birthday arrangement fruit basket order #w0071248493
I placed an order on November the 7th for my mother's birthday which was the next day. They delivered the basket and the balloons. When I received it the fruit number was broken In half and the sole of the fruits looked discolored. How can I give this as a gift. When I called the store and spoke to the manager Michelle she was not able to help me get a refund. She insisted in sending another one out but by then it would be too late and I was just completely disgusted with the product and lack of customer service I received. How could you send something or that to a paying customer. This is the store in Laurel Maryland. I don't think I will ever order from this business ever again. First experience was completely unsatisfactory. Why isn't there an 800 number where I can speak to a regional manager or corporate that can be able to handle such issues? I won't ever recommend this place to anyone I know.

unprofessionalism/ missed delivery
I placed an order for a Birthday Delivery at a Business. I called the morning of the delivery at 9:11am ( Nov. 5) . The Rep who answered the phone stated that the order was out for delivery. I asked if there was a designated time for delivery as online it says" track your order" but doesn't fully allow access of "tracking" benefits. I was told that the delivery to businesses will be done by 4pm. I advised the rep that the recipient gets off at 4pm and what would happen if it was not delivered on time. He stated it would be left there! Which defeats the purpose of the order! As its Fruit and Perishable! I called again at 3:07pm when I had not heard from the recipient . I Was Then advised that the order was being delivered. The driver called the recipient at 4:00pm and said he was on his way. The recipient had to wait 15 mins ( after his shift at work) for the driver to come to receive a delivery when he should have been gone to catch his next reservation. He missed his scheduled train that only runs hourly! This was supposed to be a special delivery for someones birthday and it was ruined. The Drivers only response was " Sorry Man!" I called at 6:07pm and the rep stated that the Rep I spoke to at 9:07am gave me wrong information and had a "whatever" attitude! The customer service was completely unacceptable across the board. I could never order from Edible Arrangements again. Horrible Service Indeed
employee hung up on me after order not delivered
I placed an order for a surprise delivery to my aunt in Orlando ( W0070916440). I received an email indicated that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful and there was nothing for me to do at this time. I waited and never heard from the company, so I assumed the delivery was successful. I then contacted my cousin as I never heard from my aunt and he stated that there was no delivery and no notice left indicating an attempt.
Today I contacted the store to follow up and reached an employee who told me that the attempt was unsuccessful and that a notice was left because the manager himself attempted to make the delivery. I explained that there was none from what I was advised, however the arrangement was never delivered as well as no attempt was made to contact me. He advised the store was closing in an hour and there is nothing he can do today. He suggested I call on Monday and speak to the manager to basically discuss whether a notice was left at the door or not. I explained that I am interested in having the arrangement that I paid for delivered and I don't understand why he/she couldn't arrange for a Monday delivery. At that point I asked for his/her name which I didn't completely catch at the beginning of the conversation. She/He asked why did I need that. I explained that If I needed to wait until Monday to speak to the manager, I wanted to reference who I spoke with today. He/She stated "you don't need my name, you need to speak to the manager on Monday. Why do you need my name?" As I tried recollect his/her name, I asked if the name I heard earlier was Oreatha and he/ she stated yes. I asked for the spelling and she/he stated "you don't need my name" and hung up. I can't believe the lack of service and respect for something I have spent my hard earned money for and still have nothing to show for it. The surprise is ruined and I feel like I've been stolen from! I've called back and have been unable to reach anyone. This is unacceptable service, or lack there of! Never again!
chocolate dipped strawberries
I purchases 4 boxes of the six Dipped strawberries for bosses day. I arrived to pick them up, the rep had them all boxed together so I had to have him re-box them. Upon getting home, I opened them to find half were mush and only dipped in chocolate, unlike the description on the ad, they were to be a variety and they were not. Most of them were small, no stems and hardly any chocolate. These were terrible. I had to go purchase chocolate, nuts, etc to make them halfway presentable. I had to throw away half of them because they were mush! I have tried contacting the store management, with no reply back. This was my first time buying from Edibles and I will never buy again! I want a refund for these. I have pictures of these as well to show the poor quality. Spend $20 each I should at least get good quality!

My daughter was hired at one of the omaha locations, and upon arriving for her 2nd day of work she was told that they forgot that they hired her, and they hired someone else. How does that happen?
she wasted her time and gas and was treated with no respect at all. What kind of store manager cant remember that they hired you? i hope she at least gets paid for the 1 hour she worked last week to pay for all the gas she wasted going there. I will most likely never return to any of your locations. Due to how people are treated when hired and the lack of respect towards people, it makes you wonder what else management is forgetting?

Yesterday I went to the location on poplar and kirby in Memphis not only did they have a sign up for one cup of fruit per customer the fruit was chopped up in the cup so then I still purchase three cups of fruit because I had my self and my two daughters with me the sad part is the fruit was so hard it broke my baby tooth off she is six years old because the pineapple, cantaloupe, melon was hard like they just cut it up to save fruit and didn't check it to see how hard it was. Very very disappointed

I am a repeat customer for many years and love your products, however this last order will unfortunately be my final. I placed an order on Sunday 9/2/18 to be delivered on Monday 9/3/18 (Labor Day). All day Monday I tracked my order to which it said "order received by store". Knowing that past deliveries have been delivered early with no problems, I finally called the store at 4pm. The phone kept ringing with no recording of them being closed. I had looked up the hours for Labor Day which said open from 9am-7pm. I understand it was a holiday and times change but my order receipt said "Delivery Monday 9/3/18". The day came and went and no delivery, no phone call, no email, no nothing. Tuesday morning I called customer service and explained my issue and that I felt I was due some sort of credit for the miscommunication. The woman told me I would get a phone call from the store and could take it up with them. Well a week later I still have not received any calls from anyone. I spent over $100 on that order that wasnt received the day it was supposed to be. I own my own business and I know that with all of the competition in similar businesses, customer service is a key to success. I will no longer be a customer of Edible Arrangements. Thank you for great past experiences, except the last!
A very nice lady called and offered me a $30 credit toward future purchases or a free $30 box of chocolte covered fruit free delivery! Obviously I took the food!

I place my order for Product Code: 5708 Game Day Delight - Football Edible® Donut, for me to pick up at the Oyster Point location. She would not honor the $5 coupon code QWZJH85794, that I received in my Email from the reward program. I ask for the reason and she could not give me one, other than to call corporate. Her service to me seemed racial motivated, as she stated the Coliseum Crossing store could better serve my needs, when I explained to her that her location was closer to my place of business on Thimble Shoals, she was not apologetic regarding the code not working. I felt like I was begin discriminated against because I'm an African American and the Oyster Point location is predominant Caucasian clientele. I have never been treated like this from any place of business. I will share with my family and friends not to use the Oyster Point location for any reason regardless of their race. I purchased an arrangement for my anniversary to my husband. It was supposed to be delivered on 8/30. Order number W0069978400. Total $85.16. The location will not return my call, they do not have voicemail set up and have yet to deliver anything. He waited around until 6 pm at work to wait on the delivery. On the website it says business deliveries will be no later than 5 pm on the actual day of delivery. I would like a refund since this business has stole my money. Store #619

My name is Kevin Jones and yesterday I attempted to surprise my girlfriend, Luane Brien who works Downtown Phoenix at the Indian Health Services (IHS). I placed order with above store (online) and expected my order to be delivered sometime yesterday before the end of workday 9am-5pm. I received a call from the delivery driver at approximately 5:15pm yesterday stating that she attempted to deliver my order at 3pm and 5pm and was unsuccessful. I advised her that my girlfriend typically leaves at 5pm so she would have to try again tomorrow. She stated she that she would make sure they delivered it 1st thing Friday (today) morning. I never received a notification that it was delivered so I called the store at 10:30am and spoke with manager, Tesa who was rude and unwilling to resolve my issue but transferred me to the driver who continued to give me excuses why she failed to deliver my gift, she was also very argumentative and stubborn to my dissatisfaction of how this was handled. I asked to speak back to manager and was kept on hold for 15 minutes and no one came back to the phone to speak to me. I am a loyal customer and am completely dissatisfied with how I was treated. They ruined a special moment for me and my girlfriend and was unwilling to make it right. Please call me at [protected].

I was trying to cancel my order for almost four days each time I called the store I was told the manager will call me back to cancel. Three days later still no phone call from the Manger to cancel what kind of business doesn't have a Manger available in there store for that many days? I will never order from these guys again. Their order cancel need to be improve because they way it is now is unacceptable.

My mom never received her arrangement for her Birthday. Unable to reach anyone at the store until today 7.30.18. Order # W0069321802. No birthday balloons available. Had the same expereince for Fathers day. My dad didnt receive his gift until the following Monday. Will never order anymore arrangements again. The only resolution was adding extra fruit. Poor customer service at this location. Dont live in the same states as my parents who are senior citizens and tried to make their day as special as possible.

I was on military duty and I just wanted to get something nice for my wife that I know she likes. I ordered a box fruit dipped in chocolate, with a small fruit basket on 6/28/18 at 4:56pm. The bayonne store it was being made at closes at 8. It said that it would be delivered same day which it wasn't. I waited and waited and waited. Called the store multiple times and nobody answered nobody gave me a call. So here it is now the 29th of July and still no delivery. I was charged the 63 dollars and havent received a single product or even phone call. This sucks and makes me look like a liar to my wife because I told her I had something being delivered for her. I hate this situation. I'm trying to call them now and there Is no answer yet.
the customer service was terrible
I was in your Cedar Hill location on the 1st of July. As I was placing my order to be picked up on the 3rd. One of the employees was helping another customer, saying that the small arrangement which was 29.00 was the CHEAP arrangement and she didn't like it. And she continued to say it over and over again. So I then asked what did that mean.
The lady that was actually placing my order told me that it means that they DON'T put much EFFORT into the small ones. That the large ones were much easier to do, and they looked better. I then told her that I thought that was poor customer service. And that it shouldn't matter which arrangement you purchase, they should never not put EFFORT into anything that a CUSTOMER is purchasing. I then told her to cancel my order and I left.
the fruit was hard
I ordered my daughter a pre 21st birthday arrangement and went in the Lyndhurst, Ohio store. The young man was very nice, however, the fruit was hard. I have ordered from this location before and never had an issue. I'm so disappointed and so was my daughter. I purchased this arrangements on June 30, 2018 a week prior to my daughter's birthday. I know this wasn't the largest product there but, I still feel the quality should have been good.
rewards issue/complaint
I have both Canadian (active with rewards) and US (started, not active) accounts with Edible Arrangements (EA) after moving to California. I did not receive my birthday gift on May 11 and called to complain with the local Canadian store - they prepared it and I was able to have family pick it up on May 17 (as I was back in California). Now, I have come to find out that they used my 3rd purchase reward code (expires tomorrow) rather than actually gifting me. The local Canadian store is willing to resolve but no US store will accept my "Canadian reward code". I simply want to receive my rewards - I understand from your policy, terms and conditions that you are an International Company and therefore I would hope I could redeem a code regardless of whether I am in Canada or US. Although I love gifting, I choose EA over other gifts because of the reward incentives - hoping I can get a box for myself in future. My complaint now goes beyond this due to a lack of customer service. I have called all numbers possible with full solution or response [protected]) - prompt option 1 for USA, 3 for other options than ordering...connect me to local US stores who have no solution and are unsure why I was connected through to them. Then there is [protected] which is almost always "closed" in the afternoon and today (Saturday) OR I hold and listen to music/promos/statements for 30+ mins with no connection to a rep. After searching and more frustration, I am here. If I do not receive a response and rectification to all, I will move my business elsewhere. I have many family/friends to gift whilst living abroad and would like to work with companies who pride themselves in care and service. Hoping to hear from you.
fruit basket
I normally would never do this but I'm beyond frustrated and upset. Due to my friends zip code had to use Edible Arrangements in East Windsor. I ordered a basket for my friend who's mother in law passed away. She text me when she got basket and sent me a picture thanking me. I called to complain not only did it look horrible and not arranged properly but they forgot the chocolate strawberries and grapes. I explained to manager the situation and she apologized and said the girl admitted she messed up and would get me another basket with a free box of chocolates. I said that would be fine and I asked if would be delivered that day and she said yes. That was Friday. She never received it by Friday night, so I wrote a bad review on their page and owner reached out saying he would correct it Saturday morning. Around noon Saturday still haven't heard anything so I outreached again. The next sob story was its Father's day weekend and please wait until Monday and I assure you will be handled correctly. I again stupidly agreed. So... finally Monday NIGHT she gets the basket. And look at this disgrace. Again white chocolate not milk chocolate. No grapes and arranged nothing like picture or worth $100 and no free box of chocolate. I'm so frustrated. I have never experienced customer service like this and especially dealing with the owner of the business. I got a complete run around not only was the product nothing like the picture I order but items were missing both times. Please help!

I called Mayfield Heights, Ohio, Store. Spoke to an employee, male. He took my order, never gave me an order number. I gave him my phone number the phone number of my daughter (who was to receive the product). I gave him the address to which he was to deliver it and it was never delivered.
My daughter received a call from (supposedly) the driver, he stated he could not find the correct address. My daughter gave him her hotel address but he never delivered it there. My daughter never got her Edible Arrangements! It's too late now! Birthday surprise is OVER! Thanks alot!

wrong delivery
I put an order in for Father's Day for my fiance when the package got there someone else sign for it at his job it ended up being eaten by all of his co-workers he didn't even see the package until the end of the day when he found the rest of it in the garbage. I called and ask to speak to the manager the next day he wasn't in I have to wait a few more days to hear from someone when I finally heard from someone they left me a message on 6/19 saying to call them back. I called back and they never called me back. I haven't been able to get in touch with the manager he called my fiance's job and threatened to come down and basically get him fired for complaining about this. He told my fiance never to call there again and that they will be problems for us if we did. my situation was never resolved I never got an apology I never got another basket sent out I never got my money back they did nothing but basically tell me to shove it. The principal of the matter I'm a customer paying customer I paid $100 for a basket that my fiance never got and the least they can do is give me a call back without threatening me without making me feel like I'm making up false accusations I have pictures to prove that it was thrown in the garbage his co-workers admitted to throwing it in the garbage I would at least like an apology from the manager who basically told my husband my fiance to shove it.
father’s day order, placed days ahead of time
I scheduled a pick up time for first available Sunday morning, i places this order at the store Friday afternoon. I chose pick up because i knew delivery times weren't guaranteed. I went to pick up my arrangement that i had spent $100 on. When i got there 1 person was ahead of me and 2 walked in after. We were waiting so long that we all shared our horror stories of the day, mine was not ready, the other lady was still waiting, another lady had an order that was not ready and one they could not find her order. After about 20 minutes of waiting and employee came out and said there were no more bbq pit vases and it would be about 30 minutes until they arrive. I asked for a different case and similar value added to it. The employee said she would check, she ran in and out of the back about 10 times relating messages before myself and another asked for a manager to come out, we then waited another 10 minutes. The lady i was waiting with finally canceled her order and asked for a refund the manager finally came out told me to stop yelling. I was not yelling i was asking how she planned on fixing the fact that my arrangement was first pick up and there were others sitting in the freezer she said oh well you can wait or you can get a refund there's nothing else i can help you with. Let's start with her unprofessional attitude where she was blank faced and rolling her eyes then let's get to the fact that she had on sweat pants, no bra and an under shirt like she had crawled out of bed. I am highly disappointed and fully intend on reporting this to the bbb. I have ordered with y'all before and have never been so horrified. She said her name was Jessica but also rolled her eyes and walked back to the back which i highly doubt was real information. It is Father's Day of all days and my time was wasted and order unfulfilled.
