On 6/27/22 I filed a claim which is claim number [protected]. My claims adjuster, Candacia Bright and her supervisor, Timothy Marshall have not once reached out to me in the 3 months since the filing of the claim. Because I finally got in touch with someone named Carly at esurance and was able to get the ball rolling and get an appraiser from SCA Appraisal to go and appraise the car. Now we need the check sent to the auto body shop and once again I cannot get in touch with Ms. Bright or Mr. Marshall. I am beyond disgusted with the customer service. I cannot believe I have not heard from Ms. Bright or Mr. Marshall once since 6/27/22. How is anyone supposed to get their car fixed?
Yet esurance promptly takes my money every month for the insurance that I pay for and I cant even get my car fixed.

I pay close to 400-500 a month for insurance I was in an accident last month, I was deemed not at fault. My claim has been passed off and passed off and off and a month later i still have heard nothing.The vehicle was deemed a total loss of 11,666$ according to my adjuster, then i was told they werent going to use that amount then my claim got passed to a new adjuster who has yet to contact me. Now im left paying on a car that is totaled plus the new car i had to get and insurance. I still have heard nothing, i called today and philip told me he had 3 calls on hold and he would call me back, still havent recieved a call. I sent an email yesterday and havent gotten a response. If noone has contacted me or made any progress on my cliam by Friday I will be taking the money I usually pay for insurance with and putting that toward a retainer on my attorney.

I filled a claim for vandalism to my passenger side view mirror on 3/22/2022. Since then Esurance a subsidiary of Allstate has been transferred to three different insurance companies and then back to Allstate. Each time my claim being transferred from company to company to company, and at the same time checks being written and canceled written and canceled. I keep falling through the cracks of the system. None of the supervisors return phone calls and the Rapid Response team assemble to handle these problems was disassembled four months ago! All I am waiting for is a check in the amount of $1200.99 to be re-issued to myself. After almost 6 months of frustration l would really like this issue resolved. I look forward to seeing some kind of resolution. Thank you.

Accident 8/17 10:45 a.m. on motorcycle, individual stopped suddenly no lead time to stop, tried to avoid the accident by going around and bike and myself went down. I was in the hospital for 10 days, ended up with surgery so my wife and I initiated the claim call on 8/18 (next day), we were told someone would contact us within 24 hours. On 8/19 I called and received voice mail for the adjuster 8/19 (J. Bain), called again on 8/20 voice mail for adjuster.
I contacted esurance on 8/22 to try to get anyone that could give me an update, to no avail. I got transferred around and finally ended up with the adjusters Supervisor (T. Marshall) to find this person was on vacation so straight to voice mail. On, 8/23 contacted adjuster and again ended up with the supervisor voice mail which states he is on vacation. On 8/24 I received a call from someone at esurance taking my statement that told me their role is to move forward any claim that is sitting in que, this person asked what happened and where I wanted my motorcycle taken. On 8/25 I contacted the harley dealer that I provided, they had not received the motorcycle. I then contacted the tow company only to find out my motorcycle is still sitting in their yard. On 8/27 I called again and was transferred to the adjusters Supervisor in which I left another message. I called again today 8/29, continue to receive voice mail for adjuster and supervisor and no response. I cannot even see the claim information on my account when I log in through the app. There is nothing to show me the status of my claim anywhere.
I have been an auto insurance customer of esurance for approximately 8 years. I opened my motorcycle policy this year.
Desired outcome: I want to be contacted with a status update on my claim and I wanted my motorcycle taken to a repair shop to get the process started.
I had an accident on the 20th. My car only has scuff marks on it. It has been impossible for them to tell me when adjuster will come to look at my car. Know their adjusters are in NC, Why don't they have claim adjusters in fla. E-mailed the adjuster and also call them . Received no call back. I'm getting rid of this insurance company. They also hung up on me. Not acceptable.
That's how they do customer service now. I had a claim filed on the same day as your accident. I've only been able to speak to my claims adjuster once. It's now been over two months with no contact, and apparently, the car is totaled, but they still can't tell anyone about it. They are the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with.

On April first 2022 i was in a car accident
The car that hit me illegaly passed on the right, and refused to talk to me so I called the police, I received a police report number and called you immediately upon returning home and reported it.
The adjusting agent then filed the investigation paperwork to receive the facts he needed to funded the offenders insurance and either get my car fixed or apply the underinsured insurance coverage I purchase. During the wait for response i performed one of those application estimates and received a paliminary estimate of damage of around 2400.00 or so. As that happened the insurance my agent filed a response of denial because the 2014 Honda Civic that matches the plate my agent sent them was not in a car accident,
So my agent was just going to send me to the shop with the 2400 dollar bid and try to get it fixed, when I pointed out the discrepancy between the police report and the denial letter in regards to make and model of the car he did not care I told him that this whole thing was retarded and not being handled correctly , i also told him its his job to go back and research what’s wrong , he immediately told me well tried to reprimand me for the use of the word retarded, i had to correc him on several fronts ,, one he is in no way as an employee to you in anyway being paid to act like my mother and father and tell me how to speak, nor was he a fully capable human being allowed to correct me a 100% disabled veteran with a list of issues as to what is the proper use of the word retarded, and i was using it properly because retarded means an alteration or deviation from the norm and something wasn’t working normally for sure,
So in retaliation he didn’t wait to allow me time for the second inspections he stopped returning my calls and cut me a check i never asked for. Because i stopped returning my calls i thought it was over and had to cash the check to figure out now how to fix my own vehicle because I wasn’t getting help from my agent
Then e few days later i get a letter from AAA saying “our client admits fault and we want to pay. When I called her she said she couldn’t help because you already wrote the check, i had called my agent with you and had to fight with him to get him to go to his supervisor to get you to pay for the repare so triple aaa can reimburse you.it has been a fight every step of the way and you changed agents on me and I am not being responded to anymore. It has been months, I received the van back from the body shop after it sat there for three weeks because you still owed them more then 900 dollars, the mechanic I chose to do the mechanical couldn’t check the vehicle out until it went to the body shop, there has been no mechanical repair done to it other then a steering buckle you provided, a strut and an axel i had from my house that still needs to be replaced because they where bad when i had taken them off to do the lift kit i put on it a year ago, I have been with out a car since April except for the truck i used to run homeless people food. I received the van back from the body shop and it makes a right turn when i drive and let go of the wheel is unsafe for the road and one of the fluid lines busted pulling into my driveway and it could be because of the car accident, I am about to file with the state insurance board if this doesn’t get handled. I have been without a vehicle this whole time and have been begging for one i need five vertebrae replaced and walking isn’t something i can do without a lot of pain.

Accident Claim
Esurance Claim # [protected]. I had an auto accident on 6/2/2022 and have not had my claim fulfilled. It took 6 weeks for me to hear ANYTHING from the claims adjuster, and to this day (8/17/2022) she has never kept me in the loop with any of the details regarding my claim. She called me the first day I made a formal complaint and she has not returned my phone calls or emails since. Initially, my elusive adjuster (the one and only time we spoke) stated that an appraiser could not be scheduled, so I just need to send her pics of the damage. The next day I am contacted by the supervisor who tells me my quote should be ready within 1-2 days. I was confused because I was told they needed my pics, which I had not sent yet, but apparently, they already had them.
Another week passes and I eventually contact the supervisor again who informs me that someone else (not the adjuster) is working on it and not accepting the quote that was delivered by the auto repair shop. Once again I'm told reassurances, and that they just need some answers from the shop and this should be handled in a few days tops.
The shop owner sends what they requested and of course, I hear nothing again. I contact the Esurance supervisor again, and it appears there's an issue, but no real answer as to what it is. Therefore, he concludes I do in fact need an appraiser.
Last week (8/12) I was finally scheduled for an appraiser who contacted me when he was "at the shop" on 8/15 but he actually DID NOT ever go. The next day, on 8/16, I spoke to Esurance customer service who instructed me to write an email to customer feedback and stated they should get back to me within 24 hours and I was assured (as usual) that they were taking this very seriously and want to resolve my issue. Well, ANOTHER 24-hour period has passed and NOTHING. No phone calls, no emails. I plan on also complaining to the NAIC (National Association of Insurance Commissioners) because this is unacceptable.

Non responsive Adjuster
I was in a vehicle coalition where a driver with a policy with Esurance rear ended my pick up truck.
Driver kindly gave me the policy number and claim number and after exchanging information i thought it was going to be a smooth process to get my vehicle repair schedule or payment was going to be issued.
Well it has been 4 days and multple calls and messages to Christian and no response.
I have lost several days of work do to being my working vehicle.
Highly dissapointed with this whole situaton.
I do not belive esurance takes much empahasis nor care of the other party involved in car accidents with one of their clients.
Desired outcome: Id appreciate a quickly resoluton and response.
Adjuster almost non existent
I had to spend hours calling and calling just to get an estimate on my car (it took 3 weeks and my car sat at the dealership) I got “0” call backs from the adjuster yet I called daily if not multiple times leaving messages. He then got a new phone number that he never answered or returned messages with any type or f response. I did priority escalations complaints and called supervisor who’s voicemails said not to leave a message as they are out of the office for extended time. The dealership stated they could not get a response from the adjuster as well. This has gone on for over 2 months getting after 3rds a estimate finally as no one was assigned until then go figure. Now I am calling email was sent to adjuster, supervisor and big boss Jared to. All me asap by rep who answered main number but he couldn’t even get anyone so he texted that so I could get my deductible back as I was told prior would be waived because Allstate the person who hit me insurance accepted full liability but when time came nope I had to pay. No return call today. Called department of insurance and have not heard back from them. This is a sh—t show. Absolutely the worst insurance and I plan on looking for a new insurance company. I want my
Deductible and I will call daily until I get it.

My car was hit on 07/02/22 while parked. Here are my issues with this process.
1. It happened on a Friday and the claims department is closed on the weekends
2. You are assigned only 1 adjuster and only the adjust can help you
3. I called every day to have some on call me and was told only the adjuster can help me.
4. Call the supervisor with no response.
5. I have been without a renter car since 07/02/2022.
6. I had to get my car to the shop and the shop has called the adjuster with no response.
7. I have been told this is a third-party adjuster assign by All State and the only compliant process is to the Vice President.
Desired outcome: I want my rental car ASAP and I want to be assigned an All-State adjuster so I can complete this process and change my insurance company.This is the worst service I have ever received from any insurance company.
Esurance auto claim
I filed a claim on 5/2/2022 for an auto accident. I was provided the name and phone number of 5 different adjusters before I finally reached an adjuster in Virginia. My car was deemed a total loss on June 3rd. The towing company picked up my car without my approval while I was at work on June 6th. The claim adjuster I was assigned to is Venessa Venegas. I spoke to her one time on June 9th, she said she would call me with an offer by June 14th. I have not heard from her. I have called her number which immediately goes to voice mail 4 times leaving a message each time. Her voice mail states press 0 for immediate assistance, after pressing 0 it says I'm sorry 0 is not an option. I called the claims department again on June 24th, I was told by Robb (would not provide his last name) that he filed a complaint for me and a supervisor would return my call within 24 hours. The 24th was a Friday so I understand not calling on the weekend however it is now 7pm Monday and I still have not received a call.
Desired outcome: I would like a settlement for my car.

On 6/7/22. 7:30 AM I was rear ended by an Esurance client while I was in stopped traffic on 695 near Interstate 95 exits in Md. All traffic was at a standstill and said client was distracted and swerved to miss the car next to me a rear ended my 2021 Platinum F150 truck at about 45-50 mph. Maryland State Police investigated (case 22-MSP-022044). Thank goodness no one was hurt. I contacted Esurance that day and got a case number [protected]), claims rep. (Deseray Zayas) and her number [protected]).
Received a call later that evening by someone else from Esurance for information on accident, they indicated they were most likely at fault based upon information they had. I offered photos to show vehicles, but he didn't want them. He stated an estimator would come to my body shop, two days later they did an estimate, he told Bodyshop owner that Esurance has to approve estimate. Hasn't happened in two weeks. I have tried calling dozens of times, all calls go to claim agent reps full voice mail, and you can't leave a message or talk to anyone. Tried using another cell phone (my number when used goes directly to a full voice mail. a trick they use) and talked to at least six other people who just transferred me to a full voicemail of original rep. and did not help me. Finally, one of the reps gave me Claims Rep Supervisor's voicemail. I have left two messages with not one returned phone call in a week.
Backed doored with another cell phone and spoke to a rep and ask if they had an elevation claims process, she took information and stated someone will contact me in three business days, nothing in 6 days.
I also want to file a diminished value claim against the insured, my truck will be worth a lot less now since an accident of this type after we at least get the truck fixed. My Bodyshop thinks the frame maybe bent and won't know until they get bed off truck and validate dimensions, What a cluster!
After reading other claims, this is their MO, they should be investigated by the MD Insurance Commission, to me this is at best completely unethical and boarder line fraud. If you're a Esurance client, you should run the other way.

Road side assistance
Pathetic company can’t see how they are still in business I gave out of gas and needed road side assistance they connected me to a department in Columbia that does not have a clue of what is going on and I’m getting routed back and forth from department to department I will be transferring my services back to Geico issue still not resolved I have been on the side of the road for 10 hours now
7 weeks with zero contact from adjuster or supervisor
I was in an accident on 4/17/2022 we are now 6/1/2022 and I have yet to get a phone call from my adjuster or their supervisor. I have called several times with zero success of speaking to either one of them. Today alone I have been hung up on 4 times. I also have yet to been provided with a rental. Each person assigned to my case has a voicemail that states do not leaves more than one voicemail, which I find very unprofessional especially if they do not contact clients in a timely manner. The most frustrating part is if the people assigned do not answer there is zero help outside of that. zero. No other employee will help because "that is all they call do" is transfer you to a voicemail that tells you not to leave messages. I've been without a car for almost 2 months, as a single mother is beyond words of frustration and anger. My friends and family are more reliable than this company. After then is completed I am going with a different company and will warn everyone I come into contact with not to do business with this company.
Non response to request to file a claim for damage to my vehicle.
I have attempted to contact Octavia Myers several times and have not been able to speak with her. I have damage to my vehicle from someone holding a policy with her Esurance company. I left voice messages and still no response. I have a repair estimate which I would like to forward to her. Claim number [protected].

I filed a claim on May 3rd, 2022 and was told a representative will contact me in 24 hours. I have called everyday since, multiple times a day. I have been transferred to 3 different people, none have answered my call by the way. I have emailed, when I call I’m on hold for over an hr each time, my messages have been blocked. My Catalytic converter was stolen, so my car isn’t drivable. I have been patient and polite for 2 weeks now. If I knew I would be paying for nothing I would have went with another company.
Ever since they merged with Allstate they have gone downhill. Never had any issues until 3 yrs ago when this merged happen.
Denying refund
After 2 years with Esurance as my auto insurance and having my payments on auto pay I was rear ended on Oct. 20 2021 Esurance denied my clam now they are denying me of the $400 refund so after Thousands of dollars I paid to Esurance I now have $6000 in damage to my 2017 silverado also had 2 cars covered so its $800 refund I am now out please if you are insured with Esurance get out now

I filed a claim 8 days ago, on May 2. 2022, and they touted that, "once you've reported a claim, a claims representative will contact you within 24 hours," as well as said that, "our goal is to settle it quickly and fairly."
That's not been my experience. This was a single car accident, with no other insurance company to deal with. I sent over the pictures when I filed the claim.
I have called the company, the assigned adjuster, and her supervisor over 6x and seriously, noone will call me back and my claim just sits in a permanent "Incident Not Available" status.

My vehicle was stopped and rear-ended on 4/8/22 The car behind me was pushed into me by a 3rd car driving so fast that her airbags deployed . Both of those cars were towed away . Have insurance info on both cars. 100% liability. Motion censors damaged, needs new bumper , back hatch not opening or closing correctly .Estimate is $3400 . Star Auto Collision in Danbury, Ct is where the car dealership recommends their cars go .Esurance won't contact the shop. Lowballing me to keep pmnt under my$1000 deductible . Thought , since I have been with them for over 15 years and have not put in claims that this would be better to handle and they can deal with the insurance company .
