It has been not just a letdown, but a complete disgrace that has left me feeling misled, cheated, and disappointed. When I first purchased the timeshare, I was promised access to top-tier luxury condos and villas. Instead, what I received were overpriced rooms that were dirty and dark. I feel as though I have been scammed by your company, as I was led to believe that I would be receiving the absolute best accommodations available. However, this has not been the case, as I have been stuck with low-standard facilities and accommodations that do not meet the promised quality standards. It is unacceptable that your company is trying to pass off subpar rooms as luxury accommodations. I did not invest my hard-earned money into a timeshare to be given the worst quality accommodations available. Furthermore, the customer service provided by your representatives has been appalling. The representatives I spoke with were dismissive and even laughed at us when we called to complain about our issues with the accommodations. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is beyond belief and not something that I ever expected from a reputable company. It is clear that your company has no regard for customer satisfaction or integrity. To add insult to injury, your company continues to pressure us to upgrade, promising luxury accommodations that we never receive. This is fraudulent behavior and a complete scam. I have lost an enormous amount of money trying to make this work and I demand that your company take full responsibility for their wrongdoing and let us out of this timeshare immediately. I have upheld my end of the bargain by investing my hard-earned money into this timeshare, but your company has not upheld its end. Your company has not honored its promises to provide luxury accommodations and excellent customer service. I demand that your company make this right and release me from this contract.
