I am extremely frustrated with the way your business operates, and I am making this complaint because I want to put an end to this horrific experience that I am currently going through. When I initially signed the contract, I was under the impression that your company would respect my right to return the timeshare if I found that it was not suitable for my needs. However, it is now clear to me that this was a trick, and your representatives never had any intention of providing me with the truth. The falsehood and misinformation that were provided to me have caused me extreme distress and worry, as I now find myself stuck with a timeshare that is completely useless to me. Throughout our interactions, I have found that your representatives have been insincere with me, taking full advantage of my naivety and trust. I was told that the timeshare was in high demand, and that it would be easy to sell back if I ever decided to do so. This, however, has not been my experience, and the timeshare continues to be a financial burden that I am unable to bear. This has caused me to doubt the veracity of your company's knowledge about the state of the timeshare market. What is worse is the fact that I have attempted to communicate with you regarding my health issues, which make the timeshare unsuitable for me. Instead of showing me compassion and understanding, I have been met with a cold, uncaring attitude that baffles me. I am asserting my rights and demanding a resolution to this situation immediately. It is vital that your company provides me with a viable way out of this contract, and thereby, relieving me of the extreme stress and worry that your company's actions have caused me. I am making it clear that I am not willing to accept any excuses or further delays on your part.
I hope your company will do the right thing and take action to release me from this timeshare contract. I am requesting that you provide me with a suitable way out, so that I may regain control of my life and finances.
