Everything But Water Everything But Water Review: Great Selection and Easy Checkout Process

I went to Everything But Water's website (everythingbutwater.com) and I gotta say, it's pretty cool. They have a lot of swimsuits and beachwear to choose from. The website is easy to navigate and I didn't have any trouble finding what I was looking for.

I ended up buying a swimsuit and a cover-up. The checkout process was easy and I got my order pretty quickly. The quality of the items is really good and they fit me well.

I also like that they have a lot of different brands to choose from. It's nice to have options and be able to find something that fits your style.

Overall, I had a good experience with Everything But Water. I would definitely shop there again.

Everything But Water Disappointing Customer Service for Defective Bag from Everything But Water Website

I bought a bag from Everything But Water website and after a year, the bag started to bubble. It was obvious that the fabric was defective. The store was nice to me, but when I called their 800 customer service, I was very disappointed. They told me that they couldn't help me even though the fabric was defective. It was like they didn't care about my problem. I felt like I was out of luck and it wasn't my fault. If I had shopped at any other high-end store, they would have replaced the bag or given me store credit. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't last and then not get any help when it breaks.

Everything But Water Disappointing Quality and Customer Service: Everything But Water Swimwear Review

I recently purchased some swimwear from Everything But Water and unfortunately, I had some issues with the fabric bleeding even after rinsing in cold water. This caused some staining on my white towels and sink which was quite frustrating. Additionally, I found that some of the tops and bottoms of the "matching" suits had different dye lots which I didn't realize until I wore each suit once.

To make matters worse, I was disappointed to find out that they don't allow you to return defective suits to the store. Instead, you have to call or email their customer service department which was a bit of a hassle. I understand that defects can happen, but it shouldn't be this difficult to resolve the issue, especially with such expensive suits.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying from Everything But Water. The quality of the swimwear was not up to par and the customer service experience was less than ideal.

Everything But Water Everything But Water: Overpriced and Poor Customer Service

I ain't never gonna step foot in another Everything But Water store again. Their stuff is way too expensive and it ain't worth it. The big shot VP of the company is a real piece of work, and so is the manager at the Lynnfield marketplace. I tried to complain about the VP, but customer service shut me down and wouldn't let me talk to anyone higher up. Can you believe that? And when I tried to return a $49 shawl, they gave me a hard time even though I spent over $500 in there. I ain't falling for their tricks again, and neither should you. Stay away from Everything But Water!

Everything But Water Disappointing Experience with Everything But Water: Only Received Half of My Order

So, I decided to buy a fancy swimsuit and a cute pouch from Everything But Water. I paid 25 bucks for shipping, which was a bit steep, but I was excited to get my order. I got an email saying that my FULL order was shipped, but when it arrived, only the pouch was in the package. I was so bummed out! I called customer service to find out what was going on, and they told me that the swimsuit was no longer available. What the heck?! Why did I get a notification that my FULL order was shipped if it wasn't? And why didn't they tell me before they shipped it out? I ended up paying 40 dollars for a 15 dollar pouch. That's just not cool. I'm not going to order from this website again.

Everything But Water Disappointing Quality: My EverythingButWater.com Review

I recently made a purchase on everythingbutwater.com, and I have to say, it was a total disappointment. I splurged on the "EZRA BOTTOM - Ezra Banded Skirted Hipster Bikini Bottom" and the "EMBER TOP - Ember Metallic Underwire Bikini Top" for a grand total of $200.00. I was so excited to receive my new swimsuit, even though I wasn't planning on using it right away. I just couldn't resist the beautiful design.

However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration after only using the swimsuit twice this month. The decorative fabric that covers the swimsuit is already breaking in several places on both the bikini bottom and the bra. I can't believe that for the price I paid, the quality is so poor. I took great care of the swimsuit, keeping it safe in its original packaging to prevent any damage. But it seems like all my efforts were in vain.

I noticed that the price has since dropped, but even if it was cheaper, I wouldn't waste my money on such poor quality. I regret my purchase and feel like I lost a lot of money. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to make the same mistake I did. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better quality swimsuit.

Everything But Water Terrible Experience with Everything But Water: Defective Product and Poor Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with Everything But Water. I bought a dress from them for a special event and it looked amazing for the two hours I wore it. The next day, I hand washed it with delicate detergent as the label instructed me to do. Everything seemed fine until I laid it flat to dry and came back later in the day. The gold ribbon bled into the dress, ruining the entire garment. I was so disappointed, especially since I spent over $400 on it.

Because of the pandemic, I couldn't visit a store to tell them about my problem until months later. When I finally did, the lady working there said she couldn't help me and that I would have to contact customer service. When I did, they told me that they couldn't help me because I was outside of their return policy window. I couldn't believe it! How can a company sell a defective product and then not stand behind it when something goes wrong?

It's really frustrating when a company doesn't value their customers. I didn't ruin the dress, it was a problem with their vendor. And now, because of their lack of customer service, I will never shop with them again. I wouldn't recommend their brand to anyone either. It's important for companies to stand behind their products and take care of their customers. If they don't, they won't last very long.

Everything But Water Poor Customer Service Experience at Everything But Water in Paramus, NJ

I recently visited Everything But Water's website to see if they had any sales going on. To my delight, I saw that they did! I decided to head to their store in Garden St Plaza, Paramus, NJ to see what deals I could find. However, my experience there was less than satisfactory.

When I arrived, I noticed that one of the sales associates was sitting by the counter on her phone, while another was shuffling papers and ignoring myself and another customer. Despite this, I managed to find a bathing suit that I liked and asked the associate if it was on sale. To my surprise, she began yelling at me, saying that nothing was on sale in the store and walked away.

I tried to explain that the website said otherwise, but she continued to be loud and rude. Another customer had joined me by this point and asked a question about an item and sale. The associate then asked if I was purchasing the bathing suit or not, cutting me off before I could ask about another suit. She yelled at me again, saying that the other suit wasn't on sale either.

Feeling frustrated and disrespected, I decided to leave and call corporate to report the incident. The customer service representative I spoke to was very apologetic and promised to pass on my complaint. Eventually, I received a call from Shannon, who told me that she knew which associate had been rude to me and that the issue had been taken care of. She also said that she would speak to her higher-ups to see if they could do something for me since I still wanted a bathing suit.

However, when I spoke to Shannon again today, she only offered me a $15 discount if I signed up for their website and spent $150 on a bathing suit. I was disappointed and felt like they weren't really trying to make things right. I think I'll look for a better quality store in the future and would advise others to stay away from Everything But Water.

Everything But Water Disappointing Experience with Everything But Water: Bathing Suits Fell Apart After One Wear

I recently bought three bathing suits from Everything But Water, two from their 17th street store in Manhattan and one online. Unfortunately, my experience with the suits was not great. On the first day of my vacation, I wore one of the suits in the water and the material started to come apart. To make matters worse, the bra stretched out and no longer held me securely. The same thing happened with the second suit on the second day. I had to wear one of my old suits on the third day, which worked perfectly fine. Finally, I wore the third suit I purchased, but had to change it right away. I ended up buying a new bathing suit from the resort gift shop.

After my trip, I contacted customer service and was asked to send photos and proof of purchase, which I did. However, I was disappointed to receive an email from them 1 1/2 weeks later declining my request for a refund. I sent another email but have yet to hear back from them. It's frustrating to have spent over $400 on bathing suits that fell apart after one wear.

I also had a less than stellar experience shopping in the store. Most of the salespeople didn't seem to know much about the products. It took me over 30 minutes to find someone who could help me.

It's a shame because the bathing suits were beautiful, but poorly made. I'm always careful with my clothing and have never had this experience before. A bathing suit should not fall apart after one wear, especially when it's meant to be worn in the water.

Overall, I do not recommend Everything But Water. I was very disappointed with my experience and won't be shopping there again.

Everything But Water Beautiful Suit, Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Everything But Water

I recently visited Everything But Water in Fort Myers Beach, FL to find a one-piece bathing suit that I couldn't find anywhere else. Although their suits are quite expensive, I figured it would be worth it since you get what you pay for and it would last me a long time. However, I was wrong! The suit I purchased was absolutely beautiful and I loved it. The first day I wore it, everything was fine. But on the second day, I noticed that it was "bunching" up around the wire on the breast. I found it odd and couldn't get it to stop. It started on one side and then the next day it was both sides. Now, I have to constantly pull the fabric across my breasts to keep it from bunching up. It's very frustrating!

I decided to go back to the store where I bought it and spoke to the manager. She was very apologetic and agreed with me that paying $170 for a suit that doesn't fit properly is unacceptable. However, their return policy is that you have to call customer service. So, I did that and the lady on the phone told me that her manager would have to call me back. Later that day, the manager called me back and said that I would have to mail the suit to them and let them determine if I get an exchange or not. I explained that I am on vacation and I would have to go and buy another suit while they decide if they are going to let me exchange it. Unfortunately, that's just how it is going to be. I told her that I would not do that and that I should be able to go to the store and let the manager talk with her and decide that. But, it was a no-go.

I am extremely disappointed with Everything But Water and will never shop there again. I just threw $170 down the drain. They clearly think a lot of their suits but not their customers. They lost a customer for life and I will tell everyone I know how I was treated and not to shop there. It's a shame because their suits are beautiful, but their customer service is terrible.

Everything But Water Disappointing Experience at Everything But Water's Coconut Point Store: No Swimsuit and No Refund

So, I went to Everything But Water's store at Coconut Point to buy a swimsuit. Unfortunately, the cashier made a mistake and now I don't have a swimsuit and I still haven't received my refund. It's really disappointing because Everything But Water is my favorite place to buy swimsuits. I've called them three times about this issue, but it still hasn't been resolved.

I gotta say, Everything But Water is a pretty decent store. But lemme tell ya, don't get too excited about your order arriving on time. They say it'll be there on a certain day, but don't hold your breath. In-store, the peeps are pretty helpful and friendly. But if you gotta call 'em up about an online order, don't waste your time. They ain't gonna be much help. Just sit tight and wait for your stuff to show up whenever it decides to.

Everything But Water Overpriced and Underwhelming: My Everything But Water Bathing Suit Review

So, I just got my hands on a bathing suit from Everything But Water and let me tell you, it was not worth the $200 I spent on it. Yeah, it looked pretty cute on the model, but in reality, the quality was seriously lacking. I mean, come on, for that price, I expected something that would last me more than one summer. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from them again and I suggest you don't either. Save your money for something that's actually worth it.

Everything But Water Everything But Water: Cute Stuff, But Disappointing Policies and Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Everything But Water. I mean, sure, they've got some cute stuff on their website, but their policies and customer service leave a lot to be desired. First of all, let me warn you about their return policy - you only have 21 days from the date you order to return anything. That's not a lot of time, especially if you're ordering something for a special occasion or you're not sure if it's going to fit right.

But that's not even the worst part. I ordered some stuff from them over two weeks ago, and I still haven't received it. They promised me delivery twice, a week apart, and both times it didn't show up. I mean, come on, guys, get it together. And to make matters worse, when I finally did get my order, the merchandise was totally misrepresented online. The swimsuit fabrics were loose and had no support - definitely not made for anyone with a chest. I was so disappointed.

Overall, I'd say if you're thinking about ordering from Everything But Water, proceed with caution. Keep in mind their strict return policy and don't expect your order to arrive on time. And be prepared for the possibility that the merchandise might not be what you were expecting.

Everything But Water Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Everything But Water

I had a bit of a tough time with Everything But Water. I had to go back and forth with them quite a bit before they finally replaced my swimsuit. I even had to threaten to drop the suit off and contact my credit card company. The staff at the Ft. Myers Beach location were really nice and said sorry a lot, but it was the corporate office that made things difficult. Their policies and attitude were not very helpful. I don't think I'll be shopping at one of their stores again.

Everything But Water Everything But Water Review: Overpriced Items and Poor Shipping Experience

Everything But Water is a store that sells items at a very high price. The items are not made well and I had a bad experience with their shipping. They charged me twice for postage, once for UPS and then again for USPS. They said that they couldn't find my street address on their website, so they had to charge me twice. They didn't even offer to refund the extra shipping charge. They also said that there was no guarantee that the item would arrive at my post office if it was shipped to my box number. So, if you are thinking about buying something from Everything But Water, be careful!
