My name Temekia Curtis I brought Five Ginwine concert in New Mexico on fed 23 2024 I payed for them on fed 1 2024 at 12:30 am on my direct express debit card tickets an insurance for the tickets an I pay charge an fee an delivered but end up having the tickets to my email. So we had a ride on the 16th are ride got canceled she wouldn’t tells us so I tryed to find a ride in this state of New Mexico I don’t have many friends or no family here I just move here me my two children single parents I gain a few girl’s friends these five female payed there tickets in cash insurance tax an fees by hand I took the action to pay the tickets off my card I got all the information the receipt an the insurances for each tickets Aliza travel insurance and etickets.com an eventtickets an tickets master these four companies Rob me out of 597.00 an said they can’t give me my full refund because it’s not emergency I told them we had a ride an it got canceled they told o well we can’t give you your full refund back I told them you guys take people money when they can’t show up they said yes we take they money an will not give it back I told we can’t show up you have to scan the tickets an my five tickets don’t show you still won’t refund my full refund all companies said no refunds period but we can give your full or half refund if you have proof of purchase and why you can’t come like a dr excuse or your car broke down why you travel to the events an I told them they will be speaking to my lawyer because I never done this. Before y’all taken people money anyways an that’s not fare but if a emergencies going to concert or getting sick we got have proof an give us half of are refund they need to change there policies because that’s call stealing
