Words cannot express the level of disappointment we feel towards the dishonest practices and outright negligence that your company has displayed towards us. We entered into this contract with high hopes and expectations, only to be met with a barrage of empty promises and generic responses that have left us feeling powerless and unsupported. It is inconceivable that in this day and age, a company that claims to value customer service and satisfaction would behave in such a shameful manner. Despite our repeated attempts to cancel our contract and receive the support that was promised to us, we have been met with a wall of silence. The recommended resale company, which we were assured would find a buyer for our timeshare, provided no assistance whatsoever, leaving us to spend a significant amount of our own money to advertise and market the timeshare on our own. It is appalling that your company has failed to deliver on its promises, and we demand immediate action to rectify this situation. We would like to see a prompt and concrete response that addresses our specific concerns and facilitates a satisfactory resolution to this matter. We have been more than patient and cooperative in our attempts to resolve this issue, but it is clear that your company has no intention of honoring its contractual obligations. We are now left with no choice but to request that you release us from the ownership immediately.
