I emailed them 3 times but got no response. The website doesn't have a phone number and some parts of it don't work, like the 'contact us' section. I bought headphones in February, but one side stopped working. They should be covered by warranty, but I can't get a response from them to know how to get a replacement or repair. It seems like their customer service is non-existent. They don't respond to phone calls, tweets, messages, or emails, from what I found online.

I'm only givin' one star 'cause I can't leave a zero. I bought a MATTE RED EDITION Set of earbuds from this company on June 4th and still haven't got 'em. I tried reachin' out 'bout the order multiple times, but no response or update. I'd stay away from orderin' anythin' from this company. It was a total waste of $39.99 that I'll probably never get back, and I doubt I'll ever get the product I bought. It's sad that a company can get away with this. I wish there was a 0-star option. I bought a pair of wireless headphones and the first time I used them, the battery only lasted 5 minutes (I charged them beforehand, obviously). So, I charged them again and the same thing happened, the battery ran out after 5 minutes. I tried contacting Monster twice using their online form, it's been about a month, and so far, NOTHING. I haven't even received an email confirming they received my request. Then I came here and realized that this isn't an uncommon situation, many people have had the same experience. So, Monster, do you stand behind your products? It seems like you don't even try to stand behind them.

Monster markets this cable with their "Cable for Life" guarantee. You can check out their website at https://monsterstore.com/pages/cable-for-life. According to Monster's website, "You are eligible for upgrades if, in the future, your components' requirements for *** connectivity surpass the cable's performance capabilities." Recently, a new *** specification was released. It states, "*** Specification *** 2.1a is the most recent update of the *** specification and supports higher video resolutions and refresh rates, including 8K60 and 4K120, and resolutions up to 10K. Dynamic HDR formats are also supported, and bandwidth capability is increased up to 48Gbps."
Monster has some nit-picky rules. I basically have to stand on one foot, have the receipts and packaging, and provide details about the components I'm using with the *** cable. I think these requirements would eliminate over 90% of people. Nevertheless, I've contacted them more than a dozen times to get the pre-approved exchange authorization and bring my cable in line with the current *** specifications. I followed all their instructions every time and even tried reaching out to them in other ways for peace of mind. Out of the 12 email chains I started, they only responded to one. Once they realized I provided all the required info, they stopped responding. I've replied to their last email multiple times, but they've been silent ever since.

I purchased monster database services for recruitment and paid over INR 80, 000 however when I started using the database I realized that profiles are outdated and people do not update profiles over here. When I decided to give up services even though the sales person told me that I am free to discontinue services any time if I do not find them appropriate. When I actually did that I was threatened to pay for the services on the basis of the agreement that I signed. This is cheating as we can not trust their sales persons and I was forced to pay the full amount. Be aware of this cheaters as they may commit you something just to sale their outdated products and achieve targets. Make sure that you take everything in writing.
I would suggest based on my experience that not to buy their database prodcts as they are outdated, they do not invest in them to promote them for updated resumes. Its complete waste of money. Moreover its a big trap as once you get into this there is no escape. Even if you escalate to their seniors it's of no any use as all of them are cheaters and they would not take any action
