We are looking for other users willing to sue Etsy for their unfair contract signing and unreasonable suspensions, most of which come without even explanations. It is written on the contract with sellers, innit? True, And it's just that the keystone of a lawsuit against Etsy… we are not under Fascism or Nazism, and a contract discussing work relationships should be democratic and reasonable for all parts involved.
Etsy behaves like they are not in a democratic state with laws protecting workers and people in general, but in a self proclaimed dictatorial "Etsy state" we're they can make the rules, no matter if they go against all the protocols in defense of workers, companies and entrepreneurs.
We would love to create a go fund me campaign and connected petition to find as many contrihbutors as possible for a class action against Etsy for their discriminatory unreasonable practices that are sometimes considerable as instigation to suicide, and we have readen many horrible situations like the one we encountered.
Please start sharing your experience also here and if someone else here wants to join I will share informations on the Camoaign and class action.
We may get at least a refund For the huge loss of money, time and moral damage this company did us.
It so mislesding that Etsy sells itself as a "human and sustainable" platform and then gives the shoulder to the big companies and low quality high volume sellers instead of protecting the small, finest quality sellers that made the fortune and were (WERE!) the soul of this vintage and handmade marketplace. Now let's delve in our case… we have 5* reviews and sell for the most 99, 6 % authentic vintage items, and a very little part of customized and handmade items… Etsy shutted our shop for good, and more "funny" they have put it in forced vacation mode so the buyers don't get worried about the shop "disappearing"…
They just demonstrated they are slaves to the big companies, other than HUMAN and SUSTAINABLE….
They shut our shop because of some rings We made out of vintage buttons (authentic ones) taken from broken garments that otherwise would have just no use (or they could have just been sold as substitute buttons)… Of course, also if we believe it is totally fair and within the circular / recycled market values to make such objects, we would have removed those listings and never list such items anymore if they just gave us a second chance… but they didn't, and We have more of a suspect on the reason, here some proofs.. they also removed a totally authentic pair of Chanel sunglasses, with absolutely NO REASON if not bending their knees in front of the brand's legal department going around reporting shops without a reason (there is an unreasonable reason: the item was authentic, but they hate circular market and they demonstrated this in the last few years with tons of lawsuits against companies similar Etsy, but with more courage and willing to defend their sellers…and this is also why they shutted us: cause they don't care if a seller is right, they prefer avoiding from the start problems with big companies… and we would have understood if they just removed our items and explained the situation to us… but destroying 2 years of work of a 5* shop and leaving 3 people without a job NO. It is not understandable, and they don't even think we deserve an in depth explaination!
But we have ourselves one: probably they promise to the brand lawyers/reporters hanging around vintage marketplaces to report listings,
to shut the shops disturbing them instead of discussing with their sellers and trying to mediate and protect them…. and Inrepeat, I have proofs, they reported and removed also an authentic pair of Chanel shades, and I have seen Chanel is use to these practices, hav a looked around the web… with the difference that the real real, for example, protected their sellers instead of taking Chanel's part…. by the way, evidently the brand legal department reported our listings and Etsy instead of just asking to remove (we surely would have removed and never list anymore similar items) decided to shut our shop for good, destroying 2 years of hard work listing on this website…..
It is evident that they are just doing so if the big brands report, cause I have been reporting REAL counterfeit items (Cartier sunglasses) which are filling the first three pages of the Etsy website if one searches for Cartier sunglasses, but they never removed them after months… and those are clearly AUTHENTIC FAKES, Sold as Cartier for 70€ when the actual value is around 4K, and they're very hard to find but those listings have like 70/100 PCs for each model… clearly fake also the quality, easily visible in the pictures if one is trained and a connoisseur… so Etsy leaves these cheater in 1st page of searches without a problem, but instead our rings which were described as artisanal pieces made out of buttons, never trying to mislead our buyers (you can see some review with photography of satisfied buyers that purchased them) were enough to shut out shoo for good.
Probably when a big brand reports they ensure them that the seller will just get thrown out of the site to avoid expensive lawsuits, as it happened last year between Chanel and The Real Real.. but The Real Real had balls to go through the lawsuit demonstrating basically that Chanel was lying about the fact the items were fake, and just trying to give a stop to circular market and recycled which takes our a lot of money from their pockets.
It is so sad that Etsy sells itself as a human and sustainable platform and then gives the shoulder to this brands instead of protecting the small sellers that are the soul of this circular market. We understand if one sells counterfeit items, but in our case we have 5* reviews and only authentic vintage items, and the only error we did was making rings out of branded buttons, which in our opinion and also in that of many satisfied buyers were also cooler than most of the actual rings made by the brand! Reviews with photo are available to see! And products are available to see too, described and titled as artisanal items made recycling authentic parts from the brand.
This is disgusting and a class action would be the best thing to do for all the sellers like me.
Will start a gofundme campaign and a petition to start this, follow me and help if you're having similar issues. Reviews with photo are available to see! And products are available to see too, described and titled as artisanal items made recycling authentic parts from the brand.
We just opened our shop and found it as "on vacation" then checked our mail and found a message saying our shop was suspended for good, and that there was no possibility of an appeal on this decision.
It is absurd, dishuman, disgusting.
I thought of suicide for their exploit.
I don't think their contract is of any value, it is just another an attempt to intimidate some right claims against them, but when there is a business relationship within 2 parts, it is not civil, not educated, nor human, non good adjectives can describe a company saying they can take a decision about a business partner (call it dependent, call it workers, call it whatever but it is a business relationship in the end) and literally kick them without an explanation. This is what they make clear in the contract, but this is what should be the focus of a class action against them, they should write a contract that is protecting both parts and not giving them the full powers of a dictator and their "workers" NO RIGHTS at all, not even to get an explaination when they are suspended.
This is not a game, Etsy Trust&Safety.
You are playing with real businesses, families, people.
Somebody would kill himself for your medieval way to treat partners.
Desired outcome: Class action against Etsy for unfair, dictatorial contracts, unfair business conduction, shutting w/o a reason not an explaination businesses relying on them instigating entrepreneurs to suicide.
Hi there.
I would like to join you guys as well. I'm on Etsy now and they keep taking down my listings when there are thousands just like them all over the website. I'm feeling so upset and demoralized by this. I've read their policies and followed the protocol.
I would like to join. I survived a stroke 7 years ago, earlier this year I lost my long held job and finding other jobs is difficult due to the damage my stroke caused, my brother got me a job at the company he works for, around that same time I started my etsy store. 2 weeks into the job the department announces they are losing their contract I’m out of work again, so imagine my surprise when later that week I am updating one of my designs for my Etsy store and printify says there is a problem and I go to Etsy and I am suspended. No reason no nothing, I appeal, and they turn it into a permanent suspension, still no explanations. So count me in.
I would like to join. My entire source of income was my Etsy store, with nothing but 5 star reviews and a continuous 5 star seller rating for reviews, shipping, and communication/response time. It was gone in the blink of an eye. My small female owned business was targeted while Etsy KNOWINGLY allows other huge stores to dropship items daily and make very comfortable livings. How do we make this lawsuit happen?
Please add me to the Class Action Sue, I was on Etsy for 7 years with no problem. I went on vacation for a week and put my shop on vacation 12-19 May 2023. I turned it back on made sales for 2 days and was put back on vacation, I was toid Etsy put me back on vacation because suspicious activity to my account. I had to answer a email question sheet to verify it was me I did it. Then get a reply that my shop is permanently close because I have not complied with Etsy handmade standards. Which was LIES! I bought new items and refurbished/restored them to a new design by me
Please let me know I will gladly help because this needs to STOP!

I’d like to join this class action suit as well. Etsy had shut down my store after a year. I sell 3d prints of popular characters. Some of my prints were labeled as NSFW so I added warning in the listings that these particular items are intended for mature customers. I have also covered any body parts that would be deemed as inappropriate. Even the tiniest parts! I didn’t leave anything there for anyone even suggesting inappropriate stuff. Etsy had removed one of my listings as pornography. Ok I chatted with CS rep. Who had no clue what to say except send me links to their policies. Then next day they shut me down! After appeal they decided I can’t come back. I had 4.8 rating, alway on time shipping and all that. I still have two orders open (I print to order) and because of all shut down I can’t use their shipping portal and my customers don’t get my messages either! If Etsy doesn’t want my money, fine! But don’t prevent me from communicating with my customers! Oh btw, others sellers have same items I had without any coverings of warnings. Selling without any issues!
Has anyone done anything about this? I do believe they deserve legal action. They not only close down my shops without notice but have been holding the money that I made for months. I was selling on their platform for years, serving their customers with 5-star service. My shop suspension doesn't make sense. And to keep the money the customers paid is just plain illegal. I've been thinking it's time to take actions on their unfair actions. If anybody has started on this lawsuit, please contact me. I'll love to join as well.
Yes! Me too! They are holding MY MONEY! I’m a 5 star seller , have been selling for a few years now! I was blindsided by this! I demanded to talk to someone And when I emailed them I was told I cannot talk to no one because they cut all phone contacts off! This is so unfair ! I want my money!they are taking so many fees and on top of fees they take an”shipping fee” off MY SALE they have nothing to do with MY SHIPPING! I go though my own Shipping service!
I would like to join- I have noticed a ton of mass produced products which vendors are claiming to be the opposite (I know for a fact they are ordering this crap in bulk from China & marketing it on their stores). The authenticity of Etsy products being attacked. I have also had a listing removed to “protect a protected class- that represents 3% of the population”.. in doing so actual discriminates the majority. I personally feel that BOTH sides an issue can be fairly represented in merchandise- and those who choose not to buy can do just that and not have a tizzy fit over a political belief system disagreement. Etsy is WOKE and all woke things turn to [censored]. Freedom of speech and expression is a right- Etsy allows hateful targeted speech items towards anyone with traditional values but refuses to allow certain products that promote traditional values and beliefs- which is doing exactly what they claim to prevent… DISCRIMINATE. Count me in.
Yes we would like to join a class action lawsuit against Etsy as well. Someone please contact me, netsirk7311@icloud.com. Let’s get them for there unfair practices thst they bestowed upon us sellers.
I would like to join the class action. Was suspended for no reason and no way to appeal.
After spending time and money.

Please contact me thanks
I want to join. Same happened to me. Please contact dvardi749@gmail.com
Thanks
I would like to join in. They put my shop on pause for almost 2 months, and I’ve lost clientele and have to build my business from the ground up again because of their verification issues. They cannot give me a timeframe and I’m going to be three months into waiting. Mind you my shop was picking up business and then all of a sudden they put it on suspend/pause. They will not allow me to appeal it.

Etsy took down a lot of my listings but allows a couple really big well known shops that ONLY sell those things up. They are absolutely discriminatory. Sign me up for the class action. I have stories
Sboo003@yahoo.com
Yes I would like to join the Class Action. I've got a listing taken down for apparently selling drug related products. I sell FLUTES! and the picture was me playing said FLUTE!
And all of a sudden they started a hold on my funds.

Count me in on any class action. This has been devastating. I'm afraid I may never get my money.

File a complaint against etsy with the FTC and Attorney General. I had a similar situation as them and your odds will improve significantly if you file formal complaints. The more people do it, the better your odds because etsy doesn't want the government cracking down on them for their unfair business practices.
Count me in they took 1k from me then banned my account.
Hi all, I have screenshots of all the false information Etsy has provided during the length of my first store being open. My situation is that I make paper cut Lightbox scenes, designed completely by myself. I didn't know at the time but I had a customer (su du Lin) purchase my SVGs and basically she decided to steal them, remaster the images using pro-create, and then she posted them on her personal website lightboxgoodman.com. She then proceeded to report my listings to Etsy using this site as proof of copyright infringement. She states that they are copyright in VIETNAM! What?! So my listings were deactivated and I contacted Etsy legal about this and explained, with pictures and full proof of her alias name and the company she claims to work for, I also found my designs on her other two sites with different names, yet they can both be tracked back to her Etsy shop Lightboxgoodman. Etsy replied and stated they are not involved legally and that I had to resolve this with her myself. After sending her a beautifully written email about being harassed and letting her know I will have no problems getting a lawyer involved and to cease and desist her shop on Etsy. She responded by saying "do you have proof you made them?" and "Don't worry about me, you're going down because I'm telling all the other shops you stole their designs." This was taken as a threat on my end. So again, I replied and told her that yes I do indeed have proof that I created these designs, and that one of them was specifically copyright under US copyright office, which I paid for. Somehow this was still not enough proof for Etsy, and she kept reporting my listings each time I reposted them. After contacting Etsy for a third time, they replied with their legal policy, and no explanation otherwise, the next day I woke up to check my shop sales and I was permanently banned from Etsy. This has now effected my livelihood and way of life, I believe all of these illegal actions against me, including Etsy's actions after stating they do not get involved yet removed and banned my shop, should be taken to court against Etsy policy. I also want to remind people that my brother is a corporate law attorney and states with 100% confidence, even showed me that legally any corporate policy is not accepted in the court of law and is not recognized by any judge. That being said, he told me also that I have a strong case at least for a small claims if not class action. I am more than willing to proceed with legal action against Etsy and I have everything ready to go. I would rather go with a class action knowing all of these people have had the same experience as me and would have more chance of succeeding with backers. The proof in screenshots I have include false analytical statements, false bank statements and fees that are not itemized or traced to any reason for being charged, as well as discrimination against the LGBTQ+ community, along with illegal IP tracking and not disclosing the use of their algorithm on how they advertise, which is required. There are more small claims against them that would also be proven with the information I have. I was afraid to proceed for fear of retaliation, but now that has already happened and I have nothing left to lose.
What you need to understand about Etsy and copyright infringement is that Etsy is not a court of law, and Etsy has to follow the law.
If you file a copyright infringement against another seller Etsy will take down the listing or listings you file against TEMPORARILY, in order for you to follow up in court. This is the law.
If you do not provide Etsy with your legal court filing after a certain period of time they will reinstate the listings that you filed against. This is also the law.
If any shop can just claim copyright infringement against another shop, and get that shop shut down permanently then shops would be constantly filing against their competition, and getting their competition shut down permanently.
Etsy must follow the law, and that is what they do.
You cannot blame Etsy for not enforcing your copyright. That is your job to do with a copyright lawyer, in court.
I'm In.
We help clients with managing their Etsy stores and Lately almost everyone is getting suspended without any reasons. They refund all shipped orders of the customers, clients pay everything out of their own pocket. This is theft and NOT RIGHT! Mail me!

I paid over 5k for equipment to make my hand made product on Etsy . In 2022 Etsy new battery policy had Etsy to remove all my battery products without warning. What’s funny was that Etsy did not remove the larger company’s that sold batteries and led product but they targeted me and other smaller stores .
WARNING! This may be a scam!
I’m based in the UK and have been put on reserve they have 13k of MY money no idea why if there is anyway I can help please count me in. It’s sole destroying. I hate this company with a passion but earn or earned my living on there. Currently building my site to get away from these con artists
Count me in! I have worked hard on my store for over 3 years. 5star rating and many happy customers. My store was shut down because my content doesn't line up with their agenda. For them to shut me down with no explanation after the time & money I have spent on this store to get to the status I did is not right. On june 24 I was shut down and I immediately appealed. The response said "up to" 2 weeks for a decision. It's been 3 weeks and nothing. You can't speak to anyone. Everytime they removed an item prior to the suspension, I would remove key word in my store that they didn't like and I would ask if I could please talk to someone to get a better understanding. I'm sorry but We the People is not harmful. If this turns into anything, count me in!
I’m down, please send me info josephine.leahb@gmail.com
I'm down. Etsy banned me 7 years ago. I guess I'm banned for life. I've gone through all the channels. Asked all the questions. In the end, I was banned for a reason that they refused to disclose. I still don't know why. My wife can't even open an account. They banned me, my wife, my children. I guess my entire lineage is banned from Etsy. I wonder does it go the other way too. Are my parents banned, what about my dead grandparents? Will my grandchildren also be banned. I mean, how far does this ban go. Down to the 10th generation? Its absolutely ridiculous. Out the blue. I had a successful shop. Then they just shut it down.
Etsy banned me because they banned my wife's store and we live at the same address. Please add me carrotcrafts33@gmail.com
Please count me in aman@cannessentials.ca
I will join in etsy class action lawsuit. I have had lots of issues with etsy. I have a seller account and a buyers account. I purchased something from another seller from my buyers account and never received the item. I asked for a refund or the item and etsy closed my buyer account down and SELLERS account down because they claimed I was extorting the seller. I explained I never received the item and would like the item or a refund, that is not extortion. The seller refused and I said well "I will have to make a complaint to my credit card company and leave a negative review reflecting my experience" too the seller. WHich etsy claims is extortion. How is that extortion when I never received anything?! So not only did I get stolen from, but ETSY closed my SELLER account because I had a bad experience with a shop I purchased from! Eventually I got my account reinstated, after days of lost sales, and I was also banned from Etsy Community for no reason and no warning which is where all the Etsy seller updates get posted, so Now I don't have access to the seller updates! Etsy IS constantly making problems for buyers and sellers. Additionally they have poor intellectual property protections and allows mass production of items to be sold from areas where child slave labor is prevalent to be sold as "hand made" Its unethical. A Chinese shop can base its location from California. Other countries that have shops similar to etsy have residential requirements, meaning you have to prove you are from that country to be a seller, which truly supports artisans of that country. Etsy isn't what it claims to be and the Etsy Ad system is totally corrupt. There is no to little transparency what you are paying for with etsy ads. If I get 100 store visits organically, I know that I'll get a consistent range % of sales. If i run etsy ads, I can get the 800 store visits and ZERO % sales. So how is it that ads always lose money, and don't equal sales? Is etsy just eating the ads fund? Why can't I see what the ad words are that are being used to advertise to my listings? Etsy wont allow this because transparency is extremely minimal.
"I will have to make a complaint to my credit card company and leave a negative review reflecting my experience" too the seller. WHich etsy claims is extortion.
Did you say "if they don't refund you" then that is what you are going to do? I bet you did.
Threatening a seller to leave a bad review if they don't refund you is 100% extortion.
You can leave a bad review, and you can request a refund. That is not the issue.
The extortion comes in when you threaten to take negative action if the seller doesn't do what you are demanding.
Hey there,
I am not interested in a class action lawsuit as it would take much too long and too little pay out. I am currently interviewing attorneys for a suspension, among many other issues.
I came to this post after searching for any sellers that have succcessfully sued Etsy for wrongful BS
We need a Class Action Lawsuit as.our Right to set boundaries for those who would use Small Business and Artists and Crafters to fund their Venture Capitalist aspirations off our handmade goods!
I myself was mistreated before and again today by Etsy as they decided to refund my customer $350 for an item that is still in transit out of my account even though they wrongfully suspended my account months ago! According to the following website, they secretly do this to many sellers!
But that is not why I'm writing here today. My wife found an article on https://indiesellersguild.org/ where according to them when you sign up with Etsy you're also agreeing NOT to pursue any class action suit against Etsy! But there is apparently a loophole where you can opt out until August 23rd 2023. But only if you're still an active seller!
I already contacted the local law office to see if I have a case with my situation.
Bear in mind that terms which violate your legal rights are usually invalid... Companies often knowingly include these to discourage people from defending themselves.
I haven't seen the contract you agreed to, and nothing about your dispute with Etsy, so it is possible that you don't have the right to participate in a class action against them, but I wouldn't assume that that one term in the contract actually blocks you, if all other circumstances would permit it.
Here's hoping your legal advisor has good answers for you!
I would like to join this.
I have thousands of dollars of product and tool I purchase to sell my hand made item on etsy. They then removed all my items because they use battery's , I appealed it and they said no. I cannot appeal because I broke the new battery rule but All the other larger company sells battery and more but they are never taken down. we need to take this Platform down
I am not satisfied about Etsy. Lots of seller are not satisfied about Etsy. But, instaed of trying to sue them, why don't we don't group and start an alternative instead ? Try to force them won't work, but competition will.
They have done same as all business do. They offer something nice to get popular first, and then they change and show their real intentions. I don't know If I will continue. I sell expensive stuff, lot of work. Sometimes customers change their mind and want a refund. Nothing wrong with the item and they invent problem to get through the claim process. Then you try to apply your shop policy and try to help the customer to find a solution but they already made their mind. Then, theyre is someone from Etsy pasting some pre-written content that makes no sens and they humiliate you, now always comply for buyer.
For example, you tell the buyer you can't refund because there is no reselling value as it's a fully custom product.
The dumb dude from mediation team (or a bot), then answer that reselling is not legal on Etsy and hit you down ... And then ... say that we have to send a shipping label to ... "returned for your inventory" !?!?
I take the time to test my product prior to ship, with a picture as proof. I offer to help, troublshoot if something is wrong, or replacing or fixing if there is a problem ... Nope ... Just refund and shut up.
Then, I understand what we are. We are labour with no right and we can lose that "job" anytime. This is not a shop. This is not a business. This is nothing.
I want an Etsy alternative. I want a handmade/custom artist groupment, not a filthy middle man crook company.
Fun fact, in China, they have Alibaba. It is the contrary. These people are solidary. It's frustrating though. I always loose on Alibaba as buyer and always loose on Etsy as seller.
My shop is successfull, but i begin to be anxious about this. I may be better to get a dayjob again.
I’m down. Etsy permanently banned my star selling 3 year old account I worked really hard to build. I add a new item to my shop and Etsy deactivated it without ever giving me any explanation. When I asked why, they said it was temporarily deactivated for screening to make sure it followed policy. Then they reactivated it for me telling me it passed screening. A week later they permanently suspended my account for selling that same item and rejected all appeals because I was “warned”. I wish they would have just told me it was against policy. I would have removed it. I spent so long building my business and just like that it’s all gone. I felt like I was set up and trapped. Why tell me I passed screening only to permanently ban me right after? I was tricked. And when I complained to Etsy about the situation they simply didn’t care. I was told to just open a new shop. The problem is once a “specialist” permanently suspends you there is nothing that anyone can do to change it. Your business gets put into the hands of one person and his opinion and emotions.
I highly suspect that they use this method to get more new registered accounts for new shops. The number of new shops opened of course can be used to promote the platform. Also those none sense suspended listings are another way to earn the listing fees.
I would also join this case. I have 5 years old shop. In June they have suspended my account, and even after Etsy lifted it up, I couldn’t receive my money 1500 USD. Just couldn’t deposit them.
Then they limited access to my account. And because I was not able to contact my clients and send them items which were already custom made. Client opened a case and they refunded her 1200 USD in 5 minutes. Not answering my case already for 5 days.
I am ready to sue them. Please contact me
Olgafeldmane@gmail.com
I'm ready to join. whenever you are ready email me at ajacsen255@gmail.com
Etsy closed down my shop with absolutely no reason. And they cannot give me a reason! I had a shop I worked on for days only to be taken down by Etsy. Please contact me at nemrac4321@gmail.com Id like to join the class action lawsuit.

I have been selling on Etsy for the last 10 years Foam toys for LARP and Cosply and now Etsy is taking some of my listing out saying that they are weapons. I would love to be part of this lawsuit.

I have been buying Lion's Mane and other fungi tinctures off of Etsy for over a year...there are pages and pages of sellers, So I decided to start my own business and make some. After the months of getting everything together, making the product, packaging, etc, I put up 6 ads, all with the same description, the only thing different was the strain name, and Etsy took down 5 of them citing a vague, pre-typed reason as to why, which didn't actually tell me anything at all...it did mention something about medical claims, so I made new plain ads with just the ingredients and some other vague info and they took those down too, and sent me the same damn email the sent the first time...you can't reach anyone, and when I see my items being taken down while others are allowed to sell and have been selling for years and who's pages are still live, well thats discrimination my friends. Not legal in any state - email me please and I'm putting a back up email here just in case those tw@ts read this... Email me - yes it's a real address lol fuqoff33@gmail.com
That's not what discrimination is
I opened my shop, and listed one original digital goods that I created. Got suspended right after I finished the listing process. I file an appeal immediately, but they never explained why my account will be suspended, and all my effort and time are gone. They have collected all my personal information during the process.
If my listing is suspended immediately after creation, they should never place a listing fee under my account. During the listing process it shows no error or no warning. This is like a systemic scam to lure anyone pay for the listing fee. The amount is not much but imagine how many listing got suspended immediately after they charge you.

Etsy is NOT your employer. You do not work for Etsy.
Etsy does not have to let you use their services.
You pay Etsy to use their services.
If you don't like the services Etsy provides then don't use them.
Worse yet! Etsy presented their e-commerce site for handcrafted goods as a PARTNERSHIP VENTURE! So, stop pretending that Etsy did not take care of the FINANCIAL side of things, while we were to relax and take care of PRODUCTION!
I had a real good run with Etsy until the sale of the USA sector. Then the greed entered. Not only does Etsy take its percentage of sales, they have slowly slipped in percentages off our seller S/H costs and " offsite ads" fees that cannot be opted out of! Then the fo-called " Buyer Protection Program" where our sales revenue is.withheld.
If those predatory practices are NOT those of an employer, (who doesnt even offer agreements about their backdoor financial encroachment), WHAT IS ETSY MANAGEMENT? Its all about venture capitalism.
Yes, I have left their brand of pickpocketting!
I’d like to join the class action suit against Etsy. They permanently suspended my shop stating that I didn’t follow their policy in which is 100% false claims on their part. They also didn’t pay me for my sales. I’ve tried contacting them though email and no response. I’d like to be added to the class action lawsuit against them. I can be reached at kimster7378@gmail.com
