I am very upset with Exploria Resorts and the way that my concerns and complaints have been handled. Despite numerous attempts to voice my grievances and seek help, I have been met with nothing but indifference, and I have come to the conclusion that this organization does not value its customers or their well-being. Let me be clear: I have responsibilities at home that require my time and resources, and I simply cannot afford to continue paying the ridiculous fees that Exploria Resorts has been charging me. Not only have these fees increased every year, but I was never made aware that they could do so when I signed up for this timeshare program. This is an unethical and unconscionable practice, and it has left me feeling trapped and frustrated. Moreover, I have found that the representatives of this organization are dismissive and unhelpful when I try to address these issues. They have consistently ignored my concerns and offered nothing but automated responses to my complaints. And when I finally had a chance to speak with a representative directly, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of empathy. This is unacceptable behavior from an organization that purports to care about its customers. I believe that I have been misled and mistreated by Exploria Resorts, and I am eager to find a solution to this ongoing problem. I had hoped that this organization would understand the difficulties I am experiencing and work with me to find a mutually beneficial solution. Instead, I have been told that I must "honor my commitment," despite the fact that it is clear that Exploria Resorts has not honored theirs. I request that I be released from my contract with Exploria Resorts once and for all.
Claimed loss: I have lost total of $17,606.23, which I have paid for a product that was misrepresented to me.
Desired outcome: Contract Termination from Financial Burden. I have been misled and subjected to a significant financial burden due to my association with Exploria Resorts.
