My experience with this company has been nothing but problems. From the moment we were tricked and deceived into purchasing this so-called vacation product, we have been plagued with very high costs, a lack of availability, and a complete disregard for our needs as customers. During the initial sales pitch, our representative Belinda and others made several false and misleading statements. Despite our specific questions about whether this was a timeshare, we were told it was not. We were also promised that we would have no issues using our points to book vacations for certain months of the year, which turned out to be a complete lie. As soon as we attempted to book a vacation, we were met with limited availability and absurd costs. This completely contradicted the promises made during the sales pitch. Moreover, we were unable to contact anyone at Club Exploria during the grace period, further leaving us questioning the legitimacy of this company. As if the initial experience wasn't bad enough, our current situation is unaffordable. We are currently on a fixed income and simply cannot afford this unusable product. It is beyond distressing that we have been robbed of our hard-earned money by a company that claims to value customer satisfaction. We demand that Club Exploria terminate the contract and release us from this timeshare. We have no desire to remain affiliated with a company that profits off of deceit and manipulation. The lack of transparency, customer service, and accountability by Club Exploria is inexcusable. We hope that this complaint serves as a warning to others considering doing business with this fraudulent company.
