I have been attempting to get my medication filled since 7/9 it is now 8-17. This particular refill is due to the fact that i lost everything in hurricane beryl. Express scripts claims to care and not discriminate against the disabled but it sure doesn't appear that way. It has been noted that i am disabled and need my meds to love a slightly normal life.
Express scripts will cancel my meds without saying anything or they keep asking for more information from my doctor but no matter who calls in and with what information they cancel the prescription. Now their new trick is as soon as 5 days have passed and it’s supposed to be filled they request that i verify my address. They have already sent multiple prescriptions to this location but anytime its a prescription they dont like they find ways to avoid filling , normally i would simply go to a local pharmacy but the local pharmacies have had issues getting this medication in stock so it is hit or miss on whether they even have it or not. I have spoken with customer relations people, pharmacy people and pharmacists all to no avail on why this keeps happening.
