I ordred lights for an emergency vehicle from these people. They never called or followed up after 10 days I called to check the order they told me they were back ordered for about another week 10 days later nothing still. I tried for a another week to contact these people they do not answer their phones they do not return emails. I ordered lights a month ago no response I just need to cancel the order. What a joke do not trust your emergency vehicle to the likes of these people!

I recently ordered a total of 7 LED light heads from Aspire Sale d/b/a Extreme Tactical Dynamics. Upon receiving the lights, 3 were defective. I called and the best they could do was a return label and I wait over 2 weeks to get replacements. If I wanted to return the rest of my order, it would be a 20% restocking fee, which for me would end up being $95. The Asst. Supervisor Mary was very rude, made it to be my problem that the lights didn't work and when I finally got her to say that she could waive the restocking fee, she immediately hung up on me. I reached out to them via social media and was just told to contact customer service. When I told them that wasn't an option, they said they would forward my concerns and now will no longer reply to my messages.
Elemental 4 tir led grille and surface mount lights / police siren
12/2016 Ordered 1 x Multifunction 100 Watt Police and Emergency Vehicle Siren & Elemental 4 TIR LED Grille and Surface Mount Lights 10 Piece Set
Siren did not come with installation instructions. Called ETD numerous times with NO answer, never got a representative on the live chat, Emailed & got a blank response with a tracking number, yet I did not request the tracking number, I was inquiring about the instillation. Finally with a couple more emails I did receive an email with on line link for instillation.
Upon instillation of all purchased lights & siren, one of the 10 lights is wired differently and does not sync with the other lights. Again tried calling, live chat, and Email.
Finally got an email response "Ok we have just changed the units to the 4 wire set up we had some stock left with 5 wire set up and the to batches became mixed in the stock in error.
They have the same patterns (in a different pattern order) so you can find the matching pattern and set individually.
The 5 wire and 4 wire will not sync so you will only be able to sync the 5 wire with 5 wire units and 4 wire with 4 wire units

Ok, so that response was clear as mud...I requested for them to replace the one sent that will not sync. I either need 3 five wire in blue/amber or 1 four wire in blue/amber so that my lights will match pattern. They sent back an email, "No problem send the one back and for exchange
be sure to state the unit needs to be a 5 wire unit" YET I need one four wire or three five wired units. I was asked to send back which ever I had the least of back for exchange . SO that is what I did, I mailed back one five wire blue/amber light for a replacement four wire blue/amber. Today 2/17 I get an email "Good Morning, We received your return. We are currently /out of stock in the Elemental 4 blue/amber with (4) wires. However we do have red/blue with (4) wires in stock. Please let us know if you are interested in changing the color." Changing color is not an option as red cannot be ran to the front. Due to this poor customer service we will no longer be using or recommending ETD. The customer should be #1 but their customer service shows differently. NOT HAPPY
This company is horrible. I tried to call numerous times and the "dial 0 for a customer service representative" disconnects the call. No response to e-mail and you can't get a person the phone. Looks like I'm out the money.
On 12/28/2017 I Placed an order with EXTREME TACTICAL DYNAMICS for a set of 10 Elemental 4 TIR LED LIGHTS. I then noticed that the money had come out of my account. I received an email from them stating that my debit card transaction would not go through. I have called numerous time everyday since and sent 7 emails to them, with no response. I have used this company several times before with no issues. I am at the point now, I would highly recommend using another company for your lighting needs.
Emergency vehicle equipment (Siren for volunteer firefighter)
At 53 years old and with over 34 years in the fire service, I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such an unethical, poorly managed, emergency equipment company as Extreme Tactical Dynamics. After returning a siren that was inoperable (the PA worked, but no siren), the company claimed that it was not installed by a certified technician and was therefore not covered under warranty. When explaining to a customer service representative that the siren was never installed, but first tested, they refused the explanation, have now made additional false claims, fail to escalate the issue, specifically state that the owner, Chris, does "not speak with customers" and refuses to look at the unit, refund the money, or even return the unit.
Making matters worse, the company does NOT answer their phones. If you would like to test this, try calling them and following the prompts to customer service . Also, review the multiple complaints about this company online which state very similar horror stories.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with this company. This company is a disgrace to all first responders!
Police lights
This company said they had the product in stock, took my money and has yet to ship my product. Was supposed to ship in 2 days and it has been over 10 days. When i tried to contact them no one answers the phone or responds to emails. Order from a reputable company! Avoid these guys at all cost! They are obviously not what they say they are and are only interested in taking your money. I make my living from red & blues and putting crooks like these guys in jail. Can't wait to fly to florida and file charges, which i most certainly will do.
This company is a total scam. Do not do business with them. They take your money and if your lucky in a couple months you might get what you ordered. If you try and post a negative comment on their FB page they block you. They will not answer phone calls. I hope this business gets shut down.
These people are TERRIBLE. I can't believe they sell to law enforcement and rip everyone off! They WILL be under criminal prosecution someday for sure!
Horrible Customer Service
Facts:
2010-10-03 - Using dutygearstore.com's web site, I placed an order for one Benchmade 5000 Presidio ComboEdge®/ BK1 Coated Blade/ Black Handle.
2010-10-04 - Using dutygearstore.com's web site, I canceled the order. I tried calling the store many, many times and never got an answer.
2010-10-05 - I received an email from [protected]@gmail.com informing me my credit card was charged and "was expected to ship from the warehouse within the next 24-48 business hours, unless it is a backordered item. Sometime due to high demand we have back-ordered items and they are then ordered direct from the manufacturer and are shipped direct to you to cut back on time."
2010-10-05 - I replied to that email, reiterating I canceled the order.
2010-10-19 - I received an email from [protected]@gmail.com detailing the UPS tracking number and expected delivery date of 2010-10-22. This is much later than the expected 24-48 business hours (2-4 business days) outlined in #3 above. No mention of the item being back-ordered was made.
2010-10-19 - I replied to that email, reiterating I canceled the order.
2010-10-22 - I received a UPS package containing unordered merchandise. The package was shipped from what I assume is dutygearstore.com's warehouse:

This means the item was not a back-ordered item - "backordered items and they are then ordered direct from the manufacturer and are shipped direct to you to cut back on time."
The package contained a knife similar to the one I wanted. It has a plain, satin blade instead of the ComboEdge®/ BK1 Coated blade.

Summary.
1. I ordered from the website Sunday PM.
2. I called Monday AM to be sure the item was in stock but the phone went unanswered.
3. I searched the internet (wish I would have done this first!) for comments/reviews of dutygearstore.com and found several that were negative.
4. I used the dutygearstore.com website to cancel my order.
5. I was again unsuccessful in contacting them by telephone.
6. The order was slow in being filled and delivered.
7. The order was finally received, even though it was canceled, and WAS THE WRONG MERCHANDISE!
In my opinion, this store is very poorly run and I would not recommend them to anybody. Buyer beware!
Oh, by the way, I found the knife considerably cheaper on eBay ($176 vs $193.19). I ordered it and received it in 5 days.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I guess they are still in business and same bad practices going on. I wish I read this here before I put an order in. 8 days later and they won't answer their phones or my emails. They seem to have a bait and switch thing going on. As they are also one in the same with this company called Aspire Sales LLC at the same address in Jupiter, Florida with the exact same phone number, they also have this phone number listed [protected] but of course no ones answers this phone either. And no answering service?

i completely agree, I ordered led lights from www.extremetacticaldynamics.com where i got an email due to the options of getting the product to Norway. Then i sent my option for sending with UPS standard, still after sending several email's i didn't get any responce.
I must say, I am not impressed, and I am warning buyers NOT to buy products from www.extremetacticaldynamics.com!
Am having a similar issue with this same company. They have essentially stolen almost $50 from me. No communication and no item after order.
