my laptop's operating system (windows 10) is fake after I went to fix it with emax
Hey, about a year ago (less than that too) I fixed (repaired) my laptop's touch screen at the Emax store, I also requested to fix something with the system (Because i ahd a problem with it. So I got it back and the touchscreen is working perfectly but I realized a problem, my laptop already had the official windows 10 system operating when I bought it from a different store, so I didn't upgrade from windows 8 to windows 10 (Which means i have the original operating windows 10 system) . But my laptop (after I got it back) says that the product key is not original, no license and I cant control like almost half of my settings because I need to "Activate Windows" which in the first place I already had the original one (and I "was" able to access everything in my laptop before that happened), but I think the technicians re-downloaded another version which looks like it is not an original one (I had this problem for about 3 - 4 months now, I tried contacting Emax but I couldn't find their email) (Im really annoyed that this problem happened because I was expecting my "official" windows 10 system operating, not a non-"official" operating one, like I honestly also paid money for the system (I had a problem with it) and I get a non-official one, with that money I could've bought a new product key for an "original" windows 10 operating system, im not trying to be rude but im actually saying the truth).
I would like for a resolution to repair (to give me a new official product key for windows 10)

I visited the store with two of my friends.
At first, there were two agents who helped when I asked about the product details. When I finally decided to buy, I waited patiently for any sales agents to approach me to no avail. The security guard just kept on observing me and my friends.
We intentionally waited for someone who would try to approach us and offer assistance but no one bothered to ask. I noticed one agent wearing glasses intentionally passing by us just in case we call for assistance. BUT there was another sales agent who POINTED at us as if saying we have no business staying there.
After waiting for over 20 minutes of standing for anyone to assist us, someone wearing a coat finally assisted us in getting the product.
I purposely waited if anyone would offer assistance to us and I only received it after waiting for a long time.

Hi I went to Emax for replacing power bank for mobile charging.
Here as per policy I went to replace within 15 days I purchased same on 16.12.2017 & tried to replace it back today i.e. 22.12.2017 in this regard I approach Emax city centre Muscat in customer service centre where there was a executive called luftanza around 16.30 pm where she found to be very arrogant and manner less executive pointing pen on me and used abusive language hence requesting Emax to take appropriate action

I am complaining
I bought a Bissel vacuum cleaner less than 7 months ago it was faulty and took it back for repairs and when they called for collection the machine wasn't fixed so had to take it back to the store again! Very inconveniencing right the worst part is getting to call th customer service who aren't helpful at all and saying they will call back and they don't bother! It's been almost a month that the Machine is there with them this is very disappointing and frustrating I am at all not happy with the service
not received 2 years extended warranty on macbook pro 13-inch
I purchased a MacBook PRO 13-inch Retina core i5 from Emax store during GITEX on 1st April'2017. I had opted for 2 years extended apple care warranty during the purchase. Recently, when I checked Service and Support coverage of my MacBook on Apple website, I was really shocked to know that my macbook's service coverage is only till 31st March'2018(screenshot attached).
I also tried to call on customer care no. +[protected], but it was not reachable. I am highly dissatisfied with the service given by Emax.
Request you to please look into the matter asap & provide me 2 years extended apple care warranty, which I had subscribed for. PFA the Emax purchase receipt.

I am complaining about customer services staff
I bought a cooker from Muscat city centre, Hoover.
I made a complain on Thursday 5th October 2017 evening through a phone call, and the staff took my complain and phone No., The warranty No. Also.
Promised to call me back by next week as it was weekend.
I called back on sunday 8th oct. a lady at the customer desk answered me telling that no registry of my complain, I asked her How come and explained to her everything from the bigening and again I was told that she will put it as argent because of the mistake which was done by her colleuge.
Two days after I gave a call as did not get their call to confirm that they will come for repairing my cooker .
They came on Tuesday afternoon and did the work and told everything is ok now, as soon as they left my maid used the oven after 20 minutes the oven went of . In the evening same day same lady called me to check if the work was done then I told her the problem and told me she will inform them and ask them to come back and see the problem again and she will call me to tell what is happening .
On Wednesday evening I went to the show room to see what is going on and why no reply from them. I found a philippino lady who does not know how to deal with the customer which made me very mad about her attitude and the way she spoke to me with no respect from her .
I lost my temper seeing her behaving like that with me being a customer I think I have all right to be mad .
I told her where is your manager I would like to meet him personally, I cannot tolerate this philippino lady behaviour and raising her voice to me which is not accepted at all .
When I asked her tell me the final answer do not want to talk with you any more she told that they will come to check and if there is problem they will fix it and if no I have to pay them 20 Rials, then I asked her why should I pay when I have the warranty still long time to go she replied me very rude for the petrol as you are out of muscat .
I asked her this is not in warranty policy how come now you are asking me to pay her answer was if you want the service .
I asked her ok now are you going to pay me back my phone calls to you for two weeks and staying without oven for that period and today I came here will you pay my petrol also .
I am putting my complain in your hand knowing that you will do your search and give me my rights as a customer her attitude and behavior is not accepted at all . I thought of writing to you before I go to our customer protector departmant .

Wrost service and experience I've ever had . i felt like I was scamed and this is a big company . I would never recommend purchasing a product form Emax. i purchased a tablet believing there was a promotion according to the sales representative. the tablet was orginally 400 DH and according to him it was discounted to 1915 at the Emac and mall of emirates in duabi. I waited to purchase the product and he informed that the price was not updated in the system prolly waited 10 mins. then he informed me that the product is 3000 and the tablet without the keyboard is 1915. i asked if they could honour the price he informed me he got back on the phone with the manger and he said ok I paid for my product and when i went home . i noticed the box was already opened and the charger and pen was missing . so i had to go back to the store and ask why there is things missing then he informed me that it's an open product .another employee informed me that its a display product and thats why item was discounted . Not only was i lied to but was made to believe that the product was on sale . wrost customer service and on top all of the is my refund will be transferred into my account after 10 days what type refund takes 10 days riduculous.ive traveled to the USA and any transfer or refund should take only 1 min not 10 days . never buying electronics form Emac and would not recommend it to other travels .

I purchased one TV from Emax shop dubai on 13/11/2015 by paying AED 2499. I brought it to India during May 2017. I started using it in India from September onwards. From 14th October onwards it is not functioning and have issue of in pictures. The sound is some what clear but pictures are not at all clear and somewhere it is double picture also. I have put a complaint in TCL on same day. Sofar nobody have attended and they advise that somebody will attend the complaint on tomorrow. Please advise your support in this reagard.
Ensure that the same is rectified/attended at free of cost. Since it is less than two years old.

4k uhd 50 inch tv
I bought Videocon 50 inch 4k uhd tv(UHDVNV50Q519SA A1) from gitex to be delivered to india.
What they delivered is 123 cm 4k uhd tv(UHDVNV50Q549SA A1).
Let me know what should i do?.

I asked videocon about this and they said they have only this one thats why they delivered 123 cm tv.
Let me know, then why did emax promised me 50 inch, if it was only less than 49 inch.

asus defective product
Don't anything from Emax. Last week I buy asus gaming laptop. Within 2 days, It's defected. They sale the defected products in the GITEX shoppers. So don't buy any electronics in Emax shop. Customer care is poor, won't reply anything. In their customer care service, they hired rowdies and lazy peoples. Sometimes they replied very with laziness. Sometimes the person who talks very rude and bad with customer handling. Very poor and bad shop in UAE. Don't bought anything in EMAX.

I bought a JBL Flip4 speaker 15 days back and when I brought at home and tried to charge but it was not charging. Then I returned after Couple of days to the Emax MCC store for replacement. They checked the item, found error. But denied to replace and asked me to wait 7 working days. I am calling them everyday but rarely they pick the calls but no update, "brand has not respond yet" I am tired chasing.. since I clearly spoke to the CS Manager that I am travelling end of this week. SERIOUSLY Emax got to wake up in terms of after sales service. Quite disappointed.
Very poor after sales support.
Any kind of service requierd minimum 7 days for the diagnosis report ( I think their service center in India)

I bought an HP PC Model -PAV 24-B202NE, i7-7700u from Emax, Dubai Mall on 03-Jun-2017 and recently we found the system was not working and gave back to Emax outlet, Dubai Mall on 19-Aug-2017.
From the Emax, Dubai Mall outlet, they told me the service process should take minimum 15 working days and also they said they would inform us what is the issue of the device within 3 days. So far I have not received any information from them. Due to this I personally called Emax, Dubai Mall outlet today and they said they did not receive any update from the service desk. When I asked them I want to register a complaint they provided me this 8003629 number but this is customer service desk number and from customer service, they said they cannot register any complaint or they will not accept any complaint, this is only customer service. If I want to register a complaint, I shall call the Dubai Mall Emax outlet only.
Why are they doing poor customer service? I did not ask them to deliver the device, I just asked them what is the issue and the update. For this small enquiry, your staff were failed to treat their customer well then why do they are working on the respective positions.
I agreed I made a mistake as I bought a product from you and this is my last and final purchase from Emax and I will never purchase any product from EMAX in future.
This PC is for office use so please think about without system how could we work.

delivery issues/staff deceive client
26/7 Purchased expensive TV and soundbar, organise delivery for following day. Same afternoon receive call from Customer dept requesting delivery that evening. Not commiting to actual delivery time (of course). 9pm, 3 staff arrive to install, one guy strips thread on TV bracket( now useless), mentions nothing and tries to hide the fact from me and saying his 'repair' is 'same same all ok'. Not acceptable for multi '000 dhs spend. I insist on replacement of part damaged by delivery staff. They make phone calls, agree to replace tomorrow (no time!). Next day I call Customer dept at least 4 times to get service, finally told delivery 7pm. 9pm I call Customer dept for whereabouts of delivery, given delivery staff cell number, call him, told 'delivery between 10 and 11pm'! 1144pm I call to enquire whereabouts, no answer on cell, I go to bed. 1211am call from delivery team (1211am, really!) on landline as my cell is now off. 'Delivery tomorrow 6pm, sorry'. Emax, this is just unacceptable sloppy behavior. No one will commit to any service, and constantly lie to customer, and dishonest with regard to their actions. I expect that 6pm tonight will come and go, and again I imagine I will not get service, and a phony excuse. THEREFORE, I shall be requiring a full refund ( not credit note) as I do not intend to use Landmark Group company again. Emax can collect the electonics from my home at my convenience.
failed delivery
I ordered a 'Super General' chest freezer on Saturday 27th May 2017 at Mirdif city centre store and was told that it would be delivered by 2 working days. No delivery or phonecall. I contacted the store at 6pm the person I was talking to could not see my purchase invoice. He promised me that he will contact me back but did not. Called several times with the same promise. I ended up speaking to Mr Kalimuddin and Samsuddin and I had to then go to the store to sort out my order. Very poor service and a very unhappy customer.

I would like to bring your attention for this device which I have bought on 3rd November 2016 form Emax at Sharjah city center. I am from India and having FaceTime for me in I phone is very important. Without FaceTime this is nothing but a normal Android for me. When I was buying this phone the sales person didn't inform me that this phone doesn't have FaceTime. However, when I myself enquirer from different stores about this product, I came to know that if phone is built in UAE u will not have FaceTime and if it is from US it will have. I don't understand why the sales person didn't inform me about the same. I have recently realized that this phone doesn't have FaceTime at all. Due to my busy schedule I am unable to visit the store. This is misleading the customer with hiding information and getting their item sold.
Also this device is getting hanged most of the time.. sometimes it doesn't ring at all.. neither telephone ring nor the alarm. Camera gets stucked most of the time..battery doesn't charge..everytime you have to switch off and then switch on.. I don't really expect this from I phone brand.. It is a very well know and very good brand.
I would like to know what you can do about the above issues as I have spent a lot of money for the same which is wasted.

Was informed by EMAX representative in GItex that this will be delivered the same week. I would have taken the television by myself if they had told about delayed delivery.
The TV was bought on 1st April 2017.
Till today not delivered.
If I do not get delivery today I will have to approach Dubai Municipality consumer protection section for complaint.
The customer support person who attended was not helpful and even suggested he is willing to refund.

I sent my mobile on 21/01/2017 to check why there is a green line appearing on the curve part of the screen as this is still under warranty. The sales person that received the mobile had provided me with a service form with condition as used (no visible damage). I was then contacted after around a week asking me to pay for a new screen saying that the screen was damaged by myself. A week after that i was asked to collect the mobile from Emax Fujairah in the same damaged condition. When i asked the reason that the screen repair would not be covered by the warranty I was told that this was damaged due to "PRESSURE DAMAGE" which makes no sense to me. I also asked the store Manager to provide me with the service report to escalate the issue further and till now (after more than a week) I have not yet received this. This is not the first issue with Emax and I doubt it will be the last. I need this issue resolved soonest.

I purchased a Televison 48inches from Emax Gtex Dubai, on 8/10/16. Company is not delivered the TV at my home, So I delivered myself and next day installed the TV. Unfortunately I found the TV is Dark colour and dispaly alignment was in improper. I complained to EMax customer care, They sent a technician. He just looked the TV from outside and reported to Emax. i called to Emax to replace or repair or refund. Emax is rejected my request. In fact Emax is cheated and lied about warranty. I have seen so many complaint against Emax cheating and liying in the complaint Board and internet reviews. considering the customer complaint, I would like to request the concerned authories to take the necessary action against EMax TV dearlers.
