I started on Wegovy again this year. The script was filled for.25mg and.50mg. I am trying to get the 1mg. filed but I keep getting different stories. First, I was told about the 365-day rule even though my insurance started new on January 1, 2024. Called my insurance company which called express scripts on July 1, 2024, and was only told I needed a new script because the old one had expired. That was ALL I was told. Wasted my doctors' and pharmacy time because we are back to the 365-day rule. I called insurance company again today-7/2/24 and they called express scripts today and after being told 3 different stories I was transferred to a supervisor who just kept saying it si the quantity on the script. I asked her to call doctor to explain because none of it makes sense. Of course she wouldn't. Why would express script help me? I am sick of the run around to get a script filled. I demand this to be in writing to me on why express script wouldn't help me and just gave lip service. Oh, and she said express script cares. I really laughed at that one.

I don't understand why this complaint hasn't been looked at since I submitted it on the 2nd and now is the 14th. This speaks volume about how express scripts view their clients.
