Not only are we being charged a huge assessment fee of $6,000 but as usual our regular maintenance fee has increased %10. Now if they are collecting this from all of their members without any explanation, that seems like a huge sum of money they will be collecting without any accountability. We are constantly calling to speak with someone about the matter and the call times are endless, they don't call back, they say they will get back to us, they never do. This is beyond unprofessional and this is what I found on their website as their "Company Values: At Exploria Resorts, we are guided by our values of Customer Service, Hospitality, Accountability, Results, Integrity, Ownership and Teamwork." This is beyond a lie and their business practices are verging on fraud and deception. We have been with them for 14 years and have always taken care of our obligation, now the ball is in their court to honor their company values and call us back and explain what this outlandish fee is all about.

Desired outcome: To explain why I need to pay them $6,000 when I've already been paying maintenance fees that are on the increase annually. You cannot just throw this huge unexpected expense in someone's lap.
