is more like a V11. Most of the V10 accessories do not work.
Contacted the seller and finally E bay had to step in as the seller would not give me a refund. He finally offered me a $30.00 refund and keep the unit. I agreed.
I then received a notice that I had to send back the unit. That was not the agreement. I was going to cost me $17.00 to return the unit and that would make the refund net out at $13.00. I contacted E bay and got no answer for a couple of week and then got a notice that since I did not send a tracking number to the seller, the case was closed and I would get not refund.
This is a deliberate case of fraud and E bay is letting it go thru.
Desired outcome: At least the $30.00 offered with me keeping the unit.

I recently purchased an item through ebay. The item did not perform as expected. When I attempted to contact ebay to return the item I seem to have run into one obstacle after another. I found it nearly impossible to contact ebay and resolve the issue. Lacking the ability to communicate with ebay I felt that I had no choice but to contact the credit card company and have he charges reversed. For whatever reason companies generally appear to not care to communicate with their customers; just send the money and keep your mouth shut is their attitude. Because ebay makes it impossible to communicate with them regarding problems, this purchase represents my final transaction with ebay.
Account suspension
Dear Complaints Board,
I am writing to file a complaint against eBay for suspending my account without any reason. My store name is Saga_super_store. I have been a seller on eBay for several years and have maintained a good 5-star sales record. However, my account was recently suspended without any warning or explanation.
I have contacted eBay's customer service multiple times to inquire about the reasons for my account's suspension, but have not received any clear answers. I have provided all the necessary information and documentation to support my request for reinstatement, but to no avail.
I have invested a lot of time, effort, and resources into building my eBay business under the name Saga_super_store, and this sudden suspension has caused a significant loss to my income. I believe that eBay's decision to suspend my account without any reason is arbitrary and unjust, and I am deeply disappointed by their lack of transparency and communication.
Therefore, I kindly request the Complaintsboard to intervene and facilitate the reinstatement of my eBay account, Saga_super_store. I believe that I have not violated any of eBay's policies or rules, and I deserve to have my account reinstated so that I can continue to sell my products and serve my customers.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a prompt resolution of this issue.
Sincerely,
Sagheer Anjum

Case # [protected] However, I would like to file a complaint about how eBay handled this case and damage my business. I have been selling with eBay for 10 years and DO NOT be reminded how to handle shipping. If you took the time to read all the notes with this sale you would see that 3 eBay agents assured me that a buyer has no right to get a refund. Simply said the sale condition was 30 days delivery and no return. Apparently this person had a buyer s remorse and wanted to cancel 2 days after the purchase. He clearly violated eBay rules of making false statements of not delivery. The eBay company failed to protect my rights as a seller and sided with the lying buyer. In Spite of all my phone conversations with your agents they made a decision to believe the buyer and created another person to take advantage of the not so good system and possibly do the same thing in the future. I made an effort to have the item shipped earlier by contacting the mint to have a direct shipment to a buyer. I spent a lot of time with this buyer to negotiate and make his purchase delivered this coming week. Your decision almost cost me $1000 plus shipping. In conclusion I am going to address this situation where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing unless I get justice and compensation for lost business. Kind regards Marcela Johnston
