about purchase of iphone xr
I have purchased an i phone xr from e max, mall of emirates dubai last week, they asked my residence id at the time of payment and at that time exitement i forgot to ask my id back, even after 3 days they havent informed me about the residence card, i called one of the sales man in e max and the responce from him was very rude, they are irresponsible idiots.
mobile repair under warranty - honor 10 lite 64/3gb blue mobile
I have purchased HONOR 10 LITE 64/3GB BLUE mobile from the Mirdif City Center Branch with Extended Warranty/insurance on 29/12/2018 (invoice #CCINV-[protected]). I send a mail regarding the repairing of my mobile under warranty on 14/05/2019 to electronics@allianz-assistance.com, which id is given by your customer care representative, but still now there is no proper action taken from your side.
So please take urgent action to resolve the issue
sony led television 55 inch
I bought a Sony television which worked just for 2 weeks. I have paid my hard earned money and this was a long awaited purchase for our family. The tv is sitting at home for a week now idle. I have tried the 800 number and all I get is a response to wait 3 working days for a call. They have absolutely no empathy. This is a huge investment for me as an individual. I paid AED 2, 700 which is huge for an average person like me. I have no where to go with this.

I have purchase Mobile on 04/05/2019 at emax on City Centre Mirdif I got free bund when I have purchase Huawei P30 Pro mobile.
Next day morning I have open the mobile and use to use that and I have connected the Huawei bunds is not working at the time of connection and I have return back the Huawei bunds on same day at evening at City Centre Mirdif and they have informed me to come on Next 2 days for replacement. After that I have went to Emax no one answering me property at the time I have come back and use to call customer care daily they have not responding me property he will inform me that I will call you later till know I did receive any call from any one
I feel very bad with emax service

Forget the first two complaints (cell phone and fitness tracker) I gave the company the benefit of the doubt.
But let's talk about the ear buds. I was under the impression that when I was buying wireless earbuds that they would be brand new. It was a surprise when I unboxed it to find that the earbuds were used. "No problems" I thought "maybe they accidentally gave me the display unit I'll just go get it refunded" (it was an unwanted gift). Ofcourse when i took it back to get refunded they said it's been used and they they won't take it back. I thought it was a display piece as it has a little tag on it. Thank you for nothing emax. It's been a displeasure working with you.
I am complaining about the seller man behaviour towards me
I asked him to check if there is the required item in store since the one presented is opened he wasn't responding not trying to serve or provide me with necessary informations saying it's the last peice and with no respect telling to go to carrefour . I asked for the manager who gave no attention busy on his phone I waited for 5 min or more then they started talking with each others in their language which I don't un understand then repeat the same words advising me to go to carrefour, I've never seen a seller man or manager trying to push you away from his store not trying to gain a new customer. Oasis mall emax - i bought only a phone but on the invoice they included the warranty for 3yrs worth 600 that i never wanted. The sales guy filipino told that you can crash your phone intentionally and emax will replace it (and i didnt believe coz i know its a lie)

Al ghurair branch - i requested assistance for the process on how emax will repair my cracked screen phone. The customer service approach was really bad. Its a filipina. She talks without giving importance to what im saying. She is not approachle and should not be in the customer service 03 31 19

Worst experience I had w emax, I bought a shaving machine during the sale or whatever the call a clearance, unfortunately I open the box after 10 days I was surprised to found our that the machine body full of scratches and the machine head was missing as well.
When I went to customer service they informed me that during the clearance no refund and replacement and they mentioned that it was my mistake because I didn't check the machine before leaving the shop. However, they informed me that they will do a favor and try to provide the missing part
Now more than one month passed and they did not provide me the missing part
I was expecting more from big shop like emax but it seems that they are misleading their customers.
unprofessional behaviour & late delivery of items
On 16.03.2019, I purchased a Lenovo Yoga tab, a Bissel dry & wet vaccum cleaner, a stem cleaner & a printer, other small items which I took home myself. The service during sales was very efficient and since my house was nearby, before purchase I told them that I required delivery of the items, if they agreed to that only then I would pay.
I was told the items would be delivered at 4:00 p.m., they were not delivered so around 6:00 p.m. I started following up, after follow ups with customer service whose reply was they will check & call back, I also called the store & they kept passing on the phone to each other.
Finally a Mr. Syed Abbas took the call & he said the manager is off duty, when he comes we will see what to do because there is no delivery policy & we will not deliver the items, when I told him this was unacceptable as the duty manager Mr. Dependra had promised me the items would be delivered, (I asked them to confirm this around 4-5 times prior to paying.)
His response was, Dependra is not here, if he has promised you then speak to him, so I said can I have his no. his response was why did you not take it from him, you can come to the store & get it.
Then after 7 supposedly a duty manager Mr. Owais contacted me & asked me to collect the items as they will not be delivered since I was rude to their staff
They asked me to come to the store & collect the items to which I replied I will come only to collect my refund- finally they sent the items.
The experience to deal with them was terrible.. never buying from them again, I reported this to their customer care..no reply yet.
color of smart watch s10+ 512gb upon pre-order
I pre-ordered ceramic white S10+ 512gb device with free 42mm rose gold color watch on the 23th of February 2019, from Emax employee Mr.Shamon located in Mirdiff City Center in Dubai. I received a call from Emax saying that the device has arrived & that I can come to collect it. I was very excited, but upon visiting the Emax outlet, I was extremely disappointed. I was told that the free watch is available only in black color. While placing the order, I specifically mentioned that I am interested in the rose gold color watch, not the black one. That was specified on the attached invoice as well, but still I was told today at the Emax store to take the black color watch & that the shipment for the rose gold color watch might not arrive. I refused to collect the device.
I have been using Samsung devices since long. I never expected such unprofessional ism. The manager at the Emax store was also very uncooperative and rude. If Samsung had planned to provide only black color watch free with 512gb S10+ device, why wasn't this info openly announced. The cost of both black and rose gold color watches are the same, so what is the issue in providing rose gold color watch along with S10+ 512gb device, instead of the black one.
Kindly get back to me on this at the earliest with a resolution. I didn't collect my device and watch till now. Awaiting your prompt response.

Please note that my last experience with e-max was so bad, and i am very and very disappointed with what you have done!
I came to e-max yesterday Sahara center sharjah willing to buy a Huawei mate 20PRO, and when your team advice about the installment payment available between my bank ADCB and e-max 0% interest available for 3month or 24month and the offers such as Tajwal voucher I can have for each 2000aed purchasing, I was very happy to buy all my missing appliances and I choose them and the total amount was around 8000 + +, i even request them to provide me with some discount or any good gest from e-max since my total bill was high and they ignored, which is not a big deal
When I approach the cashier for paying and I would say I was so lucky that my ADCB card has declined the payment since my daily limit is 5000AED because you simply were not honest and wrong info and additional payment I found later for nothing!
Anyway, I simply requested your team to wipe the phone payment only and all the other home appliances I was supposed to come to e-max today and pay the balance and collect them, so my total amount was over 8500 and they gave me only 1 voucher saying that the other items were not included in the offer!
when my bank declined the transaction I called them to check and they adviced that the full payment has been deducted from my account, and there is no 24-month payment available between e-max and ADCB Bank and there is interest in case of any installment

Your sales team informed me that my bank ADCB is listed with e-max and can provide this offer for 3month installment or 24Month installment without paying the full amount 0%intrest
Could you inform me why do have to pay the processing fees for the monthly installment and instead of paying for my Huwaei offer 3299AED I paid 3694, 89? and there was no installment?
Further, if i need to pay for my full invoice which is 8500++ and pick up the balance items the processing fees will be nearly 1000aed only and that is the weirdest deal I ever did in my life, based on wrong and unclear information you provided to me and mixing up
I am really very disappointed about e-max since all I and all my family are an existing customer over 15 years approx for e-max only and I will definitely not accept this mixed up and wrong information you provide me and the extra fees you made me pay for nothing

defective product sold/in service centre for nearly 2 months now
I bought an HP All In One from Emax MOE during Gitex. Defective Product was supplied and when it was brought to Emax, instead of replacing they rectified the HDD and reinstalled OS. This alone took 3 weeks. Upon Collection on Dec28, I found that the issue with unusual noise was not rectified and returned the defective product back to EMAX on 29th Dec. Am still waiting for a replacement. Extremely bad service of Emax and Extremely bad product from HP. They supply a defective product and keep repairing it during service period.

Samsung galaxy watch
I had bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch on Saturday 30/12/18 from Emax Sharjah, Al Wahda Branch, United Arab Emirates.
I am currently in Malaysia right now. I noticed that there is a crack on the left side in my watch. I was told that the watch has Gorrila Glass 4 so how is it possible to get a crack like this so easily. It looks like a manufacturing defect. Date of incident is 30th December. bissell vacuum
Back on February 9rh, 2018 I bought a Bissell vacuum from your store in MCC, on March 23th, 2018 I had to send it back for a repair, the back filter keeps coming off every time I use the vacuum. I was given a defective product but your store refused to admit it.
They fixed it or so they said but a few months later I had the same issue again. I took it again to the branch I bought it form for the same issue again. I explained what happens to the customer service representative and I requested a replacement, but again no one wants to listen to customers' side of the story. You are supposed to work to satisfy the customer you should work with the customer to convince the manufacturer that something was wrong with the machine either they fix it right or they should replace it.
Two weeks later I did not hear anything from them I called the store to ask about my vacuum the representative simply gave me the repair company phone number and asked me to call them "very unprofessional" from a big company like Emax.
For the third time, I had to send my machine again for repair for the same issue in less than ten months! This is so inconvenient, as your customer for so many years a VIP as you call it! I am not getting the minimum service that I deserve, I was a loyal customer for years I purchased all my electronics from Emax, you name it I bought it but this is about to end. Today I am angry and unsatisfied. This time I requested a refund and again I was denied that for the third time… proper fixing did not happen, the replacement did not happen, and finally refund also did not happen! it is not about the money I bought many more expensive items and I can easily buy another vacuum but this is not right! I deserve a better service as a customer and I intend to get it one way or another.
I am emailing you today asking for a permanent solution, fixing a defective product is not going to help me in any way, I want a refund because I deserve one, the machine has an issue since day one I sent it for repair for the first time one month after purchase but you choose to ignore it.

emax entertainer code
I had puchased all in one HP desktop during the Gitex show 2018 Oct at trade centre exhibition, during the sale emax promoted 200AED voucher (which i got) plus entertainer code valid (never recieved)
When I try to redem the entertainer code, the code itself was missing in the invoice. Immediately i visited Mirdiff City Centre outlet and the customer service told me the invoice i have is manual invoice and i should have got printed invoice and redirected me to emax toll free contact.
The staff on the phone provided with entertainer code, which i tried and the app gave an error saying invoice has expired. Now the emax contact centre directed me to another help chanel ([protected]@theentertainerme.com)
After liasing with help desk, i was made to understand that the code is valid only for 30days to redem. This information was not provided to me during purchase.
Very disappointed with service, emax should have professional sales person promoting the offers and avoid missing out on passing important information which is beneficial to the customer.
This is typical sales attitude of an ordinary company who doesn't take care of customers after sales.

I've personally had great buying experiences at the Emax retail stores with wonderful deals and products, however my online experience is nothing short of utter disappointment.
Firstly, I chose the online option as your retail store sold me the Emax pride idea where there were discounts and gifts with the membership. Then, placing the order online was a challenge where this particular Apple Watch model - 44mm GPS+Cellular was on & off featuring on the website, however I finally managed to place the order with a standard delivery option (3-4 days delivery). This was suppose to be a birthday gift to my brother on 15th November so ordering it on 4th November in my opinion was a safe bet.
Then, 3-4 days went past and there were no signs or notifications of my delivery. That is when I called the customer care for a follow up where they tell me that the product is out of stock for the next 3 weeks. This is where the entire experience went for a toss.
- How could you have something listed "as available" on your online platform when the product is not even in stock?
- Isn't it your duty to inform the customer after receiving the order itself that the product will not be delivered in the promised time span?
Till date I've not received a single call / email or anything about the due date of delivery which is why I'm sending this message. The idea of a birthday gift has anyway been rubbished.

Dear Team,
I brought JBL E25BTRED ear phones from Mall of Emirates E max on 13th october 2018 with 1 year warranty as mentioned during sales closing . The fifth day it stopped working as the battery was not charging . I took the product to showroom on 23rd October requesting service they collected the product & informed me will let me know after 4 days . There was no response from the shop . I visited them again as follow up the they told me it's still under service as it will take 4 to 14 days .
The next day I receive d a call from shop saying that the product should be replaced to you as the service is still on otherwise if you are not interested to wait come & collect a voucher for the amount, with that you can buy something else .
I visited again there for the same but they have no clue why I received a call & informed me it's not 14 days not still under service . I explained the after sales counter why am there still he said I need to wait till 14 days & with in that time only we can do something . I asked him why you guys called me if it takes more time & informed me to come & collect voucher . He has no answer for the same . Requested to come back once agin if I receive a call .
To be honest this is the most pathetic service I ever had from E max the trust for the brand is completely spoiled . It's already 15 days now till now am waiting for a call back from them .
rude salesman
The salesman is soop rude with the customer that like the phone that i bought, he was ask for the price, and he just did a smerk face that offended that customer, of course me in that situation i immediately told the salesman that his very rude, and u know, he answered me very rude as well, i didnt expect that they hire a very arogant rude salesman, they should train their staff to be friendly and accomodating the customer, not that being arrogant and do some smerk face with the customer, and doesnt apologies even he was told that he was rude, with that experience i will never buy at emax again with that rude salesman experience.
