Vivid Seats Vivid Seats was great

First, the concert I went to (Menzingers in Seattle) was outstanding so thanks to Vivid Seats for helping me get good tickets. Second, I had an issue with my tickets going to an email address that I did not have access to (totally my fault). I bought the tickets the day of the concert and so I called Vivid Seats and the customer support agent, I believe his name was Chris, was super helpful in helping me merge my two email accounts so that I could access my confirmation. Overall, great experience with Vivid Seats

Vivid Seats Good refund outcome

After reading a lot of recent reviews through different sites, my hopes were not high for a satisfactory outcome for a refund.
I knew the Dodgers game would not be on so I emailed approx 2 weeks ago to try to start the refund process, as there is no way to travel out of Aus for the foreseeable future.
They responded back with a generic email.
Two weeks prior to the game I received the email 'refund or credit', and chose Refund straight away. Another day later, an email arrived asking if I still want a requested a refund, to which I sent an immediate response back. Next day a confirmation that the refund process had begun, but could take a while. Four days later (today), the refunded amount appeared.
Maybe I was lucky, but I did respond back virtually immediately, and in a courteous fashion. Good luck to you all.

Vivid Seats BEST RESALE PLATFORM ON THE PLANET

I was in the ticket game for years when Kroger still had Ticketmaster. I'll leave that as a short story because the review is not about me. I've used Craigslist, which spam sucks now for ticket resale, Stub hub, and others to buy tickets. BY FAR, Vivid has the best app and platform I've ever seen. User friendly in every way I could possibly list. I am in no way affiliated or compensated by Vivid but tell everyone who will listen and about timing for best deals. I normally order online but called this time and Jamal was excellent and very professional. If there's a negative at all it would be not having seat numbers or aisle designation as that can be very important for certain concert venues although this purchase was for Cowboys Stadium. All that said I would work for Vivid Seats in a heartbeat. If I can telecommute give me a call. Thank you, BR549WRIGHT

Vivid Seats Morgan was awesome

I have never bought basketball tickets before. I was nervous to purchase these tickets because they were expensive and they were going to be a gift. When I talked to Morgan, he was beyond helpful. He was very patience with me and answered each one of my questions in a very happy manor. He did not seem annoyed at all and made me feel super reassured to purchase these tickets. He was very kind. I was nervous about the position of the seats and Morgan even reassured me the seats would be awesome because he had similar ones. It was so great to talk to someone so knowledgeable and kind. If I ever need to place an order in the future for tickets I will definitely be calling Morgan again! The site is not allowing me to attach a photo of my transaction but if you need credibility of my purchase I would be happy to send over my confirmation email. My email is ***@gmail.com

Vivid Seats I could not be more pleased!

Today, I used a credit that I received from Vivid - due to the seller not sending tickets to a previous concert (no fault of Vivid). However, Vivid graciously refunded me my money for this previous concert, plus they gave me a $100 credit voucher towards a future purchase. This didn't diminish the disappointment from missing the concert two hours before it started, which had been rescheduled twice (because of COVID), but it made it a little more palatable. Moving forward several months to today, I purchased another set of tickets to a concert, using my credit, PLUS my Vivid representative Jaime, gave me an additional $10 off my purchase. I know Vivid has gotten a bad rap recently, but moving forward I honestly believe they are trying to make things right for their customers!

I do hope the seller comes through on this purchase for our concert in April!

Vivid Seats Easy process, good customer service

Ronald F. Took my call to purchase tickets to an out of town event a few months away. I've never used this sight before, and was a little leery how it all worked. It was an easy process, and Ronald was very patient with my many questions. Beware that ticket values are "face value", as service charge, tax, electronic fees, etc are added. BUT, they would be added anywhere you purchase tickets. I appreciated when I inquired about all the fees and final cost that he took the time to explain. Confirmation info was emailed as I was on the phone with him. The expected arrival of emailed tickets isn't until the day before the concert. This makes me a bit nervous... They also are not printable, BUT he told me several times that I must have my phone with me to attend the concert. First time for me purchasing/rendering tix this way, but I'm sure this is the norm with technology. I called on a Sunday afternoon on a holiday b/c I had a few questions while ordering online. I was surprised someone took the call, and not "call back during normal business hours". I was happy to purchase the tickets that day over the phone after all my questions were answered.

Superior customer service. Alex was the best customer service person Ive ever had I work in customer service oriented jobs and manage customer service representatives and I would hire Alex in a heartbeat he is an example of every customer service aspect that you want in an employee never before have I seen that he mustve had excellent training from somewhere and I would like to know where he did an outstanding job Very kind and gracious and formative went above and beyond help with every little detail addressed me by name and confirmed everything and made sure everything was perfect for me I have never used your service to buy tickets before but I will always do that now it was in incredible buying experience that was provided to me by Alex is incredible customer service and if hes not in your training department you should put him there he met and exceeded all standards for customer service Ive 20+ years in the customer service field and he has the job down pat thank you for a wonderful experience he stayed on the phone with me until everything was complete and my order was confirmed through email again above and beyond I would recommend your services to anyone thank you very much

Vivid Seats NEVER AGAIN (UPDATED)

Literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Tickets said they would be at will call at venue. Come to find out, they were SUPPOSED to send me an email stating that I was to meet a shady fellow outside of the venue an hour beforehand, yet they never sent the email to me. When I arrived at the venue and my tickets were not at will call, I called their customer service and was told that the shady fellow had already left and was not responsible for answering his phone to determine WHERE he was with my tickets and that whoops too bad I was out 700 dollars. As if this wasn't bad enough, after getting off the phone with the rudest woman I've ever spoken to and finding out I was all dressed up with nowhere to go, I find out that the shady fellow had just scalped my tickets and pocketed the money. I tried calling the company back to tell them what happened and they blamed me and told me it was MY fault that he had sold my tickets. Ridiculous scam of a company ever made.

UPDATE
Without having to call or bother them, Vivid Seats Management reached out to me specifically to apologize and explain the miscommunication. After talking to them, having bought from them multiple times before with this being the first problem, I would definitely be willing to buy from them again.

Vivid Seats Exceptional Customer Service

As a very cautious buyer, I was a bit hesitant to purchase from Vividseats.com because this is going to be my first time to purchase from this site. But I'm glad I did the tickets I purchased though was over the phone and I'm so happy ABEL A. Was the representative/customer service person who helped me and my cousin during this crucial time to purchase tickets for BTS PTDLV. Abel was exceptional, patient and provided an amazing customer service experience for first time purchaser like us. He explained everything thoroughly and willing to wait until we get a ticket confirmation in my email. He answered my questions with a professional manner and NOT one bit that he ever express any annoyance while I ask him multiple questions regarding the process of purchasing tickets and if We are really getting the tickets the same day. I've read other reviews saying they didn't get their tickets or waited long. But not when Abel is the person to help you. So when you call Vivid seats customer service ***143 look for Abel A. You will not get disappointed he will provide that Exceptional customer service experience that we all look for and appreciate. Vivid seats gained loyal customers like us. Will definitely purchase from this site again. So hopefully the rest of the customer service reps are as amazing as Abel.

Vivid Seats THANK YOU! :)

Knute was very helpful in finding me seats for the concert I've been saving up for, for months. He found me seats that were 13 rows closer than the one's I was looking at before and he saved me a little over $60 dollars for the first set I was going to buy. He listened to my concerns when I told him that I was trying to get the best seats I could because my mother recently in the last year had a retinal detachment in her eye that causes her not to sees well as she used to. I appreciate his patience and understanding when helping me with my order. Also, if anyone is trying to order tickets from this site I would advise you to call the representatives. It makes the process so much smoother even if you are not making a purchase that day and have to think about it. I can not thank Knute enough for the help that he provided me and I hope he is recognized for his amazing customer service. I also want to recognize Jay Rod for amazing customer service as well. He is the representative who I talked to a couple of weeks prior to purchasing the tickets. He talked me through the prices of the tickets and was giving me feedback for other customers that had bought tickets from this venue before. I unfortunately had to decline because I was not sure about the processing fees that needed to be added. I thank both of them for there outstanding work and recommend this site to anyone wanting to buy tickets for event! Thank you VividSeats! -B

We purchased tickets for my daughters 12th birthday on the very first release date of the *** concert in ***. We were supposed to receive the tickets the day before the concert on may 6. Had a confirmation e-mail of the seats in the section we purchased. Total price was right under *** for two tickets. Day of concert we find out that the seller that was selling through vivid seats sold our tickets to a higher bidder. Vivid offered us seats basically behind the stage for the price we paid for seats in center lower level of front of stage or a full refund. I wanted the seats that we picked out and purchased. They said sorry only have this option or no tickets at all. I was very upset as you can imagine bc we had just drove 4 hours thinking we were going to get the tickets we purchased. The girl them said she was going to disconnect the called and hung up on me bc I said I needed a third option. DO NOT USE VIVID SEATS!

bought a ticket. didn't receive email to accept when they said it was sent. had to wait until day of event to get a person. spent literally all day on phone having ticket resent. finally got resends (2) and both were not the description of the ticket i purchased and went by sellers word it would work. the link sent to accept my ticket DIDNT work. i never got my ticket. sent email to customer service to prove seller never sent a valid link. and only received automated im sorry emails. worst experience ever

I attempted to purchase King *** presale tickets. I used the *** search engine to see if any websites had the artist early access. Vividseats had a link that stated King *** presale tickets for sale. So I clicked on it and was taken to a different page where it asked me to pick my seat. I picked a GA 100 ticket and then it asked me to purchase via Apple Pay. I did so and then it asked if I wanted insurance and I stated I didnt. Well the last and final stage was my order # to a ticket forThe National. I have never even heard of the National. Vivid seats scammed me and had a fake link on *** for King *** tickets. When i spoke to customer services about the phishing link that they had, they declined my request. Im sincerely upset. I dont know the National I never clicked on the National but my ticket is for The National. Im severely upset.

My sister bought *** tickets for a show that was rescheduled 4 times due to Covid, each time she received emails stating your tickets are still good, just save original tickets. We show up for the show, qr code and email in hand just to be told they are no longer valid and refunds were issued for all tickets sold and ticket master is the only legitimate ticket sales agent. So we are out money and no show. Very dissatisfied!

I purchased a parking spot ticket for *** game in *** (40 USD), tickets mentions that i have the right to park on that spot from 5 pm to 11 pm, i arrive at 7 pm, and there wasnt any spot available, it took me 40 mins to find another spot and i lose 3 innings on the baseball game because of that situation. I was expecting on getting my money reimbursed because i did not use the spot (clearly they sold more tickets than the spots they have available), but they told me on the phone that no matter you pay 40 USD for this spot, first one to arrive get the spots, so i do not know why are they charging you, i want a reimburse on my ticket

Ordered concert tickets on the day of. I arrive and check my email, no tickets. I download the app, nothing. I can't get into concert because I can't provide tickets. I pull up my bank statement where it shows the money was withdrawn from vivid seats but still can't get in. Tried getting a hold of them and couldn't until may 5th. Concert was in March. They claim that I didn't receive tickets because I typed in an extra letter on my email address and there was nothing they could do for me. I'm sorry but when I send an email that is incorrect, I get an alert right away. I spent money on tickets for my favorite singer and did not get to watch him. They sure did take my money out of my account quickly. The right thing to do would be to refund my money or give me credit for another concert but their customer service employees are ruid heartless. I will never purchase tickets from this site ever.

Absolute criminals. Take advantage of the elderly. Told my mom I was going to a concert on 5/2/2023. She thought she would be nice and went on this criminal website and bought tickets for the event for me. She paid $176 for each ticket. I told her that was horrible. I got the tickets is same section 3 rows closer for $88 each on Ticketmaster. She filed for a refund and the rude person told her no cancelation policy and if she had nothing else good bye. I called back and got the same response. Was even told "does your mother not know how to read as it says all sales are final". I mean what company rips off elderly people.

Vivid Seats I have used this company several times without complaint

I have used this company several times without complaint. I purchased Lady Antebellum tickets months ago, they were postponed and then canceled. When I purchased them vividseats policy was 100% money back for venue cancelation. I get emails from vividseats constantly so like most I dont read every one. They emailed saying that the concert canceled, that's as far as I read,they had changed policy and now DO NOT REFUND unless you notify them within 7 days. Every other ticket vendor refunded no problem,no games.i contacted vividseats and they said that they would not be able to give my money back, just credit for future purchase . Buyer beware this is no way to treat customers, I WANT MY REFUND !

STAY AWAY FROM VIVID SEATS!Don't buy tickets from vividseats.com. Today, I spent 2.5 hours on the phone figuring out why tickets weren't coming through on ticketmaster... Finally, it turned out their system was behind the scenes selling game 2 tickets as game 1 so they had to cancel them all but they didn't email or even let their customer support know what to tell people. 2.5 hours of telling me to reinstall ticketmaster, try ticketmaster in incognitio browser, try ticketmaster in a different browser, etc... The last 30 minutes I dealt with someone who understood more than retrying ticketmaster on a different browser and then sales trying to "help me out." After 3 hours of support, the best offer I got was to buy tickets which I liked less than my originals for $3 less than the originals. $3 for 3 hours of dealing with very poor customer service!Finally, I tried to fill out the vivid seats email survey that they sent afterwards and the website is not there anymore, not surprising I guess, I wouldn't want to read those surveys.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered 4 *** tickets and got to gate opened their app and only 1 ticket came up. Sent tickets to my email as a pdf and again only 1 ticket was sent. Took pictures of the pdf that clearly showed only 1 page and one ticket as well as fact I had to purchase 3 tickets at the gate and they refused to give me a refund. I spoke to multiple customer support and then waited 2 weeks to hear that they would not refund me anything even after I showed them all my proof. I was told that seller sent all 4 tickets even though their software wouldn't open them so they won't refund. This company is awful, their customer service is terrible, and I will never use them again. Stay away!

Greetings - AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH VIVID SEATS AT ALL COSTS. To say that they have questionable business practices would be an understatement. There are numerous reviews about the buying experience, here is one about the selling experiencej... I bought two tickets to an event last month, and short time later, found out I would not be able to attend. So I put them up for sale on the VividSeats.com website, since I bought them there. They just sold today. There was no information anywhere on their website regarding how to transfer the e-tickets to another buyer. I had to spend an hour of my time via online chat to find out. Once transferred I had to send them PROOF of the transfer before I could get paid. Then I found out that they don't pay you at all until *** days past the event date. In this case, that's another six weeks from now. So now the new buyer has the tickets, they charged me extra for their services, they charged me 10% to sell the tickets, now their going to hold on to my money, making even more money now.There is no mention of this whatsoever on their *** page of their website, which is where this policy should be stated. They said it is mentioned when you put the tickets up for sale - I never saw it stated anywhere. I have never heard of a business doing this under any circumstances. Extremely unprofessional - AVOID THEM!

My experience was going great for a while and I spent thousands of dollars with them. I wanted to take my kids to a game and bought parking garage passes. Upon receiving the passes, I noticed they are a completely different garage than what was on the ad. I called customer service and tried to work it out since I felt like I had built a relationship with the company over the years and thousands of dollars Ive spent. *** told me it was the same garage and there was nothing they could do, also they could show me how to sell them. Two garages, two physical addresses and almost a mile apart and there was nothing they could do apparently. I made a recommendation for them to put addresses on garages so no one else has the same issues. Moral of the story. As long as you just shut up and spend money its all good, as soon as you have an issues, its your fault. So much for 100% Buyers Guarantee that is promise.

Purchased tickets to *** and never received them. Tickets got lost In security catch work email and when requested that they be resent to personal email they didnt really help. Spent over 3 1/2 hours texting or on phone with help with no resolve. Missed the game and was told oh well so lost the money too. Just so disappointing and disheartening, even purchased the insurance. for what! Really unbelievable! OUT $373.00

I recently ordered tickets to see the New *** play the Cubs at *** on July 9th through the Vivid Seats. Unfortunately the tickets do not match the listing, it was a bait and switch. The listing was for tickets in section 203, row 20 and the tickets are for row 19. While this may not seem like a big difference I very specifically wanted to sit in row *** the user agreement there is a clause that states they can provide you with comparable tickets, in this case I specifically called their customer service line before purchasing my tickets to ask whether or not that would happen, as I had a similar bad experience with another site. I was told by a customer service representative (on 4/22/23 at 8:03pm est) that they promised, in fact they said they 100% guaranteed me this would not happen and to go ahead and buy it with them on the line, just in case so they could fix anything if it were to go wrong. I then received the wrong tickets, and they transferred my call to another representative who simply kept repeating that I had received an upgrade as per the fine print in the user agreement, and they could not refund me or exchange the tickets. They also could not provide me with any reference number for the recorded call, or allow me to speak with a manager or anyone higher up. This site is allows for bait and switches, that sellers exploit to list more attractive tickets, without exchanges, and has outsourced customer service that cannot actually help you past repeating a script. A total scam, and a big waste of time and money. I was very unhappy with my experience and will never use this service again, or recommend it to anyone.

Paid my money but never got my tickets and never got any help. Do not use them. They are crooks. I ordered my tickets in October for a very special occasion in June and here it is almost May and I have no hope of getting either my money back or my tickets. The funny thing is they actually told me to sell the tickets so I could get my money back. That's actually hilarious. How might one sell something that one never received? They really need to not be in business any longer. Beware.

Vivid Seats Avoid Vivid Seats

Avoid Vivid Seats. In 2019 we bought our daughter *** tickets. I was offered a $75 credit if I used their mobile app program. The total of the tickets were right at $1500 (you read that right). At checkout I remember that my credit wasn't valid in this order and had to be used on the next order, ok annoying but *** PLEASE READ HERE - you DO NOT get your tickets right away. We never had our tickets until the night before the event. The *** show was postponed until 2021 so for two years I never saw a mobile ticket. All over their website is a statement of being able to sell your tickets if you no longer want them. Of course after the show was postponed for the first year we wanted our money back. When I tried to sell ours we just got a simple error message saying we were not allowed to sell out tickets. The catch is you don't get your tickets until the night before the event, so you cant sell them until you have them. See where I'm going? Now we're here, 2021, the seller has emailed me my tickets to my *** login email bc that is how I chose to make my account. Unlike booking a hotel room, you do not get an option on where you would like your tickets sent to, they just send them. While I opted to have my tickets available to me via app, the customer service told me that they would not help me recoupe my tickets since it was my fault for providing the wrong email. I pleaded to have them contact the seller but the seller provided an invalid phone number as a contact. So I got punished for the wrong email but the seller got my $1500 for having the wrong phone number. It wasn't until I busted out my big girl voice and told them that they were never to be emailed because they should have been on my app, hence having their promo $75 credit on my acct, that they finally helped me get my tickets. The thing about VS is you're buying tickets from an independent seller while VS is the middle man. Please please buy your tickets straight from the venue!

They purchase through private sellers so they can't even give me a timeframe. This "company" is a complete scam and I don't know how they are still allowed to do business. I'd like more than a word with whoever's in charge here.

Vivid Seats On September 3, 2022, I purchased two tickets for $618 through Vivid Seats to see The Weekend perform at ************

On September 3, 2022, I purchased two tickets for $618 through Vivid Seats to see The Weekend perform at ***. I arrived to the venue at the start time of 6:30 pm and waited three hours before The Weekend appeared on stage to start his performance. Five minutes into the show after only performing 1 1/2 songs, The Weekend exits the stage only to return 5 miutes later to announce he is going to cancel the concert. As The Weekend annouces his cancelation after only 5 minutes into the show, he promises all the attendees will receive a full refund. I was dissatisfied with the way the whole situation was handled, however if I was going to be refunded my money for the canceled show that would be a satisfactory solution. On September 7, 2022 I received an email from The Weekend and the event organizer again promising and offering a total refund for the canceled show. As I waited for a week for the refund to reappear in my account, a reimbursement for the canceled concert show tickets never was credited back to my account. Perplexed why the refund had not been issued weeks after the show was canceled, I contacted Vivid Seats to make an inquiry about my refund. While on the phone with an outsourced telephone rep for Vivid Seats, I was informed the refund could not be issued because the concert was not officially canceled it was just postponed for a later date for which my current tickets would still be valid. Unaware of such stipulation that puts the consumer at a disadvantage in a situation such as this one, I explained to the rep, it would be unlikely that I would be able to attend at a later date because I am out of town quite frequently with my job. The rep again informed me she was unable to make an exception because that is Vivid Seats policy. I was not going to accept that stipultaion and that there was no exception to the rule. I as a consumer, fulfilled my obligation by purchasing a ticket on the date I was available to attend the concert and showed up to the venue at the designated time and date. Based on Vivid Seats poor customer service, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. A provisonal credit was issued while the investigation was being conducted. On October 19, 2022 I received a chargeback for the Vivid Seats concert tickets. After becoming aware of the chargeback from the credit card company, I once again contacted Vivid Seats demanding a full refund for the canceled show. In this follow up phone call to Vivid Seats, I informed the rep of a *** law that requires Vivid Seats to issue a full refund. (a) The ticket price of an event which is canceled shall be fully refunded to the purchaser by the ticket seller within 30 calendar days of the cancellation.(b) The ticket price of an event which is postponed, rescheduled, or replaced with another event at the same date and time, shall be fully refunded to the purchaser by the ticket seller upon request within 30 calendar days of the refund request.Cal. Bus. & Prof. *** Section *** - Ticket price refunded if event canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, Cal. Bus. & Prof. *** | Casetext Search + Citator I was asked to show proof that was I a *** resident and provided proof by emailing my electric bill. After being placed on hold for an about hour, the rep returned to the phonecall and informed me she could not issue a refund and disconnected the telephone call. At this time I am still demanding my full refund for the canceled show and will not accept credit toward another date, I would like my money credited back to my account as was promised by the artist, the event organizer, and the *** law that mandates the ticket seller to fully refund the purchaser.

Order [protected] 3 tickets to Amount: $759.00 The Last Ship Golden Gate Theatre Sat March 14, 2020 Show cancelled due to virus Name Mary *** This is a formal complaint for failing to honor a contract for service and failing to honor a refund promised in writing. I opened up a dispute with my credit card company plus I filed a complaint with state Attorney General. ? I have requested several times my refund credited back to my AE card for below cancelled show. I signed a contract with Vivid Seats for this show and Vivid Seats failed to deliver that service. Facts listed below were provided to a class action lawyer and the Attorney General as others wish to join this case. Order [protected] 3 tickets to Amount: $759.00 The Last Ship Golden Gate Theatre Sat March 14, 2020 Show cancelled due to virus Name Mary *** 1. March 11: refund promised. For above service and cancelled show due to coronavirus, Vivid Seats promised me a refund by phone Match 11. At that time, Vivid Seats was notified of my acceptance of refund, and rejection of any offer of a voucher credit. I thanked the rep in a followup email dated March 13, proof is attached. He said no further action was needed on my part, 2. March 13: Vivid Seats 100% Buyers Policy was posted on Vivid Seats website . Vivid Seats website verified above policy stating a 100% buyers guarantee policy or one could choose 110% voucher credit (“For both options there is no need to take any action.”). I had specifically rejected the voucher credit on March 11, requested the refund instead and followed this up with an email to Vivid Seats 3. March emails (proof attached) from Vivid reps confirm via email refund was processed March 11 and would arrive in several weeks. On March 21 and April 9, when I inquired via email as to where refund is, the refund was again confirmed in writing by Vivid Seats customer service reps. Proof of their emails are attached. Vivid Seats customer service reps responded in writing that 1. refund was processed March 11 2. Refund take a few weeks to receive credit back to my card. 3. Vivid Seats told me not to worry and that I would get my refund 4. Vivid Seats misled me and many others by giving fans false sense of assurances with emails stating don’t worry, refunds are being processed. We were never told any further action was required or to look out for a new email. 5. Vivid Seats suddenly changed their policy in an email dated April 15, 2020 which went to my spam mail. An email is not considered legal notice as a change to a contract, which Vivid Seats failed to meet. The April 15 email stated fans must notify Vivid Seats of request for refund within 7 days of cancellation. I had already notified Vivid Seats within 7 days of cancellation of show back in March and Vivid Seats had already confirmed back to me in writing that refund was processed . I specifically asked the reps back in March do I need to do any further action and I was told no, not to worry, refund was processed March 11 and it would be a several weeks to get refund. Vivid Seats already knew I wanted a refund not a voucher as the emails in March prove that. The 4/15 email does not legally undo the prior promises made in writing by Vivid Seats reps that a a refund was processed. That 4/15 email stated nothing about undoing the prior promises of refunds and for all of those whose refunds were promised there was no reason to believe we had to take any further action as prior emails already notified Vivid Seats of acceptance of refund, and denial of voucher credit, and reps already stated such refund were being processed. So why would we need to respond to an unexpected new email since we already had that discussion about acceptance of refund , rejection of voucher, with reps in writing? The 4/15 email was sent in a way to appear as reposting of the general policy on coronavirus (that was already posted 3/13) and buried in the fine print was a demand that fans respond back in 7 days for a refund. It did not seem like an email meant for the fans who were already in communication with Vivid Seats customer service and had already requested and been promised a refund, The email mentioned nothing about fans who had already accepted the refund and had received confirmation that refund would come. Again the April 15 email does not undo the promise of a refund in writing. How Vivid Seats has baited, switched policies, hid new policy steps in fine print in emails fans were not even expecting,did not even acknowledge prior promises made in writing as to refund being processed, is outrageous and an unethical. Due to your response we are banding together for a class action lawsuit against Vivid Seats and are also all filing a complaint with Illinois Attorney General. We will also start a social media campaign this week to #boycottVividSeats #Virus Profiteer. I and many others will send a press release to media to let them know of this scam story, how virus profiteer Vivid Seats is trying to be a virus profiteer during a pandemic and how they are trying to steal people’s money, to earn interest on that money. Vivid Seats should be ashamed of itself for stealing people’s money during a pandemic, earning interest on it, when many people including myself,desperately need that money,. I placed an order for tickets to a *** concert in *** for Saturday 4/15. Upon placing my order, I received confirmation saying that I would be receiving the tickets from the seller shortly. I have placed orders with other ticket resellers before (Stubhub/seat geek/etc) and I've received my tickets instantly or within 10 minutes. When I didn't receive the tickets at the start of the event, I chatted with a rep from Vivid Seats and they said they sent a reminder to the seller to send the tickets over. It wasn't until just over the start of the event that the tickets were sent over to me. We missed the opener of the main event, which was one of the reasons we were going and getting such close seats and spent the money we did through this vendor. We were almost not let in as they were beginning to leave the doors of the event from letting people in, but due to seeing us waiting outside they made an exception. After the event, I sent a message to Vivid Seats requesting at least a partial refund, even though their website states "100% buyer guarantee" which more specifically under that guarantee it does state that "your tickets will be sent prior to the start of your event or your money back". I believe a partial refund is a meet in the middle resolution for both myself as well as the business. I was then told that they would look into it and get back to me, and then stated how if I did a dispute with my bank "it was likely I would not win" which was not very customer service friendly to me in the first place. Not to mention the false advertising of the supposed "100% buyer guarantee" stated all over their website to make you feel secure for purchasing with them. Since then, it's been 3 days and I have not heard anything back after the "further escalation" I have sent a follow up and still nothing.

Date of the Transaction: 4/19/2023 |Company: Vivid *** Concert Tickets | Order # *** |Price: $350 | Paid via Afterpay $426.25 Issue: Invalid Ticket (Scam)|Details:Eastern time at 9:34am, I purchased Concert tickets from Vivid Seat. Shortly after, I received an email confirmation stating my order was successfully. Ten to fifteen minutes later, I received an email stating my tickets were ready for download. As soon as I downloaded my ticket, I realized that this so-called ticket was an image of another customer purchase through Ticketmaster. The image clearly states this NOT a ticket, but an email. The image states that you can see your ticket via Ticketmaster. I checked Ticketmaster and there was no ticket. Backstory, I have purchased concert tickets from several other companies like Stubhub, and have not run into a scam like this until Vivid Seat. Furthermore, I contact their customer support over the phone and through live chat. I was told it's a valid ticket, even though you can clearly see it is not a valid ticket in the image. They also said that my ticket will eventually receive a QR code, and will show up 48 - 24 hours until the date of the event. I did some research through other customers, and the venue itself said it will not accept a QR Code from any other seller or third party company. The ticket must be a barcode from Ticketmaster. I reached out to Ticketmaster, and they could not find me at all. The ticket belongs to another customer who purchased it and did not put it up for sale. Vivid Seat is running an illegal operation and fraudulent business practices. They refused to return my money even though their agent clearly sees the "ticket' delivered was not an actual ticket and passed that information along to me. This company has horrible customer service and needs to be shutdown.

The transaction date is March 30, 2023. The order number is ***. I paid $329.51 on two tickets to a comedy show at *** theater. The show was to take place on March 31, 2023. The nature of the dispute is unsatisfactory, for I recommended a refund because I never received my tickets that was going to be hand-delivered to me via special delivery on the day of the show. The business has not tried to resolve the issue. Today April 20, 2023. I received an email from Vivid Seats to call their customer service concerning the decision of my refund. I called customer service and talked to an live agent. The live agent basically told me that I was not getting a refund because it was not the sellers fault that I did not receive my tickets. So I asked vivid seats if they can accommodate me with tickets to another show or a concert of my liking equivalent to the price of the tickets that I spent on the comedy show. Vivid tickets denied my request and told me that they cannot accommodate me in no way. So now I am and unsatisfied customer because I trusted *** with my money. Bought two tickets and never received my tickets to my show. And now I am not getting my $329.51 back. Please help me with this issue. Thank you.

The complaint is about tickets i ordered on 4/14/23 to FLA panthers vs Boston bruins at *** on 4/21/23. The seller sent me the wrong tickets in which i proceeded to contacting vivid seats about. The first person i contacted told me to send them to an email which she gave to me and that i would be sent another set that same night. The person told me to call back the next day if i did not receive anything. I have called back 3 times all of which have lasted >1hr and have had 0 resolution and still am waiting for my tickets. I will make an attempt to call again today but when i call and ask to speak to a manager they tell me they have no manager. The person also said it was not vivids seats fault that the tickets did not match the description. This is a very unprofessional company and needs to get it together. The excuse they keep giving me is that the original seller has to give me the new tickets. The correct way to resolve the issue would have been to just issue me the correct tickets and deal with that seller later.

We purchased tickets for *** in *** and *** in ***. We have been unable to receive, open, or download the tickets. We spent hours on the phone with non helpful customer service agents who continued to do trouble shooting with no resolve. They could see our ticket purchase and confirm payment. We also have an order confirmation number along with receipt of payment. They could not contact the seller and we missed out *** concert that we had traveled to and paid expenses for. We have also reserved travel for the upcoming *** concert. We demand a FULL CASH REFUND as we will no longer be working with this company. If they are unable to provide that we are prepared to open a class action lawsuit against them.

I paid for tickets for Pretty Lights for 10/21/2023 . This morning, I get an email that the original seller violated the terms and conditions. The ticket was canceled, I called Vivid seats, who refused to give me a refund, and couldnt give a clear answer. I was told to check my email from time to time. What nonsense is that? Then they want to give me a replacement ticket but they couldnt make sure the original ticket was legit. *** is horrible.

I somehow got charged over $900 for tickets. I filed a claim with my bank but it came back saying that the purchase was made with my credit card and my name, address, and email address all matched the purchase, so Vivid Seats said the order wasnt fraud. Yeah right. I never even received any tickets or anything about tickets. Just the charge on my card. Vivid Seats is a scam and I would recommend staying far away.

I placed an order through vivid seats in January for 4 tickets to ***. The show is tomorrow, April 27, 2023. I got an email today and a call, April 26, 2023. I was told that our tickets, all 4 tickets, are unavailable and unable to be processed for TOMORROWS show. When we asked why, Vivid Seats said that its another ticket agency that they sell tickets through that doesnt have the available tickets. When I asked to be escalated or speak to a manager, they said there are no further options to escalate within the customer service department. They gave *** a $70 credit to use on our next purchase, but no options or availability to reschedule because there are no other tickets. I find it absurd that 24 hours before a show, a major company who sold tickets 4 months ago does not have the tickets for this show. It feels as though something that shouldve been managed much earlier or at least notified. When calling orpheum, they have also heard of many other guests who had bought tickets months ago running into the same issue.

Vivid Seats October 17 aerosmith tickets

On May 13, 2023 I purchased 2 Aerosmith tickets to the Charlotte, NC show on October 17th. My total purchase was $532.97. The show was postponed, but still has never been rescheduled, now over 4 months later. I have called Vivid Seats multiple times and can never speak to a supervisor and am just told they can't issue a refund unless the band cancels the show.

Vivid Seats Cancelled concert with out refund

I had purchased 2 Aerosmith tickets for the 10/11/23 Tampa Concert which was cancelled and had not been rescheduled.

Order number #5326686.

At this point dates still have not been release for the concert to be rescheduled and I am seeking a refund since this is going into another fiscal year and I will be relocating for work and will not be in the state.

I have contacted customer service previously and have been advised if the policy however I will not be able to attend any upcoming dates if the concert is rescheduled. I am in need of a refund for my tickets. I would like a quick response or I will be opening a formal complaint with the better Business Bureau.

Vivid Seats Tickets not delivered

The tickets I purchased for a basketball game were not delivered to the AXS account in time for the game.

I phoned Vivid Seats to try and resolve this and was in the phone for almost 2 hrs and it could not be resolved.

They told me then to call AXS and by the time they could send tickets to my account the game had started.

Vivid Seats Vivid seat tickets

On May 5th 2023, I bought from Vivid Seats two tickets tothe Luis Miguel Concert in Tampa. On October 2nd, Ireceived an email stating that the concert has beenrescheduled to another date (From sunday Oct 15th toTuesday Nov 7). I am not able to go in that date. When Ibought the ticket I considered my availability. Therefore, Iwant a refund of my two tickets. I already chat with them (customer support: Rajat) and after asking me all mypurchasing info, he said that he can't refund it, that I mustfind a way to resell those tickets. I bought 2 tickets for aspecific date and I should get what I paid for, or they justhave to return my money.

Paid $$$. No tickets. No refund. Horrible customer service. Do not ue this service.

Event is Boston College football / September 9 / Boston MA

Complaint board just asked for missing information. They did not say what was missing. I will make it simple. Vivid will not send your tickets until the very last minute - giving you no time to arrange to attend your event. They do not care about any inconvenience they cause. So if you want to goto an event without tickens and hope these guys send them then thisis the company for you. Otherwise do not use them. By the way customer service is useless and rude and does not let you talk to a supervisor. You are atbthe mercy of the fool who answers the phone. Not that I have any reason to believe a supervisor at this company would be competent or helpful. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

Vivid Seats Never received my tickets! Aug 11 2023

I never received my tickets for my Comedy event! The agent on the phone did not help me at all, said they could not reach the seller after I reached out 4 times to Vivid more than 24 hours before my event and even 2 hours prior to my event, completely Bogus! I want a full refund of my money. I will Never use VIVID again. Worst experience ever. A night out with my husband was canceled because my purchased tickets were never delivered to me. Horrible evening! I was guaranteed tickets by 5pm for our 7 pm event and never got them. $241.00 that I have not received back yet. Buyer beware.

Vivid Seats Tickets to an event

I jumped online to order tickets to an event. Googled and found Vivid. I bought them for $1811 (2 tickets). I noticed on Stub Hub (and about 3 other sites that they were $1400 (including taxes and all fees. I over paid on tickets by $400. I immediately called in and they will not cancel or help work it out. Tickets are readily available everywhere else. Complete scam. Steer clear

Vivid Seats Ticket never came

My husband and I went to dead and company in fenway Park in Boston and at.the Park our tickets never came threw to get. Inside the park to our seats .we called and tried everything the customer service guy said but nothing worked and the concert was about to begin so we had to buy another set of tickets threw fenway Park and was told vivid would refund us 1000 and change and have not received our refund yet .

Vivid Seats Ticket purchase through vivid seats

In July 2022, I purchased a ticket for the Bruce Springsteen concert in Newark, NJ to be held April 14, 2023. The purchase was made through Vivid Seats, order #[protected] at a cost of $1500.00 (not an insignificant price). As of today, April 3, 2023, I have not received the ticket which was to be delivered by electronic transfer no later than April 13, 2023. Since the event is only 10 days away and I have heard absolutely nothing about the ticket transfer, I contacted Vivid Seats customer service for assistance. I am so incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service. I've called or live chatted 5 times and each time, the representative reads me a standard line about their policy. One rep intentionally disconnected me pretending he couldn't hear me when I know for certain he could but didn't want to hear what I was saying. I have asked for assistance in verifying I will receive the ticket I purchased, or a refund so I could purchase another ticket before the event. Since I will be traveling to the event, I need the ticket in hand several days prior. How can I reach someone who is willing to assist me?

Vivid Seats Sent the wrong tickets

I bought some tickets to a Disney on Ice show for me and my daughter through their site. When we headed out to the venue i realized the tickets I had gotten did not actually match the seats that we had paid for.

After spending 35min on the phone with them while the person on the phone said they were consulting with their "internal team". Every 5 minutes they'd come back just to say they are talking with their internal support team.

Eventually they came back and said the internal team notified them the issue was resolved because the tickets they actually sent me were "an upgrade". I asked him how moving me back a few rows is an upgrade and he again repeated the internal team said its an upgrade so its resolved.

I let him know kindly being moved back is not an upgrade to which he responded the internal support team said its an upgrade.

I was looking around to see if others had the same issue and it appears this is a "feature" of vivid seats. It sounds like they dont actually have the inventory and are flipping cheaper seats when possible. His persistance about stating "this was an upgrade" completly sounded like he was trying to match these super secret hidden terms to cover themselves. Would never buy again. Ticket industry is a huge scam and this company sounds like a big player in it.

Vivid Seats Purchased tickets I never received

Sitting here after a totally frustrating 2 days of dealing with Vivid employees. I purchased ..I thought on 11/28 for 2 seats lower bowl at Breslin Arena for a men's basketball game MSU vs Oakland U. My credit card was charged $328.30 that day. Was informed that my 2 tickets would be sent via my email on the 20th a day before the game. Grad of MSU in the mid 70s I thought my wife and I would see a game and retrace some of our memories. Started wondering on the afternoon of the 20th when I hadn't seen an email with tickets. The 21st was spent on the phone trying to aquire our tickets. All I got was a run around, excuses, and finally no response what so ever. Never received tickets or a refund let alone even an apology. Ong please do not use this business...shadey as a summer afternoon under a big oak tree. Shame shame for all the people you have messed with and hurt. Phoney Company!

Vivid Seats Tickets to Ain’t to Proud Stage Play in West Palm Beach

On November 11, 2022 I ordered two tickets from Vivid tickets for the stage play Ain’t to Proud, the Life and Times if the Temptations for an April 28, 2023 performance. I ordered premium tickets for the orchestra section. The market price provided by Vivid was over $500 per ticket. The total price was $1405.95. On December 13, 2022, I received the tickets from Vivid. They were not premium seats and the face value on the tickets were $86.00 each fir a total of $172.00, a difference of $1,233.95. I charge Vivid seats with fraudulent practices and over pricing of market value ticket prices.

Desired outcome: Please Refund at least $1000. From over pricing.

Vivid Seats Adele concert tickets

Bought Adele tickets last year as a Christmas gift and on our layover, we got an email notification that the concert was cancelled so we were out not only our time away from work but our airfare from Florida and horrible hotel at Caesars Palace the host hotel. At this time, they told us that it was to be rescheduled at a TBD time other than that one email we were never heard from anyone at Vivid other than the calls I made and the insurance claim for the tickets that I purchased which was worthless as the paper it is written on. Fast forward I start seeing that she is finally performing from a post on Facebook and reach out to Vivid today about rescheduling to be told that my rescheduled concert date had already past, which is unacceptable. In addition to that they told me I was emailed one time on July 25th of my rescheduled date. What given them the right to tell me when it’s convenient for me to spend several thousand dollars to come back to Vegas. So, because I did show up there was nothing, they could do for me. So, they basically stole my money and all of the expense for the first trip. Performers need to be held account for their hissy fits and not at the expense of concert goers it’s not like I paid $100.00 for these tickets they were $3,300. and Vivid owes more to their inconvenienced guest that what I got. Worst company every and I would highly advise against using this company specifically and other like them.

Vivid Seats Lack of customer service

The following is a chronological timing of the events that occurred:

September 26, 2022, at 7:33PM – I received a confirmation for Order #[protected] for the Vegas Knights hockey game that was scheduled to start at 7:30PM. The request was put in minutes before.

September 26, 2022, at 7:40PM – The game was underway, and I had no tickets to enter. I made the call to customer service. The customer service rep said she would investigate. I had told her that if it couldn’t be resolved within 2 minutes, to please cancel the order. I was put on hold. The game already had been going for 10 minutes.

September 26, 2022, at 7:42PM – The customer service rep come back on the line and said that they are still working on the situation. I politely asked her to please just cancel the order. Between missing the beginning of the game and the fact that my back had started tightening up from being rear-ended on the taxi ride over, I felt it just better to cancel at that time. Again, I was put on hold as she needed “to confirm with a manager” that it could be done.

September 26, 2022, at 7:46PM – Email #2 arrived in my in basket saying that the order placed at 7:33 was now confirmed.

September 26, 2022, at 7:52PM – The 3rd email arrived with the tickets now ready to download to present to the usher to gain access. All the while I was on the line with customer service. I was informed at that point that they could not reverse the charges and cancel the transaction as the tickets were already issued. The tickets were never used. I asked to speak to a manager and was told “They are going to say the same thing.”. Repeated requests to speak to a manager were continually denied, leaving me with no other alternative than to dispute this claim.

Desired outcome: Refund of ticket price.

Vivid Seats Ticket order lost

On Oct 10th I purchased two tickets through VIVIDSEATS for a concert at The House of Blues in Las Vegas NV happening Oct 14th at 5:00pm pct for the Musical Band IN THIS MOMENT.

As of Oct. 13th 6:38 pm I am unable to access my tickets. The company VIVIDSEATS claims the tickets were transferred to TICKETMASTER. However, no matter what link they have provided I cannot access these tickets. I have put in calls, live chats and emailed customer support. They are doing nothing to help me

Vivid Seats I want my money back

I bought tickets from vivid seats in march of 2022 for a game oct.2. I paid $600 for 4 tickets, I didn’t receive my tickets, they kept telling I would get them closer to the game. In sept I reached out to vivid seats and asked them to reach out to the seller and get him to send me the tickets I got the same email from them we are working on it. Well the day before the game which was 4 hrs from my home they quit responding to me all together. So I have no tickets and am out $600. It’s not right that they say they have no control over the seller. I someone needs to hold ticket brokers responsible
