I had purchased a warranty on my expensive Coach glasses a year ago in May.
I went to the Eyemart Express on I20 and Santa Fe in Oklahoma City in May due to my glasses being broke and scratched, my warranty was still in effect.
I went to pick them up that afternoon. Theyb did tell me that the scratch resistant and so forth was applied to my glasses. It has been 2 months and there are many scratches on my glasses. One being a very large scratch. I am 50 plus years old, I am very careful with my glasses! I feel that they rushed through the repair, and they did not put the scratch resistant on them. It was the first month and they had a scratch already.
I do business with Eye Mart Express always! I am not happy with the service that I recieved! And my entire family purchses from them as well.
I will second guess my decision next time as I feel that I was not treated correctly! They were so glad to help me when I first went in and and made my expensive purchase due to them making a sale, after coming in to use a warranty they kept me waiting for an hour as they helped everyone purchasing prior to me. Because I would not be a paying customer!
Someone needs to know about this incident and I will be writing a review!

Hi Shelly,
After going to the EyeMart Express on I20 and Santa Fe in Oklahoma City, you should have received the same level of service you did when you first made your purchase. Instead, it seems like they rushed through the repair and didn't apply the scratch-resistant coating properly. Having scratches appear within the first month, especially a large one, is definitely not what you expected.
It's understandable to feel second-guessed about continuing business with them, especially when you’ve been a loyal customer. It’s disappointing that they prioritized new sales over honoring your warranty, leaving you waiting for an hour.
Your frustration is completely valid, and I hope EyeMart Express takes this feedback seriously and makes it right. You and your family deserve better treatment and quality service, whether you’re making a purchase or using a warranty.
