I bought a Eureka Forbes water Purifier nearly 7 months back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. In my case nobody came for the service after 3 month or 6 months which they were supposed to do. Then suddenly my machine reported some fault. I made a complaint to the toll free number and they gave me a code number. They told the same day a person would visit me and solve the problem.

Nobody turned up. I used to call almost everyday, and had to describe the entire problem regularly. Then after nearly 20 days one guy came who did not even know to open the machine. He told he would come the very next day and we kept waiting days and weeks. After inquiring with others I came to know that most of the people in our are are getting the same kind of experience and they seldom do the service properly.

If your machine fails they will not turn up. Those who came gave some vague answers and nothing got right. In between I contacted the people who sold the machine to us. They told service is not their division. For the past 2 months We are not able to get filtered water. My friends are telling me that I have done a mistake by selecting this brand.

Will Eureka Forbes be responsible for any health issues arising from this. If they can refund the money and take the machine, we would be greatly happy and can go for another brand.

This is the worst Experience I had from any brands. If they are not able to repair the machine (booster model) they should not sell it. Better they stop marketing it and taking the health of the people into their hands.

I have purchased Eureka Forbes Vaccum cleaner paying 23550 rupees four months back. Till the cheque was not clear the things were moving fare enough. At the time of delivery when we opened the box in front of Eureka forbes sales person we found that two of the accessories as well as warranty card is missing and on top of that they havent provided the invoice also.

After that 100 times I might have called but no response from there side. Once they get the money they become deaf and dumb.

Something is fishy, otherwise why they are not providing the invoice and warranty card.

Worst services ever seen, I will suggest not to hit yourself by becoming part of there loop.

I have signed one year contract for water purifier .paid Rs.1790.
no boday turned up on whole year.I called one month before ending contract and now they dont know anything.
so be ready to pay money as and when machine stops working rather getting locked with contract.

I am having an Annual Maintenance Contract, with M/s Khushi Enterprises, Bajaj Nagar, Nagpur, an Authorised Agency of M/s Eureka Forbes Ltd, for the AQUAGAURD Water Purifier.
My Appliance has developed some functional problem since 29.11.09, I have been complaining to Agency repeatedly, but they are bothering to attend the complaint.
Now, they have even stopped responding to my Telephone call. My AMC is still valid.

I made AMC for Water Purifier (Aquaguard Classic) for the period 26/04/09 to 27/04/2010 paying Rs.950/- with the Service Centre, Badamtala, Burdwan (code 2646) under Kolkata juridiction. But no body visited my house on behalf of yours after the contract inspite my call over Phone for repairing & service of my purifier. Machine is not working and not getting water for last ten days. I agree with the view that Eureka Forbes do not care for after sales service. Their sales team consists of people who are incarnation of "Nakshatria", sent by Sage Viswamitra
to recover the loan dues from Raja Harischandra. Nakshatria used to pester repeatedly Raja Harischandra, who, unbale to bear the torture, sold his wife to pay off the debt.

Once they sell a piece, they will never turn to you, unless you hold the payment.

Once paid, they will never respond to you. While selling, they will advise the consumer not to believe the local technician, who are capable of spoiling the water purifier.

I have lodged a complaint for service for the past three days and every time, I am promised only. Why can't we proceed legally against such unfair trade practices.

We all will tell our friends and relatives to be careful, whenever they are approached by the Eureka Forbes team to market their products.

Recently there is good awareness among the general public, in dealing with marketing poeople for credit cards. Similar fate should be meted out to Eureka Forbes people!

Iam Paramasivan working in TNEB tuticorin, for the past 5 years i have been using your product AGUAGAURD CLASSIC.Recently on 22.12.09 i got a problem in my system & it was that i could not receive water from my system so i planned to take it to the sales office situated at (220, New colony, Tuticorin -3) .There was two salesperson (i don, t know their name) they told me that the candle and carbon should be changed, so i asked them to changed that .On 25.12.09, they came to my home to deliver the product and also they asked me to pay Rs 690/- .I paid it to the person MR.S.kathick and i got the recepit for my payment

Then during the last week of january, i again got the same problem ie, i couldn't get water from my Aguagaurd Classic.So i phoned the person MR.S.karthick using the phone no in the bill, after phoning i found that both landline and mobile no which was given by him was not exsisting i was really shocked on hearing this response, so i again took my system to the same service office.They told me that UV lamp in my system is not working, so i handoverd my system to the sales office and returned home

After 2 days service Engineer phoned me and said that the problem is not in the UV lamp it is on the control board .So i went to the service center (situated near Kamaraj Collge) & i argued that person how it could be possible ? i have just now paid Rs 690/- and i showed the bill, the service engineer told that this bill is not our company bill i was completly shocked, This incident made me to write a complaint letter to your company

After this i couldn't believe any of your sales/service persons. So i kindly request you to solve my problem and get my Aguard Classic in a good working condition, (till this date my system is in your service center only). I hope you will suely do some favour to me and also i want you to kindly inform that iam not ready to pay any more service charges further.

I purchased Eureka Forbes some where in July'09. Till now, I haven't received my original invoice, which they promised that we will get rebate in INcome Tax. But without original bill with me, how I can claim. I have contacted many times the person who sold to me and also many times the local office, but all went in vain. Even, I wrote many mails and sent thru my grievance thru feedback available on the internet, but no response. Nobody in the company takes responsibility nor try to resolve the problem.

Dont purchase their products since there are responsive and no help will be done, if problem comes.

I have a eureka forbes storage water filter 18 litres capacity.
I need to get it serviced but and the cartridges changed but even after repeated complaints and phone calls to customer care number i have got no response. Every time i call up i am told that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but it's been 2 weeks since i started calling the company. Their after sales services are completely lame and misleading.

I registered my request to re-install my system to my new residence closeby on 25th April. Even after several reminders, I am still waiting for a representative to help me out. My request no is [protected]. This is frustrating, especially when you go for a brand and find out that the after sales service is really pathetic. Every time I call, they just assure me that their rep will come very same day and in vain. I have vacated the old house and has to continue requesting the owner that I will get the purifyier within a day or 2..

It has been more than 40 days since i purchased water purifier, and inspite of making telephone call to the sales representative - mr.pritesh, and entering complaint on internet, i have not received the bill for the product. Also, most important, when the product was installed, its performance could not be checked since electricity was not there. And they clearly told that, we will come again to check water quality, but nobody has come yet.

I am really surprised that a company who has been know for customer satisfaction through direct selling, does not even have proper complaint redress system.

I am the owner of an Aqua Guard Royale water purifier. At the beginning of this year, when the AMC of the above mentioned water purifier was renewed, a technician (Sanjay) visited to change the filter and carbon as is the case every year. However, while finishing up, in his hurry, he forced the cabinet shut. In doing so, he managed to break off the end where the screws go in. He didn’t mention it to me that it had broken off. He quietly hung the purifier onto the wall. That’s when I noticed that the front panel was hanging loose and not closed shut as before. When I inquired with him why he didn’t shut it properly, he said that it was broken and needs to be replaced. He said that he would place the order for a new piece as soon as he returns to office. Please note that this was in Jan 2010.

Since then I have been following up with the service centre, but all they say is that the part has not come yet.

On 12 July 2010, I lodged a request ([protected]) with Eureka Forbes and mentioned all these details to them. I asked them to send the cabinet as well as the carbon which needed to be changed. Finally, after many calls, on 22nd July, a technician came over. When I inquired about the cabinet, he said that he had no clue about this and had come over for servicing. I asked him to change the carbon, if he had brought that along. He had the carbon and he changed it. However, he did not have the proper tools to open the casing which held the filter, in order to clean it. He struggled with it, trying desperately to force it open with his feet. For hygienic reasons as well as fearing that he might just break that, I requested him to leave that and finish up. When he turned on the aqua guard, the red light did not come on. I wrote down all this in his job sheet and mentioned about the light, missing screws and the cabinet that needed to be replaced.

After he left, I called up Eureka Forbes customer care, spoke with Mr. Mayur Mehtra (supervisor) with whom I was in touch with regarding this issue. He, then, directed me to speak with Mr. Som Shankar (Service Dept.). His contact no. is [protected]. I contacted him and narrated the entire matter to him. He promised me that he would look into this and call me back. After a while, I got a call from him and he promised me that the cabinet would be replaced in 2-3 days. When no one turned up after 4 days, again I called him and he asked me to wait for another 2-3 days. This went on till 9th August, when he finally mentioned that he has forwarded the request to Mr. Milind, Vashi office who would do the needful.

When I contacted Mr. Milind on [protected]/2252/2095, he assured me that they will replace the cabinet in 3 days. When I followed up on 12th Aug, the executive said that the technician will visit my place by 5:00 in the evening. Unfortunately, there was no sign of a technician. When I called again on 13th Aug (today), Mr. Milind would not take my call. The executive assured me that the technician will visit today.

At 6:00 pm, the same technician (who broke the cabinet in the first place), came over. I asked him if he had brought the cabinet as I didn’t see anything in his hands. He pretended to be ignorant of this matter and said that he was asked to come to take care of a break-down. I, politely, asked him to leave.

It has been eight months since this incident. All their people are doing is passing on the issue from one dept. to another. And to top it all, they are sending their technicians asking them to feign ignorance of this matter.

The consumer courts should not be lenient in dealing with this company luring customers with false promises and absolutely nothing to show for it.

I as a Totally disappointed Customer still believe Aquaguard as a Brand to reckon with. For your information your Service Level has gone down

Center Tub water filter very slow. last week i log complent in call center, comp.no/ [protected] the next day after log the complent your engg. come to my home. he will be check system & told me your cartage is damage he said that i will come tomorrow with your part but he did not come then i call next day but the engg. not pick my ph reguler ring // then i will call in help line no .[protected] i m log reminder in call center the executive told me du to some reason my engg, was not come so i will attand your complent today after punched the reminder in next two days your engg. come to my home & check my product he did not identify same reason as the first engg. said. he come & repair the cartage. i told him why you dono't change the cartage then he said you have to pay the charges for this cartage.then i told him why should i pay the cartage when my cartage is in warrenty period.your first engg told that plz arrange the photo copy of your bill after that i will change the part with out any charges // i m not satisfy with your product so plz change the product

I purchased an RO purifier on 24 April, 2010.Within 4 mnths it has stopped working...after trying really hard I got hold of Cust.Care exe..
who has been of no help.After 4-5 days of constant harassing telephonic conversations...I am being asked to change some membrane or the other...which will reportedly cost me Rs.2300..my question is after buying a product of rs.10000... why am i being asked to spend another 2300 within 4 mnths ..well under its warranty period ? Does the company have any accountability towards its customers ? the Cust. Care execs who deal with us are the worst behaved people i have ever encountered. Based on this experience.. i will do everything to discourage people to buy an eureka forbes product.

Sir,
I regret to inform you that I purchased an Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) on 02.10.2009 from Dealer of Allahabad City (UP). Following conditions have not been fulfilled by the dealer/service center:
01. The receipt of the advance amount Rs. 500/- was given to me the balance amount was paid by the cheque dt 03.09.2009 but the receipt & bill have not been received as yet.
02. The Corban of the Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) was to be changed within the six month of the purchase/installation but inspite of so many reminders it has not been done sofar it had not been done till 21.08.2010 as a result the Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) stopped functioning from 21.08.2010. After so many telephonic complaints to the local dealer it could only be attended on 31.08.2010
Because of negligence on your part there was a major breakdown in the machine . Hence you are requested to either change the Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) or extend the warranty period for which the proper service & maintenance was not provided by the dealer. Kindly direct the dealer to issue proper bill & money receipt of the same within 02 days. If you fail to do this I will be forced to take the case in Upbhokta Forum.

I regret to inform you that I purchased an Acquagaurd water purifier (Classic) on 02.10.2009 from Dealer of Allahabad City (UP). Following conditions have not been fulfilled by the dealer/service centre:

I had a similar problem. Paid Rs 13, 500 for an RO ion 26 Apr 10 and now it has stopeed working after 3 months. Same story, membrane to be changed. The eureka forbes website has no info on the company management where we can escalate the complaint. Why are they hiding and not revealing who they are. Pathetic service from a reputed brand. I strongly advise people not to go in for any of their products. Their customer care also gives you the run around...

I have purchased sensa [protected] on 03jul10 from mathura through sanjeev sharma css code 9008163. machine was installed on 03 jul 10.
It worked for 4days only. complaint was regd with service centre on 08 jul 10 at mathura.mechanic visited my house next day and rectified the fault partly. he said that sensor was not working .he assured that he will put up demand for new part.
machine has been non functional since then.
I rang up again after 5days. mechanic came and examined machine and said that sensor was un serviceable and could not be repaired. he recommended for change of machine by sales manager mr sharma.i have been speaking regularly to sales manager at mathura and hesaid there is no mechine in stock.
beyond this neither the company rep has taken any action nor the mnc has initiated any action despite repeated complaints. the best part is that the consumer redressal no they flash in their ads is unreachable most of times and if you get through they make you wait for hours
LESSON: DO NOT BUY ANY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT. PERHAPS THE COMPANY IS GOING BANKRUPT THAT IS WHY AFTER SALES SERVICES ARE BEING DECOMMISIONED

We are using Aquaguard since the last three years. I live in Newtown, Kolkata. Their service is pathetic. They never turn up before calling several times over a couple of days.

They need to understand that drinking water is an essential item. We cannot survive without drinking water.

The company should send SMS asking for feedback from the customer after each service call is addressed (the mobile companies routinely do this). Without a feedback mechanism how will they measure their service effectiveness?

Moreover these days if you consider the total cost of ownership (Capital investment for the machine, maintenance contract, electricity consumption, and delays in service) it is getting cheaper to buy drinking water.

I am a regular customer of your company.I have been using aqua guard HI-FLO from past many years.Now we have decided to switch the machine to your latest technology.For the same reason we ordered 4 Aqua Guard COMPAQ.
Since a long time your salesmen are not able to provide us with the machine due to unavailability of it.Since we have already paid for all the machines in advance we would like to get the machines installed as soon as possible.

Yes. I have purchased a video door phone a month back, they collected check and disappeared, it has been 1 month and I keep calling, they just say tomorrow ady after. They were suppose to turn up the next day for installation. It's already a month

When I try calling their brach office or head office, no response. I think they are bunch of cheats, trying to run away with money.

Never ever buy any product from Eurekha Forbes.

I WANTED TO BUY RO SYSTEM FROM E. FORBES BUT MY FRIENDS ADVISED ME AGAINST CHOOSING E. FORBES BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND THEY NEVER TURN UP INSPITE OF COMPLAINTS, FINALLY I OPTED FOR WHIRLPOOL AND THEIR SERVICE IS VERY GOOD.

Vide contract receipt no. 10-[protected] dated 28.10.2007, I have a running 3 years ‘Annual Maintenance Contract’ for the period 28.11.2007 to 27.11.2010 with your company in respect of ‘Euraflo’ model. As per my information M/s Himanshu Enterprises are your service agents for my zone. On the subject, the following is brought to your kind notice.
1) During beginning of this month, I lodged a complaint on helpline no. [protected] requesting for service of the equipment as leakage is observed from its carbon container. Also, the equipment had required routine service as the same was unattended since long. Thereafter, some technician visited our premises with the promise that he would re-visit the next day for remedial action but never turned up.
2) Vide complaint no. 0610206 dated 6.10.2010, the complaint was repeated on the same helpline no. But there has been no attention to the same.
3) The request was repeated on subsequent days too but of no avail. I have observed that even the attendants of helpline have been careless while attending to the complaints.
I am employed as General Manager in a PSU under Ministry OF Petroleum. I am afraid that the negligent attitude of helpline staff & also your service agent may jeopardize image of your esteemed organization. The response met by me is against the spirit of service contract. You are requested to intervene for immediate favourable action in this regard. Your response per return message on my above stated mail address, confirming the action taken would be appreciated.

dear sir, maine [protected] ko aqua guard total infinity lagwa hai 15 din baad se complaint likhwana shru kiya tha aaz tak karwa raha hoon is beech 3 mahine part available nhn hone ki vajeh se ye band rakha bande bas 15 din ka time leke taalte rahe ab is piece main jung laga hua hai sir mera 1 saal ka beta hai jiske liye maine ye puri lagwaya tha aaz wo hi bisleri ka pani pee raha hai sir maine aapke sales person ko ph kiya ki plz is pease main hi problem hai isko change kar dain un logon ne phone recive karna hi band kar diya ab main bohot pareshhan ho gaya hoon mere pass last option consumer court hi hai

I am owning a Eureka forbes Aqua guard Model name Reviva since Jan.10, Which is RO Purifier, and they say it will convert the hard water into a drinkable water, but the problem is the continious leakage of water from back side even after 1-2 times repairing from the company service person & whenever i give a complaint i need to make a lot of followup with each person including the service man. Even at the time of installation they have damaged out overhandtank valve. After complaint to company they have committed to compensate the loss but they have not compensate it. There is no matter of Money. The only thing is customer service & committment .I have worst experience customer service from from a company like eureka forbes Ltd.

i have service contract of three years with eureka forbes for water purifier .i had launched a complaint of my water purifier. the technician said one part is broken it has to be replace. so he told he will be back within 2 days. but after 2 days no reply . so after that after i asked about my complaint status the lady who receives the complaints answered very very roudly . the aproach was very roud to the customer. i took the no of the head of the service department n called him but all the time his no is temporarily out of service. since 4 days his phone is not working . so again i called up to the office and asked about my complaint and the no of head. so that lady asked me very roudly what is the relation between your complaint and the head? this is not the way to speak to your customer. and this is not the first time i have experienced but but 4/5 time before also same thing happend. the staff who receives the complaint is very very roud of aurangabad office in maharashtra. i am facing probelms of drinking water. so pl solve my problem within 2 days. and keep proper staff for customer servvice centre.

We purchased two no of water filter about 3 months back. Immediately after installation, within a day or two, we faced leakage problem. The water leaks from the filter unit and drips continuously. We got a call from the sales office regarding the feedback about a month after the installation. We were promised immediate service but still the problem remained unattended.

I also made a tele- complaint (Complaint no: [protected] - executive name Ms Shefali) about a week back.

However till date, I havent received any call / nor any visit from the service centre.

I am really not satisfied with the service and wonder how a company so old and reputed could ignore a customer for so long.

I regret having referred Eureka Forbes to several of my friends and relatives and vow to dissuade them from using their products.

Hello sir, I have been using a Euro clean jet vaccum cleaner more than 3 years. The problem is dust collecting bag has been over.I submitted a complaint to the nearest service centre but they are responding properly. Still now we didnt get the bags or any response from the service centre. So kindly verify this problem as soon as possible. Our area is Tambaram, Chennai

I PURCHASED EUROKA FOBES VACCUM CLEANER AND AT THE TIME OF BUYING, IT WAS SAID THAT YOU WILL BE RECEIVING BILL DIRECTLY FROM HEAD OFFICE WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS. BUT EVEN AFTER 4 MONTHS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY BILL. I MADE 100 OF CALLS TO THE HEAD OFFICE, BUT HAVN'T RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE EXCEPT OF SIR WE DOING IT, WE ARE SENDING IT ...BUT ITS OF NO USE... THIS COMPANY IS SIMPLY PLAYING WITH THE CUSTOMERS. A LEGAL NOTICE SHOULD BE ISSUED AGAINST THE FRAUD THAT THEY ARE DOING

i have purchased 'aquaguard total ro reviva' from eureka forbes ltd. from D.VIJAY ANAND from Arden fair pai layout, old madras road, bangalore on12th sept'10, i have called them 100 times for not receiving the bill, but there was no response, now i am fadup, i dont know what to do. there sevice is very poor, and i will advice to all who are buy this product there is no surity of getting the bill.
