Etisalat complaint no. [protected] pending since october 18th 2016.

I have issued a complaint with regards to the issue under complain no. [protected] pending since October 18th 2016.

I have been notified by Eitsalat that under request no [protected] Khambay is using the same number [protected] that was issued to me as well under request no [protected].

My problem is still not resolved. Now no one from Bur Juman Branch are responding to me.

Etisalat offers on the website that's not been given in store

I opened the website to search for a mobile phone to buy it, and I found some offers and gifts on most of the phones, the one I chose and already bought is huawei y6 pro, this phone actually has a gift voucher on it as the website said, (Kindly see the photo) , when I went to the store and finished the buying process, I asked for the gift, he said no gifts in the stores, this promotion in only valid in the stores thats inside the malls, there's nothing on the website that state this important detail, and I bought the phone already, so I have the right to take my gift, even if it was a very small gift but still, this is my right as a customer and I want my gift.
This happened just now in etisalat store in messaha sq. Dokki, giza, egypt.
Kindly provide me with the solution cause I might withdraw my company business account from etisalat and transfer it to any other company for this matter.

Etisalat e life internet

I initially closed my account in October, 2016. I submitted a first complaint after I continued to be charged for bills in November. Since then I have paid an 859 AED charge and was told my account was closed. I did not get billed for January. On March 3, 2017, I received another bill.

I have sent in numerous cancellation requests by phone and email and repeatedly get told that the problem is going to be resolved in 48 hours yet continue to be billed. I do not have a UAE phone number or account as I have permanently left the country. My service has been restarted despite leaving the UAE.

My latest reference number is 9846892. I have also previously had number 9826198.

Right now I am being charged for two months of service being reopened. I have email responses from Etisalat on the following dates:
21/11/16
23/11/16
12/1/17
13/1/17
14/1/17
14/3/17
15/3/17

I am very disappointed by Etisalat's handling of this situation and insistence that I pay bills for accounts that I have closed repeatedly after leaving the country. I will certainly not recommend Etisalat's services in the future for their unethical handling of customer problems.

Etisalat network registration

i am a prepaid user and had tried to take a pospaid plan which was my biggest mistake as i am facing the below consiquences

etisalat has removed me from prepaid and not yet latched to postpaid and the account manager keeps on saying its a bug error and shall be resolved by eod (which is a repeated story from past 6 days)

Also below are the issues I am facing due to which I have made personal and official losses.

1) We missed an important deal confirmation from Seagate brand where he had confirmed that he shall give us marketing support of usd 5, 000 against the plan discussed, late the Seagate team tried calling me to advice the change in the buying plan, as I was not been able to reach due to the phone number not available they have sent the plan as per their convenience and I could not speak and negotiate with them and a loss of usd 1500 has been made.
2) We have a customer for a deal of 10 apple airpods in dubai mall and sales advisor was not able to reach me for a bulk deal and a sale of 649 x 10 units = 6490 aed loss.
3) My wife had to travel on emergency to india yesterday and I was trying to book a indigo airlines flight and was unable to use my credit card OTP which is registered as [protected] and by the time I reached to the ticketing office the cash fair had increased by 210 aed.
4) I have a credit card payment to my dubai Islamic bank and for which the OTP is on [protected] and the due date is missed due to which I have a late payment fees of aed: 250 and 3% intrest for the outstanding.
5) More over we have the industries biggest event due in next 10 days and as a business head for accessories I cannot stay out of touch from my suppliers.

These are all known factors moreover I am not aware if any important message I have missed due to which I am casued inconvenience.

I request you to kindly ask Etisalat for a compensation against this.

Etisalat elife shifting request pending for 12 days

Dear sir / madam

I am writing this official complain against the etisalat support and appointment team who are literally playing with me on the issue of shifting my connection from one location to another.
Following are my detail of the connection;

I am chasing the request and complaint everyday. My initial appointment was on 11th of march on which date one of the technician came and said we have installed the cables and another person from technical department will come to activate the connection. After that no body came and I am calling 10 times a day everyday. I am being told every time I call that we are escalating the issue to higher authorities or concerned departments. I have even talked to 3 of the supervisors and a manager on duty, but nobody came up with a certain word or any solution to the issue.
Evrytime I call I confirm the number to call me which is [protected] & [protected] and everytime they have a different number which I don't know from where they get. I am getting messages on the right number from etisalat that the issue has been resolved despite the issue is still there.

I am requesting you to please look into the matter or send it across the higher authorities who can really resolve this issue.

Etisalat elife product upgrade

product upgrade was requested on 27th Feb but till date not done. and on to p of that they have cut my bein sports channels. I have been following for the past 15 days but not proper answer,

Etisalat technical billing problems

Hi,

I have made repeated calls to Etisalat as my mobile is disconnected every month even though I pay my bills in full.

I have asked many times for an explanation & have received many empty apologies but no explanation.

I am very tired of chasing for an explanation & having to ask why my phone has been disconnected over and over again.

Please can someone respond with a proper explanation.

Etisalat e life internet not working since 5th march 2017 until today 11th march 2017

Dear Customer Care,

My account number in Etisalat is [protected] under the name Ms. Sabena Mohammed Hanif Qureshi. My case number is [protected], [protected].

My elife internet is not working since 5th March and it is 11th March today already and complaint has been raised already and troubleshooting through 101 has been done many times but to no avail. I have been communicating with Mr. Laxmikanth, Mr. Sharath, Mr. Rakesh and Mr. Manish from the 101 call center but they are only giving me false claims and using just one lingo of escalating the matter to higher authority and also taking ownership but nothing has been done so far. I have also visited the Business Center in Deira on Wednesday 8th March and met Mr. Abdul Latif and he sent a complaint to the Technical team and assured that the technical team will call me but nothing happened until 19:30 same day so I went again at 19:30 to Etisalat Business Center and Mr. Mahmoud the Store Manager spoke in a very rude way and was not cooperative at all and was not showing any empathy towards my problem and the suffering that I am going through. And I literally waited till 21:30 in the Business Centre whereas all the staff including Mahmoud had left by 20:30 – 21:00. And I kept calling 101 and spoke to Sachin there and I told him that I will not leave the Business Centre until and unless I have a technician call me and visit my house as I had already lost my patience coz from 5th march until 8th March I was only given false promises and nothing had been done to resolve my issue. And finally at 21:17 I receive a call from Etisalat Technician (Shahzad [protected]) and he said he will visit my house that very moment and I asked my building security to open my room as he has a spare key and I rushed from Deira to Nahda Dubai in the meantime. The technician was still at home when I reached and he mentioned that there is some IT issue from the server or something and he has sent an email to them already and waiting for a reply which was not received yet.

I went to the Business Centre again on Thursday 9th March and also met the Store Manager Mr. Ehab Abdullah and two more people there but again false promises were made but nothing happened until now and still my internet is not working.
Since 5th March I have been calling 101 so many times and only I am hearing is that you guys are escalating my complaint to the higher authority but nothing is happening so far.
I am really ashamed and embarrassed with Etisalat which is unable to rectify my problem and solve the issue and it is already alomost a week now. Etisalat team is not capable of rectifying and solving a simple internet issue and is not even bothered to call the customer and inform or update about the status and give assurance of solving the issue soon. This was not expected at all from your team. Not one call I have received from Etisalat assuring me that the problem is being solved or something.
I hate to say this but I am really very very disappointed and ashamed of your incapable team and i must say that I have lost trust and faith in your services.

Wishing and hoping your team to show some empathy and sympathy towards the customer as I am also in the Hospitality Sector for almost 15yrs and we always place ourselves in the shoes of the customer and show empathy.

I will never recommend anyone to use Etisalat anymore.

Still waiting for my problem to be solved.

Etisalat home internet installation

One of the worse customer service centers ever! I applied for internet 20 January 2017. As I am moving into a new community the fiber cables were still being installed. We were assured by the sales representative that there are other internet options and that we will have internet within a few days, we can change later to fiber. For some reason, they decided to cancel my order without my say so as we don't have fiber connection yet. I phoned to complain and was told they will fix the issue. They never did. I had to start the application process from the beginning. This was mid February. Again the same story. A sales representative came to my house and asked me to apply yet again. He assured me the cables are in and I have fiber. I asked 3 times are you sure! To no surprise, he lied as well. on 2 March we received a call saying the technician is coming on 8 March to install. On the 8th I get a call from the technician stating he would be there at 9pm. Never showed. The next morning I get a call from a very rude appointment representative stating they are only coming Saturday my other appointment cancelled but no reason given.

Etisalat etisalat - sim card inactive for 5 days and no one cares

After having a complete incompetent customer service agent in Abu Dhabi tried to change my phone plan from visitor to resident and him installing a new sim card with the same number (!?!) my sim card has been inactive ever since. Countless visits to the store with hearing "We have escalated your issue and support will come back to you" and more than a dozen calls to the customer service hotline listening to 'It will be fixed in 3 hours.' 'It will be fixed in 48 hours' 'It will definitely be resolved in 24 hours', 'Someone will get in touch with you until 8 pm' (and never anyone did throughout the whole 5 days) it is still inactive and no one cares. Even worse that this amazing agent mentioned in the beginning took AED200 cash from me on that day to upload on my account which I now can't use and etisalat does not want to give it back to me - I have to wait 3 months until anything can be transferred apparently. And also, before the complaint is closed they can not even transfer the money. Why don't they just tell me that they have no clue how to fix it and at least offer me a new sim card and number if needed. But they all seem extremely untrained in handling complaints anyways. WORST SERVICE EVER and no one there knows what they are doing or have any authority to make any decisions. Why have a service hotline in the first place etisalat? Anyways, no one will care about it as people in UAE barely have any other option as there are only 2 phone providers...that I call absolutism!

Etisalat unexplained action from etisalat egypt

i requested to change this number from prepaid to postpaid in sheraton office cairo at 24/2/2017

i admitted my papers and within 1/2 hour the process done

today i discovered that i cant make calls i called customer support called mr/abd alrahman from [protected] at 9:10 pm today 26/2/2017 he left me on line for 24 minutes and replied that he will submit mail i told him kindly i am in hurry could i call your shift supervisor he said that his direct supervisor has many calls

kindly i need an explanation to this inappropriate action from a well known company

After dialing 101 and then pressing 1, 1, 4 etc to reach the operator.

Etisalat: welcome to etisalat. my name is sanjukta, how may I help you?

Me: hi sanjukta, my name is balaji and I am calling regarding the aed 50 which I recharged at abu dhabi airport using my credit card. the amount is still not reflecting in my account. I was told yesterday it will happen in couple of hours. still not reflected.
Etisalat: hello sir, let me take a look. is it regarding the same number from which you are calling?

Me: yes sanjukta. I paid dirhams 75 to the operator at your airport branch in abu dhabi. 25 for reissuing a sim and 50 for the recharge
Sanjukta: sure. let me take a look. sir, are you sure that you have not subscribed for any other data packs or anything like that? (implying that the 50 aed may have been used up and she can close the case)

Me: sanjukta, I have subscribed for your daily pack for data - 1 day only and its aed 5. the amount is already deducted from my existing balance
Sanjukta: yes sir, I can see that your balance is now aed 16.70 and your last recharge was three weeks back for aed 100

Me: yes sanjukta. you are telling me information I already know. tell me something which I dont know.
Sanjukta: yes sir. I am only frontline operator. I will look into this.

Sanjukta: sir. how did you make the payment
Me: I already told you, I made the payment through my corporate amex credit card and I also have a receipt for it, the transaction was done at abu dhabi airport - your counter number 3 and the operator id was mrind

By this time I am assuming most sane operators would understand that the customer has all the data but they do not have and quickly provide a solution

Sanjukta: sir, I cannot see your credit for aed 50 in your account
Me: duh! sanjukta, I am calling you because neither can i? are you understanding the issue? or do I have to repeat it?

Sanjukta: let me look sir.
Me: long hold for another 5 minutes

Sanjukta: sir, please give me the receipt number.
Me: 2***9***8**. do you need the other details on the receipt

Sanjukta: no need sir. you told me you paid by credit card. can you give me the credit card reference number from your bank?
Me: are you crazy? the swipe was done yesterday, the statement will come after a month. you want me to look into the future and tell you the authorization number?

Now she tries to take the easy way out
Sanjukta: sir, since I cannot see the aed 50 in your account, could you please visit the branch/center where you recharged this and sort it out?
Me: hello sanjukta. at the beginning of the call itself, I was hoping you would not ask me to do this. I raised it with the person who charged it and he said, it will be credited in your account and you will not have to do anything. if at all it doesnt happen, just call 101 and they will resolve. now you are asking me to go back to abu dhabi airport. I am in dubai and it will cost me 600 dirhams to go there plus 4 hours wasted for a 50 dirham complaint? even if I was in abu dhabi, do you think we have the time and energy to chase you guys for a transaction you should be doing on auto pilot?

Sanjukta: sir, I understand sir, I am only front line officer
Me: sanjukta, I need the credit today, as I am only in uae for one more day and I need to use the credit. could you look into extending me some 30 odd aed as an advance credit and whenever you resolve this issue, it would be utilized from the recharged amount?

Sanjukta: sir, I am only frontline officer. I will look into it
Me: sanjukta, I know you are front line officer, but if you cannot resolve anything then why are we having this call

Sanjukta: sir, I am trying my best sir. should I raise a complaint?
Me: of course yes. what have I been saying so far?

Sanjukta: sir, I am unable to give any credit to you. the process of resolving this will take 2 working days

Me: sanjukta, you do realize that you asked me to send the receipt scan it and email it to an address which you dont manage, you havent been able to see the 75 aed payment to etisalat, inspite of me giving you the name of operator, branch id, receipt number and card details except card number and the internal bank number. you do realize that the whole conversation was a waste of my time ?

Sanjukta:sir I am only front line officer. your complaint will be acted upon in 2 working days.

Sanjukta: is there anything else I can help you with?
Me: you could not help me with this, do you think I have any inclination to bring in any additional challenges to you?

My advise to etisalat ceo - please first fire this employee! then look at your issue resolution mechanism. if this is the experience of customers with etisalat, I think du will have you for breakfast!

Etisalat etisalat lied big time and failed customer services

I hope this message will reach to etisalat CEO from your help.

My full name is Vo Dang Tung and my etisalat account number is [protected].

The reason i am writing this email to you is to help me to raised my voice to top Etisalat CEO

The issue is my connection apply for shifting since December 31st 2016. And the connection had been cut off from then.

I called and informed my new location After somedays. there are support came and checked and tell me need to inform supervisor about the line.

I am then waiting for more days to come without anyone fom etisalat inform me what is going on.

I called up 101 and they says that there are full ports in the villa. Need time to fix.

I asked for how long. They reply as soon as possible. And then i am happy to wait

But i dont receive any call from them from so many days. I called them up and they told me that i need to have pipe to lead the cable to tand from between electrical room and the chamber.

I went musafa and purchased the pipe, and digged the ground and put the pipe down. Then i called them to come and check.

When they came. They told me that i need to drill the hole from the wall and from chamber too. I had agurment with the support and i asked them is that all i can do.? What else i need to be done to get the line back. They said "nothing". But at the end i told to housekeeper to Drill it. Then i call the same person come and check but he never respond my calls

I then came to etisalat tower in Abu Dhabi City on 8th feb. I met arab manager there and he said sorry to me. And instructed his staff to help me sending email out to direct support.

I informed the lady philipino who help me to handle the case " i will off on THURSDAY" please send support I will stay home to wait for.

On Thursday, i had been waiting for the whole day. There was no call at all from etisalat.

I wait weeked finish and then i went back to etisalat on Sunday Morning 12nd feb to follow up.

I got no help from this time and the arabic lasy from the entrance tried to stop me to go up since i informed her about my issue. At the end i told her that i need to follow up my issue then she lets me up

There were no help from here

They told me to call 800101 only. Here is the sale center

I called 800101 direct inside etisalat customer counter.

I tried to ask to speak to manager. The staffs were trying not to let me talk to manager. I have to go all over my problems then told me that manager name is LINA

I spoke with her and she promised me she will get the team back to me within 24hours.

So i felt ok since i spoke to manager. I went home and waiting for someone from etisalat will call me the next day.

There is over 24hours. 26hours i have no calls. Now i feel so frustrated.

I called backed 800101 to ask for LINA. Seems like i got the fake name and the fake title to just calm me down.

This time i spent again 30 minutes with staffs since i wanted to speak to the manager. Finally. His name is Jerry Johnson said that he is the floor manager.

We had conversation and he promised to help me within 24 he will call back and the connection will be fixed

Then i wait 26 hours. There is no call. Again?Why do people lie to customers?

I called again to requested staff let me speak to Jerry since we had conversation. This time staff said they cant connect or transfer to Jerry. There is no OPTION to transfer the call from there.

So they asked me to speak to supervisor. So this is the last option so i said ok.

Supervisor name KATIK from india. I told me that on 22feb is the complete day.

I told him many times i called you tell me on 20 jan. Then i called back you tell me 29 and then feb 8 and now is feb 22. If 22 feb is not. What would you do then ?

He told me dont worry. Come on. How i dont worry.

I asked him tommorrow can you call me to inform me what is the update. He said that he will be having off the next 2 days. Friday he will be back.

I said ok. Can you call me on friday to inform me and while you are off. Can you arrange your staff to call me tommorrow? I meed someone to call me. He said he will arrange GIRIS will call me from 10 am to 11am. I said fine

Next day. There is also no call from Giris.

I don't know what to do now.

i keep on calling etisalat and they told me 22nd Feb will be the completion day, so i called on 20 feb and 21feb to follow up, they told me don't worry sir, they will come and fix internet for you.

On 21st i called 800101 and i request to call me on 22nd at 9am and the person said he i already send note to management . there was no call at 9 am the next day which is 22 feb.

I called back etisalat at 9:30 am and HUsmud who answer the phone (not sure i spell correct the name). He seems so keen on my issue, i am happy to hear someone has a little bit care. After keep on the phone long time as he said "please don't hang the phone" . He's back and told me that he has spoken or sent message out to the Etisalat management. He is also told me that. "the management will call me after 2 hours.

I asked him to confirm 3 times" Are you sure they will call me" He said that, Sure sir, don't worry. Definitely they will call you.

I waited over 2 hours till now at 23:56 when i writing this message.

I really don't know what to do. I mean really I GOT NO ONE HELP.

Kindly Etisalat Management, take a look at my issue, Is that the right way you are doing business or is this the right way the people treat customer like this?

Etisalat etisalat data sim - my page not working

Etisalat my page which is used by the etisalat users to check the due amount and the data quotas is not working since about a month and as i have called the customer service an asked, they confirmed me this will work from tomorrow and that was last week and still it is not working.. I think this is another trick of them to grab more mney from customers as they can, t actually know the data balance and they will use excess and will have to pay more.. This is really very unethical..

Etisalat elife premium (three months promotion)

Hello

I was in family elife subscription package when I saw this promotion for elife premium with discounted price for three months. I upgraded my subcription from family to premium package . My family do not watch that match and mostly on multimedia.

I downgraded again to family package on 31/01/2017 and told me there will charge of 100 AED for downgrading .

When I got etisalat bill AED 2061.58 for January and call center told me that all discount charges will applied to my preset monthly . this not fair and like forcing user to contiue or with be charged heavely.

I was not told by staff when I upgraded and these staff are new I do not know their job and usuallyask their supervisor for help.

I ask khaleej time to forward to estisalat official to weive these charge as staff did not communicate with me about charges.

Etisalat unauthorized charges

I am really disappointed - As I have to explained myself 5 times to a different agent .

The last person I spoke to is maysera - regarding the complaint and she said it will be refund on the next bill.

Why should i pay when the problems is from your side?! they set up the Internet, the next day i called... if you can see how many times i called and complaint because the Internet is not working anywhere the house aside from where he place the router near the main door.

I ask to be connected on Etisalat Internet not to display, ... what Im gonna do if it is not working? I have 2 Bedroom, it doesn't reach to my room not even the kitchen next to the main door.

I called him back to fix whatever he put or if he fix the router properly - now you are going to charged me because he fix it?

its not even a month, i called him the next day he connected the net in my apartment - I called 3 time but no response - it took them so long to fix it and you already charge me on the first day you connected and me cant able to use unless i will stand near to the door.

If the Technician you send did not do it properly - i reported the next day --you will charged for his service! it is an Internet connection problem! i should not pay for it.

I hope you check again the issue - and my complaints because it is not acceptable at all.

Etisalat they took my number

I was not using my number for 1 month maybe and it had some balance in it. after some time i bought a new mobile and wanted to use this number on it but it turns out to be locked so i tried to ask etisalat customer service what happened but they told me that according to some policies they have withdrawn and number and it has already been bought by someone else. i tried to get it back but they said they already gave it someone else . i had gotten this number from a long time ago.

Etisalat wrongly charged aed 328 / - (mobile no. - [protected]) after closing the account with reference no.[protected]

Dear Team,

This issue is to bring to your kind attention that my post paid no [protected] was in usage till 7th Feb 2016, however I disconnected that number on 7th Feb and paid 364 dhr to clear all the outstanding till tat time after discussed with Al wahada etisalate outlet service provider & i crossed checked twice with them after paying 364 dhr there will no other outstanding in future and they confirmed for the same and gave me reference no. [protected]. After 7th Feb 2016 that number was never used. The agent closed that number successfully with all relevant documents and provided ref no [protected] for further reference if any.

Now after one year, my home services like tv connection, landline and Internet connections are disconnected on the account that my bills are not paid or payment is due on phone no [protected] without informed ( through mail or call) to us.

Why did not they communicate us on my alternate registered number or email id before disconnecting the services?

As stated earlier that all my dues were clear one year back only so how Come now any payment can be outstanding again.

Request for and immediate resolution on the same.

Etisalat my phone # [protected]

I have been using the postponed no [protected] since some time now,
I was surprised beyond words when I saw that in the Dec 2016 bill I have been charged an amount of 643 Aed as roaming charges !
To my utter surprise let me confirm that in my India travel between 30th Nov and 8 th dec i have not made a call, not even send an sms message let alone anything else .

i have even received any calls from UAE or for that matter any part of the world .

its very very disappointing, i filed a complaint with Etisalat and i got a message that it is closed ! without any out come ?

when i spoke to the customer care they were more like " you have to pay " you received the services or not is not the matter
and they told that some thing in my cell phone was active and coz of which am charged !
my phone was off completely from 3- 8 th of dec still ?

please look into the matter urgent

Etisalat ! 50 package plan and free number add on

The worst provider i have ever come across. Etisalat tops in being unprofessional, harassing customers, they have no idea about their work and only torture the custoemrs to make money.

I had finished my 250 plan in september 2016 and wanted to subscribe for 150 postpaid package which also has afree number facility.Alongwith that i also took one 50 dhs add on ( for one free number ) so that i can use t3wo numbers.
After that started the problem, some technical error led to adding 13 addons to my number thus increasing my bill and making me run behind etisalat to sort this out.
these people have no courtesy to call back or sort out the problem .
its beimng 3 months now and still im waiting for the solution.

i request all to not take etisalat as the communications but go for some other provider if you want to saved from all the torture.
