Acrylic Ice Table Vase Decoration
I had actually placed two different orders for the ice decorations. When I order the second time, I mistakenly ordered the smaller ones. However, it turned out to be a good mistake. These acrylic ice decorations will be beautiful on the tables at my sons wedding. I was looking for navy tablecloths for my daughters wedding. After reading some reviews I was a little hesitate to order from them. However their price was so much better than any I had found and I was ordering well in advance of date, I decided to take the chance. And I am so glad I did. They arrived when they said they would. I have taken all 12 tablecloths out and inspected. They are perfect! As long as I can t the wrinkles out okay I'm good. And budget is not busted!

I have read so many bad reviews but I don't go off others experience so I chose to take a chance and I ordered 55 purple mesh chair sashes. And I ordered June 18th it was to arrive June 29th. So I went and ordered them and they came June 23rd way before time. I'm doing my own reception decor and I am thankful they came before time now I can relax and wait until my wedding day July9th 2017. I think they are lovely. We have had to change the date of the wedding until next year due to the pandemic but these will work wonderfully for the arch they will be married under. I have now ordered the cream to go with it. I had also ordered roses for the tables with this order and they are beautiful too. My daughter loved both. So with the cream Wisteria vine I also ordered the large roses garland in rose gold that will be the front of the arch just like in your picture. They are going to just be gorgeous. Thank you

I purchased the new black disposable masks, silicone ear adjusters for the masks, and small spray bottles to transfer sanitizer from a bigger bottle. I have ordered from eFavorMart before, and I am very happy with the products. They were shipped promptly and the prices are awesome! A couple of my mask boxes arrived slightly crushed, but it didn't affect the product inside. I wish the shipping rate were a little lower... I don't always need to spend as much just to get free shipping. Will definitely order from this company again!

I'm impressed with the quality I get for the price. Home Depot charges up to 3x more for the same stuff. I'm sure HD is slightly better, but for my application, it's not worth the higher price.
On another note, which has nothing to do with eFavormart itself, is the UPS; Boy are they a real letdown. I'm only 10 minutes away from their UPS warehouse in Baldwin Park, but had to wait 2 weeks before I got the items. Using live tracking, these items somehow were put on the truck for 4-5 days straight, the driver got as close as a couple of blocks away, then went back to their UPS warehouse in Baldwin Park without even coming by. This process repeated for four days until they finally delivered it. EFavormart, please file this complaint to UPS. Thank you!

After spending a very lengthy amount of time chatting with customer service, they said that was what they carried and could only offer me a 30% discount and that was that. If I receive an incorrect item, I expect a FULL refund. This is a dishonest company with false advertising. I will NEVER order from them again.

We are so pleased with all of the products I received. I ordered the 24" pair along with 2 matching sets of 18", 24", 36" & 40" for wedding decor. These will be used to line the wedding isle. They matched the triangular arch so well that was also ordered which will be used at the front of the ceremony. The speed in which they were delivered after the order was placed was remarkable. The price was very reasonable, much less than the rental of less desirable products. We are super excited for the June wedding. Pictures to come!

The fraudulent business practices of Ya YA Creations
The fraudulent business practices of Ya YA Creations ranks them among the scum of the internet. It was my experience this last July 18th, to lend a helping hand to my older sister, with a wedding thrown for her daughter and my niece. I arrived a day before the wedding to help with preparations for the reception. What I found was a mad and unnecessary dash to beat the clock, as my sister had to make a last minute purchase of 25 replacement table clothes which would need ironing? all a result of Ya YA Creations' failure to ship what they promised. Now mistakes are made, it is not uncommon to order one thing and receive something entirely different, quite by accident. However, this was not a case of mistaken order identity. My sister ordered a single tablecloth in March of this year so that she could examine its quality. Because that tablecloth was in new and acceptable condition, she put in the full order. What she received appeared to be 25 used table clothes, nearly all of them stained by something appearing to be grease and possibly rust based. It was unclear as to whether the stains were the result of prior use or a problem in manufacturing and/or packaging. Ya Ya Creations' mistake in shipment, lousy customer service and dishonest response was absolutely appalling. Adding to the frustration was the need to iron the replacement table clothes purchased, last minute, at various Walmart stores. I personally ironed many of the replacement tablecloths until after three in the morning on the day of the wedding. Ultimately, at issue here is the despicable response of Ya YA Creations in their attempt to paint themselves as the victim in this case. Frankly it makes me sick, because they know how maliciously dishonest they are being, yet they have attempted to get away with it. After lodging her initial complaint with Ya Ya Creations, my sister was told that they felt she had used them, but if she was to return them, she would be reimbursed for their cost. The fact is, of course, that she did not use them, but returned them in the same condition they arrived in. When Ya YA Creations received the merchandise back, they then refused to reimburse her, claiming that she had used them. This is all very interesting, because at this point they had possession of the tablecloths rendering her unable to prove to anyone their condition. So she is now out the cost of the tablecloths, $227.20 and the shipping cost of $40. Ya Ya Creations' bogus claim can not be proven, and there are several witnesses that can and are attesting to the condition of the merchandise when it arrived. The BBB now has an open case with this horrible excuse for a company, and many of us will be lodging separate complaints on appropriate web pages like this one. Interestingly, there already exists on various sites, enough ammunition to alert the public, but we can not help but add fuel to the fire that will hopefully keep the consumer away from Ya Ya altogether. This kind of consumer abuse has risen to new heights with the advent of the internet. Precedent needs to be established, because thievery via the internet highway is no less robbery than thievery on our streets.

I booked a vacation stay from AirBNB for one month from December 20,2020 to January 22,2021 in Houston ,TX on December 15,2020. Firstly the host was very unprofessional and not responsive as i called him so many times before i reached to the Unit however he never responded for my call even when i reached there.Also for the key of the unit i had to ask him several times(the host should to be proactive right?). it is all on the company chat prove is there on conversation with host. He was aware of my ETA since I was driving from FL to TX and i informed him in advance it was 1Am 21dec.Due to unavoidable circumstances i couldn't reach at 1am which was informed to host by me.Instead i reached at 7.00Am on Dec 21,2020 and found that in order to get into the apartment there is a main gate and the call goes to the host n he has to accept the call in order to drive in i waited for more than 30mins but he didn't accept the call .I was never informed about this prior by the host so i realised if i have to stay for a month how this is going to work(what if I am out and reach late at night and if he doesn't respond to the call i will be stuck outside).if he would have told me prior about this i wouldn't have booked it.This is a complete Nuisance.Later he was sending messages on chat saying i cant take the call. I called on the host personal number several times but he never responded to my calls somehow i got into the apartment building with the help of someone else.(someone from the area helped). when i got into the apartment? Honestly saying the linens and towels( no extra towels)were dirty and due to the pandemic going on i decided not to stay and made an immediate call to AIRbnb from where i have purchased and spoke to customer rep and informed all about the situation .first agent i spoke to was okay me n my wife leaving the unit. While leaving the unit i got a call from Airbnb and spoke to another agent n explained all over again.And in response she did not give any resolution instead she asked me to cancel and there will be no refund.i even asked for the alternative accommodation(rebook)but she denied and said will arrange a call back as you have to wait. So i didn't want to stay there i informed them im leaving the unit n i will be waiting for the call back as advised by the agent n waited in my car. I wasn't COMFORTABLE staying in that apt for whole month so i left the house n informed the host over the chat on AIRBNB about the keys too. it was very inconvenient for me n my wife who drove for 20hrs and this happened on the arrival. And i never got a call back from airbnb. i don't have pictures clicked as a prove coz i wasn't told by any agent when i was present in the unit.i specially called them what to do as i wasn't ready to stay there.Later somehow i booked a hotel and arranged for our stay on my own. No determination or customer service was provided by the company.I thought they would have understood our situation but i was wrong. I did check on the AirBnB website about the Guest Refund Policy.In the evening, later on the same day over the company chat i started receiving disturbing and lame messages from the host and trying to threaten me. i did reply to his few messages as he was lying and trying to blame on me. later he was threatening over the messages so I chose not to reply to his msgs and called AIRBNB and informed about it. I didn't want to get into such conversation with the host.so the airbnb said will check upon it and arrange a call back and come up with the resolution definitely. its been more than 2weeks an email i have received saying the refund is not possible.so i would like to dispute about my full refund which im eligible as per Airbnb Guest refund Policy on their website.i had to pay for hotel stay and had so much of inconvenience to find a month accomodation n had to pay double of the price. i will be very thankful if you could look into this matter. I purchased table runners for my husband's birthday which were Buffalo check and turned out to have a lavender hued background instead of a white background. I initiated a return online and was given instructions on how to complete the return. I mailed it promptly and paid the postage myself. This was May 28, 2021 vÃa priority mail with tracking. The package was received in two days, and I still have not received my $37.32 refund and am also out the postage of $9.05. I have emailed them and called 8 times with no response. I'm extremely frustrated.

Website provided me with a packing slip for my return, address, and instructions to contact them via email with any questions. There was no phone number provided and Live Chat didn't work. Took the merchandise to a USPS location in Elmwood Park, IL and mailed the merchandise back to the address provided on *** After multiple weeks, I followed up twice times at both *** & *** and never once heard back. My return was never processed and it was impossible to get in touch to discuss. Filed a dispute with Chase and they are now disputing my dispute saying I have malicious intent! This place is a total scam, just read the other complaints. I would not advise you to do business with them. I have a paper trail of all of my attempts to return and will be fighting this until that happens.
I ordered an arch for my daughters wedding on September 19, 2021 for $128.00 and paid $85.00 for rush shipping to be sure it arrived for a 10/2/2021 wedding. it did arrive on 9/22/2021. i did not open the box until 9/27 when getting items together for the wedding and realized it was the wrong item. i called them right away and had to send a picture of the wrong item. The wedding was soon so i had to use the incorrect item to have some arch. I did not have the time to deal with this issue. They stated since i used it , i could not return it which i understand. i was offered 20% another order which to me is not enough since this was their error. I have 2 more weddings in the next 6 months and want to have the correct arch that i ordered originally. They also do not refund the shipping which i paid more for to be sure it arrived. Their customer service was less than helpful. They have a chat help function which is ridiculous. if you call you are on hold forever. i emailed and have not gotten a response. i feel a good compromise would be 50% off the one i originally ordered. please let me know if you can assist. My biggest problem with this is it was their error in the first place and they are very unconcerned about that. Thank you

I placed an order for my grandmother's 90th birthday celebration and family reunion more than a month in advance. This event is for 200 family members at a catoring hall. I am in charge of decorations so I ordered 20 table cloths and two helium balloons of the numbers representing her age. My order was split up without letting me know in advance. I received a partial order and now almost a month after this delivery, and less than a week before my event, I am still getting a run a round and have not received the other 8 tablecloths and the balloons I ordered. Why are these people getting away with excepting payment and not delivering. They have almost $200 of my hard earned money. I received 2 shipments on 2 different dates.
1st shipment = 12 table cloths
2nd shipment = 4 table cloths and 80 chair covers
Yesterday I went on efavormarts chat line to try and get resolve or find out if I was going to receive another package with 2 more pieces of table cloths. I only received 16. After a lot of the rep Hazel telling me she was checking she 1st stated that ups had made a mistake with packaging, then asked when I needed the missing cloths, then told me the company couldn't get the cloths to me in the time I needed them which is Saturday 4/6. When I stated that was unacceptable she came back and told be the best they could do was refund me for the cost of the 2 table cloths! When I stated again I needed a better option because I cant just go to a store in my area and purchase this size and color table cloth she came back at stated that they could re-ship the cloths to me in time but I would have to pay 50% of the express shipping cost to do so. This is terrible customer service at best. I cannot get the table cloths at this point but I also didn't receive any packing slips in the shipments I received telling me exactly what I have. I've had to check each and every the individual pack to make sure it's correct and what I ordered. Bottom line I'd like to be refunded, formal apology, and receive credit towards another purchase.

After surfing for a while, I remember that I had watched a YouTube video which a young lady doing a "glam" haul, had showcased a beautiful isle prop. I go back to my history on YouTube and found her video. I immediately checked her description box and obtained the stores name Efavormart. I happily typed their name in my google search engine and began shopping their site. I found their 36" mirrored mosaic isle props. To my surprise they were listed at $89.99 plus the site was running a 20% off coupon and buy one get one free! I was so excited and happy of course I placed my order. Being a "self proclaimed" business savvy woman, I immediately emailed their customer service to ensure that they were shipping out 2 isle props as their online stores stated. I was emailed immediately and was ensured that there would in fact be 2 shipped! Since I had ordered them around 3am and I had contacted them immediately after clicking the order button I figured my order would be sent as perfectly as I was promised, of course that was not the case! I received my tracking number the next day and given a delivery date of February 7, 2018 I knew they would come in time for the event I had ordered them. I received a pretty large box around 8 pm February 7, 2018. This is when the nightmare began! I immediately look for a telephone number to call them. Upon dialing the listed number it was disconnected. I then began emailing and live chatting them. They initially stated they had shipped both items, then they asked me to send pictures of the box, then a picture of the item in the box and label...so on and so forth! They had me going outside to dumpster dive for the box I had my son discard the night before. Then they stated that it was a warehouse mistake and I would be sent the second one, and then they stated they were out of stock and they would only refund half of my money. I have a boat load of emails stating so many lies from them, I decided as my first step, to calm down and file a claim with the BBB. Needless to say, I will not be able to pull off what I had promised for the event and I would hope anyone who decides to order from YAYA Creations, Efavormart and they also have a few other online names, please be ware!

This company is running is SCAM. I paid $35.00 for 50 matchbooks engraved. It took 3 weeks to receive it, I chatted online with a bogus name GWENITH indicated all 50 matchbooks were handmade! LIAR

This place is not where the customer is always right.
I used them several times, made orders and had nothing to complain about. Last time they sent me an absolutely different item I didn't order. I called them and asked what happened, why they made this mistake and what they are gonna do with this. They only said that they shipped what they had. Ok, then give me my money back if you think you can decide for customers. I was said that I won't get the refund in full, just a partial one because I had to pay for the shipping by myself.

I haven't received the items I ordered 3 weeks ago. Their website said that my order is now being processing whatever it means. I called them for explanations and was told that my order was damaged and that it would take 4 weeks to resend it. I don't understand why they didn't notify me about it before I contacted them.

Please read all the reviews about this company. They all state similar experiences that I had. It is a scam and it will turn out badly. The prices are cheap, but you get (or don't get!) what you pay for. They don't have a phone number or a phisical (their spelling) address. You can only communicate via email or live chat. You will get the run around. They will dodge questions and accuse you of lying. I waited over a month to have my return "approved" and it is still "pending". My return cannot be processed nor will they even give me a credit without a tracking number. All this for a $15 return.
Find a reliable, customer-oriented company to support. These people do not care about you. It is a scam. Tell your friends.
Led net lighting

As a professional lighting designer, I made a $1, 500+ purchase through efavormart.com for a hollywood celebrity client. The lights were advertised as “twinkle” lights, but upon installation, they were not lights that twinkled! In addition, many of the lights I purchased malfunctioned, were not consistent with the proper setting, and just plain gave me the most troublesome time possible. I made numerous trips out to my client’s house and spent hours and hours fixing manufacture issues with the lights... I took a huge loss with my client solely based upon the malfunctioning of these lights! My client’s were greatly disappointed and I was greatly embarrassed. I am 99% sure that I lost my celebrity clients; well known in the industry.
I contacted efavormart.com customer service about the issue and they informed me that they would do “nothing” for me! I will be filing a lawsuit and contacting many governmental agencies and develop a web site against efavormart.com.

i was given an invoice for $2047 grand total inclduding freight then my card was charged $2737.16 then if thats not bad enough my goods are now held in customs as they did not pay the tax

Lack of communication/no customer service.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for one item on April 16, 2016. I received an auto-generated "your order has been successfully placed" email back on the same day. Heard nothing more from them until I had to check on my order status on May 3. I could only communicate via chat...no phone service. The lady I got on the "chat" was slow to response...had to ask if she was still on the line many times. She tells me finally that the item was out of stock and would I like to order something else. No, thank you. Where is the email informing me that the item was out of stock? Where is the email stating that I would be getting a full refund? Supposedly I will be getting one today but we will see. I think this is an extremely poorly run company where communicating with customers is A HUGE PROBLEM...from the lack of communication via email that my item was out of stock to the person on the chat line who had difficulty relaying her message. Stay away from these folks...don't waste your time and money.
Tablecloth ordered from them
I ordered a tablecloth from this company and when I opened it I was shocked. It was just an inferior piece of fabric that was crooked ( no way to fold it and match the edges)and the hem around it looked like it had been sewn by a blind person. I called and complained and they said they would take it back, but I had to pay the shipping-even though it was defective. I decided that I would just keep it. I washed it and found so many defects in the fabric itself that I will cut it up use it for rags-that is all it is good for.

If you are reading this review, you are most likely considering E Favor Mart/Ya Ya Creations/insert one of their many other business names here, for some sort of supplies for a special occasion. If I can persuade just 1 person from looking elsewhere, the time I spent on writing this review is worthwhile. I came across E Favor Mart while doing an internet search for frosted votive holders for my upcoming wedding. When I saw their prices, I quickly placed an order for frosted votive holders as well as candy scoops. I received my order promptly and was excited to see the votive holders and candy scoops. However, my excitement quickly dissipated as I heard glass stirring inside the box. I opened the box to find almost half of the votive holders were broken. In addition, I immediately started questioning the size of the votive holders that were intact. I attempted to fit either a votive or tea light candle in the holders and neither fit. I reviewed the website description, which clearly states a 2” diameter, pulled out a measuring tape and measured the outside diameter at less than 1 ¾”. In addition to the size being misrepresented on the website, these do not suit their intended purpose. My disappointment with the merchandise didn’t end there. I removed the candy scoops out of the box and out of their opened packaging and immediately noticed scratched off paint and broken handles. The candy scoops were shoved in a very small space between the box itself and the boxes of votive holders. It’s no surprise these arrived broken. I emailed customer service promptly as I found there is no phone number listed for this company. A day passed, then 2, no response. I contacted the company via live chat instead and spoke with Christine. Christine offered to send me replacement votive holders repeatedly. Christine failed to comprehend that these “votive holders” do not indeed hold votive, or tea light candles and are useless to me, broken or intact. I was offered a refund upon receipt of the merchandise, but would only receive 80% and would be responsible for return shipping. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would receive a call within 2 hours. More than double that time has passed, no call, and yet, I’m not surprised at the lack of response. I’m now pursuing this issue with the BBB. Ya Ya Creations has had 51 BBB complains in the last 3 years, 33 in the last 12 months. Those numbers speak for themselves.
Defective product and combative customer service
Company provided 3 defective table clothes in the form of holes and stains. Company offered a 50% refund or 100% refund in form of in store credit. When trying to work through a solution customer service was impatient, not-apologetic, combative, and offered only solutions that cost me more money or not refunding all of my money. Unfortunately, I am a bit past the 60 day mark with the purchase otherwise I would be reporting this as fraud to VISA to reverse the whole charge.

Defective merchandise
Merchandise sent was defective. When asked for a replacement, I was told to keep it or take a chance replacement would also be damaged for which no refund nor replacement would be considered. This due to their poor packaging. My "refund" amounted to $3 for a $50 order.. 30% refunded to their discounted price per defective item. Completely unprofessional organization. Do not buy from this company unless you enjoy being ripped off.

i ordered over 500 silk roses from this company. I ordered the baby blue ones thinking that they would be what the picture advertised. when i received them i was highly disappointed. They were not what wsas shown or what i had expected and I have gotten no where with customer service.

I purchased some fuschia roses for my wedding. The flowers were pretty and big online, however when they arrived they were awful. I might as well purchased flowers from dollar tree. They looked nothing like the flowers online. And when I inquired about returning the flowers and receiving a refund I was told about the 20% restocking fee. This website in full of crap. I wouldn't recommend no one to order from this website. This was a true learning experience about ordering online from a place without a contact phone number.
SCAM COMPANY
BEWARE. SCAM COMPANY. No matter what you order, they send it out "defaulty" or "damaged." Then they CHARGE YOU RESTOCKING FEE AND SHIPPING BOTH WAYS on the defaulty items they send out to you. When you try to contact customer service, they won't take calls, ignore your emails, and do nothing for you. BEWARE! I am a solid honest businesswoman, and I can warn you, you will lose money here, because they are set up as a scam to make money off you with their defaulty items. No matter what, they make money off of you, because that restocking fee is big, and they won't admit to fault on anything, and they will make your life HECK trying to solve an issue. Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT, and management is a scam set-up. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Poor Products
I order match books for my wedding from E-Favor Mart. It was in fact the only thing I had personalized.I was so excited when they arrived, but upon further examination, All of the match books are different colors of red, the printing ink easliy rubs off and there are very obvious flaws in the printing. This is a poor product and this company should stand by what they do, but sadly they do not. They offered me a 20% rebate if I agreed to keep them, I said thanks but no thanks, this is my wedding day!
