What kind of company only lets you get in touch with them through email? I've been trying to contact Ekster for the last 3 days to exchange a faulty product, but nobody has gotten back to me. Their website is also really unprofessional.

They mentioned that if they don't receive any updates from the carrier by the end of the week, they will issue a replacement or refund. They expect me to wait almost two weeks to receive a $100 wallet. This is not an appropriate way to handle the situation. The carrier suggested filing a claim, so Ekster should have done that and used a reliable shipping service to send out my product. It's also worth noting that they don't make any effort to resolve issues posted here; they simply respond with a generic "Thank you for the feedback" every time. I will be disputing the charge with my card. I advise against purchasing from Ekster.

(The tracker was fully charged.) We reached out to customer service. They sent a new tracker 'cause of the malfunction, but they wouldn't send a new wallet even though I lost way more than just that 'cause of their messed up product. I didn't even ask for a refund, just a replacement, but the customer service person refused to do anything about it.

Despite that, I went ahead and bought it, receiving the 20% discount that the company offers to all customers. When I returned home, I found the 40% off card. It seems like they give it to everyone who spends over $100, to be used on their next purchase of over $100. It seems like the customer service rep should've known about this. I brought this up with the customer service rep, their supervisor, and even their supervisor's supervisor, but it led me nowhere. I should've been able to use the 40% off when I bought the wallet, and at the very least, I should receive the additional 20% retroactively. I sent them a photo of the discount card and the coupon number on it. Unfortunately, there's no phone customer service available. It's been a very frustrating experience.
