We are looking for other users willing to sue Etsy for their unfair contract signing and unreasonable suspensions, most of which come without even explanations. It is written on the contract with sellers, innit? True, And it's just that the keystone of a lawsuit against Etsy… we are not under Fascism or Nazism, and a contract discussing work relationships should be democratic and reasonable for all parts involved.
Etsy behaves like they are not in a democratic state with laws protecting workers and people in general, but in a self proclaimed dictatorial "Etsy state" we're they can make the rules, no matter if they go against all the protocols in defense of workers, companies and entrepreneurs.
We would love to create a go fund me campaign and connected petition to find as many contrihbutors as possible for a class action against Etsy for their discriminatory unreasonable practices that are sometimes considerable as instigation to suicide, and we have readen many horrible situations like the one we encountered.
Please start sharing your experience also here and if someone else here wants to join I will share informations on the Camoaign and class action.
We may get at least a refund For the huge loss of money, time and moral damage this company did us.
It so mislesding that Etsy sells itself as a "human and sustainable" platform and then gives the shoulder to the big companies and low quality high volume sellers instead of protecting the small, finest quality sellers that made the fortune and were (WERE!) the soul of this vintage and handmade marketplace. Now let's delve in our case… we have 5* reviews and sell for the most 99, 6 % authentic vintage items, and a very little part of customized and handmade items… Etsy shutted our shop for good, and more "funny" they have put it in forced vacation mode so the buyers don't get worried about the shop "disappearing"…
They just demonstrated they are slaves to the big companies, other than HUMAN and SUSTAINABLE….
They shut our shop because of some rings We made out of vintage buttons (authentic ones) taken from broken garments that otherwise would have just no use (or they could have just been sold as substitute buttons)… Of course, also if we believe it is totally fair and within the circular / recycled market values to make such objects, we would have removed those listings and never list such items anymore if they just gave us a second chance… but they didn't, and We have more of a suspect on the reason, here some proofs.. they also removed a totally authentic pair of Chanel sunglasses, with absolutely NO REASON if not bending their knees in front of the brand's legal department going around reporting shops without a reason (there is an unreasonable reason: the item was authentic, but they hate circular market and they demonstrated this in the last few years with tons of lawsuits against companies similar Etsy, but with more courage and willing to defend their sellers…and this is also why they shutted us: cause they don't care if a seller is right, they prefer avoiding from the start problems with big companies… and we would have understood if they just removed our items and explained the situation to us… but destroying 2 years of work of a 5* shop and leaving 3 people without a job NO. It is not understandable, and they don't even think we deserve an in depth explaination!
But we have ourselves one: probably they promise to the brand lawyers/reporters hanging around vintage marketplaces to report listings,
to shut the shops disturbing them instead of discussing with their sellers and trying to mediate and protect them…. and Inrepeat, I have proofs, they reported and removed also an authentic pair of Chanel shades, and I have seen Chanel is use to these practices, hav a looked around the web… with the difference that the real real, for example, protected their sellers instead of taking Chanel's part…. by the way, evidently the brand legal department reported our listings and Etsy instead of just asking to remove (we surely would have removed and never list anymore similar items) decided to shut our shop for good, destroying 2 years of hard work listing on this website…..
It is evident that they are just doing so if the big brands report, cause I have been reporting REAL counterfeit items (Cartier sunglasses) which are filling the first three pages of the Etsy website if one searches for Cartier sunglasses, but they never removed them after months… and those are clearly AUTHENTIC FAKES, Sold as Cartier for 70€ when the actual value is around 4K, and they're very hard to find but those listings have like 70/100 PCs for each model… clearly fake also the quality, easily visible in the pictures if one is trained and a connoisseur… so Etsy leaves these cheater in 1st page of searches without a problem, but instead our rings which were described as artisanal pieces made out of buttons, never trying to mislead our buyers (you can see some review with photography of satisfied buyers that purchased them) were enough to shut out shoo for good.
Probably when a big brand reports they ensure them that the seller will just get thrown out of the site to avoid expensive lawsuits, as it happened last year between Chanel and The Real Real.. but The Real Real had balls to go through the lawsuit demonstrating basically that Chanel was lying about the fact the items were fake, and just trying to give a stop to circular market and recycled which takes our a lot of money from their pockets.
It is so sad that Etsy sells itself as a human and sustainable platform and then gives the shoulder to this brands instead of protecting the small sellers that are the soul of this circular market. We understand if one sells counterfeit items, but in our case we have 5* reviews and only authentic vintage items, and the only error we did was making rings out of branded buttons, which in our opinion and also in that of many satisfied buyers were also cooler than most of the actual rings made by the brand! Reviews with photo are available to see! And products are available to see too, described and titled as artisanal items made recycling authentic parts from the brand.
This is disgusting and a class action would be the best thing to do for all the sellers like me.
Will start a gofundme campaign and a petition to start this, follow me and help if you're having similar issues. Reviews with photo are available to see! And products are available to see too, described and titled as artisanal items made recycling authentic parts from the brand.
We just opened our shop and found it as "on vacation" then checked our mail and found a message saying our shop was suspended for good, and that there was no possibility of an appeal on this decision.
It is absurd, dishuman, disgusting.
I thought of suicide for their exploit.
I don't think their contract is of any value, it is just another an attempt to intimidate some right claims against them, but when there is a business relationship within 2 parts, it is not civil, not educated, nor human, non good adjectives can describe a company saying they can take a decision about a business partner (call it dependent, call it workers, call it whatever but it is a business relationship in the end) and literally kick them without an explanation. This is what they make clear in the contract, but this is what should be the focus of a class action against them, they should write a contract that is protecting both parts and not giving them the full powers of a dictator and their "workers" NO RIGHTS at all, not even to get an explaination when they are suspended.
This is not a game, Etsy Trust&Safety.
You are playing with real businesses, families, people.
Somebody would kill himself for your medieval way to treat partners.

Desired outcome: Class action against Etsy for unfair, dictatorial contracts, unfair business conduction, shutting w/o a reason not an explaination businesses relying on them instigating entrepreneurs to suicide.

Etsy is targeting my account.

I was a top.98 etsy seller .

I have been with etsy since 2016 and now they are deactivated listing and the violation do not match my listings.

I feel they are targeting my shop.

Are we doing a class action lawsuit.

I have been selling on Etsy since 2012, over 20,000 sales and nothing but 5 star feedback. My account was permanently closed unfairly. I tried to appeal, I provided evidence to support my claim. I had proof of fraudulent activity and they still screwed me. Please let’s do this! I will go in with anyone that thinks we can move forward. Kimkatnik@gmail.com

I was just shut down too. I apparently had trademark violations (which I did not know nor did I recreate it once I found out). I was shut down and told I was not eligible for appeal. I have worked very hard for that shop and was shut down with out any discussion. This isn't the only issue I've had with them being unfair

I was just permanently suspended as well. I was apparently in trademark violation. When I was notified of such, I complied and did NOT make new listings. I also called etsy and spoke to them asking what I can do to make sure I am not in violation again. I worked very hard for my shop only to have them take it away. Im seething mad right now.

I would like to join any lawsuit against Etsy. A reserve was just randomly placed on my payment account whereby 75% of my earnings are withheld until the purchase is shipped or 45 days (whichever comes first). I make a lot of custom work that takes 2-4 weeks to complete and cannot afford for these funds to be withheld. I am not in violation of any Etsy policies, Terms, Conditions, I've never failed to pay the thousands in fees each month. No one sent me a notice that this was going to happen.

No reason was given for the reserve, but it happened within a week of a customer filing a complaint about her perfectly beautiful dog urn that she was unhappy with (I offered a full refund upon return of the urn, but she refused to pay the $12 shipping). This transaction was under $200, and Etsy ultimately closed the case after the customer pursued a refund with her cc company; so I assume it had something to do with that? I dug into Etsy's policies about reserves and turns out they don't have to give you a reason at all -- can happen at any time, to any shop owner. I've reached out to Support many times and they are useless. This is my livelihood, not a hobby, and the reserve is crippling my ability to run my business -- and, incidentally, line Etsy's pockets.

Please include me in any lawsuit. Than you.

Folks,

Obviously this happened to me as well or else I wouldn’t be posting. Etsy cost me over $45,000 when they shut my shop down and almost bankrupted my family. Now…would I like to sue them, yes…would suing them do any good, no. Folks they have everyone’s concerns wrapped up in a nice little package called terms and conditions. They currently have thousands of mine in reserve once they closed my shop, until the end of January, and I didn’t know they could do that because I didn’t read the terms and conditions. Now that we’ve covered that, the question I want to ask everyone is how do we help each other? As I’m sure all of you know, gaining customer awareness and product interest is the biggest challenge. How can we support each other in that regard….keep in mind, everyone needs to move on and reestablish their business as a lawsuit would be pointless. The best revenge we could take against them would be success. Have any of you opened up shops on one of the other platforms such as Shopify? I have opened up 2 new shops on Shopify and will be launching in January. Folks in full disclosure, I’m gay and my shop supported the LGBT community which is why Etsy shut it down. If you have an issue with me or the nature of my shop then there is no point in talking. I’m looking to build a support group with people who have marketing, business, social media, and application knowledge. I’m a can do guy and I have no intention of letting Etsy win by rolling over and playing dead. My background is 2 degrees in business, I’m a licensed custom broker. I currently am a Sr. Leader at a major supply chain organization. I have the know how, I just need and want to build the right team. I want to build a sounding board as day-after-day and night-after-night I’m plugging away alone at this and would like to have others join me. I would be happy to help anyone with my knowledge if we have others willing to do the same. My current Social Media platform is around 100k followers collectively. Though not a vast follower base, I’d be willing to promote your businesses for free if you would promote mine. Please reach out NansUniqueShop4Men@gmail.com If I receive enough interest, I’ll build a blog platform for us all to work and communicate through.

ETSY is full of identification badges and cards for every government agency you can think of. They deactivated my collector's army lapel badge because "somebody might use it for something illegal." what about the tens of thousands of actual cia, dea, immigration and every other government agency real sized identification badges they allow on their site. They are the badge people will flash, not some lapel badge using insignia not seen for decades. They dont apply their policies in a honest and transparent manner, they just pick items out of the neverneverland and make a federal case out of it. Scully and Mulder never flashed a lapel badge when talking to people, identification badges are wallet size because they are designed to be seen from a safe distance. It seems like their deactivations, suspensions and closing of shops are based on whims, not actual policies. If you have a policy of no identification badges you remove the identification badges, not the collector's lapel pins.

I am a seller on Etsy. At times, Etsy just issued at some problematic bad customers full refunds without my authorization. Etsy's case ruling is totally bias towards the customers not the sellers on Etsy which is also their customers. Just because some of the customers have issue and make a complaint and Etsy just issue a full refund. This is a horrible policy which needs to change!.

I’ve had something similar but they refunded the customer because their bank details seemed suspicious. The customer then would message me saying why did I cancel their order and I’m like I didn’t Etsy did. Etsys respond, sorry but the customer can reorder the product. The customer never did…. So I lost customers and left a bad taste in their mouth with Etsy just shrugging it off like oh well.

Count me in.

I've had a shop up for approx. 2 years, since the pandemic and its actually under my legit business name. I sold custom designed tshirts and just recently switched to some tumblers because I was stagnant with my shirt sales. I also sell handmade items from home. I am a 5 star seller, but have only had 17 sales because i'm fairly new to etsy. I've done absolute nothing wrong. I work full time so this shop is a part time , when i get around to it gig. I use Etsy shipping labels. I purchased a tumbler bundle ON ETSY and it said i could sell the images commercially. Just received a letter from an attorney accusing me of copyright infringement on an image thats being sold / redistributed all over the internet and the registration number he provided is not listed on the US copyright. gov site. Etsy just restricted my sales and put them in reserve for up to 90 days. How can they do this considering I bought the images on their site? I'm pulling out. I dont need my business tainted by etsy.

Where do I sign up. I am not only suspended but , Etsy hacked my phone, my mother sent me a pic of a dress she made. I did not post it anywhere, my mom got a text from etsy with the pic she sent me saying stuff about copyrights an Etsy related stuff.

My mother is 82 years old, she knows nothing about Etsy, and was afraid she did something wrong.the text even had map of where you can buy the dress from. My shop is suspended and I don’t sell kid clothes. Where did Etsy get that picture form, my mother made it and it was the same pic,on her dining room table. This was today 1-8-2023

She got the text a few couple of hours after I gave Etsy my bank account

Wow, I didn't realize I am one of so many former shop owners who were unfairly suspended for life. In my case, my store was shut down for selling used empty bullet casings (cartridges/shells) that were cleaned and polished but deemed to be in violation of their policy of prohibited items, yet several other shops sell the exact same product with impunity. Including recycled brass casings as a prohibited item related to firearms is ridiculous, when they don't have a problem with letting people sell a wide variety of items made from bullet casings, but to single me out while allowing other shops to sell the same exact items (at a higher price) feels like discrimination. I received great reviews from customers, and averaged over a $1000 sales a month selling the casings I would collect that are littered across public lands near where I live. Now I complain about the other shops. Maybe Etsy shuts them down too, because I've noticed some shops I complained about no longer exist, but there are always new ones popping up. The shops that start out in violation should not be allowed to exist to begin with. The policy is so arbitrarily applied, and there is no logic to it when you consider the variety of offensive items and items that are potentially dangerous weapons that are allowed, yet clean brass casings is not allowed. Why? It's a lot harder to turn an empty brass casing into a deadly bullet than it is to buy one of their other products, like a knife, and use it as sold for nefarious purposes. My product was a craft supply, as shown to me from my customers who sent photos of my product being turned into everything from costumes, jewelry, pens, table centerpiece, picture frame, resin art, etc.. Their policy is unfairly administered, and arbitrarily created without consideration for supporting the arts and craft community. Instead their actions spread hatred - towards Etsy, even though hate related items violate their policy, but again double standard applies when they allow sales of witchcraft spells, Nazi memorabilia, equipment for reloading real bullets, and disgusting art of mutiliated bloody figures. Hopefully I will rebuild better on Shopify and I would gladly join a lawsuit if there is a legal basis for it.

Etsy unfair practices continue. They support fraudulent merchants. Owe me 115.00 and 120.00

The emails lead to dead end both Etsy and merchants

I am fighting through PayPal as well

And emailing them everyday

They send messages ( Etsy) your product is going to be delivered then no tracking number or follow up

Totally illegal practices

I agree that Etsy does pick and choose. Right now there are hundreds of sellers selling their products and calling them loc socs. Many spell it same manner while some spell it lock sock. However, Etsy does nothing to stop their sales. Etsy does not send the notices telling them to take down the items. Etsy does not deactivate their items. Yet they deactivated all of my items bearing the name citing that it was copyright infringement. But they allow hundreds of other sellers to continue to sell products that they make themselves and advertise them under the name loc socs or lock sock. So I agree that they do treat certain sellers unfairly and there is favoritism shown to certain sellers.

I had the last two blogs that I wrote on the subject posted on Linkedin, Etsy's favorite site. Both times they have had my account banned. After the first one, I was reinstated. The second is on appeal. I am thrilled that Etsy is upset enough about the honest content to have me banned. On the other hand, it would be a benefit to have an honest to goodness class action suit initiated to address the real issues that former Etsy sellers are facing everyday. Do we have any legal experts out there ready to take on the task?

Hi there,

I think if you read the fine print, Etsy has done a really good job of protecting themselves against lawsuits and they are basically able to do whatever they want. I was an Etsy seller for 8.5 years and ranked in the top 1% of their sellers. I sold vintage books, paper, postcards, etc. The first thing I was dinged for was a postcard from 1907 that was made in Germany, mailed from New York to Cuba in that same year. The postcard had a New York post mark and a Cuban post mark when it arrived in that country. The listing was deactivated due to the Cuban post mark from 1907. Pretty sure we did not have a huge problem with Cuba at that time. The next ding was because I used the words, “Hello Kitty” in a description of an item I was selling. That was considered trademark infringement. So I went along for a few years just fine and then had some Black Americana items deactivated. I was pretty shocked because I had been selling Black Americana items for a long time. I did not considered the items I was selling to promote racism or hatred, but picked items I thought had historical significance. In fact I steered clear of anything I thought could be misconstrued as offensive. Most of my customers who bought them were African American. I never had one complaint. Not only that, I have a huge multiracial family, including Black, Hispanic, Native American & LGBTQ, and in no way would I ever want to offend some one. I happen to be white. Etsy basically accused me of promoting hatred and racism. Their decision to kick me off of Etsy was permanent. I was devastated. Most upsetting was to see the same postcards I was selling being sold by Black owned shops, but that was okay. I sent Etsy at least 20 listings that could and should in my opinion be considered offensive or inappropriate. They basically told me tough luck. It has been 8 months and I am still pretty shocked of how things ended. I opened my shop as a part-time thing, wanting to continue when I retired. Then I found out in 2015 that I had Leukemia and in 2016 had to stop working full-time long before I planned. I still have cancer, it goes up and down. I became very sick after my 3rd Covid shot and still have problems after what has been 15 mos. I also care for my husband who has Parkinson’s. We really depended on my income from Etsy. In my opinion they were heartless and have become extremely woke. They could have cared less for me as a human being. The past 8 months have been the biggest struggle of my life. I am now selling on Ruby Lane and Bonanza.com and have a web store. I took a lot of customers with me, but it has still been basically starting over. I have customers that have been with me since my start on Etsy, but collectibles are not a necessity, and many of them have shared with me that they do not have the expendable income they once had due to our current economy. These people on Etsy’s trust & safety team are sitting somewhere in Brooklyn in their little cubicles believing they are morally superior to those of us they have cast aside. If someone actually is able to bring a class action suit against Etsy, I would certainly join the fight, but talking to the lawyers in my family, it does not seem likely. Good luck to all os us!

I opened a shop, was in the process of listing items, and they banned me! I only had 3 products up, shop wasn’t open 24 hrs, and they gave no explanation. I appealed it, while waiting for decision they took $1.20 out of my bank account! But I haven’t sold anything, or renewed any posts because the store is closed by them! The email says click here for detailed billing, but I click the link and it brings me to my store that is banned, so I cannot see what they are taking money for. This is unreal, and I did not know Etsy was like this. Very sad.

I will gladly join a class action lawsuit against Etsy!.You would not believe what they're doing to our American family small business!.We originally we're going to open a shop. Then Etsy just kept asking for the same state and federal documents to be uploaded over and over again. Now remember, we have a huge email and document paper trail to prove our claims. So then we finally have one item in the shop and decide to try their advertising. One item up and billed repeatedly monthly for ads. So we shut it down. But guess what, two months after that one listing is removed and everything in the shop is turned off, they won't stop billing us. No subscription besides the basic free one and no ads. No nothing. So then they threaten to suspend our account if they can't run their bill thru our bank. No itemized billing, just $14 and change but no explanation anywhere of what the bill is for. Now try getting a hold of them!.You cannot! Sure they say they have a phone number. Call it and see what you get!.No chance to reach a human whatsoever. And now, they're asking for all the documents again in emails or they're going to suspend the account. They are making our small business go thru a nightmare. If you or I did this to consumers we would be in jail for wire fraud! Which.politocians have they paid off to be allowed to keep committing fraud. And their slogan "keeping e-commerce human" are you f*inh kidding me! So yes, I want a class action suit and looking for attorneys now! Etsy is commiting fraud and getting away with it because people let them. NOT THESE PEOPLE! I AM FURIOUS!.CONTACT ME FOR ANY HELP IR TO JOIN.

If someone knows of a current seller initiated lawsuit against Etsy, please contact me! Our small business has been thru hell because of etsy and we have all the proof needed to sue them to kingdom come! What a scam! We are one of the sellers who has been discriminated against and billed for literally nothing, with no way to challenge Etsy or see what they're doing. They have no supper and those who.list their phone number should stop! It's keeping them going. The phone doesn't get you help or a person! Etsy tells you to go get help on their website. That's it!

Please contact me by phone or text at [protected] three if you know of a lawyer we can official file a lawsuit with. Etsy needs to be shut down! If any of you did what they're doing, you would be in jail for fraud! Which politicians have they paid off so they can keep doing this and hurting American working families?

Hola at ur girl. I wrote them for a year.. not i write daily for them to unmute my messages... As per their buyer protection, i have to message the seller. I bought something jan 3rd and it was supposed to take 6weeks. Its march 15 and last i heard from the shop, it would be sent out 2 weeks ago... My buyer protection is over April and at this rate, i guess im out that purchase because they keep "escalating me in line for that dept" but I write their individual email everyday too. That Dept did respond once and got my account activated. It wasn't suspended! My email is muted. All because last year i bought some crystal pendants to make stuff for my shop but the seller sent me rocks. She was being a cocky mess and i told her I would escalate her if i didnt get a refund... So she ran to tell, first... I wasn't gonna tell anyone with a refund. It was $20 i got anyway but i was pissed that the etsy rep wrote and threatened to suspend my shop ... My shop (open since 2011 and its 2023) has nothing to do with someone robbing me, charging $20 for rocks. So i told the guy... Owen, that sob, some stuff and they came quick to block me. Well, im still a customer, apparently one who isnt eligible for buyer protection because i cant meet the requirements. Thats my suit, right there .. ima bout to go to that rock chick on Pinterest and tell her she owes me $70 for being a ...well, Good luck all. If u see a shop, Aversionx, tell her i got a version of something coming at her... I still got them. Idk what to do with rocks! Make my trash heavy.

Etsy have done this to sooo many businesses it’s astonishing. Post this on seller support pages on Facebook because they are flooded with Etsy shutting them down unfairly. I’ve also been one of those people whose lively hood was depending on the income. I now have another store on Etsy but on edge as they have already made mistakes to harm my store. Such as refunding customers because their bank account seemed suspicious after I made a personalised product. Suspended my account because there was a technical error. I have all that in email. To get hold of them is so hard and you have to go searching hard for a contact. They need to accountable for so much yet they are playing some kind of dictator role and it needs to be stopped.

Hi, I hope you are well, and thank you so much for giving us so much information. I've been working on an Etsy store for over three months. I'm from Morocco. I sell traditional handmade rugs. I have worked hard and listed over 300 products in this store. I've made seven sales and haven't broken any platform policy. Yesterday I opened my shop and I was surprised that the shop was closed. I contacted the support team and they told me that this is a permanent store suspension and I cannot recover my store. Please help me. I would like to file a claim on the Etsy platform because this store took a lot of effort and money from me and the store was closed without any reason, I hope you can help me with any advice or information that I can benefit from, and thank you very much

I opened a store according to the rules...I thought. I got an immediate suspension of the store, corrected ALL Etsy's issues, submitted an appeal, only to receive 3 IDENTICAL emails asking me to respond to the issues requested. After I told them that I'd responded and was waiting for THEIR response, they kept sending me the same emails, ostensibly from different "customer service representatives".

They were irresponsibly idiotic, totally useless, and unresponsive, and now I'm convinced they have even removed my account or barred me from signing in to the account involved... suddenly, I can't get an access code to sign in.

This company is ABOMINABLE and I'd be glad to see a class-action suit against them.

I really hope something can be done. I am so sick to think that 13 years of my hard work within the Etsy platform is just gone.

I just reopened my shop since closing it for family issues back in 2020. I made 2 sells on handmade items, they put my shop on reserve for 90 days. The excuse for this was 1. I did not issue a tracking number for the order. I bought the shipping label from etsy and they sent shipping notification with tracking number out to both recipients. Then the second excuse was bad reviews. Again 2 orders in the 3 days of reopening the shop. When the shop was open before I had no bad reviews. I didn't have a bad review from these buyers as I just opened the shop 3 days ago. The last reason was I was not a star seller. Again I just reopened 3 days ago. When they ran out of excuses I asked to have a phone number to speak to someone in person and got this response. They don't have enough customer support to warrant phone support. Hmmmmm sounds like they are hurting for money. This reserve started after the 2nd order came in. The last offer of why was they needed to cover credit card fees in case someone's credit card is declined. I have credit cards and if you charge and don't have the money available they don't process the card through so therefore they can't charge. So yes count me in on this class action suit. I run an online class worldwide through YouTube and have 4500 students. My buyers are my students. Most of the other shops like mine are people I know personally. So what are the odds I could get by without being up front with people and honest with my customers.

I have been a top seller, I am self-employed, and Etsy was my only income. I have worked really hard in the last three years to achieve so many sales. Three weeks ago, they just suspended my shop for no explanation or reason why. I called them every day. they just kept saying. they will send me an email, but until now, nothing. I kept asking, is this legal? Can they do this? this was my only income. They just cut it off with no warning or explanation. I live in the UK. I just don't think this is legal at all. The media need to put attention to this, it is not fear of the way Etsy treats its sellers. Yes, I will like to be part of this class action lawsuit.

Hello

Please count me in, I had a successful UK store which was suspended due to 2 false IP infringement reports. The IP owners sent apology emails to ETSY and asked them to reverse any penalties on me. 4 weeks has passed and my store is still suspended.

I have raised several help requests , each one ignored by ETSY.

ETSY legal department do not respond to my emails, I have lost several thousand dollars in sales and list customers as a result.

Happy to provide any evidence as required.

Regards from the UK
