Mobile samsung a21s-over billing
Dear Team,
please be informed that i purchased a mobile set on 28.may, 2021 from emax store Alwahda store sharjah.
samsung A21s cost aed 699
which is aed 100 extra than market.
kindly note when i bought the mobile, i was not aware of actual price of mobile in market.
your sales team misguided and cheated me.. it is not professional way to sell your products.
more, why you write on main sign board that guarantee lowest price.. kindly remove these words.. it is not true.. you are doing hidden fraud.

Please note I have purchased JBL5.1 sound bar system from emax showroom mall of emirates on 29/05/2021.When reached home and tested it was not up to the mark which shop had showed me and played at display unit .on 30/05/2021 I return the system as I am not happy with condition of system .shop supervisor not listening any thing when I replace the system he directly detected and 15% and returned to my credit card on 31/05/2021.Please give me new system at same price or refund my full amount asI did not used even a single day, your company says 7days return policy kindly consider this issue seriously .

When i came home switch on phone look details after facetime not in my phone. I very unhappy hamdan branch.this only complaint but i will try get legal action for the liar.
Earphone service issues.

I am subin, a regular customer of Emax shop. In April month I have purchased a Samsung u2 Wireless Earphone from the City center muscat, Oman branch. Around one month after it was damaged. The right side edge joint was removed automatically when I am using the earphone. it is an unexpected and unpredictable fault.
When I discussed service staff they didn't respond properly, they are also said the same it is a physical fault and they instructed me to go Samsung service center. and they asked the following question.
Do you know the Warranty's terms and conditions?
I have not received any terms and conditions papers and explanations when I am purchasing the material. only stamped on an invoice as "1 Year warranty.
Thereafter I have found the Emax service portal from Facebook, Facebook service portal peoples escalate these issues to the muscat branch.
yesterday at 3.45 PM I have received a call from Emax. Mr. Sachin Service engineer has contacted us and replied the same answer " it is a physical fault" can't be repairable.
Several calls and hours of conversation after with Mr. Sachin. He said he can able to give 50% discount on New earphone purchase. I raised a question that why you are giving discount?
He replied to solve the issues.
The truth and honest thing are earphones were not damaged by me, it is removed automatically from the joint.
Finally, I said, I can able to make an awareness clip. literally, he said, " you can".
I really didn't understand.
Hope you will do the best. Awaiting your positive reply.

I bought AirPods in Ras Al Khaimah in the E Max store, they worked for me for two and a half months and stopped working, I could not hear it, I brought them to replace them so that they could be viewed for me why there is no sound 2 weeks have passed I came to me they were glued I have photos And They give them back to me, I did not take them back, because I was unhappy with how they were made the second A week later, they called me that they came with your airpods, I came back the same problem, how long will it last, I bought them not so that they would be for repairs, and in order to use them, I was told that there is no guarantee for them, how can this be, why then are they sold with a guarantee? or is it cheating? if they don't replace them then I will complain

adaptor was not working
Four months back i bought dell laptop from emax mirdiff city centre dubai. 20 days back i found out its not booting up. so i gave my laptop to aftersales for service underwarranty. after 2 days i got a call from servicing company( Mr. Anil (ENSURE SERVICE REDINGTON) that its only charging adaptor problem they will order for a new adaptor and let me know. After 15 days i called back and they said its ready for collection, when i went for collection (29/04/2021) i waited for an hour and i got the laptop, while checking i found out couple of screws are not fixed properly almost the bottom side is going to coming out. I gave back the laptop and ask "what service is this" one of the staff was very rude with me his name was Mr. Bodhi. i was very upset and never saw a bunch of unprofessional people in my life with zero customer service. I don't want to complain honestly but unfortunately today ( 05/05/2021) i found out one of the screw is still not fixed properly. I am really fed up with this kind of work. Tell me what i have to do

I am complaining about improper service delivery
Dear Sir / Madam,
I had purchased a whirlpool washing machine May 2, 2021. I received message that the delivery will be done between 1pm and 4 pm on May 4, 2021. But the fact is the delivery person came to my house at 10.45pm and told me that he will come tomorrow and deliver but we have to arrange our own person to bring the washing machine to our room as we are living in a villa, 2nd floor. I think this is totally poor service from emax. Kindly resolve this urgently and deliver to my house and install the washing machine else please refund my money back I will buy from another store.

Lenovo yoga smart tab yt-x705f
Model no. ZA3V0066AE LENOVO YOGA SMART TAB, is returned to emax barks Oman on 20th April within 15days. I asked to give a replacement for the product or consider the return and return my money. As it is in 15days policy. It's been now 10days no update regarding it. And on contacting the barks branch they are not providing with the information. I have returned the Tab because during a class on Google MEET it was hanging after every 2minutees, also no AND RAISE option is available. So the purpose of buying for online classes is not served

Lenovo Laptop
I have purchased a Lenovo Laptop from Emax Dubai Mall 9 months back. After 6 months the laptop is not switching on and we had given to Emax for servicing. After 2 weeks they return the laptop confirming that the issue is solved and in the service report it shows that the problem with motherboard. While leaving the Emax Dubai mall showroom they show me the power LED is glowing and I collect the laptop.
After we reached home, it has been noticed that the laptop is powering on, but the screen shows only blue color and not booting. Again I returned the laptop and last 1 month i follow-up for the laptop.
As per the feed back from Emax service team the hard disk is failed . I was shocked to hear that within 6 months the mother board and hard disk failed for a new laptop!
I still remember, the sales executive was recommending so much to buy Lenovo laptop since we were actually looking for HP or Dell. It really shows Emax sales team is making more profit/commission by selling cheap or non-reliable products to the customers and cheating them.
Last three months my daughter is attending online class in mobile, since the laptop was with Emax service center for last 3 months without any action.
Really bad service and customers get cheated by the sales promotions of Emax Staff.

I gave my iPhone 11 Pro for servicing on 9/03/2021 at 7:30pm at emax store at al Ghurair service Center. I have been following up with the customer service team where they gave me wrong information everyday. Than I started following up with the store and all managers in the store gave me incorrect information. Today being 25/03/2021 and now they are asking me to wait for 2 weeks more which is not acceptable because of some staff mistakes. Attached are the documents. A call from you will be appreciated

Terim electric cooker
The cooker keeps switching of while cooking! While cooking it switches off and back on in a few seconds and hence it is taking me double the time to cook anything . I went to the store at oasis mall where I purchased it from but didn't receive any response from your representative there. Kindly help repair or replace the same ASAP. This is still under warranty as I got it a week ago and received it only on 18th mar 2021

i buy a speaker to this EMAX YAS MALL store. i diffinitely ask the sales person if they have available in different colors, He said YES we have, so instead of Black is available i order Gray color . The sales Person told me that i will receive the item after 2-3 days Meaning 2 days minimum and 3 days Maximum that sure the item will come 100% and incase if the item comes earlier the sales person promise that he will call me or if there is any delay he will update me .
Then i purchase that day-giving all my full details .
The maximum day came i didnt hear any update calls from them so i go directly to the store to collect expecting the item is arrive.
it was really frustrating that my order didnt arrive as they said, NO ONE call me NO ONE concern to update me.
At the time You buy the item they promise that the delivery is on time very dissappointing, very bad customer service..
Poor customer services
This is regarding Emax Oasis mall, I visited their customer service section on 04/02/2021 regarding some issues in my Skullcandy Earphones, which is still under warranty period. The staff told me that I would be contacted by their staff regarding my complaint in two working days, as per the SOP. Since it belongs to a Well - known LANDMARK GROUP, which has a high reputation in UAE. I was surprised to see that there was no contact from their side and also I kept on calling them every alternate day, but the response which I got was - "We will get back to you". I have not seen this kind of poor customer service in LANDMARK GROUP. Because they value their customers. Today i.e. 22/02/2021, its been more than 2 weeks now, when I called them they told me to go to Emax Oasis mall and collect my credit Note, which I believe was their responsibility to inform me. I would like to say that Training must be given time to time in order to avoid these kind of situation and to avoid any kind of inconvenience to the Loyal Customers. Kindly look into the matter and I hope that nobody else faces this kind of Pathetic Services from the Emax.
I bought a wireless keyboard and mouse
Bought wireless mouse and keyboard on 12 February night, it gave me a message of usb malfunction keyboard works mouse stop working and even it's light stop.
I have returned it today 16/2 /2021 morning to Emax oasis mall branch, they told me there is no immediate replacement in the first 14 days and it will be sent to the dealer for checking, I spoke to the customer service lady and her in charge who was very stubborn and said he is not aware of any law in Oman for replacement of an item in first 14 days.
Very bad experience with Emax, very bad staff, very bad customer service.
I have dealt with all suppliers in Oman all replace any product in first 14 days without any negotiations.
I will complain too to customer protection.

Dear Team,
I paid AED 4K advance on 6th Feb for mobile purchase of S21 256 GB grey colour under invoice number [protected]. Product was not available that time and I was told it will be available in next 2-3 days. I got a call yesterday and was told that there will be further delay of 1 week. Interestingly, same product is available at JUMBO, Herman House, Sharaf DG and other stores but with EMax, it's taking this long. This is sheer miscommitment by your store staff at DCC and a failure of concerned department which is responsible for managing the supply chain.

I bought a laptop and a phone from the company Emax in AL Hamra Mall, Rak, UAE. I am satisfied with the laptop but Huawei phone has a lot of issues with the applications as it was discovered by me, Karimova G, after the purchase. I complained within the first week of the purchase to the store many times and after all I asked to change the phone as it was causing a lot of issues. (The bank mobile app was not working - one of the issues.) However, the store refused to change it. After sales manager Mahmoud in a rude manner stated, "If you opened the box and used the phone, who will buy it from us?"

I had bought a laptop on friday night and once i opened the box item seems to be in damaged condition, the very next day morning i return back the item and until know i am not getting any proper response from your team. Its been clearly highlighted in your warranty statement any damages found will be replaced within 7 days, i am completely disappointed with the response i got from your team. Service of a macbook air 2018 model
I had opted out from a service provided by EMAX. It took them 10 days to bring my laptop back from service and they misplaced my laptop bag. Never give it for assistance in these stores. Try finding service centers you can rely on. The salesperson was incompetent and very difficult to handle at the store in Oasis center, Dubai. In the end I switched on my laptop and it was completely fine but asked for a charge of 1000dhs I don't know really why.
